2Reinforcement Learning-Based Sensitive Semantic Location Privacy Protection for VANETs显示文摘Location-based services(LBS)in vehicular ad hoc networks(VANETs)must protect users’privacy and address the threat of the exposure of sensitive locations during LBS requests.Users release not only their geographical but also semantic information of the visited places(e.g.,hospital).This sensitive information enables the inference attacker to exploit the users’preferences and life patterns.In this paper we propose a reinforcement learning(RL)based sensitive semantic location privacy protection scheme.This scheme uses the idea of differential privacy to randomize the released vehicle locations and adaptively selects the perturbation policy based on the sensitivity of the semantic location and the attack history.This scheme enables a vehicle to optimize the perturbation policy in terms of the privacy and the quality of service(QoS)loss without being aware of the current inference attack model in a dynamic privacy protection process.To solve the location protection problem with high-dimensional and continuous-valued perturbation policy variables,a deep deterministic policy gradientbased semantic location perturbation scheme(DSLP)is developed.The actor part is used to generate continuous privacy budget and perturbation angle,and the critic part is used to estimate the performance of the policy.Simulations demonstrate the DSLP-based scheme outperforms the benchmark schemes,which increases the privacy,reduces the QoS loss,and increases the utility of the vehicle.Minghui Min Weihang Wang Liang Xiao Yilin Xiao Zhu Han 2021China Communications2021,18,6:3
3Benefits of Zr addition to oxidation resistance of a single-phase (Ni,Pt)Al coating at 1373 K显示文摘A single-phase (Ni,Pt)Al coating with lean addition of Zr was prepared by co-electroplating of Pt-Zr com posite plating and subsequent gaseous alum inization treatm ents. Isotherm al and cyclic oxidation behavior of the Zr-doped (Ni,Pt)Al coating sam ples was assessed at 1373K in static air in comparison with plain nickel alum inide (NiAl) and norm al (Ni,Pt)Al coatings. Results indicated th at Zr-doped (Ni,Pt)Al coating dem onstrated a lower oxidation rate constant and reduced tendency of oxide scale spallation as well as surface rumpling, in which the enhanced oxidation perform ance was m ainly attributed to the segregation of Zr at oxide scale grain boundaries and the im proved Young's modulus of the coating. 4Ferroelectricity in dopant-free HfO_(2) thin films prepared by pulsed laser deposition显示文摘As a high-k material,hafnium oxide(HfO_(2))has been used in gate dielectrics for decades.Since the discovery of polar phase in Si-doped HfO_(2) films,chemical doping has been widely demonstrated as an effective approach to stabilize the ferroelectric phase in HfO_(2) based thin films.However,the extra capping layer deposition,post-growth annealing and wake-up effect are usually required to arouse the ferroelectricity in HfO_(2) based thin films,resulting in the increase of complexity for sample synthesis and the impediment of device application.In this study,the ferroelectricity is observed in non-capped dopant-free HfO_(2) thin films prepared by pulsed laser deposition(PLD)without post-growth annealing.By adjusting the deposited temperature,oxygen pressure and thickness,the maximum polarization up to 14.7 m C/cm^(2) was obtained in 7.4 nm-thick film.The fraction of orthorhombic phase,concentrations of defects and size effects are considered as possible mechanisms for the influences of ferroelectric prop-erties.This study indicates that PLD is an effective technique to fabricate high-quality ferroelectric HfO_(2) thin films in the absence of chemical doping,capping layer deposition and post-growth annealing,which may boost the process of nonvolatile memory device application.Yongjian Luo Zhenxun Tang Xiaozhe Yin Chao Chen Zhen Fan Minghui Qin Min Zeng Guofu Zhou Xingsen Gao Xubing Lu Jiyan Dai Deyang Chen Jun-Ming Liu 2022Journal of Materiomics2022,8,2:1
5Nonreciprocity of energy transfer in a nonlinear asymmetric oscillator system with various vibration states显示文摘The nonreciprocity of energy transfer is constructed in a nonlinear asymmetric oscillator system that comprises two nonlinear oscillators with different parameters placed between two identical linear oscillators.The slow-flow equation of the system is derived by the complexification-averaging method.The semi-analytical solutions to this equation are obtained by the least squares method,which are compared with the numerical solutions obtained by the Runge-Kutta method.The distribution of the average energy in the system is studied under periodic and chaotic vibration states,and the energy transfer along two opposite directions is compared.The effect of the excitation amplitude on the nonreciprocity of the system producing the periodic responses is analyzed,where a three-stage energy transfer phenomenon is observed.In the first stage,the energy transfer along the two opposite directions is approximately equal,whereas in the second stage,the asymmetric energy transfer is observed.The energy transfer is also asymmetric in the third stage,but the direction is reversed compared with the second stage.Moreover,the excitation amplitude for exciting the bifurcation also shows an asymmetric characteristic.Chaotic vibrations are generated around the resonant frequency,irrespective of which linear oscillator is excited.The excitation threshold of these chaotic vibrations is dependent on the linear oscillator that is being excited.In addition,the difference between the energy transfer in the two opposite directions is used to further analyze the nonreciprocity in the system.The results show that the nonreciprocity significantly depends on the excitation frequency and the excitation amplitude.Jian’en CHEN Jianling LI Minghui YAO Jun LIU Jianhua ZHANG Min SUN 2023Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2023,44,5:1
6Anhydrous based shear-thickening polishing of KDP crystal显示文摘Based on the special physical–chemical characteristics of optical crystal in the field of aeronautics,a new anhydrous based shear-thickening polishing(ASTP)method has been proposed to restrain deliquescence and to improve physical properties for KDP machining.The ultraprecision polishing of KDP crystal is completed by ASTP.A kind of anhydrous based thickening polishing slurry(ATPS)was proposed in our work,and high-performance rheological properties were determined to achieve the ASTP of KDP crystal.A material removal model of ASTP in KDP machining is established,followed by the verification experiment of the prediction model.The maximum error of the predictive model is only 9.8%,which proves the validity of the material removal model for KDP polishing.The polishing experiments were carried out on the polishing platform developed by ourselves.The results show that the new polishing method can polish20 mm×20 mm×5 mm KDP crystal and obtain a super-smooth surface with a surface roughness of 1.37 nm and high shape accuracy.The surface accuracy of polished KDP crystal reaches up to0.68 k(RMS).The experimental results show that the ASTP is a potential ultra-precision machining method for KDP crystal.Min LI Minghui LIU Oltmann RIEMER Fangzeng SONG Binghai LYU 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,6:1
7Potential use of a dried saliva spot(DSS)in therapeutic drug monitoring and disease diagnosis显示文摘In recent years,scientific researchers have increasingly become interested in noninvasive sampling methods for therapeutic drug monitoring and disease diagnosis.As a result,dried saliva spot(DSS),which is a sampling technique for collecting dried saliva samples,has been widely used as an alternative matrix to serum for the detection of target molecules.Coupling the DSS method with a highly sensitive detection instrument improves the efficiency of the preparation and analysis of biological samples.Furthermore,dried blood spots,dried plasma spots,and dried matrix spots,which are similar to those of the DSS method,are discussed.Compared with alternative biological fluids used in dried spot methods,including serum,tears,urine,and plasma,saliva has the advantage of convenience in terms of sample collection from children or persons with disabilities.This review aims to provide integral strategies and guidelines for dried spot methods to analyze biological samples by illustrating several dried spot methods.Herein,we summarize recent advancements in DSS methods from June 2014 to March 2021 and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the key aspects of this method,including sample preparation and method validation.Finally,we outline the challenges and prospects of such methods in practical applications.Yu Han Xi-Ling Li Minghui Zhang Jing Wang Su Zeng Jun Zhe Min 2022Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2022,12,6:1
8CBERS-02 Application Assessment显示文摘As the successor of CBERS-01, CBERS-02 was launched successfully on 21October 2003 and transmitted its first downlink data the next day. According to the OBT (On Board Test) outline, CRESDA cooperated with CAST and many remote sensing organizations in China in implementing the test of the satellite payloads, ground processing system and data application. In this paper, the test is briefly illustrated in three parts: Ⅰ. Satellite Parameters Test (especially the test for payloads), Ⅱ. Payload Image Quality Assessment, and Ⅲ. Data Application Assessment. 10Versatile SrFeO_(x) for memristive neurons and synapses显示文摘Spiking neural network(SNN)consisting of memristor-based artificial neurons and synapses has emerged as a compact and energy-efficient hardware solution for spatiotemporal information processing.However,it is challenging to develop memristive neurons and synapses based on the same material system because the required resistive switching(RS)characteristics are different.Here,it is shown that SrFeO_(x)(SFO),an intriguing material system exhibiting topotactic phase transformation between insulating brownmillerite(BM)SrFeO_(2).5 phase and conductive perovskite(PV)SrFeO_(3) phase,can be engineered into both neuronal and synaptic devices.Using a BM-SFO single layer as the RS medium,the Au/BM-SFO/SrRuO_(3)(SRO)memristor exhibits nonvolatile RS behavior originating from the formation/rupture of PV-SFO filaments in the BM-SFO matrix.By contrast,using a PV-SFO(matrix)/BM-SFO(interfacial layer)bilayer as the RS medium,the Au/PV-SFO/BM-SFO/SRO memristor exhibits volatile RS behavior originating from the interfacial BM-PV phase transformation.Synaptic and neuronal characteristics are further demonstrated in the Au/BM-SFO/SRO and Au/PV-SFO/BM-SFO/SRO memristors,respectively.Using the SFO-based synapses and neurons,fully memristive SNNs are constructed by simulation,which show good performance on unsupervised image recognition.Our study suggests that SFO is a versatile material platform on which both neuronal and synaptic devices can be developed for constructing fully memristive SNNs.Kaihui Chen Zhen Fan Jingjing Rao Wenjie Li Deming Wang Changjian Li Gaokuo Zhong Ruiqiang Tao Guo Tian Minghui Qin Min Zeng Xubing Lu Guofu Zhou Xingsen Gao Jun-Ming Liu 2022Journal of Materiomics2022,8,5:0
11Experimental search for high-performance ferroelectric tunnel junctions guided by machine learning显示文摘Ferroelectric tunnel junction(FTJ)has attracted considerable attention for its potential applications in nonvolatile memory and neuromorphic computing.However,the experimental exploration of FTJs with high ON/OFF ratios is a challenging task due to the vast search space comprising of ferroelectric and electrode materials,fabrication methods and conditions and so on.Here,machine learning(ML)is demonstrated to be an effective tool to guide the experimental search of FTJs with high ON/OFF ratios.A dataset consisting of 152 FTJ samples with nine features and one target attribute(i.e.,ON/OFF ratio)is established for ML modeling.Among various ML models,the gradient boosting classification model achieves the highest prediction accuracy.Combining the feature importance analysis based on this model with the association rule mining,it is extracted that the utilizations of{graphene/graphite(Gra)(top),LaNiO_(3)(LNO)(bottom)}and{Gra(top),Ca_(0.96)Ce_(0.04)MnO_(3)(CCMO)(bottom)}electrode pairs are likely to result in high ON/OFF ratios in FTJs.Moreover,two previously unexplored FTJs:Gra/BaTiO_(3)(BTO)/LNO and Gra/BTO/CCMO,are predicted to achieve ON/OFF ratios higher than 1000.Guided by the ML predictions,the Gra/BTO/LNO and Gra/BTO/CCMO FTJs are experimentally fabricated,which unsurprisingly exhibit≥1000 ON/OFF ratios(~8540 and~7890,respectively).This study demonstrates a new paradigm of developing high-performance FTJs by using ML.Jingjing Rao Zhen Fan Qicheng Huang Yongjian Luo Xingmin Zhang Haizhong Guo Xiaobing Yan Guo Tian Deyang Chen Zhipeng Hou Minghui Qin Min Zeng Xubing Lu Guofu Zhou Xingsen Gao Jun-Ming Liu 2022Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2022,12,3:0
12Reinforcement Learning-Based Control for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles显示文摘Estates,especially those of public securityrelated companies and institutes,have to protect their privacy from adversary unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).In this paper,we propose a reinforcement learning-based control framework to prevent unauthorized UAVs from entering a target area in a dynamic game without being aware of the UAV attack model.This UAV control scheme enables a target estate to choose the optimal control policy,such as jamming the global positioning system signals,hacking,and laser shooting,to expel nearby UAVs.A deep reinforcement learning technique,called neural episodic control,is used to accelerate the learning speed to achieve the optimal UAV control policy,especially for estates with a large area,against complicated UAV attack policies.We analyze the computational complexity for the proposed UAV control scheme and provide its performance bound,including the risk level of the estate and its utility.Our simulation results show that the proposed scheme can reduce the risk level of the target estate and improve its utility against malicious UAVs compared with the selected benchmark scheme.Geyi Sheng Minghui Min Liang Xiao Sicong Liu 2018Journal of Communications and Information Networks2018,3,3:0

14Chromosome-level genome assembly and annotation of the native Chinese wild blueberry Vaccinium bracteatum显示文摘Vaccinium bracteatum Thunb.,an important native Chinese wild blueberry species,is widely used as a rootstock and in blueberry cultivar breeding,as well as in traditional medicine and local food.We report here the genome sequence of V.bracteatum using a combination of Oxford Nanopore Technologies long-read and Illumina HiSeq short-read sequencing technologies to obtain 65.30 Gb of clean data,achieving 114.60-fold genome coverage.The assembled genome has a total sequence length of 569.81 Mb and consists of 36,756 predicted genes.Repetitive DNA sequences represent 57.78%of the genome sequence.Comparative genomic analysis revealed that a total of 336 gene families had expanded and that 298 candidate genes had undergone positive selection during evolution in V.bracteatum.The divergence of V.bracteatum from the related Rhododendron williamsianum and Rhododendron delavayi occurred~13−85 million years ago.The genome sequence of V.bracteatum allowed us to identify some important genes associated with traits involved in fruit development,such as flavonoid biosynthesis,sugar and acid metabolism,MYB transcription factor gene expression,and hormone regulation.The differential expression patterns of genes encoding flavonoid biosynthesis enzymes and MYB transcription factors might explain the high flavonoid content of V.bracteatum.This chromosome-level genome assembly provides reference sequences for the identification and characterization of genes important in the improvement of blueberry and related research.Lu Yang Minghui Li Min Shen Sijia Bu Bo Zhu Feng He Xiaoping Zhang Xuan Gao Jiaxin Xiao 2022Fruit Research2022,2,1:0

16Creation and erasure of polar bubble domains in PbTiO_(3)films by mechanical stress and light illuminations显示文摘The controllable manipulation of polar topological structures(e.g.skyrmion bubble)in ferroelectric materials have been considered as a cornerstone for future programmable nano-electronics.Here,we present the effective creation and erasure of polar bubble states PbTiO_(3)(PTO)multilayers trigged by mechanical stress and light illumination,respectively.It was found that applying atomic force microscope(AFM)tip force can induced formation of nanoscale bubble domains from the initial monodomain state.Moreover,the created bubble domain can be eliminated by exposure to ultraviolet or infrared light illumination.The above results can be understood by modulation of depolarization screening charges and bias fields,as reflected by scanning Kelvin potential microscopic(SKPM)observations,whereby the flexoelectric effect from the tip force tends to remove the screening charges on top surface and modulate the bias field that favors the formation of bubble state while light illumination tends to recover the screen charges and favor the monodomain state.The results provide a good example for multi-field manipulation of polar topologies,which might create a new avenue towards the immerging new concept electronic devices.Xingchen Zhang Hongying Chen Guo Tian Wenda Yang Zhen Fan Zhipeng Hou Deyang Chen Min Zeng Minghui Qin Jinwei Gao Xingsen Gao Jun-Ming Liu 2023Journal of Materiomics2023,9,4:0
17A general strategy towards improving the strength and thermal shock resistance of glass-ceramics through microstructure regulation显示文摘Glass-ceramics are usually obtained through controlled crystallization.In this work,we propose a new strategy to add an appropriate amount of oxide particles to the parent glass to improve the performance of glass-ceramics.Different amounts of Al_(2)O_(3) or/and CeO_(2) particles were added into a SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-ZnOCaO-ZrO_(2)-TiO_(2)based glass,and crystallization behavior,fracture strength,and thermal shock behavior were systematically evaluated.The results indicate that with the addition of Al_(2)O_(3) or/and CeO_(2) particles of moderate amount,the unfavorable needle-like ZrSiO_(4),Zn 2 SiO_(4),and CaTiSiO_(5) crystals were largely inhibited when annealed at 900℃ .Accordingly,fracture strength is maintained high after heating at high temperatures.The thermal shock resistance is also enhanced drastically.The additive Al_(2)O_(3) is thermodynamically favorable to react with the glass,forming particulate ZnAl_(2)O_(4) instead of precipitating the needle-like crystals of Zn_(2)SiO_(4) and CaTiSiO_(5);while CeO_(2) will combine with ZrO_(2) to form a solid solution and promote the precipitation of primary crystal CaZrTi_(2)O_(7) that will not transform to ZrSiO_(4) with prolonging thermal exposure.Min Feng Chengyang Jiang Minghui Chen Shenglong Zhu Fuhui Wang 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,25:0
