1Numerical investigation on flow and heat transfer characteristics of supercritical RP-3 in inclined pipe显示文摘Numerical simulations of flow and heat transfer to supercritical RP-3 through the inclined tubes have been performed using LS k–e model embedded in Fluent. The physical properties of RP-3 were obtained using the generalized corresponding state laws based on the fourcomponent surrogate model. Mass flow rate is 0.3 g/s, system pressure is 3 MPa, inlet temperature is 373 K. Inclination of the inclined pipe varied from -90° to 90°, with heat flux varied from 300 k W/m^2 to 400 kW/m^2. Comparison between the calculated result and the experimental data indicates the range of error reasonable. The results of ±45° show that temperature inhomogeneity in inclined pipe produce the secondary flow in its cross section due to the buoyancy force. Depending on the strength of the temperature inhomogeneity, there will be two different forms of secondary flow and both contribute to the convective heat transfer in the pipe. The secondary flow intensity decreases when the inhomogeneity alleviates and thermal acceleration will play a leading role. It will have a greater impact on the turbulent flow to affect the convective heat transfer in the pipe. When changing the inclination, it affects the magnitude of the buoyant component in flow direction. The angle increases, the buoyancy component decreases. 8LncRNA LIMT(LINC01089)contributes to sorafenib chemoresistance via regulation of miR-665 and epithelial to mesenchymal transition in hepatocellular carcinoma cells显示文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most malignant tumors worldwide and HCC patients often develop drug resisitene.Long non-coding RNAs(LncRNAs)are closely related to cell cycle,growth,development,differentiation,and apoptosis.Abnormally expressed lncRNAs have been proved to mediate drug resistance in tumor cells.However,the effect of LIMT on drug resistance has not been explored in HCC.In this study,we explored the effect of long non-coding RNA LIMT on drug resistance and its underlying mechanism in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Our results showed that LncRNA LINC01089(LIMT)expression is downregulated in 78.57%(44/56)of 56 HCC tumor tissue samples.LIMT expression is also downregulated in HCC cells compared with that in normal liver LO2 cells.Inhibition of LIMT increases the resistance to sorafenib and promotes cell invasion via regulation of epithelial to mesenchymal transition(EMT)in HCC.StarBase V3.0 was used to predict the potential binding site of miR-665 in LIMT.Furthermore,miR-665 participates in sorafenib resistance and also regulates the level of EMT-related proteins in HCC cells.A rescue experiment demonstrated that silencing of LIMT eliminats the inhibitory effect of the miR-665 inhibitor on sorafenib resistance in HCC cells.Taken together,our findings revealed that downregulation of LIMT increases the resistance of HCC to sorafenib via miR-665 and EMT.Therefore,LIMT,which serves as a therapeutically effective target,will provide new hope for the treatment of HCC.Jing Sun Xiaoxiao Zheng Baoming Wang Ying Cai Li Zheng Liqiang Hu Xuemei Lu Shangzhi Xie Xin Zhang Hao Liu Longyun Ye 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,2:1

10EdgeKeeper: a trusted edge computing framework for ubiquitous power Internet of Things显示文摘Ubiquitous power Internet of Things(IoT)is a smart service system oriented to all aspects of the power system,and has the characteristics of universal interconnection,human-computer interaction,comprehensive state perception,efficient information processing,and other convenient and flexible applications.It has become a hot topic in the field of IoT.We summarize some existing research work on the IoT and edge computing framework.Because it is difficult to meet the requirements of ubiquitous power IoT for edge computing in terms of real time,security,reliability,and business function adaptation using the general edge computing framework software,we propose a trusted edge computing framework,named“EdgeKeeper,”adapting to the ubiquitous power IoT.Several key technologies such as security and trust,quality of service guarantee,application management,and cloud-edge collaboration are desired to meet the needs of the edge computing framework.Experiments comprehensively evaluate EdgeKeeper from the aspects of function,performance,and security.Comparison results show that EdgeKeeper is the most suitable edge computing framework for the electricity IoT.Finally,future directions for research are proposed.Weiyong YANG Wei LIU Xingshen WEI Zixin GUO Kangle YANG Hao HUANG Longyun QI 2021Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2021,22,3:1

12Effects of cytokines and chemokines on migration of mesenchymal stem cells following spinal cord injury显示文摘We investigated the effects of cytokines and chemokines and their associated signaling pathways on mesenchymal stem cell migration after spinal cord injury, to determine their roles in the curative effects of mesenchymal stem cells. This study reviewed the effects of tumor necrosis factor-α, vascular endothelial growth factor, hepatocyte growth factor, platelet-derived growth factor, basic fibroblast growth factor, insulin like growth factor-1, stromal cell-derived factor and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1, 3 during mesenchymal stem cell migration to damaged sites, and analyzed the signal transduction pathways involved in their effects on mesenchymal stem cell migration. 13A hydrogel spinal dural patch with potential anti-inflammatory,pain relieving and antibacterial effects显示文摘CSFL caused by spinal dural defect is a common complication of spinal surgery,which need repair such as suture or sealants.However,low intracranial pressure symptoms,wound infection and prolonged hospital associated with pin-hole leakage or loose seal effect were often occurred after surgical suture or sealants repair.Stable,pressure resistance and high viscosity spinal dural repair patch in wet environment without suture or sealants was highly needed.Herein,a bioactive patch composed of alginate and polyacrylamide hydrogel matrix cross-linked by calcium ions,and chitosan adhesive was proposed.This fabricated patch exhibits the capabilities of promoting defect closure and good tight seal ability with the bursting pressure is more than 790 mm H2O in wet environment.In addition,the chitosan adhesive layer of the patch could inhibit the growth of bacterial in vitro,which is meaningful for the postoperative infection.Furthermore,the patch also significantly reduced the expression of GFAP,IBA-1,MBP,TNF-α,and COX-2 in early postoperative period in vivo study,exerting the effects of anti-inflammatory,analgesic and adhesion prevention.Thus,the bioactive patch expected to be applied in spinal dural repair with the good properties of withstanding high pressure,promoting defect closure and inhibiting postoperative infection.Jiahao Li Jingjing Tian Chunxu Li Longyun Chen Yu Zhao 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,8:0

16Re-canalized stenostic rabbit nasolacrimal duct by the ^(125)I radioactive probing:Affecting Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression显示文摘To evaluate the ^(125)I radioactive probing re-canalizing stenostic nasolacrimal duct,the nasolacrimal duct stenosis models in epithelium and connective tissues are experimentally structured by inbred white rabbits(New Zealand),including the nasolacrimal duct stenosis,the mechanical probing with outer layer of thermoplastic tube,and the ^(125)I radioactive probing with the ^(125)I seeds sealing into the thermoplastic tube.After re-canalized for four weeks, tissue specimens from bilateral nasolacrimal ducts are obtained,and the Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression levels are evaluated by immunohistochemical staining analysis.Comparing with the blank control,the expression levels of the Bcl-2 and Bax in the nasolacrimal duct stenosis and the mechanical probing are significantly up-/down-regulated(p<0.05),but in the ^(125)I radioactive probing are down-/up-regulated(p<0.05) and can be used to re-canalize the stenostic lacrimal passage.The results show that the ^(125)I radioactive probing is a therapeutical mechanism for radioactive probing strategy for treating nasolacrimal duct stenosis to induce cell apoptosis.GUO Pengde MA Qingjie YANG Dongyan GAO Shi JIN Longyun ZHOU Xueyan CUI Qu HAN Zhenguo ZHAO Guoqing 2010Nuclear Science and Techniques2010,21,6:0

18Novel strategy for oncogenic alteration-induced lipid metabolism reprogramming in pancreatic cancer显示文摘The pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer involves substantial metabolic reprogramming,resulting in abnormal proliferation of tumor cells.This tumorigenic reprogramming is often driven by genetic mutations,such as acti-vating mutations of the KRAS oncogene and inactivating or deletions of the tumor suppressor genes SMAD4,CDKN2A,and TP53,which play a critical role in the initiation and development of pancreatic cancer.As a normal cell gradually develops into a cancer cell,a series of signature characteristics are acquired:activation of signaling pathways that sustain proliferation;an ability to resist growth inhibitory signals and evade apoptosis;and an ability to generate new blood vessels and invade and metastasize.In addition to these features,recent research has revealed that metabolic reprogramming and immune escape are two other novel characteristics of tumor cells.The effect of the interactions between tumor and immune cells on metabolic reprogramming is a key factor determining the antitumor immunotherapy response.Lipid metabolism reprogramming,a feature of many malignancies,not only plays a role in maintaining tumor cell proliferation but also alters the tumor microenvironment by inducing the release of metabolites that in turn affect the metabolism of normal immune cells,ultimately leading to the at-tenuation of the antitumor immune response and resistance to immunotherapy.Pancreatic cancer has been found to have substantial lipid metabolism reprogramming,but the mechanisms remain elusive.Therefore,this review focuses on the mechanisms regulating lipid metabolism reprogramming in pancreatic cancer cells to provide new therapeutic targets and aid the development of new therapeutic strategies for pancreatic cancer.Duancheng Guo Longyun Ye Weiding Wu Xianjun Yu Kaizhou Jin 2023Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,6:0

20Investigation of mass transfer model of CO_(2) absorption with Rayleigh convection using multi-relaxation time lattice Boltzmann method显示文摘CO_(2) absorption into absorbents is a widely used method to reduce carbon emissions,in which the concentration gradient near the gas-liquid interface may induce Rayleigh convection(RC).Once RC occurs,the mass transfer rate will be significantly enhanced.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the mass transfer enhancement mechanism further and develop a penetration/surface divergence hybrid mass transfer model.In this study,we conduct research on the process of CO_(2) absorption into ethanol with RC.Firstly,we use a multi-relaxation time lattice Boltzmann method to simulate the absorption process and obtain the flow and concentration fields.And we also verify the reliability of the numerical simulation results by comparing with the experimental results.Then,we analyze the characteristics of non-uniform flow and concentration fields in RC.Moreover,we divide the near-interface region into diffusion-dominated and convection-dominated mass transfer zones by checking whether the horizontal average velocity is greater than 1.0×10^(-4) m·s^(-1).Furthermore,based on the differences in mass transfer mechanisms of the aforementioned two zones,we propose a penetration/surface divergence hybrid model to predict the instantaneous mass transfer coefficient.The prediction results demonstrate that the hybrid model can precisely predict the instantaneous mass transfer coefficient of the entire CO_(2) absorption process.Our proposed hybrid model provides a promising way to deal with the complex mass transfer problems with non-uniform flow and concentration fields.Longyun Zheng Kai Guo Hongwei Cai Bo Zhang Hui Liu Chunjiang Liu 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,,10:0
