| 1 | Design,modeling,and control of morphing aircraft:A review显示文摘A morphing aircraft can adapt its configuration to suit different types of tasks,which is also an important requirement of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAV).The successful development of an unmanned morphing aircraft involves three steps that determine its ability and intelligent:configuration design,dynamic modeling and flight control.This study conducts a comprehensive survey of morphing aircraft.First,the methods to design the configuration of a morphing aircraft are presented and analyzed.Then,the nonlinear dynamic characteristics and aerodynamic interference caused by a morphing wing are described.Subsequently,the dynamic modeling and flight control methods for solving the flight control problems are summarized with respect to these features.Finally,the general as well as special challenges ahead of the development of intelligent morphing aircraft are discussed.The findings can provide a theoretical and technical reference for designing future morphing aircraft or morphing-wing UAVs. | Lingling CHU Qi LI Feng GU Xintian DU Yuqing HE Yangchen DENG | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,5: | 16 |

| 3 | Preparation, microstructure and degradation performance of biomedical magnesium alloy fine wires显示文摘With the development of new biodegradable Mg alloy implant devices, the potential applications of biomedical Mg alloy fine wires are realized and explored gradually. In this study, we prepared three kinds of Mg alloy fine wires containing 4 wt% RE(Gd/Y/Nd) and 0.4 wt% Zn with the diameter less than 0.4 μm through casting, hot extruding and multi-pass cold drawing combined with intermediated annealing process. Their microstructures, mechanical and degradation properties were investigated. In comparison with the corresponding as-extruded alloy, the final fine wire has significantly refined grain with an average size of 3–4 μm, and meanwhile shows higher yield strength but lower ductility at room temperature. The degradation tests results and surface morphologies observations indicate that Mg–4Gd–0.4Zn and Mg–4Nd–0.4Zn fine wires have similar good corrosion resistance and the uniform corrosion behavior in SBF solution. | 4 | Yizhi Xingnao prescription improves the cognitive function of patients after a transient ischemic attack显示文摘Patients with mild cognitive impairment after a transient ischemic attack were included in this study. They were treated with Yizhi Xingnao prescription, ergoloid mesylates or aspirin for 60 days. Evaluation using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale showed that cognitive function was significantly improved in all patients, especially after the combined treatment of Yizhi Xingnao and aspirin. The scores from the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale were improved overall and the effective treatment rate was as high as 79%, which was higher than patients treated with a combination of ergoloid mesylates and aspirin, or aspirin alone. | 7 | Low-dose chloroquine treatment extends the lifespan of aged rats显示文摘Dear Editor,Chloroquine(CQ)has long been used as an anti-malarial agent(Wellems and Plowe,2001).Recently,CQ has also been applied to treat viral infection and related diseases(Wellems and Plowe,2001;Huang et al.,2020).However,the safety and efficacy of its applications are still under extensive debate(Solomon and Lee,2009).Here,we discovered that low-dose CQ has a geroprotective effect on physiologically aged rats.Low-dose CQ prolonged lifespan,repressed systemic inflammation,and inhibited fibrosis across multiple tissue types in aged rats.Furthermore,we constructed transcriptomic maps for 6 tissues(kidney,small intestine,liver,heart,lung,and aorta)upon CQ treatment,thus revealing the effects of CQ at a systemic level.CQ treatment mitigated age-related molecular changes and repressed genes linked to fibrosis and the inflammatory response.Altogether,our data provide a valuable resource for investigating the impact of CQ on multiple aged tissues,which may facilitate the development of clinical applications that mitigate age-related changes in the elderly. | Wei Li Zhiran Zou Yusheng Cai Kuan Yang Si Wang Zunpeng Liu Lingling Geng Qun Chu Zhejun Ji Piu Chan Guang-Hui Liu Moshi Song Jing Qu Weiqi Zhang | 2022 | Protein & Cell2022,13,6: | 1 |

| 15 | Strong Pauli paramagnetic effect in the upper critical field of KCa2Fe4As4F2显示文摘Recently, 12442 system of Fe-based superconductors has attracted considerable attention owing to its unique double-Fe As-layer structure. A steep increase in the in-plane upper critical field with cooling has been observed near the superconducting transition temperature, Tc, in KCa2Fe4As4F2 single crystals. Herein, we report a high-field investigation on upper critical field of this material over a wide temperature range, and both out-of-plane(H∥c, Hc2c) and in-plane(H∥ab, Hc2ab ) directions have been measured.A sublinear temperature-dependent behavior is observed for the out-of-plane Hc2c , whereas strong convex curvature with cooling is observed for the in-plane Hc2ab . Such behaviors could not be described by the conventional Werthamer-Helfand-Hohenberg(WHH) model. In this work, we demonstrated an automated solid-liquid synthesis for gadopentetate dimeglumine, the most widely used magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) contrast agent. The high-efficiency reaction was performed in a 3D microfluidic chip which was fabricated by femtosecond laser micromachining. The structure of the chip realized 3D shear flow which was essential for highly efficient mixing and movement of the solid-liquid mixtures. Ultraviolet visible(UV-vis) spectrometer was employed for in-line analysis to help automation of this system. | 19 | S1-supported Pd@CeO_(2) quasi-core@shell materials as advanced catalysts for selective hydrogenation of furfural显示文摘Bare Pd metal nanoparticles invariably suffer from poor selectivity in furfural hydrogenation by forming flat configurations,with the aromatic ring of the substrate molecules parallel to the metal surface.Herein,we put forward a promising solution by using CeO_(2)as promoters to modify Pd nanoparticles for modulating the adsorption behaviors of furfural molecules.To achieve the highly-desired ultra-small Pd@CeO_(2)core@shell nanostructure,a“constrained auto-redox”synthesis is developed,in which silicalite-1 supports play the key role of providing their surface as the landing place of PdO_(x)precursors for inhibiting the overgrowth and the deformation.To the best of our knowledge,this is one of the smallest core@shell materials obtained from aqueous synthesis.When evaluated as catalysts,Pd@CeO_(2)/S-1 gives 98.9%conversion of furfural with 94.3%selectivity for furfural alcohol in 15 h,which is much better than that of Pd/S-1(88.6%conversion with 44.3%selectively).The DFT simulation reveals a strong interaction between the defects of CeO_(2)and the oxygen atom of the–CHO group in furfural molecules,which benefits the selective hydrogenation occurred in the–CHO group rather than the furan ring. | Xiang Chu Lingling Zhang Ke Wang Rui Zhang Xiao Wang Shuyan Song Hongjie Zhang | 2024 | Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,3: | 0 |
| 20 | Plant community and soil properties drive arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal diversity:A case study in tropical forests显示文摘The mutual interdependence of plants and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)is important in carbon and mineral nutrient exchange.However,an understanding of how AMF community assemblies vary in different forests and the underlying factors regulating AMF diversity in native tropical forests is largely unknown.We explored the AMF community assembly and the underlying factors regulating AMF diversity in a young(YF)and an old-growth forest(OF)in a tropical area.The results showed that a total of 53 AMF phylogroups(virtual taxa,VTs)were detected,38±1 in the OF and 34±1 in the YF through high-throughput sequencing of 18S rDNA,and AMF community composition was significantly different between the two forests.A structural equation model showed that the forest traits indirectly influenced AMF diversity via the plant community,soil properties and microbes,which explained 44.2%of the total observed variation in AMF diversity.Plant diversity and biomass were the strongest predictors of AMF diversity,indicating that AMF diversity was dominantly regulated by biotic factors at our study sites.Our study indicated that forest community traits have a predictable effect on the AMF community;plant community traits and soil properties are particularly important for determining AMF diversity in tropical forests. | Jing Zhang Changxin Quan Lingling Ma Guowei Chu Zhanfeng Liu Xuli Tang | 2021 | Soil Ecology Letters2021,3,1: | 0 |
