1Mechanism for the formation of the January 2013 heavy haze pollution episode over central and eastern China显示文摘In January 2013,a long-lasting episode of severe haze occurred in central and eastern China,and it attracted attention from all sectors of society.The process and evolution of haze pollution episodes were observed by the'Forming Mechanism and Control Strategies of Haze in China'group using an intensive aerosol and trace gases campaign that simultaneously obtained data at 11 ground-based observing sites in the CARE-China network.The characteristics and formation mechanism of haze pollution episodes were discussed.Five haze pollution episodes were identified in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(Jing-Jin-Ji)area;the two most severe episodes occurred during 9–15 January and 25–31 January.During these two haze pollution episodes,the maximum hourly PM2.5mass concentrations in Beijing were 680 and 530μg m 3,respectively.The process and evolution of haze pollution episodes in other major cities in the Jing-Jin-Ji area,such as Shijiazhuang and Tianjin were almost the same as those observed in Beijing.The external cause of the severe haze episodes was the unusual atmospheric circulation,the depression of strong cold air activities and the very unfavorable dispersion due to geographical and meteorological conditions.However,the internal cause was the quick secondary transformation of primary gaseous pollutants to secondary aerosols,which contributed to the'explosive growth'and'sustained growth'of PM2.5.Particularly,the abnormally high amount of nitric oxide(NOx)in the haze episodes,produced by fossil fuel combustion and vehicle emissions,played a direct or indirect role in the quick secondary transformation of coal-burning sulphur dioxide(SO2)to sulphate aerosols.Furthermore,gaseous pollutants were transformed into secondary aerosols through heterogeneous reactions on the surface of fine particles,which can change the particle’s size and chemical composition.Consequently,the proportion of secondary inorganic ions,such as sulphate and nitrate,gradually increased,which enhances particle hygroscopicity and thereby accelerating formation of the haze pollution.WANG YueSi YAO Li WANG LiLi LIU ZiRui JI DongSheng TANG GuiQian ZHANG JunKe SUN Yang HU Bo XIN JinYuan 2014Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,1:189
2Contrasting trends of PM2.5 and surface-ozone concentrations in China from 2013 to 2017显示文摘Although much attention has been paid to investigating and controlling air pollution in China,the trends of air-pollutant concentrations on a national scale have remained unclear.Here,we quantitatively investigated the variation of air pollutants in China using long-term comprehensive data sets from 2013 to 2017,during which Chinese government made major efforts to reduce anthropogenic emission in polluted regions.Our results show a significant decreasing trend in the PM2.5 concentration in heavily polluted regions of eastern China,with an annual decrease of〜7%compared with measurements in 2013.The measured decreased concentrations of SO2>NO2 and CO(a proxy for anthropogenic volatile organic compounds)could explain a large fraction of the decreased PM2.5 concentrations in different regions.As a consequence;the heavily polluted days decreased significantly in corresponding regions.Concentrations of organic aerosol;nitrate;sulfate,ammonium and chloride measured in urban Beijing revealed a remarkable reduction from 2013 to 2017;connecting the decreases in aerosol precursors with corresponding chemical components closely.However;surface-ozone concentrations showed increasing trends in most urban stations from 2013 to 2017;which indicates stronger photochemical pollution.The boundary-layer height in capital c让ies of eastern China showed no significant trends over the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions from 2013 to 2017;which confirmed the reduction in anthropogenic emissions.Our results demonstrated that the Chinese government was successful in the reduction of particulate matter in urban areas from 2013 to 2017,although the ozone concentration has increased significantly;suggesting a more complex mechanism of improving Chinese air quality in the future.Yonghong Wang Wenkang Gao Shuai Wang Tao Song Zhengyu Gong Dongsheng Ji Lili Wang Zirui Liu Guiqian Tang Yanfeng Huo Shili Tian Jiayun Li Mingge Li Yuan Yang Biwu Chu Tuukka Petaja Veli-Matti Kerminen Hong He Jiming Hao Markku Kulmala Yuesi Wang Yuanhang Zhang 2020National Science Review2020,7,8:51
3Variability and reduction of atmospheric pollutants in Beijing and its surrounding area during the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games显示文摘The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Atmospheric Environment Monitoring Network was established by the Institute of Atmospheric Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences.The goals of the network were to monitor and provide warnings of the atmospheric quality in Beijing and its surrounding area during the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.The results showed that the atmospheric complex pollution exhibited high concentrations of ozone and fine particles and oxidation in summer,with a ubiquitous regional source.The regional mean concentrations of SO2,PM2.5,NO2,and O3_8h max(the maximum daily 8 h mean) and Ox were 22±11,90±40,25±5,136±35 and 112±21 μg/m3 in summer,respectively.During the Olympic Games,the mean concentration of SO2,PM2.5,NO2,O3_8h max,and Ox were 12.5±4,56±28,23±4,114±29,95±17 μg/m3 in the region,respectively,and fell by 51.0%,43.7%,13%,20.2%,and 18.9%,respectively,compared to the prophase mean before the Olympic Games.The concentration of atmospheric pollutants declined significantly and achieved the 'Green Olympics' control goal of air quality.After the Olympic Games,SO2,PM2.5 and NOx increased significantly as the temporary atmospheric pollution control measures were terminated.XIN JinYuan WANG YueSi TANG GuiQian WANG LiLi SUN Yang WANG YingHong HU Bo SONG Tao JI DongSheng WANG WeiFeng LI Liang LIU GuangRen 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,18:30
4Trends in particulate matter and its chemical compositions in China from 2013–2017显示文摘Accurate determination of the atmospheric particulate matter mass concentration and chemical composition is helpful in exploring the causes and sources of atmospheric enthalpy pollution and in evaluating the rationality of environmental air quality control strategies.Based on the sampling and chemical composition data of PM2.5 in different key regions of China in the CARE-China observation network,this research analyzes the environmental air quality data released by the China National Environmental Monitoring Centre during the studied period to determine the changes in the particulate matter mass concentration in key regions and the evolution of the corresponding chemical compositions during the implementation of the Action Plan for Prevention and Control of Air Pollution from 2013-2017.The results show the following.(1)The particulate matter mass concentration in China showed a significant downward trend;however,the PM2.5 annual mass concentration in 64%of cities exceeds the New Chinese Ambient Air Quality Standard(CAAQS)GradeⅡ(GB3095-2012).The region to the east of the Taihang Mountains,the Fenhe and Weihe River Plain and the Urumqi-Changji regions in Xinjiang,all have PM2.5 concentration loading that is still high,and heavy haze pollution occurred frequently in the autumn and winter.(2)During the heavy pollution in the autumn and winter,the concentrations of sulfate and organic components decreased significantly.The mean SO42-concentration in PM2.5 decreased by 76%,12%,81%and 38%in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH),the Pearl River Delta(PRD),the Sichuan-Chongqing region(SC)and the Fenhe and Weihe River Plain,respectively.The mean organic matter(OM)concentration decreased by 70%,44%,48%and 31%,respectively,and the mean concentration of NH4+decreased by 68%,1.6%,38%and 25%,respectively.The mean elemental carbon(EC)concentration decreased by 84%and 20%in BTH and SC,respectively,and it increased by 61%and 11%in the PRD and Fenhe and Weihe River Plain,respectively.The mean concentration of mineral and unresolved chemical components(MI)dropped by 70%,24%and 13%in BTH,the PRD and the Fenhe and Weihe River Plain,respectively.The change in the PM2.5 chemical composition is consistent with the decrease of the PM2.5mass concentration.(3)In 2015,the mean OM concentration contributions to fine particles and coarse particles were 13-46%and 46-57%,respectively,and the mean MI concentration contributions to fine particles and coarse and particles were 31-60%and 39-73%,respectively;these values are lower than the 2013 values from the key regions,which is the most important factor behind the decrease of the particulate matter mass concentration.From 2013 to 2015,among the chemical components of different particle size fractions,the peak value of the coarse particle size fraction decreased significantly,and the fine particle size fractions of SO42-,NO3-,and NH4+decreased with the decrease of the particulate matter mass concentration in different particle size fractions.The fine-particle size peaks of SO42-,NO3-and NH4+shifted from 0.65-1.1μm to the finer size range of0.43-0.65μm during the same time frame.Yuesi WANG Wenjie LI Wenkang GAO Zirui LIU Shili TIAN Rongrong SHEN Dongsheng JI Shuai WANG Lili WANG Guiqian TANG Tao SONG Mengtian CHENG Gehui WANG Zhengyu GONG Jiming HAO Yuanhang ZHANG 2019Science China Earth Sciences2019,62,12:23
5Meteorological mechanism for a large-scale persistent severe ozone pollution event over eastern China in 2017显示文摘An intensive and persistent regional ozone pollution event occurred over eastern China from 25 June to 5 July 2017.73 out of 96 selected cities,most located in the Beijing-TianjinHebei and the surrounding area(BTHS),suffered severe ozone pollution.A north-south contrast ozone distribution,with higher ozone(199±33μg/m3)in the BTHS and lower ozone(118±25μg/m^3)in the Yangtze River Delta(YRD),was found to be dominated by the position of the West Pacific Subtropical High(WPSH)and mid-high latitude wave activities.In the BTHS,the positive anomalies of geopotential height at 500 hPa and temperature at the surface indicated favorable meteorological conditions for local ozone formation.Prevailing northwesterly winds in the mid-high troposphere and warm advection induced by weak southerly winds in the low troposphere resulted in low-moderate relative humidity(RH),less total cloud cover(TGC),strong solar radiation and high temperatures.Moreover,southerly winds prevailing over the BTHS aggravated the pollution due to regional transportation of O3 and its precursors.On one hand,the deep sinking motion and inversion layer suppressed the dispersion of pollutants.On the other hand,O3-rich air in the upper layer was maintained at night due to temperature inversion,which facilitated O3 vertical transport to the surface in the next-day morning due to elevated convection.Generally,temperature,UV radiation,and RH showed good correlations with O3 in the BTHS,with rates of 8.51(μg/m^3)/℃(within the temperature range of 20-38℃),59.54(μg/m^3)/(MJ/m^2)and-1.93(μg/m^3)/%,respectively.Jia Mao Lili Wang Chuhan Lu Jingda Liu Mingge Li Guiqian Tang Dongsheng Ji Nan Zhang Yuesi Wang 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,6:18

7Multiple transgenes Populus xeuramericana 'Guariento' plants obtained by biolistic bombardment显示文摘A JERF36 regulation gene, a selection marker gene (NPT-II), and the foreign genes levansucrase (SacB), Vitreoscilla hemoglobin (vgb), and Binary coleopterus insect resistance (BtCry3A+OC-I) were co-transferred into Populus xeuramericana 'Guariento' using biolistic bombardment; 25 kanamycin resistant plants were obtained. The results of PCR and Southern hybridization showed that the foreign genes had been integrated into the genome of P. xeuramericana 'Guariento' and 5 genes were all transferred into 7 poplar plants. 8LHPP inhibits cell growth and migration and triggers autophagy in papillary thyroid cancer by regulating the AKT/AMPK/mTOR signaling pathway显示文摘In recent decades,the incidence rate of papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC)has been rapidly increasing.However,the molecular mechanism of the physiological and pathological processes of PTC is still largely unknown.Phospholysine phosphohistidine inorganic pyrophosphate phosphatase(LHPP)is a tum or suppressor and exerts anti-tumor effect in several human cancers,while the role and underlying mechanism of LHPP in PTC remain vague.In this study,we firstly evaluated the roles of LHPP in PTC and explored its underlying mechanism.Using clinical tissue samples,we detected the level of LHPP in PTC tissues and in matched adjacent normal tissues.Lower level of LHPP was found in PTC tissues than in matched adjacent normal tissues.Similar LHPP expression pattern was found in PTC cell lines when compared with that in normal human thyroid follicular epithelial cells.Then,we over-expressed LHPP in three PTC cell lines and results showed that ectopic LHPP expression consistently reduced cell viability,proliferation,and migration and triggered cell autophagy.Furthermore,over-expression of LHPP inhibited the activation of the AKT/mTOR pathway and promoted the AMPK signaling pathway.In addition,the activation of AKT/mTOR and inhibition of AMPK signaling pathways restored the role of ectopic LHPP expression in PTC cell lines,indicating that LHPP exerts its anti-tumor activity through regulating the AKT/AMPK/mTOR pathway.Ultimately,we illustrated that ectopic LHPP expression inhibited PTC tumor growth in vivo.In conclusion,we revealed that LHPP has an anti-tumor effect in PTC and indicated that LHPP might serve as an effective diagnostic and therapeutic target for PTC.Wenyu Sun Kai Qian Kai Guo Lili Chen Jun Xiang Duanshu Li Yi Wu Qinghai Ji Tuanqi Sun Zhuoying Wang 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,4:8

10Genome-wide analysis of BES1 genes in Gossypium revealed their evolutionary conserved roles in brassinosteroid signaling显示文摘Brassinosteroids(BRs), which are essential phytohormones for plant growth and development, are important for cotton fiber development. Additionally, BES1 transcription factors are critical for BR signal transduction. However, cotton BES1 family genes have not been comprehensively characterized. In this study, we identified 11 BES1 genes in G. arboreum, 11 in G.raimondii, 16 in G. barbadense, and 22 in G. hirsutum. The BES1 sequences were significantly conserved in the Arabidopsis thaliana, rice, and upland cotton genomes. A total of 94 BES1 genes from 10 different plant species were divided into three clades according to the neighbor-joining and minimum-evolution methods. Moreover, the exon/intron patterns and motif distributions were highly conserved among the A. thaliana and cotton BES1 genes. The collinearity among the orthologs from the At and Dt subgenomes was estimated. Segmental duplications in the At and Dt subgenomes were primarily responsible for the expansion of the cotton BES1 gene family. Of the GhBES1 genes, GhBES1.4_At/Dt exhibited BL-induced expression and was predominantly expressed in fibers. Furthermore, Col-0/mGhBES1.4_At plants produced curled leaves with long and bent petioles. These transgenic plants also exhibited decreased hypocotyl sensitivity to brassinazole and constitutive BR induced/repressed gene expression patterns. 11Cross-cultural adaption and psychometric properties of the Chinese version of the Diabetes Behavior Rating Scale: a pilot study显示文摘Self-care behavior plays a major role in diabetic management. However, in China, a satisfactory instrument has not yet been developed to evaluate the compliance of self-care behavior for young patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1 DM). The Diabetes Behavior Rating Scale(DBRS) has a potential to be the first mature instrument. The purpose of this study is to cross-culturally adapt the DBRS, and preliminarily evaluate its psychometric properties. The instrument translation included translation, back translation and culture adaptation. Psychometric properties were assessed in a sample of 116 young patients with T1 DM adapting insulin injection therapy. The Chinese version of the DBRS was divided to four subscales. Cronbach's α for the total scale was 0.92. The mean inter-item and item-total correlations were 0.35 and 0.54 respectively. Test-retest reliability showed good temporal stability(r=0.81, P=0.001). Negative correlations were found between DBRS scores with the Diabetes Distress Scale scores(r=.0.32, P=0.003) and hemoglobin A1 c(HbA1 c) levels(r=.0.36, P=0.002). Higher DBRS scores correlated with better glycemic control. The Chinese insulin injection therapy version of the DBRS is well translated and culturally adapted. 13Dual roles of p62/SQSTM1 in the injury and recovery phases of acetaminophen-induced liver injury in mice显示文摘Acetaminophen(APAP)overdose can induce liver injury and is the most frequent cause of acute liver failure in the United States.We investigated the role of p62/SQSTM1(referred to as p62)in APAP-induced liver injury(AILI)in mice.We found that the hepatic protein levels of p62 dramatically increased at 24 h after APAP treatment,which was inversely correlated with the hepatic levels of APAPadducts.APAP also activated mTOR at 24 h,which is associated with increased cell proliferation.In contrast,p62 knockout(KO)mice showed increased hepatic levels of APAP-adducts detected by a specific antibody using Western blot analysis but decreased mTOR activation and cell proliferation with aggravated liver injury at 24 h after APAP treatment.Surprisingly,p62 KO mice recovered from AILI whereas the wild-type mice still sustained liver injury at 48 h.We found increased number of infiltrated macrophages in p62 KO mice that were accompanied with decreased hepatic von Willebrand factor(VWF)and platelet aggregation,which are associated with increased cell proliferation and improved liver injury at 48 h after APAP treatment.Our data indicate that p62 inhibits the late injury phase of AILI by increasing autophagic selective removal of APAP-adducts and mitochondria but impairs the recovery phase of AILI likely by enhancing hepatic blood coagulation.Hui Qian Qingyun Bai Xiao Yang Jephte Y.Akakpo Lili Ji Li Yang Thomas Rulicke Kurt Zatloukal Hartmut Jaeschke Hong-Min Ni Wen-Xing Ding 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,12:4
14The preparation of supported ionic liquids (SILs) and their application in rare metals separation显示文摘This review summarizes the preparation methods of support ionic liquids (SILs) and their applications in rare metals separation. The rare metals separation includes the recovery of high value metal ions and the removal of heavy metal ions from wastewater. SILs can be used as a kind of highly efficient multifunctional separation materials. The preparation methods of SILs include chemical immobilization technique in which ILs moieties are supported on solid supports via covalent bonds and physical immobilization techniques in which ILs are immobilized on solid supports via physical method such as simple im- pregnation, sol-gel method. According to the difference of solid supports, this review summarizes the application of polymer supported ionic liquids (P-SILs), silica based material supported ionic liquids (SM-SILs) and membrane supported ionic liq- uids (M-SILs) in rare metals separation. P-SILs and SM-SILs prepared by chemical method with N-methylimidazolium group can be used as highly efficient anion exchangers with high thermal stability and good chemical stability for adsorption of Cr(VI), Re(VII), Ce(IV). P-SILs prepared via simple impregnation afforded IL functionalized solvent impregnated resins (SIRs) which showed high separation efficiency and selectivity in the separation of rare earths(III) (REs(III)). SM-SILs prepared via sol-gel method with IL doped in the support as porogens or extractant show high removal efficiencies and excellent stability for the separation of RE(III), Cr(III) and Cr(VI). M-SILs with IL as plasticizer or carrier show improved stability, high perme- ability coefficient and good selectivity for Cr(VI) transport. Different supports and different supporting methods were suffi- ciently compared. 15Spatial distribution of IL4 controls iNKT cell-DC crosstalk in tumors显示文摘The spatiotemporal distribution of cytokines orchestrates immune responses in vivo,yet the underlying mechanisms remain to be explored.We showed here that the spatial distribution of interleukin-4(IL4)in invariant natural killer T(iNKT)cells regulated crosstalk between iNKT cells and dendritic cells(DCs)and controlled iNKT cell-mediated T-helper type 1(Th1)responses.The persistent polarization of IL4 induced by strong lipid antigens,that is,α-galactosylceramide(αGC),caused IL4 accumulation at the immunological synapse(IS),which promoted the activation of the IL4R-STAT6(signal transducer and activator of transcription 6)pathway and production of IL12 in DCs,which enhanced interferon-γ(IFNγ)production in iNKT cells.Conversely,the nonpolarized secretion of IL4 induced by Th2 lipid antigens with a short or unsaturated chain was incapable of enhancing this iNKT cell-DC crosstalk and thus shifted the immune response to a Th2-type response.The nonpolarized secretion of IL4 in response to Th2 lipid antigens was caused by the degradation of Cdc42 in iNKT cells.Moreover,reduced Cdc42 expression was observed in tumorinfiltrating iNKT cells,which impaired IL4 polarization and disturbed iNKT cell-DC crosstalk in tumors.Lu Wang Zhilan Liu Lili Wang Qielan Wu Xiang Li Di Xie Huimin Zhang Yongdeng Zhang Lusheng Gu Yanhong Xue Ting Yue Gang Liu Wei Ji Haiming Wei Tao Xu Li Bai 2020Cellular & Molecular Immunology2020,17,5:4
16Rapid, automated, and reliable antimicrobial susceptibility test from positive blood culture by CAST‐R显示文摘Antimicrobial susceptibility tests(ASTs)are pivotal in combating multidrug resistant pathogens,yet they can be time‐consuming,labor‐intensive,and unstable.Using the AST of tigecycline for sepsis as the main model,here we establish an automated system of Clinical Antimicrobials Susceptibility Test Ramanometry(CAST‐R),based on D2O‐probed Raman microspectroscopy.Featuring a liquid robot for sample pretreatment and a machine learning‐based control scheme for data acquisition and quality control,the 3‐h,automated CAST‐R process accelerates AST by>10‐fold,processes 96 paralleled antibiotic‐exposure reactions,and produces high‐quality Raman spectra.The Expedited Minimal Inhibitory Concentration via Metabolic Activity is proposed as a quantitative and broadly applicable parameter for metabolism‐based AST,which shows 99%essential agreement and 93%categorical agreement with the broth microdilution method(BMD)when tested on 100 Acinetobacter baumannii isolates.Further tests on 26 clinically positive blood samples for eight antimicrobials,including tigecycline,meropenem,ceftazidime,ampicillin/sulbactam,oxacillin,clindamycin,vancomycin,and levofloxacin reveal 93%categorical agreement with BMD‐based results.The automation,speed,reliability,and general applicability of CAST‐R suggest its potential utility for guiding the clinical administration of antimicrobials.Pengfei Zhu Lihui Ren Ying Zhu Jing Dai Huijie Liu Yuli Mao Yuandong Li Yuehui He Xiaoshan Zheng Rongze Chen Xiaoting Fu Lili Zhang Lijun Sun Yuanqi Zhu Yuetong Ji Bo Ma Yingchun Xu Jian Xu Qiwen Yang 2022mLife2022,1,3:3
17Therapeutic effects of low-frequency phonophoresis with a Chinese herbal medicine versus sodium diclofenac for treatment of knee osteoarthritis: a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of low-frequency phonophoresis with a Chinese herbal medicine(CHM) compared with sodium diclofenac(SD) for knee osteoarthritis(KOA).METHODS: In this double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial, 100 KOA patients were assigned randomly to a placebo group, a CHM group,or SD group. Low-frequency phonophoresis was used to improve the efficiency of drug delivery.Pain at rest [using a visual analog scale(VAS)], pain on movement(VAS), and range of motion(degrees) in the three groups were evaluated using the Western Ontario and Mc Master Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMACAI) scores. Safety assessments comprised emergency adverse events, aswell as laboratory tests of blood biochemistry, creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase.RESULTS: Significant improvements were found after treatment in all outcome measures except stiffness and range of motion in patients in the CHMP group and SDP group(P < 0.05). 18High-throughput screening and machine learning for the efficient growth of high-quality single-wall carbon nanotubes显示文摘It has been a great challenge to optimize the growth conditions toward structure-controlled growth of single-wall carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs).Here,a high-throughput method combined with machine learning is reported that efficiently screens the growth conditions for the synthesis of high-quality SWCNTs.Patterned cobalt(Co)nanoparticles were deposited on a numerically marked silicon wafer as catalysts,and parameters of temperature,reduction time and carbon precursor were optimized.The crystallinity of the SWCNTs was characterized by Raman spectroscopy where the featured G/D peak intensity(IG/ID)was extracted automatically and mapped to the growth parameters to build a database.1,280 data were collected to train machine learning models.Random forest regression(RFR)showed high precision in predicting the growth conditions for high-quality SWCNTs,as validated by further chemical vapor deposition(CVD)growth.This method shows great potential in structure-controlled growth of SWCNTs.Zhong-Hai Ji Lili Zhang Dai-Ming Tang Chien-Ming Chen Torbjörn EMNordling Zheng-De Zhang Cui-Lan Ren Bo Da Xin Li Shu-Yu Guo Chang Liu Hui-Ming Cheng 2021Nano Research2021,14,12:3
19Synthesis of two lanthanide clusters Ln^(Ⅲ)_(4)(Gd_(4) and Dy_(4)) with [2×2] square grid shape:Magnetocaloric effect and slow magnetic relaxation behaviors显示文摘Two isostructural tetranuclear lanthanide clusters named [Ln_(4)(L)_(4)(CH_(3) O)_(4)]·CH_(3) OH(Ln=Gd(Ⅲ) for 1,Dy(Ⅲ) for 2,H_(2) L=N’-(2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzylidene)-6-(hydroxymethyl) picolinohydrazide) were successfully isolated by using a polydentate Schiff based ligand and Ln(Ⅲ) nitrate salts.The structures of 1 and 2 were characterized by X-ray structural analyses,they are held by four double deprotonated ligands L2-.In them all the lanthanide ions are eight-coordinated and distributed over four vertices of a parallelogram,presenting a Ln4 cluster with a strict [2 × 2] square grid pattern.The details of magnetic analysis show that 1 displays weak anti-ferromagnetic exchange between neighboring Gd(Ⅲ) ions through carboxylate oxygen and methanol oxygen ligand atoms.Furthermore,1 exhibits significant magnetocaloric effect with the maximum entropy change-ΔSm value of 28.5 J/(kg K) for ΔH=7.0 T at 2.0 K.For compound 2,remarkable slow magnetic relaxation behaviors are observed in the presence of zero magnetic field with τ0=1.02 × 10^(-6) s and energy barrier ΔE/kB=43.24 K.Chunying Xu Zhilei Wu Chenjuan Fan Lili Yan Wenmin Wang Baoming Ji 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,9:2
20Study on high efficient electric discharge milling of silicon carbide ceramic with high resistivity显示文摘A new method which employs a group pulse power supply for electric discharge milling of the silicon carbide ceramic with the resistivity of 500 Ω·cm is presented. Due to the good machining stability and high pulse utilization, the material removal rate (MRR) can reach 72.9 mm3/min. The effects of high-frequency pulse duration, high-frequency pulse interval, peak voltage, peak current, polarity, rotate speed and group frequency on the process performance have been investigated. Also the EDMed surface microstructure is examined with a scanning electron microscope (SEM), an X-ray diffraction (XRD), an energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and a micro hardness tester. The results show that the conditions of smaller high-frequency pulse duration and pulse interval, higher peak voltage and peak current, and positive tool polarity are suitable for machining the SiC ceramic. The optimal rotate speed is 1090 r/min and the preferable group frequency is 730 Hz. In addition, there is a small quantity of iron on machined surface when machining with steel electrode.
