Recent glacial retreat in High Asia in China and its impact on water resource in Northwest China显示文摘Under the impact of climatic warming, the glaciers in the High Asia in China have been retreating continuously with negative glacial mass balance in recent several decades. The retreat became more intensive in the past 10 years. The spatial pattern of the glacial retreat in the High Asia in China is that the smallest magnitude of retreat is in the inland of the Tibetan Plateau, the magnitude increases from the inland to the margin of the Tibetan Plateau, and the largest magnitude at the margin of the Tibetan Plateau. The glacial retreat in the High Asia in China has an important impact on the water resource of the arid regions in Northwest China. This study shows that the glacial retreat in the 1990s has caused an increase of 5.5% in river runoff in Northwest China. In the Tarim River basin, the increase of river runoff is higher than 5.5%.YAO Tandong 1,2 ,WANG Youqing 2 ,LIU Shiying 2,1 ,PU Jianchen 2,1 ,SHEN Yongping 2 & LU Anxin 2,1 1.Institute of Tibetan Plateau Research,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Beijing 100029,China 2.Cold and Arid Regions Environmental and Engineering Research Institute,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Lanzhou 730000,China 2004Science China Earth Sciences2004,47,12:117
Thiolactone copolymer donor gifts organic solar cells a 16.72% efficiency显示文摘Since 1995,bulk-heterojunction organic solar cells consisting of one or two organic donors and one or two organic acceptors have been fighting for high power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)and good stability[1].Until recent years, this next-generation photovoltaic technology starts to offer decent PCEs,shedding the light on commercialization, and attracting great attention again[2-14].Compared w让h the continuously emerging highperformance nonfullerene acceptors,high-performance donors are rare.Ji Xiong Ke Jin Yufan Jiang Jianqiang Qin Tan Wang Jinfeng Liu Qishi Liu Haili Peng Xiongfeng Li Anxin Sun Xianyi Meng Lixiu Zhang Ling Liu Wenting Li Zhimin Fang Xue Jia Zuo Xiao Yaqing Feng Xiaotao Zhang Kuan Sun Shangfeng Yang Shengwei Shi Liming Ding 2019Science Bulletin2019,64,21:17
Clopidogrel with aspirin in High- risk patients with Acute Non- disabling Cerebrovascular Events II (CHANCE-2): rationale and design of a multicentre randomised trial显示文摘Background In patients with a minor ischaemic stroke or transient ischaemic attack(TIA),separate trials have shown that dual antiplatelet therapy with clopidogrel plus aspirin(clopidogrel-aspirin)or ticagrelor plus aspirin(ticagrelor-aspirin)are more effective than aspirin alone in stroke secondary prevention. However, these two sets of combination have not been directly compared.Since clopidogrel was less effective in stroke patients who were CYP2C19 loss-of function(LOF)allele carriers, whether ticagrelor-aspirin is clinically superior to clopidogrel-aspirin in this subgroup of patients with stroke is unclear.Aim To describe the rationale and design considerations of the Clopidogrel in High-risk patients with Acute Non-disabling Cerebrovascular Events(CHANCE-2)trial.Design CHANCE-2 is a randomised,double-blind,double-dummy,placebo-controlled,multicentre trial that compares two dual antiplatelet strategies for minor stroke or TIA patients who are CYP2C19 LOF allele carriers:ticagrelor(180 mg loading dose on day 1 followed by 90 mg twice daily on days 2-90)or clopidogrel(300 mg loading dose on day 1 followed by 75 mg daily on days 2-90),plus open-label aspirin with a dose of 75-300 mg on day 1 followed by 75 mg daily on day 2-21.All will be followed for 1 year.Study outcomes The primary efficacy outcome is any stroke(ischaemic or haemorrhagic)within 3 months and the primary safety outcome is any severe or moderate bleeding event within 3 months.Discussion The CHANCE-2 trial will evaluate whether ticagrelor-aspirin is superior to clopidogrel-aspirin for minor stroke or TIA patients who are CYP2C19 LOF allele carriers.Yongjun Wang Claiborne Johnston Philip M Bath Xia Meng Jing Jing Xuewei Xie Anxin Wang Yuesong Pan Anding Xu Qiang Dong Yilong Wang Xingquan Zhao Zixiao Li Hao Li 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,2:10
Whole genome sequencing of 10K patients with acute ischaemic stroke or transient ischaemic attack: design, methods and baseline patient characteristics显示文摘Background and purpose Stroke is the second leading cause of death worldwide and the leading cause of mortality and long-term disability in China, but its underlying risk genes and pathways are far from being comprehensively understood. We here describe the design and methods of whole genome sequencing(WGS)for 10914 patients with acute ischaemic stroke or transient ischaemic attack from the Third China National Stroke Registry(CNSR-III).Methods Baseline clinical characteristics of the included patients in this study were reported.DNA was extracted from white blood cells of participants.Libraries are constructed using qualified DNA,and WGS is conducted on BGISEQ-500 platform. The average depth is intended to be greater than 30×for each subject.Afterwards,Sentieon software is applied to process the sequencing data under the Genome Analysis Toolkit best practice guidance to call genotypes of single nucleotide variants(SNVs)and insertion-deletions.For each included subject,21 fingerprint SNVs are genotyped by MassARRAY assays to verify that DNA sample and sequencing data originate from the same individual. The copy number variations and structural variations are also called for each patient. All of the genetic variants are annotated and predicted by bioinformatics software or by reviewing public databases. Results The average age of the included 10914 patients was 62.2±11.3 years, and 31.4%patients were women. Most of the baseline clinical characteristics of the 10914 and the excluded patients were balanced. Conclusions The WGS data together with abundant clinical and imaging data of CNSR-III could provide opportunity to elucidate the molecular mechanisms and discover novel therapeutic targets for stroke.Si Cheng Zhe Xu Yang Liu Jinxi Lin Yong Jiang Yilong Wang Xia Meng Anxin Wang Xinying Huang Zhimin Wang Guohua Chen Songdi Wu Zhengchang Jia Yongming Chen Xuerong Qiu Jun Wu Binbin Song Weizhong Ji Zhongping An Wenjun Xue Lili Zhao Yu Geng Hongyan Li Hao Li Yongjun Wang 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,2:8
Dual antiplatelet therapy may increase the risk of non-intracranial haemorrhage in patients with minor strokes: a subgroup analysis of the CHANCE trial显示文摘Aim:The aim of this study was to explore the difference between haemorrhagic events among those patients on either aspirin or aspirin plus clopidogrel who were enrolled in the Clopidogrel in High-Risk Patients with Acute Non-disabling Ischemic Cerebrovascular Events(CHANCE)trial. Methods:This was an ad hoc analysis of the CHANCE trial;data on all patients with any haemorrhagic event were reviewed and analysed.Cox proportional hazards regression was used to determine factors association with any bleeding. Results:In the CHANCE trial, there were a total of 101(2%)haemorrhagic events reported from 50 different hospitals. The clopidogrel–aspirin group had 60(2.3%)cases and the aspirin group had 41(1.6%,p=0.09).Moderate or severe haemorrhagic events occurred in 7 patients(0.3%)in the clopidogrel–aspirin group and in 8(0.3%)in the aspirin group(p=0.73).Of 36(0.7%)cases of intracranial haemorrhages,20(0.4%)were in the clopidogrel–aspirin group and 16(0.3%)in the aspirin group. Each group had 8(0.3%)cases of symptomatic haemorrhagic strokes.Other common haemorrhagic events included 24(0.5%)cases of skin bruises,13(0.3%)gastrointestinal haemorrhages,9(0.2%)gum haemorrhages and 8(0.2%)intraocular haemorrhages. Conclusions:There was no overall significant difference in haemorrhagic events(p=0.29),especially in the rate of intracranial haemorrhages between the 2 treatment groups. However, patients enrolled with minor strokes had an increased risk of haemorrhagic events regardless of treatment group, not seen in patients with high-risk transient ischaemic attacks.Being elderly,of male gender and with a history of aspirin or proton pump inhibitor usage were associated with increased risk of haemorrhage.Patients with higher body mass index had lower risk of haemorrhagic events.David Wang Li Gui Yi Dong Hao Li Shujuan Li Huaguang Zheng Anxin Wang Xia Meng Li-Ping Liu Yi-Long Wang Guangyao Wang Jing Jing Zixiao Li Xing-Quan Zhao Yong-Jun Wang on behalf of the investigators for the CHANCE trial 2016Stroke & Vascular Neurology2016,1,2:8
Analytical validation of GMEX rapid point- of care CYP2C19 genotyping system for the CHANCE-2 trial显示文摘Background and purpose Rapid genotyping is useful for guiding early antiplatelet therapy in patients with high-risk nondisabling ischaemic cerebrovascular events(HR-NICE).Conventional genetic testing methods used in CYP2C19 genotype-guided antiplatelet therapy for patients with HR-NICE did not satisfy the needs of the Clopidogrel in High-Risk Patients with Acute Nondisabling Cerebrovascular Events(CHANCE)-2 trial. Therefore,we developed the rapid-genotyping GMEX(point-of care)system to meet the needs of the CHANCE-2 trial. Methods Healthy individuals and patients with history of cardiovascular diseases(n=408)were enrolled from six centres of the CHANCE-2 trial. We compared the laboratory-based genomic test results with Sanger sequencing test results for accuracy verification.Next,we demonstrated the accuracy, timeliness and clinical operability of the GMEX system compared with laboratory-based technology(YZY Kit)to verify whether the GMEX system satisfies the needs of the CHANCE-2 trial. Results Genotypes reported by the GMEX system showed 100%agreement with those determined by using the YZY Kit and Sanger sequencing for all three CYP2C19 alleles(*2,*3 and*17)tested.The average result’s turnaround times for the GMEX and YZY Kit methods were 85.0(IQR:85.0-86.0)and 1630.0(IQR:354.0-7594.0)min(p<0.001),respectively.Conclusions Our data suggest that the GMEX system is a reliable and feasible point-of care system for rapid CYP2C19 genotyping for the CHANCE-2 trial or related clinical and research applications.Xia Meng Anxin Wang Guojun Zhang Siying Niu Wei Li Sifei Han Fang Fang Xingquan Zhao Kehui Dong Zening Jin Huaguang Zheng Kelin Chen Hao Li Chengyuan Yang Yongjun Wang 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,2:7
Gastrointestinal bleeding during acute ischaemic stroke hospitalisation increases the risk of stroke recurrence显示文摘Objective Gastrointestinal(GI)bleeding in patients who had a stroke is strongly associated with a higher risk of death and loss of independence. However,it is unknown whether GI bleeding increases risk for recurrence of stroke. In this study,we assess the potential relationship between GI bleeding and stroke recurrence in patients within 12 months of an acute ischaemic stroke(AIS),using the China National Stroke Registry(CNSR).Methods This study included 22216 patients who had an ischaemic stroke included in the CNSR from 2007 to 2008.We analysed baseline patient characteristics,GI bleeding and outcomes of patients who had an AIS,specifically stroke recurrence at 3,6 and 12 months. We used multivariable logistic regression to evaluate a possible association between GI bleeding and stroke recurrence.results Of the 12415 patients included in our study,12.3%,15.5%and 17.7%had a stroke recurrence at 3,6 and 12 months, respectively.GI bleeding was an independent stroke recurrence risk factor in patients after ischaemic stroke at 3 months(adjusted OR 1.481,95%CI 1.118 to 1.962),6 months(adjusted OR 1.448,95%CI 1.106 to 1.896)and 12 months(adjusted OR 1.350;95%CI 1.034 to 1.763).Conclusion GI bleeding was associated with the increased risk of stroke recurrence after an AIS.Wanliang Du Xingquan Zhao Yilong Wang Yuesong Pan Gaifen Liu Anxin Wang Ruijun Ji Liping Liu Hongqiu Gu Kehui Dong Penglian Wang Yongjun Wang 2020Stroke & Vascular Neurology2020,5,2:7
Low serum albumin levels predict poor outcome in patients with acute ischaemic stroke or transient ischaemic attack显示文摘Background To examine the relationship of serum albumin with poor functional outcome and mortality in patients with acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)or transient ischaemic attack(TIA),and perform a meta-analysis to summarise the association. Methods We analysed data from the Third China National Stroke Registry(CNSR-Ⅲ).Patients were divided into four groups based on serum albumin levels at admission. The outcomes included poor functional outcome(modified Rankin Scale(mRS)score of 3 to 6)and mortality at 3 months and 1 year.Multiple logistic regression models and Cox regression models were used to evaluate the association, respectively. We used a fixed-effect model to calculate the risk ratio for poor functional outcome and a random-effect model for mortality in the meta-analysis.Results A total of 13618 patients were enrolled.During the 3-month follow-up period, compared with 40 to 44.9 g/L group, patients in<35 g/L group had an increased risk of poor functional outcome and mortality(adjusted OR 1.37(95%CI 1.12 to 1.67);adjusted HR 2.13(95%CI 1.41 to 3.23)).The relationship in per 10 g/L decreased serum albumin with prognosis was consistently inversed(adjusted OR 1.17(95%CI 1.01 to 1.35);adjusted HR 1.86(95%CI 1.30 to 2.64)).Also,low serum albumin levels were independently correlated with clinical outcomes at 1 year.In the meta-analysis,the OR for poor functional outcome pooled 3 studies per 1 g/L decrease was 1.03(95%CI 1.02 to 1.05),and the HR for mortality pooled 5 studies was 1.07(95%CI 1.03 to 1.11).Conclusions Low serum albumin levels predict poor functional outcome and mortality in patients with AIS or TIA.Hongyu Zhou Anxin Wang Xia Meng Jinxi Lin Yong Jiang Jing Jing Yingting Zuo Yilong Wang Xingquan Zhao Hao Li Yongjun Wang 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,3:7
Different contribution of SBP and DBP variability to vascular events in patients with stroke显示文摘Background High blood pressure variability(BPV)is a novel risk factor for cardiovascular disease. However, the heterogeneity of systolic blood pressure variability(SBPV)and diastolic blood pressure variability(DBPV)for different vascular events remains unclear. This study aims to investigate whether SBPV or DBPV has different contribution to vascular events in patients with acute ischaemic stroke(IS)or transient ischaemic attack(TIA).Methods Data from the BOSS(blood pressure and clinical outcome in TIA or IS)study were examined for vascular events at 3-month and 1-year follow-up.BPV was defined as the SD and coefficient of variation(CV)of day-to day measurements within 3 months after IS/TIA.Vascular events include cardiovascular events(myocardial infarction, unstable angina, cardiac death and congestive heart failure)and cerebrovascular events(ischaemic or haemorrhagic stroke).Logistic regression model was used to test the associations between BPV and vascular events.results Of 2325 patients with IS or TIA,103(4.43%)experienced a recurrent stroke and 64(2.75%)had cardiovascular events within 3 months.Day-to day SBPV was only associated with stroke recurrence(BPVSD:OR,1.72,95%CI 1.09 to 2.71;BPVCV:1.86,95%CI 1.19 to 2.92),but not cardiovascular events(BPVSD:1.67,95%CI 0.94 to 2.94;BPVCV:1.51,95%CI 0.86 to 2.64).However,DBPV seems to be related to both stroke(BPVSD:1.60,95%CI 1.02 to 2.49;BPVCV:1.53,95%CI 0.99 to 2.37)and cardiovascular events(BPVSD:2.48,95%CI 1.37 to 4.48;BPVCV:1.92,95%CI 1.09 to 3.36).Similar results were found at 1 year. Conclusions For patients with IS/TIA,stroke recurrence was associated with both SBPV and DBPV;however, cardiovascular events seem to be only related to DBPV.Liye Dai Aichun Cheng Xiwa Hao Jie Xu Yingting Zuo Anxin Wang Xia Meng Hao Li Yilong Wang Xingquan Zhao Yongjun Wang 2020Stroke & Vascular Neurology2020,5,2:6
The efficacy and safety of nimodipine in acute ischemic stroke patients with mild cognitive impairment: a double-blind, randomized,placebo-controlled trial显示文摘Nimodipine might be effective in subcortical vascular dementia(VaD). Its benefit in preventing further cognitive decline in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS) and vascular mild cognitive impairment(VaMCI) remains to be established. In this multicenter, double-blind trial, we randomly assigned 654 eligible patients to nimodipine 30 mg three times a day or placebo. The primary outcome was any cognitive decline defined by the changes on the Mini-Mental State Examination(DMMSE à3) or vascular AD assessment scale cognitive subscale(DADAS-cog ! 4) at 6 months. Secondary outcomes included any distribution shift of DADAS-cog, DMMSE or cognitive improvement defined by DADAS-cog à2, or DMMSE ! 0. The primary outcome in the nimodipine group and placebo group were similar for DMMSE à3(4.18% and 7.22%, respectively, P = 0.15) and DADAS-cog ! 4(8.36% and 8.93% respectively,P = 0.88). The distribution shift of DADAS-cog and DMMSE differed significantly between the two groups(P = 0.03 and P = 0.05 respectively). Cognitive improvement occurred in 55.4% in the nimodipine group and 43.6% in the placebo group measured by DADAS-cog à2(Odds Ratio, 1.54; 95% confidence interval[CI] 1.10–2.14, P < 0.01) or 84.0% and 74.6% respectively by DMMSE ! 0(Odds Ratio, 1.79; 95% CI 1.18–2.70, P < 0.01). Nimodipine was associated with better cognitive function in the memory domain. The adverse events rate was similar in two groups. This study is registered with ClinicalTrials.gov,NCT01220622. Nimodipine did not show benefit to prevent cognitive decline in AIS patients with VaMCI, but improved cognition moderately, especially measured in the memory domain.Huaguang Zheng Yilong Wang Anxin Wang Hao Li David Wang Xingquan Zhao Penglian Wang Haipeng Shen Lijun Zuo Yuesong Pan Zixiao Li Xia Meng Xianwei Wang Weixiong Shi Yi Ju Liping Liu Kehui Dong Chunxue Wang Rubo Sui Rong Xue Xiaoping Pan Xiaoyua Niu Benyan Luo Yi Sui Huali Wang Tao Feng Yongjun Wang 2019Science Bulletin2019,64,2:5
Ambulatory blood pressure profile and stroke recurrence显示文摘Objectives To establish a new ambulatory blood pressure(ABP)parameter(24-hour ABP profile)and evaluated its performance on stroke outcome in ischaemic stroke(IS)or transient ischaemic attack(TIA)patients. Methods The prospective cohort consisted of 1996 IS/TIA patients enrolled for ABP monitoring and a 3-month follow-up for stroke recurrence as outcome.Profile groups of systolic blood pressure(SBP)were identified via an advanced functional clustering method, and the associations of the profile groups and conventional ABP parameters with stroke recurrence were examined in a Cox proportional hazards model. Results Three discrete profile groups(n=604,781 and 611 in profiles 1,2 and 3,respectively)in 24-hour ambulatory SBP were identified.Profile 1 resembled most to the normal diurnal blood pressure pattern;profile 2 also dropped at night, but climbed earlier and with higher morning surge;while profile 3 had sustained higher nocturnal SBP without significant nocturnal SBP decline. The incidence of stroke recurrence was 2.9%,3.9%and 5.5%in profiles 1,2 and 3,respectively.After adjustment for covariates, profile 3 was significantly associated with higher risk of stroke recurrence with profile 1 as reference(HR 1.76,95%CI:1.00 to 3.09),while no significant difference was observed between profiles 2 and 1(HR 1.22,95%CI:0.66 to 2.25).None of conventional ABP parameters showed significant associations with the outcome. Conclusions Ambulatory 24-hour SBP profile is associated with short-term stroke recurrence.Profiles of ABP may help improve identification of stroke recurrence by capturing the additive effects of individual ABP parameters.Jie Xu Fei Jiang Anxin Wang Hui Zhi Yuan Gao Junping Tian Jinglin Mo Zimo Chen An-Ding Xu Benyan Luo Bo Hu Yuqing Zhang Xingquan Zhao Yilong Wang Hao Li Haipeng Shen Yongjun Wang 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,3:3
CO_(2) combining power and outcomes in patients with acute ischaemic stroke or transient ischaemic attack显示文摘Background and purpose The clinical significance of carbon dioxide combining power(CO_(2) CP)in ischaemic cerebrovascular disease is not well established, and the role of CO_(2) CP in the prognosis of acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)or transient ischaemic attack(TIA)has not been reported. The objective of the study was to investigate the associations between CO2CP and clinical outcomes in patients with AIS or TIA.Methods Data were derived from the China National Stroke Registry III.Patients were classified into five groups by quintiles of CO_(2) CP levels and three groups according to the normal range of CO_(2)CP(23-29 mmol/L).Multivariable Cox and logistic regressions were adopted to explore the associations of CO_(2) CP levels with all-cause death and poor functional outcomes(modified Rankin Scale(mRS)3-6/2-6)at 3 months and 1 year. Results Among 9531 patients included in the study, the median(IQR)CO_(2) CP was 24.9(23.0-27.0)mmol/L.After adjustment for potential confounders, patients in the first CO_(2) CP quintile(21.1-23.3 mmol/L)had higher risk of all-cause death and poor functional outcomes(mRS score of 3-6/2-6)(HR or OR with 95% CI 2.37(1.32 to 4.25),1.49(1.20 to 1.83)and 1.21(1.03 to 1.42),respectively)compared with those in the fourth quintile.Similar results were found for outcomes at 1 year.Furthermore, all associations were also significant when CO_(2) CP was<23 mmol/L compared with CO_(2) CP of 23-29 mmol/L.Conclusions Decreased CO_(2) CP was associated with high risk of all-cause death and poor functional outcomes in patients with AIS or TIA.Anxin Wang Xue Tian Hongqiu Gu Yingting Zuo Xia Meng Wei Lv Hao Li Yongjun Wang 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,2:2
Association between cumulative exposure to different lipid parameters and risk of newly developed carotid plaque显示文摘Background and purpose Both the magnitude and cumulative exposure of atherogenic lipoproteins have an impact on the atherosclerosis risk, and the exploration focus has shifted from one single lipoprotein assessment to the cumulative exposure of lipoproteins. We aim to investigate the relationship between cumulative exposure to different lipid parameters and the risk of newly developed carotid plaque in this study. Methods In the Asymptomatic Polyvascular Abnormalities Community study,2947 participants were included with follow-up every 2 years from 2006 to 2012.Lipid parameters including total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TGs),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDLC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC)and non-HDLC were measured.Cumulative exposure was calculated by adding the weighted sum of the difference between the measured value and the cut-off value of each parameter.Newly developed carotid plaques were identified by carotid ultrasound performed at the third and fourth follow-ups.Results In the univariate analysis,non-HDLC burden had the highest ORs among the five lipid parameters for newly developed carotid plaque in each quartile,as 1.0(reference),1.35(1.09-1.67),1.68(1.36-2.08)and 2.74(2.22-3.38)from the lowest to the highest quartile. In the multivariate analysis and sensitivity analysis,we obtained similar results. Conclusions TC burden,TG burden,LDLC burden and non-HDLC burden are all independent risk factors for newly developed carotid plaque, especially for the vulnerable plaques.Among lipid parameters,non-HDLC burden is an optimal predictor. Moreover, the predictive value remained significant for participants under the age of 65 years old or free of hypertension, diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidaemia.Jianwei Wu Yu Wang Kaijiang Kang Anxin Wang Jie Xu Xingquan Zhao 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,3:1

Night-time diastolic blood pressure variability relates to stroke recurrence in patients who had ischaemic stroke with small artery occlusion显示文摘Background and purpose The association between blood pressure variability(BPV)and stroke recurrence among patients who had ischaemic stroke(IS)remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate the association between BPV and stroke recurrence in patients who had IS of large artery atherosclerosis(LAA)subtype and small artery occlusion(SAO)subtype. Methods Data from the BOSS(Blood Pressure and Clinical Outcome in Transient Ischemic Attack or Ischemic Stroke)study were examined.IS subtypes were diagnosed according to the Trial of Org 10172 in Acute Stroke Treatment criteria.BPV was performed by 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and defined through SD of blood pressure. The primary outcome was stroke recurrence within 90 days after discharge.Multivariable Cox regression model was used to assess the association between BPV and stroke recurrence in patients who had IS of LAA subtype and SAO subtype. Results A total of 1390 patients who had IS from the BOSS study were included in the present study.Multivariable analysis suggests that 24-hour systolic BPV(SBPV)and night-time diastolic BPV(DBPV)were significantly associated with stroke recurrence among all patients who had IS(HR,2.50,95%CI 1.07 to 5.84;HR,1.85,95%CI 1.07 to 3.21,respectively).Night-time SBPV and night-time DBPV were significantly associated with stroke recurrence in patients with SAO subtype(HR,2.77,95%CI 1.07 to 7.15;HR,3.60,95%CI 1.39 to 9.29,respectively).However,in the adjusted model, only night-time DBPV remained significant in patients with SAO subtype(HR,3.87,95%CI 1.40 to 10.71).Similar results were not found in patients who had IS of LAA subtype. Conclusions High night-time DBPV was associated with increased risk of stroke recurrence among patients who had IS of SAO subtype. The results of this study have implications for the secondary prevention management and future research of patients who had IS of SAO subtype. The association between BPV and stroke recurrence in patients who had IS of LAA subtype and SAO subtype should be investigated in larger,population-based studies.Tingting Wang Jie Xu Anxin Wang Ying Liu Xingquan Zhao Yongjun Wang Yilong Wang 2022Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,3:1
Mechanical thrombectomy with combined stent retriever and contact aspiration versus stent retriever alone for acute large vessel occlusion:data from ANGEL-ACT registry显示文摘Background and purpose An analysis of the ASTER 2 trial revealed similar final recanalisation levels and clinical outcomes in acute large vessel occlusion(LVO)stroke between stent retrieval(SR)alone as a first-line mechanical thrombectomy(MT)technique(SR alone first-line)and concomitant use of contact aspiration(CA)plus SR as a first-line MT technique(SR+CA first-line).The purpose of the present study was to compare the safety and efficacy of SR+CA first-line with those of SR alone first-line for patients with LVO in China. Methods We conducted the present study by using the data from the ANGEL-ACT registry. We divided the selected patients into SR+CA first-line and SR alone first-line groups. We performed logistic regression and generalised linear models with adjustments to compare the angiographic and clinical outcomes, including successful/complete recanalisation after the first technique alone and all procedures,first-pass successful/complete recanalisation, number of passes,90-day modified Rankin Scale, procedure duration, rescue treatment and intracranial haemorrhage within 24 hours. Results Of the 1233 enrolled patients,1069(86.7%)received SR alone first-line,and 164(13.3%)received SR+CA first-line.SR+CA first-line was associated with more thrombectomy passes(3(2-4)vs 2(1-2);β=1.77,95%CI=1.55 to 1.99,p<0.001),and longer procedure duration(86(60-129)min vs 80(50-122)min;β=10.76,95%CI=1.08 to 20.43,p=0.029)than SR alone first-line group.Other outcomes were comparable(all p>0.05)between the two groups. Conclusions Patients undergoing SR+CA first-line had more thrombectomy passes and longer procedure duration than patients undergoing SR alone first-line.Additionally,we suggested that SR+CA first-line was not superior to SR alone first-line in final recanalisation level,first-pass recanalisation level and 90-day clinical outcomes in the Chinese population.Xiaochuan Huo Dapeng Sun Mingkai Hu Raynald Baixue Jia Xu Tong Gaoting Ma Anxin Wang Ning Ma Feng Gao Dapeng Mo Zhongrong Miao the ANGEL-ACT Study group 2023Stroke & Vascular Neurology2023,8,4:1
Endovascular treatment for acute ischaemic stroke due to medium vessel occlusion:data from ANGEL-ACT registry显示文摘Objectives To investigate the safety and efficacy of endovascular treatment(EVT)for acute medium vessel occlusion(MeVO)in the anterior circulation and to explore the independent predictors of the 90-day good outcome for such patients. Methods Data from ANGEL-ACT Registry were analysed in our study. The outcomes, such as the modified Rankin Scale(mRS)at 90 days, successful recanalisation rate and symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage(SICH)rate, were compared between MeVO and acute large vessel occlusions(LVO).Then, the independent predictors of the good outcome at 90 days in MeVO patients were determined by the logistic regression analyses. Results We included 1032 subjects in the analysis,of which,147 were MeVO and 885 were LVO.mRS at 90 days distribution(3(0-4)vs 3(0-5),common odds ratio(OR)=1.00,95%confidence interval(CI)0.73 to 1.38,p=0.994),SICH rate(4.8%vs 8.9%;OR=0.59,95%CI 0.26 to 1.34,p=0.205)and successful recanalisation rate(89.8%vs 89.7%;OR=1.0095%CI 0.51 to 1.93,p=0.992)were similar between the MeVO and LVO groups after adjusting for the confounders. We identified that baseline neutrophil-to lymphocyte ratio≤4.1(OR=2.13,95%CI 1.14 to 3.99,p=0.019),baseline National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale≤14(OR=1.96,95%CI 1.02 to 3.80,p=0.045)and mechanical thrombectomy passes≤1(OR=2.16,95%CI 1.14 to 4.11,p=0.021)were independent predictors of the 90-day good outcome in MeVO patients undergoing EVT.Conclusions Patients with MeVO achieved similar 90-day mRS,SICH rate and successful recanalisation rate after EVT compared with patients with LVO.Several independent predictors of 90-day good outcome in MeVO patients undergoing EVT were determined, which should be highly considered in MeVO stroke management.Dapeng Sun Raynald Xiaochuan Huo Baixue Jia Xu Tong Anxin Wang Gaoting Ma Ning Ma Feng Gao Dapeng Mo Zhongrong Miao 2023Stroke & Vascular Neurology2023,8,1:0
Pronounced interfacial interaction in icosahedral Au@C_(60) core-shell nanostructure for boosting direct plasmonic photocatalysis under alkaline condition显示文摘The unique hot carrier-driven direct plasmonic photocatalysis of coinage metal nanomaterials(NMs)via energetic localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)in visible-light region has been explored in recent years. However, the low photoinduced electron transfer efficiency and insufficient separation of electronhole pairs would severely preclude their widespread practical applications.Herein,we demonstrate an interesting plasmonic photocatalyst based on the construction of icosahedral(Ih)Au@C_(60) core-shell NMs,taking advantage of specific delocalizedπelectrons structure of a tight C_(60) shell and enhanced LSPR property of Ih Au core. Then, the pronounced interfacial interaction at junction region endows the obtained Au@C_(60) NMs with an outstanding photoinduced hot carrier-transmission during photocatalytic reaction, facilitating a remarkably higher(1.89 times)photocatalytic activity toward visible-light driven degradation of crystal violet(CV)dyes,as compared to bare Au NMs.Impressively, the photocatalytic activity of Ih Au@C_(60) NMs can be effectively optimized by changing the p H value of reaction solution, with the kinetic rate constant reaching the maximum value of 0.179 min^(-1) in pH011.4 solution, while 0.005 min^(-1) at pH03.0.Moreover,due to the protection of a tight C_(60) shell, the Ih Au@C_(60) NMs also possess excellent photocatalytic stability/reusability in recycling runs, holding great potential for the design of robust and high-performance plasmonic photocatalysts in repeated practical applications.Yue Tian Qingqiang Cui Linlin Xu Anxin Jiao Shuang Li Xuelin Wang Ming Chen 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,35:0
A Comparative Study on Conceptual Metaphors of “SHEN” and “QIAN”显示文摘This thesis is a comparative discussion of conceptual metaphors of “SHEN” and “QIAN”, carried out within the framework of conceptual metaphor from the perspective of cognitive linguistics. Both qualitative and quantitative analyses are adopted in this research. The metaphorical extensions of Chinese “SHEN”/“QIAN” and DEEP/SHALLOW concepts in English have been compared quantitatively. The statistic results show in each projected domain, which further indicates the similarities of peoples’ modes of thinking in different cultures.Xu Xiaojia Yang Yuanyuan Peng Lujiao Wang Anxin 2016International Journal of Technology Management2016,,6:0
Resolving Mixed Intermediate Phases in Methylammonium-Free Sn-Pb Alloyed Perovskites for High-Performance Solar Cells显示文摘The complete elimination of methylammonium(MA)cations in Sn-Pb composites can extend their light and thermal stabilities.Unfortunately,MA-free Sn-Pb alloyed perovskite thin films suffer from wrinkled surfaces and poor crystallization, due to the coexistence of mixed intermediate phases. Here,we report an additive strategy for finely regulating the impurities in the intermediate phase of Cs_(0.25)FA_(0.75)Pb_(0.6)Sn_(0.4)I_(3)and,thereby,obtaining high-performance solar cells. We introduced d-homoserine lactone hydrochloride(D-HLH)to form hydrogen bonds and strong Pb-O/Sn-O bonds with perovskite precursors, thereby weakening the incomplete complexation effect between polar aprotic solvents(e.g.,DMSO)and organic(FAI)or inorganic(CsI,PbI_(2),and SnI_(2))components,and balancing their nucleation processes. This treatment completely transformed mixed intermediate phases into pure preformed perovskite nuclei prior to thermal anneal-ing.Besides,this D-HLH substantially inhibited the oxidation of Sn^(2+) species. This strategy generated a record efficiency of 21.61%,with a Voc of 0.88 V for an MA-free Sn-Pb device, and an efficiency of 23.82%for its tandem device. The unencapsulated devices displayed impressive thermal stability at 85℃ for 300 h and much improved continuous operation stability at MPP for 120 h.Zhanfei Zhang Jianghu Liang Jianli Wang Yiting Zheng Xueyun Wu Congcong Tian Anxin Sun Zhenhua Chen Chun-Chao Chen 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,10:0
