| 1 | Latest Progress of the Chinese Meteorological Satellite Program and Core Data Processing Technologies显示文摘In this paper,the latest progress,major achievements and future plans of Chinese meteorological satellites and the core data processing techniques are discussed.First,the latest three FengYun(FY)meteorological satellites(FY-2H,FY-3D,and FY-4A)and their primary objectives are introduced Second,the core image navigation techniques and accuracies of the FY meteorological satellites are elaborated,including the latest geostationary(FY-2/4)and polar-orbit(FY-3)satellites.Third,the radiometric calibration techniques and accuracies of reflective solar bands,thermal infrared bands,and passive microwave bands for FY meteorological satellites are discussed.It also illustrates the latest progress of real-time calibration with the onboard calibration system and validation with different methods,including the vicarious China radiance calibration site calibration,pseudo invariant calibration site calibration,deep convective clouds calibration,and lunar calibration.Fourth,recent progress of meteorological satellite data assimilation applications and quantitative science produce are summarized at length.The main progress is in meteorological satellite data assimilation by using microwave and hyper-spectral infrared sensors in global and regional numerical weather prediction models.Lastly,the latest progress in radiative transfer,absorption and scattering calculations for satellite remote sensing is summarized,and some important research using a new radiative transfer model are illustrated. | Peng ZHANG Qifeng LU Xiuqing HU Songyan GU Lei YANG Min MIN Lin CHEN Na XU Ling Sun Wenguang BAI Gang MA Di XIAN | 2019 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2019,36,9: | 26 |

| 4 | Study on cellular internalization of poly(vinyldiaminotriazine)-based hydrogen bonding type non-viral transgene vector显示文摘Previously we successfully prepared poly(vinyldiaminotriazine)(PVDT)-based non-viral vectors which complexed plasmid DNA via hydrogen bonding with adenine-thymine base pairs. In this report, surface charges and complex sizes of this system were further examined. The results showed that PVDT-based polymer could cover surface charges of DNA resulting in slightly negative or neutral complexes. It was also found that the complex sizes were governed by two events: the aggregation induced by the insta-bility of neutral particles, and more compact complexes produced by PVDT-based polymers. In the study of cellular uptake, chlorpromazine and filipin Ⅲ were used to inhibit clathrin- and caveolae-me- diated endocytosis, respectively. We found that PVDT-based systems were transported into cells via a non-clathrin, non-caveolae mediated endocytosis. This special process was studied by temperature inhibition and kinetics assays. | 5 | Protective electrode/electrolyte interphases for high energy lithium-ion batteries with p-toluenesulfonyl fluoride electrolyte additive显示文摘High energy density lithium-ion batteries using Ni-rich cathode(such as LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2) suffer from severe capacity decay.P-toluenesulfonyl fluoride(pTSF) has been investigated as a novel film-forming electrolyte additive to enhance the cycling performances of graphite/LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 pouch cell.In comparison with the baseline electrolyte,a small dose of pTSF can significantly improve the cyclic stability of the cell.Theoretical calculations together with experimental results indicate that pTSF would be oxidized and reduced to construct protective interphase film on the surfaces of LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 cathode and graphite anode,respectively.These S-containing surface films derived from pTSF effectively mitigate the decomposition of electrolyte,reduce the interphasial impedance,as well as prevent the dissolution of transition metal ions from Ni-rich cathode upon cycling at high voltage.This finding is beneficial for the practical application of high energy density graphite/LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 cells. | Yanxia Che Xiuyi Lin Lidan Xing Xiongcong Guan Rude Guo Guangyuan Lan Qinfeng Zheng Wenguang Zhang Weishan Li | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,1: | 3 |

| 7 | Effect of Temperature on Gene Expression in the Pearl Oyster Pinctada fucata显示文摘In this study, we examined the effect of elevated temperature on the expression patterns of genes, i.e., nacrein, irr, n16, n19, and hsp70 in the pearl oyster Pinctada fucata. The experiment was carried out at 4 temperatures, i.e., 20℃(ambient, control), 24, 28℃, and 32℃. The expression levels of target genes in P. fucata were assayed at 0, 6, 24, 48, and 96 h via real-time polymerase chain reaction. Results showed that the expression levels of nacrein and irr had no significant variations among different time points below 28℃, but significantly increased over time at 32℃. The expression levels of n16 and n19 did not change markedly at 20℃. The former increased significantly at 6 h and 24 h while the latter substantially decreased during 6–96 h at 24, 28 and 32℃. Among different temperatures, the level of n16 was significantly lower at 20℃ than at other temperatures during 6–96 h, and the level of n19 significantly varied among different temperatures at 48 h and 96 h. The expression level of hsp70 was significantly higher at 32℃ than at 20, 24 and 28℃ at 24 h. | 15 | Ultralow-temperature assisted synthesis of single platinum atoms anchored on carbon nanotubes for efficiently electrocatalytic acidic hydrogen evolution显示文摘Although platinum(Pt) is highly active for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)[1], it is crucial to explore the effective approach for minimizing the Pt loading amount in the practical application. Herein, one ultralow-temperature solution reduction approach is developed to anchor atomically dispersed Pt atoms on carbon nanotubes(Pt-CNTs), which decelerates the diffusion rate of Pt Cl2-6 ion reached onto the carbon nanotubes and lowers the free energy of Pt atoms in the solution to reduce the probability of the Pt aggregation. The obtained Pt-CNTs exhibits a low overpotential of 41 mV@10 mA cm^(-2) for HER in acidic media. The calculation results revealed that the improvement of the electrocatalytic activity is contributed by the interaction between CNTs and Pt atoms, which descreases the the Pt d band cneter referred to the Fermi level and lowers the Gibbs free energy of H*adsorption. | 16 | SNX17 regulates Notch pathway and pancreas development through the retromer-dependent recycling of Jag1显示文摘Background:Notch is one of the most important signaling pathways involved in cell fate determination.Activation of the Notch pathway requires the binding of a membrane-bound ligand to the Notch receptor in the adjacent cell which induces proteolytic cleavages and the activation of the receptor.A unique feature of the Notch signaling is that processes such as modification,endocytosis or recycling of the ligand have been reported to play critical roles during Notch signaling,however,the underlying molecular mechanism appears context-dependent and often controversial.Results:Here we identified SNX17 as a novel regulator of the Notch pathway.SNX17 is a sorting nexin family protein implicated in vesicular trafficking and we find it is specifically required in the ligand-expressing cells for Notch signaling.Mechanistically,SNX17 regulates the protein level of Jag1a on plasma membrane by binding to Jag1a and facilitating the retromer-dependent recycling of the ligand.In zebrafish,inhibition of this SNX17-mediated Notch signaling pathway results in defects in neurogenesis as well as pancreas development.Conclusions:Our results reveal that SNX17,by acting as a cargo-specific adaptor,promotes the retromer dependent recycling of Jag1a and Notch signaling and this pathway is involved in cell fate determination during zebrafish neurogenesis and pancreas development. | Wenguang Yin Dapeng Liu Nian Liu Liangliang Xu Song Li Shuo Lin Xiaodong Shu Duanqing Pei | 2012 | Cell Regeneration2012,1,1: | 1 |
