1Comprehensive Evaluation of Ski Resort Development Conditions in Northern China显示文摘China′s bid for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games will promote rapid development of domestic ski tourism. More than 10 provinces in the northern China list ski tourism as a new source of growth in the tourism industry. Formulating a scientific evaluation system is an important foundation for ski resort development. By referring to the conditions of existing international ski resorts, a comprehensive index system for evaluating ski resort development was developed based on natural factors, human factors, athletic sports, and popular ski tourism. The system was composed of one target layer, two indices, seven sub-indices and twenty-five basic indices. Based on data collected during a field investigation in 2012 and on a statistical model, the development conditions of the following ski resorts were quantified: Yabuli Ski Resort in Heilongjiang Province and Beidahu Ski Resort in Jilin Province in Northeast China, Wanlong Ski Resort in Hebei Province and Nanshan Ski Resort in Beijing in the northern China, and Silk Road International Ski Resort in Uygur Autonomous Region of Xinjiang in the northwestern China. The resulting index values of development conditions at Beidahu, Yabuli, Wanlong, Nanshan, and Silk Road International Ski Resorts were 0.304, 0.278, 0.270, 0.214, and –0.025, respectively. Various natural and human factors exert positive and negative effects on the development potential of ski resorts. The development conditions of the five ski resorts were inferior to those of first-class international resorts. 3Quantitative Analysis of the Coupling Coordination Degree Between Urbanization and Eco-environment in Mongolia显示文摘Mongolia is an important country in the Economic Corridor of China-Mongolia-Russia, a deep understanding of the coupling relationship between urbanization and the eco-environment in Mongolia is meaningful to achieve green development of the Belt and Road. The entropy method and coupling coordination degree model were integrated to evaluate the coupling coordination degree between urbanization and the eco-environment in Mongolia during 2000-2016. The results showed that the coupling coordination degree between urbanization and the eco-environment in Mongolia was generally at the stage of seriously unbalanced development, and that the main contributor of the urbanization and the eco-environment subsystem were demographic urbanization and eco-environment endowment, respectively. The southern part of Mongolia central zone should be paid more attention due to the lower degree of coupling coordination between urbanization and the eco-environment. 5Pore Structure Regulation of Carboxyethylated Microfibrillated Cellulose Films显示文摘Carboxyethylation is a recent chemical pretreatment for preparation of microfibrillated cellulose(MFC).The carboxyethylated MFC film prepared by coating method has compact structure and high mechanical properties.In order to expand its application,three approaches including using organic solvents,different drying methods and cationic additives,have been adopted in this paper to enrich and regulate the pore structure of MFC film.The results show that all the approaches can improve the pore structure but decrease the mechanical properties of MFC film.When organic solvents such as ethanol,isopropanol and n-butanol were used to replace the water in MFC suspension or pre-dried MFC film,the pore structure of films were increased.Additionally,the film obtained by freeze-drying or air-drying after freezing in liquid nitrogen or freezer has high porosity but poor strength.The best drying process is to rewet dry MFC film,freeze in liquid nitrogen and then freeze-dry.Moreover,the addition of cationic polyelectrolytes or alkene ketone dimer(AKD)in MFC suspension can also significantly increase the film's porosity.Through the above approaches,the porosity of carboxyethylated MFC film can be regulated between 20% and 90%.Meican Li Jinghuan Chen Jingang Liu Zehong Xu Yanqun Su Ruijuan Zhang Yanfen Du 2020Paper And Biomaterials2020,5,2:5
6Adaptive accurate tracking control of HFVs in the presence of dead-zone and hysteresis input nonlinearities显示文摘A novel accurate tracking controller is developed for the longitudinal dynamics of Hypersonic Flight Vehicles(HFVs)in the presence of large model uncertainties,external disturbances and actuator nonlinearities.Distinct from the state-of-the-art,besides being continuity,no restrictive conditions have been imposed on the HFVs dynamics.The system uncertainties are skillfully handled by being seen as bounded'disturbance terms'.In addition,by means of backstepping adaptive technique,the accurate tracking(i.e.tracking errors converge to zero as time approaches infinity)rather than bounded tracking(i.e.tracking errors converge to residual sets)has been achieved.What’s more,the accurate tracking problems for HFVs subject to actuator dead-zone and hysteresis are discussed,respectively.Then,all signals of closed-loop system are verified to be Semi-Global Uniformly Ultimate Boundness(SGUUB).Finally,the efficacy and superiority of the developed control strategy are confirmed by simulation results.Zehong DONG Yinghui LI Maolong LV Renwei ZUO 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,5:3
7Characteristics and distribution patterns of reef complexes on the carbonate platform margin in deep water areas:the western South China Sea显示文摘As a potential oil and gas reservoir,reef complexes have been a research focus from petroleum geologists for a long time.There are favorable conditions for the development of reef complexes in the South China Sea; however,their internal structures,evolution and distribution are still poorly understood.Based on 2D and 3D seismic data,the internal structures and evolution patterns of the reef complexes on the carbonate platform margin in the deep water areas over the western South China Sea were studied in detail.The result shows that two types of reef complexes,i.e.,fault controlling platform margin reef complexes and ramp reef complexes have been developed in the study area.The reef complexes have independent or continuous mound or lenticular seismic reflections,with three internal structures(i.e.,aggrading,prograding and retrograding structures).There are different growth rates during the evolution of the reef complexes,resulting in the formation of catch-up reefs,keep-up reefs and quick step reefs.The study also reveals that different platform margin reef complexes have different internal structures and distributions,because of the different platform types.These results may be applied to the exploration and prediction of carbonate platform margin reef complexes in other areas that are similar to the study area.CHEN Ping LI Xushen WANG Yahui LU Yongchao ZHONG Zehong CHEN Lei ZUO Qianmei MA Yiquan WANG Chao DU Xuebin 2015Acta Oceanologica Sinica2015,34,10:3
8Measurement and Scenario Simulation of Effect of Urbanisation on Regional CO_2 Emissions Based on UEC-SD Model:A Case Study in Liaoning Province,China显示文摘Based on the logical causal relationship and taking Liaoning Province, China, which is the Chinese traditional industrial base and is in the stage of accelerated urbanisation, as a case study, this study builds the ′Urbanisation-Energy Consumption-CO2 Emissions System Dynamics(UEC-SD)′ model using a system dynamics method. The UEC-SD model is applied to analyse the effect of the urbanisation process on the regional energy structure and CO2 emissions, followed by simulation of future production and living energy consumption structure as well as the evolutionary trend of CO2 emissions of three urbanisation scenarios(low speed, intermediate speed and high speed) under the assumed boundary conditions in urban and rural areas of Liaoning Province, China. The results show that the urbanisation process can alter production and the living energy consumption structure and thereby change regional CO2 emissions. An increase in the urbanisation rate in case area will lead to regional CO2 emissions rising in the short term, but when the urbanisation rate approaches 80%, CO2 emissions will reach a peak value and then decrease. Comparison of different urbanisation rates showed that production and living energy consumption exhibit different directions of change and rules in urban and rural areas. 9One-step laser induced conversion of a gelatin-coated polyimide film into graphene:Tunable morphology,surface wettability and microsupercapacitor applications显示文摘Latest advances have witnessed the laser induction process on polyimide(PI)films for the formation of porous graphene.Herein,a fully converted graphene film was prepared by Nd:YAG laser scribing a gelatin coated PI film.It was found that the gelatin played the role of'shield'well in absorbing intense laser impact and benefit for the surface morphology modulation.Laser treatment lower than a critical fluence point of~4.00 J mm^(-2) contributed to a crater-like surface morphology due to the dispersed nature of Nd:YAG laser beam.By tuning laser fluence above the threshold,carbonized surface turned into continuous morphology.A fluid dynamics process accompanied by outgassing occurred during the carbonization,and the surface morphology gradually varied from stretched droplets to porous strips and finally to amorphous porous structures.The morphology evolution in combination with surface chemistry is responsible for the significant wettability transition from superhydrophobic to superhydrophilic,and a Janus superhydrophobic/superhydrophilic surface wettability was achieved under a laser fluence of~8.00 J mm^(-2).Eventually,microsupercapacitors(MSCs)were fabricated to show the great potential of our prepared graphene in flexible electronics.WANG WenTao LU LongSheng XIE YingXi LI ZeHong WU WeiBin LIANG RongXuan TANG Yong 2021Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,5:2
10Controlling the laser induction and cutting process on polyimide films for kirigami-inspired supercapacitor applications显示文摘The recently emerging laser-induced graphene(LIG)technology,with one-step processing and designable features,has been widely used in the fabrication of wearable/portable electronics.Herein,by taking inspiration from kirigami,we designed a stretchable supercapacitor(SC)step by step through controlling laser induction and cutting process on the polyimide(PI)film,with the use of one single CO_(2) laser source.Firstly,the carbonized basic geometric units of lines were produced on PI films to investigate the processing-structure relationships.Then,the complex photothermal conversion and heat transfer progress involved in the carbonized process were simulated by a photothermal model.Both experimental and theoretical results suggested that the laser power,scan rate and focus condition have great influence on the size,shape and morphology of the carbonized lines.Finally,we optimized the parameters of laser induction and cutting process to fabricate the kirigami-inspired SCs with reliable electrochemical properties and editable mechanical flexibility,showing great potential in the field of flexible electronics.WANG WenTao LU LongSheng XIE YingXi WU WeiBin LIANG RongXuan LI ZeHong TANG Yong 2021Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,3:2

12Specific Regulation of m^(6)A by SRSF7 Promotes the Progression of Glioblastoma显示文摘Serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 7(SRSF7),a known splicing factor,has been revealed to play oncogenic roles in multiple cancers.However,the mechanisms underlying its oncogenic roles have not been well addressed.Here,based on N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)co-methylation network analysis across diverse cell lines,we find that the gene expression of SRSF7 is positively correlated with glioblastoma(GBM)cell-specific m^(6)A methylation.We then indicate that SRSF7 is a novel m^(6)A regulator,which specifically facilitates the m^(6)A methylation near its binding sites on the mRNAs involved in cell proliferation and migration,through recruiting the methyltransferase complex.Moreover,SRSF7 promotes the proliferation and migration of GBM cells largely dependent on the presence of the m^(6)A methyltransferase.The two m^(6)A sites on the mRNA for PDZ-binding kinase(PBK)are regulated by SRSF7 and partially mediate the effects of SRSF7 in GBM cells through recognition by insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding protein 2(IGF2BP2).Together,our discovery reveals a novel role of SRSF7 in regulating m^(6)A and validates the presence and functional importance of temporal-and spatial-specific regulation of m^(6)A mediated by RNA-binding proteins(RBPs).Yixian Cun Sanqi An Haiqing Zheng Jing Lan Wenfang Chen Wanjun Luo Chengguo Yao Xincheng Li Xiang Huang Xiang Sun Zehong Wu Yameng Hu Ziwen Li Shuxia Zhang Geyan Wu Meisongzhu Yang Miaoling Tang Ruyuan Yu Xinyi Liao Guicheng Gao Wei Zhao Jinkai Wang Jun Li 2023Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2023,21,4:1

15Scorpion-inspired dual-bionic,microcrack-assisted wrinkle based laser induced graphene-silver strain sensor with high sensitivity and broad working range for wireless health monitoring system显示文摘Scorpions,through ruthless survival of the fittest,evolve the unique ability to quickly locate and hunt prey with slit receptors near the leg joints and a sharp sting on the multi-freedom tail.Inspired by this fantastic creature,we herein report a dual-bionic strategy to fabricate microcrack-assisted wrinkle strain sensor with both high sensitivity and stretchability.Specifically,laserinduced graphene(LIG)is transferred from polyimide film to Ecoflex and then coated with silver paste using the casting-andpeeling and prestretch-and-release methods.The shape-adaptive and long-range ordered geometry(e.g.,amplitude and wavelength)of dual-bionic structure is prestrain-tuned to optimize the superfast response time(~76 ms),high sensitivity(gauge factor=223.6),broad working range(70%–100%),and good reliability(>800 cycles)of scorpion-inspired strain sensor,outperforming many LIG-based materials and other bionic sensors.The alternate reconnect/disconnect behaviors of slit-organlike microcracks in the mechanical weak areas initiate tremendous resistance changes,whereas the scorpion-tail-like wrinkles act as a“bridge”connecting the adjacent LIG resistor units,enabling reversible resilience and unimpeded electrical linkages over a wide strain range.Combined with the self-developed miniaturized,flexible,and all-in-one wireless transmission system,a variety of scenarios such as large body movements,tiny pulse,and heartbeat are real-time monitored via bluetooth and displayed in the client-sides,revealing a huge promise in future wearable electronics.Wentao Wang Longsheng Lu Xiaoyu Lu Zhanbo Liang Honghao Lin Zehong Li Xiaohua Wu Lihui Lin Yingxi Xie 2023Nano Research2023,16,1:0
16Ccdc57 is required for straightening the body axis by regulating ciliary motility in the brain ventricle of zebrafish显示文摘Recently,cilia defects have been proposed to contribute to scoliosis.Here,we demonstrate that coiled-coil domain-containing 57(Ccdc57)plays an essential role in straightening the body axis of zebrafish by regulating ciliary beating in the brain ventricle(BV).Zygotic ccdc57(Zccdc57)mutant zebrafish developes scoliosis without significant changes in their bone density and calcification,and the maternal-zygotic ccdc57(MZccdc57)mutant embryos display curved bodies since the long-pec stage.The expression of ccdc57 is enriched in ciliated tissues and immunofluorescence analysis reveals colocalization of Ccdc57-HA with acetylated a-tubulin,implicating it in having a role in ciliary function.Further examination reveals that it is the coordinated cilia beating of multiple cilia bundles(MCB)in the MZccdc57 mutant embryos that is affected at 48 hours post fertilization,when the compromised cerebrospinal fluid flow and curved body axis have already occurred.Either ccdc57 m RNA injection or epinephrine treatment reverses the spinal curvature in MZccdc57 mutant larvae from ventrally curly to straight or even dorsally curly and significantly upregulates urotensin signaling.This study reveals the role of ccdc57 in maintaining coordinated cilia beating of MCB in the BV.Lu Li Juan Li Yuan Ou Jiaxin Wu Huilin Li Xin Wang Liying Tang Xiangyan Dai Conghui Yang Zehong Wei Zhan Yin Yuqin Shu 2023Journal of Genetics and Genomics2023,50,4:0
17STING agonist-boosted mRNA immunization via intelligent design of nanovaccines for enhancing cancer immunotherapy显示文摘Messenger RNA(mRNA)vaccine is revolutionizing the methodology of immunization in cancer.However,mRNA immunization is drastically limited by multistage biological barriers including poor lymphatic transport,rapid clearance,catalytic hydrolysis,insufficient cellular entry and endosome entrapment.Herein,we design a mRNA nanovaccine based on intelligent design to overcome these obstacles.Highly efficient nanovaccines are carried out with machine learning techniques from datasets of various nanocarriers,ensuring successful delivery of mRNA antigen and cyclic guanosine monophosphate-adenosine monophosphate(cGAMP)to targets.It activates stimulator of interferon genes(STING),promotes mRNA-encoded antigen presentation and boosts antitumour immunity in vivo,thus inhibiting tumour growth and ensuring long-term survival of tumour-bearing mice.This work provides a feasible and safe strategy to facilitate STING agonist-synergized mRNA immunization,with great translational potential for enhancing cancer immunotherapy.Lei Zhou Wenzhe Yi Zehong Zhang Xiaoting Shan Zitong Zhao Xiangshi Sun Jue Wang Hao Wang Hualiang Jiang Mingyue Zheng Dangge Wang Yaping Li 2023National Science Review2023,10,10:0
18Study of Priority Area Selection and Evaluation for Afforestation and Reforestation Project under CDM in China显示文摘This paper gives an expatiation on significance and specific requirements of developing afforestation and reforestation project under CDM in Kyoto Protocol. According to the international rules and the current forestry development situation in China, the priority area for CDM afforestation and reforestation (CDM A/R) project is finally found after scientific selection and assessment on indicators, including the non-forestland area in 1990, growth rate of tree, afforestation cost, biodiversity and community development. The outcome from the study provides a solid basis for finding and implementing CDM A/R carbon sequestration projects in China. 19A major vernalization-independent QTL for tiller angle on chromosome arm 2BL in bread wheat显示文摘Tiller angle(TA)strongly influences plant architecture and grain yield in cereals.However,the genetic basis of TA in wheat is largely unknown.We identified three TA-related quantitative trait loci(QTL).One of them was QTa.sau-2 B-769,a major QTL localized on chromosome arm 2 BL.QTa.sau-2 B-769 was detected in seven environments,explaining 18.1%–51.1%of phenotypic variance.We developed a linked Kompetitive Allele-Specific Polymerase chain reaction(KASP)marker,KASP-AX-108792274,to further validate this locus in three additional populations in multiple environments.QTa.sau-2 B-769 increased TA by up to 24.9%in these populations.There were significant and positive correlations between TA and flag leaf angle(FLANG).However,TA was not correlated with plant height or anthesis date,suggesting that expression of QTa.sau-2 B-769 is independent of vernalization.Traes CS2 B01 G583800,a gene known to be involved in leaf angle regulation,was identified as the most likely candidate gene for QTa.sau-2 B-769.These results enrich our understanding of the mechanisms regulating wheat TA at maturity and may support precise mapping and cloning of gene(s)underlying QTa.sau-2 B-769.Jiajun Liu Jieguang Zhou Huaping Tang Yang Tu Yang Mu Lulu Gou Qiantao Jiang Yaxi Liu Guoyue Chen Jirui Wang Pengfei Qi Wei Li Yunfeng Jiang Zehong Yan Houyang Kang Yuming Wei Xiujin Lan Youliang Zheng Jian Ma 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,1:0
20MaDREB1F confers cold and drought stress resistance through common regulation of hormone synthesis and protectant metabolite contents in banana显示文摘Adverse environmental factors severely affect crop productivity.Improving crop resistance to multiple stressors is an important breeding goal.Although CBFs/DREB1s extensively participate in plant resistance to abiotic stress,the common mechanism underlying CBFs/DREB1s that mediate resistance to multiple stressors remains unclear.Here,we show the common mechanism for MaDREB1F conferring cold and drought stress resistance in banana.MaDREB1F encodes a dehydration-responsive element binding protein(DREB)transcription factor with nuclear localization and transcriptional activity.MaDREB1F expression is significantly induced after cold,osmotic,and salt treatments.MaDREB1F overexpression increases banana resistance to cold and drought stress by common modulation of the protectant metabolite levels of soluble sugar and proline,activating the antioxidant system,and promoting jasmonate and ethylene syntheses.Transcriptomic analysis shows that MaDREB1F activates or alleviates the repression of jasmonate and ethylene biosynthetic genes under cold and drought conditions.Moreover,MaDREB1F directly activates the promoter activities of MaAOC4 and MaACO_(2)0 for jasmonate and ethylene syntheses,respectively,under cold and drought conditions.MaDREB1F also targets the MaERF11 promoter to activate MaACO_(2)0 expression for ethylene synthesis under drought stress.Together,our findings offer new insight into the common mechanism underlying CBF/DREB1-mediated cold and drought stress resistance,which has substantial implications for engineering cold-and drought-tolerant crops.Yi Xu Wei Hu Shun Song Xiaoxue Ye Zehong Ding Juhua Liu Zhuo Wang Jingyang Li Xiaowan Hou Biyu Xu Zhiqiang Jin 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,2:0
