| 3 | Experimental investigation on static/dynamic characteristics of a fast-response pressure sensitive paint显示文摘An optical-based technique using Pressure-Sensitive Paint(PSP) is a promising method to measure the distribution of surface pressure on an aerodynamic model. The static and dynamic characteristics of a fast-response PSP that is developed in the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS)are analyzed and tested to serve as the basis for experiments on unsteady surface measurement using a fast-response PSP. Two calibration systems used for this study are set up to investigate the temperature dependency, response time, and resolution. A data processing method, used for dynamic data, is analyzed and selected carefully to determine the optimum signal. Results show that the fastresponse PSP can be used normally at temperatures from 25 ℃ to 80 ℃. The effect of temperature on the accuracy of the measurement must be considered when temperatures are beyond the temperature range of 30–40 ℃. The dynamic calibration device with a solenoid valve can achieve a pressure jump within a millisecond order. The resolution is determined by the signal-to-noise ratio of the photo-multiplier tube. | 4 | Influence of leading edge with real manufacturing error on aerodynamic performance of high subsonic compressor cascades显示文摘To investigate the influence of real leading-edge manufacturing error on aerodynamic performance of high subsonic compressor blades,a family of leading-edge manufacturing error data were obtained from measured compressor cascades.Considering the limited samples,the leadingedge angle and leading-edge radius distribution forms were evaluated by Shapiro-Wilk test and quantile–quantile plot.Their statistical characteristics provided can be introduced to later related researches.The parameterization design method B-spline and Bezier are adopted to create geometry models with manufacturing error based on leading-edge angle and leading-edge radius.The influence of real manufacturing error is quantified and analyzed by self-developed non-intrusive polynomial chaos and Sobol’indices.The mechanism of leading-edge manufacturing error on aerodynamic performance is discussed.The results show that the total pressure loss coefficient is sensitive to the leading-edge manufacturing error compared with the static pressure ratio,especially at high incidence.Specifically,manufacturing error of the leading edge will influence the local flow acceleration and subsequently cause fluctuation of the downstream flow.The aerodynamic performance is sensitive to the manufacturing error of leading-edge radius at the design and negative incidences,while it is sensitive to the manufacturing error of leading-edge angle under the operation conditions with high incidences. | Chi MA Limin GAO Haohao WANG Ruiyu LI Baohai WU | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,6: | 7 |
| 5 | Synthesis, Characterization and Evaluation of Sulfur Transfer Catalysts for FCC Flue Gas显示文摘In this work, Zr-M(M=Cu, Mn, Ce) type sulfur transfer agent was prepared by impregnation method. Under the condition similar to that in the regenerator of FCC units, the influence of different active metal components and their contents on sulfur transfer agent were investigated. Moreover, the crystalline structure of sulfur transfer agent was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). The result showed that the Zr-Mn sulfur transfer agent could effectively reduce the SO2 content in FCC regenerator flue gas, featuring high SO2 adsorption capacity. The sulfur transfer agent was inactivated in 40—60 min during the test. | 7 | Preparation and characterization of Mn/MgAlFe as transfer catalyst for SO_x abatement显示文摘A series of manganese-promoted MgAlFe mixed oxides, used as sulfur transfer catalysts, were prepared by acid-processed gelatin method and characterized by TGA-DTA, XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption and FT-IR techniques. It was found that the sulfur transfer catalysts with 0.5?3.0 wt% manganese showed its good dispersion in the precursor. The novel Mn/MgAlFe catalysts with 0.5?5.0 wt% manganese oxide showed a high oxidative adsorption rate and sulfur adsorption capacity, and 5.0 wt% Mn/MgAlFe sample was superior to the others for SO2 removal. | 8 | Application of shear-sensitive liquid crystal coating to visualization of transition and reattachment in compressor cascade显示文摘The present paper aims at introducing Shear-Sensitive Liquid Crystal Coating(SSLCC)technology into compressor cascade measurement for the first time and serves as a basis for better understanding of the influence from the boundary layers. Optical path layout, which is the most significant difficulty in internal flow field measurement, will be solved in this paper by selfdesigned image acquisition device. Massive experiments with different Mach number and incidence are conducted at a continuous subsonic cascade wind tunnel to capture the boundary layer phenomenon. Image processing methods, such as Three-Dimensional(3-D) reconstruction and Hue conversion, are used to improve the accuracy for transition position detection. The analysis of the color-images indicates that complex flow phenomena including transition, flow separation,and reattachment are captured successfully, and the effect of Mach number and incidence on the boundary layer flow is also discussed. | 9 | EFFECTS OF DIABETES ON HEARING AND COCHLEAR STRUCTURES显示文摘Diabetes mellitus(DM) is a chronic systemic disease characterized by hyperglycemia, with various pathogenic mechanisms. From absolute or relative insulin deficiency, patients with DM often demonstrate various levels of metabolic disorders. Major clinical manifestations of DM include metabolic disorders, vascular lesions, circulatory disturbances and neurologic complications. Along with advances in DM research, reports of DM related tinnitus and hearing impairment have increased continuously. Research on DM related auditory system dysfunction has focused on cochlear microcirculation, cellular homeostasis, genetics and aging. Cochlear microcirculation plays an important role in cochlear physiology and its disorders are associated with many inner ear diseases. Ischemia and subsequent reperfusion seen in cochlear microcirculation disorders are important factors in hearing damage. | 10 | Effect of H_2 Reduction Temperature on the Properties of Reduced Graphene Oxide and Copper Matrix Composites显示文摘Reduced graphene oxide(RGO) and copper composites(RGO/Cu) were successfully fabricated based on a molecular-level mixing method(MLM). The composite powders were reduced in H2 at 350, 450, and 550 °C and then consolidated by spark plasma sintering(SPS) in order to evaluate the effect of H2 reduction temperature on the properties of the composites. The results indicate that the strengths of the composite decrease with the increase of H2 reduction temperature, while the electrical conductivity reaches its maximum at 450 °C and minimum at 550 °C. Hot rolling could benefit the electrical conductivity. The yield strength of the RGO/Cu composite reduced to 337 MPa at 350 °C. The electrical conductivity of the RGO/Cu composite reduced at 450 °C after hot rolling reaches 60.26% IACS. | 12 | Effect of hypoglycemic anti-deafness capsules in diabetic patients with deafness and toxicological assessment in rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE:Through experiment on animals and clinical trials to explore the safety and efficacy of hypoglycemic anti-deafness capsules on diabetic patients with deafness.METHODS:Total 296 patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM)were randomly divided into two groups.A treatment group of 164patients(208 ears)was treated with hypoglycemic anti-deafness capsules based onTCM syndrome differentiation.A control group of 132 patients(184ears)was treated with glibenclamide and conventional drug treatment for deafness.The following were observed:hearing,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial plasma glucose(2hPG),24 h urine glucose(24hUG),improvement of main symptoms,platelet function,and changes in superoxidedismutase(SOD)and lipid peroxide(LPO)levels.In animal studies,Kunming mice,weighing 18-22 g were used.Half of the mice were males and half were females.Wistar rats,weighing 80-120 g were used.Half of the rats were males and half were females.Male Wistar rats,weighing 200-220 g,were also used.Their acute and chronic toxicity was studied.RESULTS:The hearing improvement was 56.7%in the treatment group and 26.6%in the control group.FPG,2hPG,and 24hUG were improved significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01,respectively)in the treatment group and 2hPG and 24hUG improved significantly in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.05).The improvement in 2hPG and 24hUG in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group P<0.01).There was no significant difference in FPG between the two groups(P<0.05).Main symptoms in the treatment group were significantly more improved than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).In the treatment group,platelet adhesion and aggregation,SOD,and LPO were all significantly improved from before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01).However,in the control group,except LOP(P<0.05),there were no significant differences from before treatment to after(P<0.05).In animal studies,no obvious acute or long-term toxicity was observed from capsule administration.CONCLUSION:Through experiment on animals and clinical trials,we can found that hypoglycemic anti-deafness capsules could decrease blood glucose and serum triglycerides of alloxan-induced diabetic rats.This herbal capsule is effective for safely treating diabetic patients with deafness. | Ruiyu Li Meng Li Kaoshan Guo Bin Li Jinjie Hou Liping Wu Xianyun Liu | 2013 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2013,33,5: | 2 |

| 14 | A robust graphene oxide memristor enabled by organic pyridinium intercalation for artificial biosynapse application显示文摘Graphene oxide(GO)-based memristors offer the promise of low cost,eco-friendliness,and mechanical flexibility,making them attractive candidates for outstanding flexible electronic devices.However,their resistive transitions often display abrupt change rather than bidirectional progressive tuning,which largely limits their applications for biological synapse emulation and neuromorphic computing.Here,a memristor with a novel layered structure of GO/pyridinium/GO is presented with tunable bidirectional feature.The inserted organic pyridinium intercalation succeeds in serving as a satisfactory buffer layer to intrinsically control the formation of conductive filaments during device operation,leading to progressive conductance regulation.Thus,the essential synaptic behaviors including analog memory characteristics,excitatory postsynaptic current,paired pulse facilitation,prepulse inhibition,spike-timing-dependent plasticity,and spike-rate-dependent plasticity are replicated.The emulation of brain-like“learning-forgetting-relearning”process is also implemented.Additionally,the instant responses of the memristor can be stimulated by low operational voltages and short pulse widths.This study paves one way for GO-based memristors to actuate appealing features such as bidirectional tuning and fast speed switching that are desirable for the development of bio-inspired neuromorphic systems. | Yang Li Songtao Ling Ruiyu He Cheng Zhang Yue Dong Chunlan Ma Yucheng Jiang Ju Gao Jinghui He Qichun Zhang | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,8: | 1 |
