Life Prediction Model of Machine Tool based on Deep Learning显示文摘In view of the shortage of traditional life prediction methods for machine tools, such as low accuracy of life prediction and few samples basis attributes,a life prediction model of machine tools combined with machine tool attributes is proposed. The life prediction model of machine tool adopts KL dispersion distribution theory, uses modal superposition method to carry out machine tool life analysis, calculates the theoretical life of machine tool, and then carries on the simulation, obtains the machine tool life prediction value.Compared with the traditional method of machine tool life prediction, the model is based on the application life fatigue damage model, which superimposes the service times and maintenance cycle of the machine tool, derives the influence factor of machine tool life, and obtains the linear relationship between the influence factor of machine tool life and the life of machine tool. The influence factor of machine tool life is introduced as the life prediction parameter of machine tool. The data transformation relationship of HT300 parts is constructed. The original part data is enhanced. The effective training set is obtained. The life prediction model of machine tool based on deep learning is completed. The quantitative analysis of machine tool life is carried out.The experiment of machine tool life prediction using training data set proves the validity of the model.Regression test was carried out on the training data set to reflect the robustness of the model. The prediction accuracy of the model is further verified by Weibull test. | HE Jiawei ZHAO Chendi GAO Ruiyu LIU Xuehui WANG Xue | 2021 | International Journal of Plant Engineering and Management2021,26,1: | 2
Coil-levitated hybrid generator for mechanical energy harvesting and wireless temperature and vibration monitoring显示文摘The development of wireless monitoring is currently restricted by the short lifetime of batteries, requiring frequent replacement.Utilization of abundant mechanical energy from the surrounding environment has attracted increasing attention in real-time monitoring.Herein,a coil-levitated hybrid generator was developed for the efficient harvesting of mechanical energy from mechanical motion. The novel coil-levitated structure adapted to the metal and magnetic environment. The output currents were systematically analyzed at different operation modes based on the unique combination of triboelectrification, electromagnetic induction, and piezoelectric effect.Under the excitation of vibration frequency and amplitude of 8 Hz and 5 mm respectively, the as-constructed triboelectric nanogenerator delivered a peak power density of 11.40 W/m3 at 10 MΩ.Meanwhile, the middle electromagnetic part and bottom piezoelectric generator provided peak power densities of 6.97 and 79.93 W/m2 at 10000Ω,respectively.More importantly, the battery charging experiment was verified,in which a 30 mA h Li-ion battery can be charged from 2.57 to 3.27 V in about 90 min.In sum,a self-powered temperature and vibration monitoring system was successfully developed based on hybrid generator, promising for realizing wireless monitoring of mechanical equipment without any external power supply. | XUE XiaoBin ZHANG ZengXing WU Bin HE ShanShan WANG Qiang ZHANG WenJun BI RuiYu CUI Juan ZHENG YongQiu XUE ChenYang | 2021 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,6: | 2
A robust graphene oxide memristor enabled by organic pyridinium intercalation for artificial biosynapse application显示文摘Graphene oxide(GO)-based memristors offer the promise of low cost,eco-friendliness,and mechanical flexibility, making them attractive candidates for outstanding flexible electronic devices. However, their resistive transitions often display abrupt change rather than bidirectional progressive tuning, which largely limits their applications for biological synapse emulation and neuromorphic computing. Here,a memristor with a novel layered structure of GO/pyridinium/GO is presented with tunable bidirectional feature. The inserted organic pyridinium intercalation succeeds in serving as a satisfactory buffer layer to intrinsically control the formation of conductive filaments during device operation, leading to progressive conductance regulation. Thus, the essential synaptic behaviors including analog memory characteristics, excitatory postsynaptic current, paired pulse facilitation, prepulse inhibition,spike-timing-dependent plasticity, and spike-rate-dependent plasticity are replicated. The emulation of brain-like“learning-forgetting-relearning”process is also implemented.Additionally, the instant responses of the memristor can be stimulated by low operational voltages and short pulse widths. This study paves one way for GO-based memristors to actuate appealing features such as bidirectional tuning and fast speed switching that are desirable for the development of bio-inspired neuromorphic systems. | Yang Li Songtao Ling Ruiyu He Cheng Zhang Yue Dong Chunlan Ma Yucheng Jiang Ju Gao Jinghui He Qichun Zhang | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,8: | 1
Light at night and lung cancer risk:A worldwide interdisciplinary and time-series study显示文摘Background:Light at night(LAN)has become a concern in interdisciplinary research in recent years. This global interdisciplinary study aimed to explore the exposure-lag-response association between LAN exposure and lung cancer incidence. Methods:LAN data were obtained from the Defense Meteorological Satellite Program’s Operational Linescan System.Data of lung cancer incidence,socio-demographic index, and smoking prevalence of populations in 201 countries/territories from 1992 to 2018 were collected from the Global Burden of Disease Study.Spearman correlation tests and population-weighted linear regression analysis were used to evaluate the correlation between LAN exposure and lung cancer incidence.A distributed lag nonlinear model(DLNM)was used to assess the exposure-lag effects of LAN exposure on lung cancer incidence. Results:The Spearman correlation coefficients were 0.286-0.355 and the population-weighted linear regression correlation coefficients were 0.361-0.527.After adjustment for socio-demographic index and smoking preva-lence,the Spearman correlation coefficients were 0.264-0.357 and the population-weighted linear regression correlation coefficients were 0.346-0.497.In the DLNM,the maximum relative risk was 1.04(1.02-1.06)at LAN exposure of 8.6 with a 2.6-year lag time. After adjustment for socio-demographic index and smoking prevalence, the maximum relative risk was 1.05(1.02-1.07)at LAN exposure of 8.6 with a 2.4-year lag time. Conclusion:High LAN exposure was associated with increased lung cancer incidence, and this effect had a specific lag period.Compared with traditional individual-level studies, this group-level study provides a novel paradigm of effective, efficient, and scalable screening for risk factors. | Runchen Wang Qixia Wang Jianfu Li Jianrong Zhang Shixuan Lyu Wenhao Chi Zhiming Ye Xuanzhuang Lu Ying Shi Yubin Wang Xinjian Wu Ruiyu Hu Mónica Pérez-Ríos Jianxing He Wenhua Liang | 2024 | Chinese Medical Journal Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine2024,2,1: | 0

| 6 | Surgical strategy for cerebral arteriovenous malformation with acute hemorrhage显示文摘BACKGROUND: Presently, there have been craniocerebral operation, interventional embolization, stereotactic radiotherapy and other methods in treating cerebral arteriovenous malformation (AVM). However, the standard of different therapeutic regimens of cerebral AVM at the acute stage of hemorrhage has not been completely identified. OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical characteristics and therapeutic effects of AVM at the acute stage of hemorrhage in patients, and to analyze corresponding therapeutic strategies. DESIGN: Non-randomized clinical observation. SETTING: Department of Neurosurgery, Foshan First People's Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University. PARTICIPANTS: Forty-six patients with cerebral AVM complicated by hemorrhage admitted to Department of Neurosurgery, Foshan First People's Hospital between January 1999 and December 2006, were involved in this study. All the patients were confirmed as cerebral AVM complicated by hemorrhage by brain angiography or/and postoperational pathology. The involved patients, 32 males and 14 females, averaged 25 years old, ranging from 6 to 62 years. Informed consents of therapeutic items were obtained from the relatives of all the patients. METHODS: ①On admission, skull CT and brain angiography were conducted in the involved subjects. ② The therapeutic method was confirmed according to the consciousness, hematoma region, hematoma volume, imageological results following comprehensive analysis. DSA examination was permitted to identify the size and position of abnormal vessel mass, and the distribution of feeding artery and draining vein. Craniocerebral operation was carried out as early as possible in patients with severe or progressive conscious disturbance, in which most of hematoma with obvious occupied effect or cerebral hernia was located in lobe of brain. The primary thing was to clean intracerebral hematoma for in time decompression. According to different situations, corresponding therapeutic measures were used for resecting abnormal vessel mass, and the treatments of patients were observed. ③The therapeutic effects were assessed following Glasgow outcome scale(GOS) at 3 months after hemorrhage. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ① The examination results of skull CT and brain angiography of patients on admission. ② Treatment of patients. ③ GOS results at 3 months after hemorrhage.
