| 1 | Optimization of both coercivity and knee-point magnetic field of Sm2Co17-type magnets via solid solution process显示文摘It is confirmed that phase homogenization is very important for improving the magnetic properties of 2:17-type Sm-Co sintered magnets,In this work,the influence of solid solution process on microstructure and magnetic properties of the Sm(CobalFe0.233Cu0.073Zr0.024)7.6 sintered magnets was systematically studied.With the solid-solution treating duration(tS)increasing from 0 to 4 h,intrinsic coercivity(Hcj)increases from 12.83 to 36.54 kOe,magnetic field at knee-point(Hknee)increases from2.76 to 19.14 kOe,and the maximum energy product increases from 19.79 to 29.48 MGOe.The electron probe microanalyzer results reveal that there mainly exist gray and dark regions besides'white'rare earth-rich phase,and the conte nt of Sm,Fe and Cu elements for the two kinds of regions changes a lot for the specimens,Furthermore,with tS increasing up to 4 h,the elements content deviation between the gray and dark regions becomes small gradually from 3.94 at%to 0.27 at%,7.66 at%to 0.21 at%and 7.27 at%to 0.16 at%for Sm,Fe and Cu elements,respectively.Moreover,transmission electron microscopy results show that the distribution of cell size is much more concentrated for aged specimens when tS is 4 h.It is also found that the Cu concentration at cell boundaries for the 4 h solid-solution treatment case shows relatively higher values and greater concentration gradient(1.94 at%/nm).It is verified that sufficient solution treatment duration is prerequisite to form these homogeneous microstructural features,which are the key points for obtaining both high Hcj and Hknee. | Shuai Wang Yikun Fang Kuikui Song Xiaoyu Zhu Lei Wang Wei Sun Wei Pan Minggang Zhu Wei Li | 2020 | Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,11: | 5 |
| 2 | First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. | 3 | DNN-HMM based acoustic model for continuous pig cough sound recognition显示文摘To detect the respiratory disease through pig cough sound in the early stage,a novel method based on Deep Neural Networks-Hidden Markov Model(DNN-HMM)was proposed to construct an acoustic model for continuous pig cough sound recognition.Noises in the continuous pig sounds were eliminated by the Wiener algorithm based on wavelet thresholding the multitaper spectrum,and the experimental corpus was obtained from the denoised continuous pig sounds.The 39-dimensional Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients(MFCC)extracted from the corpus were considered as feature vectors.Sounds in pig farms were divided into pig coughs,non-pig coughs,and silence segments.In the HMM,the number of hidden states of pig cough,non-pig cough and silence segments were 5,5 and 3 respectively,and the observation states represented the feature vectors of the continuous pig sound signal.Based on experiments and empirical theory,the DNN model with 3 hidden layers and 100 nodes per layer was used to describe the correspondence between hidden states and observation serials.Through experiments,the context frames of DNN input were set to 5.Under the condition of optimal parameter setting,the traditional acoustic model Gaussian Mixture Model-Hidden Markov Model(GMM-HMM)was compared with DNN-HMM through a 5-fold cross-validation experiment.It was found that the Word Error Rate(WER)of each group in DNN-HMM was lower than that in GMM-HMM,and the average WER was 3.45%lower.At the same time,the best result of the DNN-HMM model was obtained with the lowest WER of 7.54%,and the average WER was 8.03%.The results showed that the method of DNN-HMM based acoustic model for continuous pig cough sound recognition was stable and reliable. | Jian Zhao Xuan Li Wanghong Liu Yun Gao Minggang Lei Hequn Tan Di Yang | 2020 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,3: | 2 |
| 4 | Isolation, cDNA sequence analysis and tissue expression profile of a novel swine gene differentially expressed in the Longissimus dorsi muscle tissues from Large White x Meishan cross combination显示文摘In order to study the molecular mechanism of heterosis in pigs, the mRNA differential display technique was performed to investigate the differences in gene expression in the Longissimus dorsi muscle tissues from Large White × Meishan cross combination.One novel gene differentially expressed between the hybrids and the purebreds was isolated and subsequently identified using semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and its complete cDNA sequence was obtained using the rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE) method. The nucleotide sequence of the gene is not homologous to any of the known porcine genes. The sequence prediction revealed that the open reading frame of this gene encodes a protein of 188 amino acids that contains the putative conserved domain of the PRA1 family protein and this protein has high homology with the PRA1 family protein 3 of three species-rat (88 % ), human(88 % ), and mouse (87 % ), -so that it can be defined as swine PRA1 family protein 3. The phylogenetic tree analysis revealed that the swine PRA1 family protein 3 has a closer genetic relationship with the human PRA1 family protein 3 than with those of mouse and rat.The tissue expression analysis indicated that swine PRA1family protein 3 gene is highly-expressed in muscle and fat, moderately in spleen,weakly in heart, kidney, ovary, lung, and almost not expressed in small intestine and liver. | 5 | Cellular microstructure modification and high temperature performance enhancement for Sm2Co17-based magnets with different Zr contents显示文摘Influence of Zr contents on high-temperature magnetic performance of Sm(CoFeCuZr)(x=0.025,0.03,0.035,0.04) magnets were investigated.As x increases from 0.025 to 0.04,the temperature coefficient of intrinsic coercivity(H) is optimized from-0.1673% K^(-1)to-0.1382% K^(-1)and the Hat 773 K gradually increases from 556.32 kA m^(-1)to 667 kA m^(-1).The microstructure and microchemistry of different Zr-content magnets were revealed by a transmission electron microscope equipped with EDS.The increasing Zr content induces that the average size of cells decreases from ~76 nm to ~56 nm and the weight fraction of 1:5 H cell boundary phase increases from ~25% to ~37% as well,resulting decreasing of the average Cu content at cell boundaries from 13.59 at% to ~8.52 at%.It is found that the Cu-lean characteristic at cell boundary phase is the reason that gives rise to higher magnetic properties at elevated temperatures for x=0.04 magnet. | Chao Wang Peng Shen Yikun Fang Shuai Wang Qiangfeng Li Lei Wang Wei Li Minggang Zhu | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,25: | 2 |
| 6 | Generation of transgenic cucumbers with expression of a ten-tandem repeat long-acting GLP-1 analogue and their biological function on diabetic rats显示文摘Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) is a 30-amino acid peptide hormone, which has the regulatory function of stimulating the secretion of insulin to balance blood glucose levels. In this study, marker-free expression vector pX6 with a fusion gene of ten tandem repeated GLP-1 analog ([Ser8, Gln26 and Asp34]-GLP-1) genes was constructed and transformed into cucumbers by Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation method. Four transgenic lines were obtained by PCR and Southern blotting analysis and two transgenic lines successfully expressed the fusion protein (named GLP-T), which was revealed by Western blotting analysis. The biological activity test results showed that the serum glucose level of diabetic rats was significantly decreased after oral administration of the fusion protein GLP-T extracted from the transgenic cucumber fruitage. | 7 | Micromagnetic simulations on demagnetization processes in anisotropic Nd_2Fe_(14)B magnets显示文摘Individual grains with diverse dimensional parameters were introduced to investigate the magnetization reversals in anisotropic Nd2 Fe_(14)B magnets. The micromagnetic simulations were carried out via Object Oriented MicroMagnetic Framework(OOMMF). With the same bottom area and height, analysis results show that the coercive fields for different bottom shapes are of similar values. Designed as a cubic grain,the coercive field presents descending tendency as grain volume ascends. Under constant grain volume,with aspect ratio increasing, the coercive field decreases in the beginning and increases soon. Based on the demagnetization field vector, the effects of bottom shape, grain volume and aspect ratio on the coercive field can be explained. The nucleation point is chosen to discuss. Its synthetic field and reversal field are calculated by parallelogram law and inverse external field equation, respectively. The synthetic field equal to the reversal field is defined as critical field, which always shows the same tendency as the coercive field for all cases of this study. | 12 | Long-term manure application increased soil organic carbon and nitrogen mineralization through accumulation of unprotected and physically protected carbon fractions显示文摘Soil organic carbon(SOC)and nitrogen(N)mineralization are important biogeochemical processes associated with soil fertility.These processes are influenced by physically,chemically,and biologically stabilized SOC fractions,the mechanisms of which are not well known.The present study was conducted to evaluate the combined effect of manure and mineral fertilizers on the contents of SOC fractions to promote the mineralization of SOC and N.Treatments included:i)no fertilizer control(CK);ii)a combination of mineral N,phosphorus,and potassium fertilizers(NPK);iii)manure alone(M);iv)manure combined with NPK(MNPK);and v)a high dose of manure combined with NPK(hMNPK).The combined uses of manure and mineral fertilizers(MNPK and hMNPK)enhanced the accumulation of the unprotected coarse particulate organic carbon(C)fraction(cPOC)by 44%-72%compared to CK.Manure applications(M,MNPK and hMNPK)enhanced physically microaggregate-protected organic C(μagg),physicochemically protected organic C within the microaggregate-derived silt(μsilt)fraction(H-μsilt),and physicobiochemically protected organic C within theμsilt fraction(NH-μsilt)by 30%-56%,62%-150%,and 27%-51%,respectively.In contrast,all chemically and biochemically protected SOC fractions showed a minor response to manure application.Accumulation of cPOC,μagg,H-μsilt,and physicochemically protected organic C within the microaggregate-derived clay fraction(H-μclay)significantly contributed to the mineralization of SOC and N,resulting in a significant increase in rice grain yield with long-term manure application.In summary,long-term combined use of manure and mineral fertilizers improved SOC accumulation in unprotected and physically protected fractions,which enhanced SOC and N mineralization and benefited soil productivity in a rice-wheat cropping system. | Muhammad Nadeem ASHRAF Cheng HU Xiangru XU Tariq AZIZ Lei WU Muhammad Ahmed WAQAS Muhammad FAROOQ Xu HU Wenju ZHANG Minggang XU | 2023 | Pedosphere2023,33,2: | 0 |
| 13 | An executable framework for modeling and validating cooperative capability requirements in emergency response system显示文摘As the scale of current systems become larger and larger and their complexity is increasing gradually,research on executable models in the design phase becomes significantly important as it is helpful to simulate the execution process and capture defects of a system in advance.Meanwhile,the capability of a system becomes so important that stakeholders tend to emphasize their capability requirements when developing a system.To deal with the lack of official specifications and the fundamental theory basis for capability requirement,we propose a cooperative capability requirements(CCR)meta-model as a theory basis for researchers to refer to in this research domain,in which we provide detailed definition of the CCR concepts,associations and rules.Moreover,we also propose an executable framework,which may enable modelers to simulate the execution process of a system in advance and do well in filling the inconsistency and semantic gaps between stakeholders’requirements and their models.The primary working mechanism of the framework is to transform the Alf activity meta-model into the communicating sequential process(CSP)process meta-model based on some mapping rules,after which the internal communication mechanism between process nodes is designed to smooth the execution of behaviors in a CSP system.Moreover,a validation method is utilized to check the correctness and consistency of the models,and a self-fixing mechanism is used to fix the errors and warnings captured during the validation process automatically.Finally,a validation report is generated and fed back to the modelers for system optimization. | CHAI Lei WANG Zhixue HE Ming HE Hongyue YU Minggang | 2021 | Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2021,32,4: | 0 |
