| 1 | REKF and RUKF for pico satellite attitude estimation in the presence of measurement faults显示文摘When a pico satellite is under normal operational conditions, whether it is extended or unscented, a conventional Kalman filter gives sufficiently good estimation results. However, if the measurements are not reliable because of any kind of malfunctions in the estimation system, the Kalman filter gives inaccurate results and diverges by time. This study compares two different robust Kalman filtering algorithms, robust extended Kalman filter(REKF) and robust unscented Kalman filter(RUKF), for the case of measurement malfunctions. In both filters, by the use of defined variables named as the measurement noise scale factor, the faulty measurements are taken into the consideration with a small weight, and the estimations are corrected without affecting the characteristic of the accurate ones. | 2 | Immune checkpoint inhibitor-related hepatotoxicity:A review显示文摘The application of immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICI)in advanced cancer has been a major development in the last decade.The indications for ICIs are constantly expanding into new territory across different cancers,disease stages and lines of therapy.With this increased use,adverse events including immune checkpoint inhibitor-related hepatotoxicity(ICH)have emerged as an important clinical problem.This along with the introduction of ICI as first-and second-line treatments for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma makes ICH very relevant to gastroenterologists and hepatologists.The incidence of ICH varies between 1%-20%depending on the number,type and dose of ICI received.Investigation and management generally involve excluding differential diagnoses and following a stepwise escalation of withholding or ceasing ICI,corticosteroid treatment and adding other immunosuppressive agents depending on the severity of toxicity.The majority of patients with ICH recover and some may even safely recommence ICI therapy.Guideline recommendations are largely based on evidence derived from retrospective case series which highlights a priority for future research. | Devika Remash David S Prince Catriona McKenzie Simone I Strasser Steven Kao Ken Liu | 2021 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2021，27，32： | 9 |
| 3 | Clinical use of bone-targeting radiopharmaceuticals with focus on alpha-emitters显示文摘Various single or multi-modality therapeutic options are available to treat pain of bone metastasis in patients with prostate cancer.Different radionuclides that emitβ-rays such as 153Samarium and 89Strontium and achieve palliation are commercially available.In contrast toβ-emitters,223Radium as a a-emitter has a short path-length.The advantage of the a-emitter is thus a highly localized biological effect that is caused by radiation induced DNA double-strand breaks and subsequent cell killing and/or limited effectiveness of cellular repair mechanisms.Due to the limited range of the a-particles the bone surface to red bone marrow dose ratio is also lower for 223Radium which is expressed in a lower myelotoxicity.The a emitter 223Radium dichloride is the first radiopharmaceutical that significantly prolongslife in castrate resistant prostate cancer patients with wide-spread bone metastatic disease.In a phaseⅢ,randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled study 921patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer and bone metastases were randomly assigned.The analysis confirmed the 223Radium survival benefit compared to the placebo(median,14.9 mo vs 11.3 mo;P<0.001).In addition,the treatment results in pain palliation and thus,improved quality of life and a delay of skeletal related events.At the same time the toxicity profile of223Radium was favourable.Since May 2013,223Radium dichloride(Xofigo?)is approved by the US Food and Drug Administration. | Hinrich A Wieder Michael Lassmann Martin S Allen-Auerbach Johannes Czernin Ken Herrmann | 2014 | World Journal of Radiology2014，6，7： | 4 |

| 7 | Sex-specific differences in white matter microvascular integrity after ischaemic stroke显示文摘background and purpose Functional outcomes after ischaemic stroke are worse in women,despite adjusting for differences in comorbidities and treatment approaches.White matter microvascular integrity represents one risk factor for poor long-term functional outcomes after ischaemic stroke.The aim of the study is to characterise sex-specific differences in microvascular integrity in individuals with acute ischaemic stroke.Methods A retrospective analysis of subjects with acute ischaemic stroke and brain MRI with diffusion-weighted(DWI)and dynamic-susceptibility contrast-enhanced(DSC)perfusion-weighted imaging obtained within 9 hours of last known well was performed.In the hemisphere contralateral to the acute infarct,normal-appearing white matter(NAWM)microvascular integrity was measured using the K_(2) coefficient and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)values.Regression analyses for predictors of K_(2) coefficient,DWI volume and good outcome(90-day modified Rankin scale(mRS)score<2)were performed.results 105 men and 79 women met inclusion criteria for analysis.Despite no difference in age,women had increased NAWM K_(2) coefficient(1027.4 vs 692.7×10^(-6)/s;p=0.006).In women,atrial fibrillation(β=583.6;p=0.04)and increasing NAWM ADC(β=4.4;p=0.02)were associated with increased NAWM K_(2) coefficient.In multivariable regression analysis,the K_(2) coefficient was an independent predictor of DWI volume in women(β=0.007;p=0.01)but not men.Conclusions In women with acute ischaemic stroke,increased NAWM K_(2) coefficient is associated with increased infarct volume and chronic white matter structural integrity.Prospective studies investigating sex-specific differences in white matter microvascular integrity are needed. | Mark R Etherton Ona Wu Pedro Cougo Svetlana Lorenzano Hua Li Lisa Cloonan Mark J R J Bouts Arne Lauer Ken Arai Eng H Lo Steve K Feske Karen L Furie Natalia S Rost | 2019 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2019，4，4： | 2 |
