3Crustal deformation on the Chinese mainland during 1998—2004 based on GPS data显示文摘This study focuses on resolving moderate amounts of crustal motion at the continental scale based on a large volume of global positioning system(GPS) data during 1998e2014. A state-of-the-art GPS processing strategy was used to resolve position time series and velocities from carrier beat phases for all available data. Position time series were closely analyzed to estimate linear constant, coseismic displacements, postseismic motions, and other parameters. We present coseismic offsets inferred from the GPS data for the 2010 Yushu and 2014 Yutian earthquakes, and also illustrate transient postseismic motions following the 2001 Kokoxili, 2008 Wenchuan, and 2011 Tohoku-Oki earthquakes. Since not all GPS position time series dominated by postseismic motions can be modeled and corrected reasonably, we present contemporary horizontal velocities from 2009 to 2014 for campaign stations and from 1998 to 2014 for continuous stations, irrespective of postseismic deformations. 5Toward Wisdom-Evolutionary and Primitive-Concise 6G:A New Paradigm of Semantic Communication Networks显示文摘The sixth generation(6G)mobile networks will reshape the world by offering instant,efficient,and intelligent hyper-connectivity,as envisioned by the previously proposed Ubiquitous-X 6G networks.Such hyper-massive and global connectivity will introduce tremendous challenges into the operation and management of 6G networks,calling for revolutionary theories and technological innovations.To this end,we propose a new route to boost network capabilities toward a wisdom-evolutionary and primitive-concise network(WePCN)vision for the Ubiquitous-X 6G network.In particular,we aim to concretize the evolution path toward the WePCN by first conceiving a new semantic representation framework,namely semantic base,and then establishing an intelligent and efficient semantic communication(IE-SC)network architecture.In the IE-SC architecture,a semantic intelligence plane is employed to interconnect the semantic-empowered physical-bearing layer,network protocol layer,and application-intent layer via semantic information flows.The proposed architecture integrates artificial intelligence and network technologies to enable intelligent interactions among various communication objects in 6G.It features a lower bandwidth requirement,less redundancy,and more accurate intent identification.We also present a brief review of recent advances in semantic communications and highlight potential use cases,complemented by a range of open challenges for 6G.Ping Zhang Wenjun Xu Hui Gao Kai Niu Xiaodong Xu Xiaoqi Qin Caixia Yuan Zhijin Qin Haitao Zhao Jibo Wei Fangwei Zhang 2022Engineering2022,8,1:28

9Effect of Ce doping of TiO_2 support on NH_3-SCR activity over V_2O_5–WO_3/CeO_2–TiO_2 catalyst显示文摘CeO2–TiO2composite supports with different Ce/Ti molar ratios were prepared by a homogeneous precipitation method, and V2O5–WO3/CeO2–TiO2catalysts for the selective catalytic reduction(SCR) of NOx with NH3 were prepared by an incipient-wetness impregnation method. These catalysts were characterized by means of BET, XRD, UV–Vis,Raman and XPS techniques. The results showed that the catalytic activity of V2O5–WO3/TiO2 was greatly enhanced by Ce doping(molar ratio of Ce/Ti = 1/10) in the TiO2 support.The catalysts that were predominantly anatase TiO2 showed better catalytic performance than the catalysts that were predominantly fluorite CeO2. The Ce additive could enhance the surface adsorbed oxygen and accelerate the SCR reaction. The effects of O2 concentration, ratio of NH3/NO, space velocity and SO2 on the catalytic activity were also investigated. The presence of oxygen played an important role in NO reduction. 11FoxM1 overexpression promotes epithelial-mesenchymal transition and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘AIM: To investigate the expression of forkhead box protein M1(Fox M1) in the process of epithelial mesenchymal transition in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and its role in metastasis.METHODS: Fox M1 and E-cadherin expression in HCC tissue microarray specimens was evaluated by immunohistochemical staining,and statistical methods were applied to analyze the correlation between FoxM 1 and epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT).KaplanMeier analysis of the correlation between the Fox M1 expression level and recurrence or overall survival of HCC patients was performed.The expression of FoxM 1,E-cadherin and snail homologue 1(SNAI1) in HCC cell lines was evaluated by real-time reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction and Western blot.Hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) was used to induce EMT and stimulate cell migration in HCC cells.The expression of Fox M1 and SNAI1 was regulated by transfection with plasmids pc DNA3.1 and si RNAs in vitro.The occurrence of EMT was evaluated by Transwell assay,morphologic analysis and detection of the expression of EMT markers(E-cadherin and vimentin).Luciferase and chromatin immunoprecipitation assays were used to evaluate whether SNAI1 is a direct transcriptional target of FoxM 1.RESULTS: FoxM 1 expression was increased significantly in HCC compared with para-carcinoma(10.7 ± 0.9 vs 8.2 ± 0.7,P < 0.05) and normal hepatic(10.7 ± 0.9 vs 2.7 ± 0.4,P < 0.05) tissues.Overexpression of Fox M1 was correlated with HCC tumor size,tumor number,macrovascular invasion and higher TNM stage,but was negatively correlated with E-cadherin expression in microarray specimens and in cell lines.Fox M1 overexpression was correlated significantly with HCC metastasis and EMT.In vitro,we found that FoxM 1 plays a key role in HGF-induced EMT,and overexpression of Fox M1 could suppress E-cadherin expression and induce EMT changes,which were associated with increased HCC cell invasiveness.Next,we confirmed that FOXM1 directly binds to and activates the SNAI1 promoter,and we identified SNAI1 as a direct transcriptional target of FOXM1.Moreover,inhibiting the expression of SNAI1 significantly inhibited FoxM 1-mediated EMT.CONCLUSION: Fox M1 overexpression promotes EMT and metastasis of HCC,and SNAI1 plays a critical role in FoxM 1-mediated EMT.Fan-Di Meng Ji-Chao Wei Kai Qu Zhi-Xin Wang Qi-Fei Wu Ming-Hui Tai Hao-Chen Liu Rui-Yao Zhang Chang Liu 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,1:17

13NH_3-SCR denitration catalyst performance over vanadium–titanium with the addition of Ce and Sb显示文摘Selective catalytic reduction technology using NH3 as a reducing agent(NH3-SCR) is an effective control method to remove nitrogen oxides. TiO2-supported vanadium oxide catalysts with different levels of Ce and Sb modification were prepared by an impregnation method and were characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller(BET), Transmission electron microscopy(TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), UV–Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV–Vis DRS), Raman and Hydrogen temperature-programmed reduction(H2-TPR). The catalytic activities of V5 CexS by/TiO2 catalysts for denitration were investigated in a fixed bed flow microreactor. The results showed that cerium, vanadium and antimony oxide as the active components were well dispersed on TiO2, and the catalysts exhibited a large number of d–d electronic transitions, which were helpful to strengthen SCR reactivity. The V5 CexS by/TiO2 catalysts exhibited a good low temperature NH3-SCR catalytic activity. In the temperature range of 210 to 400℃, the V5 CexS by/TiO2 catalysts gave NO conversion rates above 90%. For the best V5Ce35Sb2/TiO2 catalyst, at a reaction temperature of 210℃, the NO conversion rate had already reached 90%. The catalysts had different catalytic activity with different Ce loadings. 16BH3-only proteins target BCL-xL/MCL-1,not BAX/BAK,to initiate apoptosis显示文摘It has been widely accepted that mitochondria-dependent apoptosis initiates when select BH3-only proteins(BID,BIM,etc.)directly engage and allosterically activate effector proteins BAX/BAK.Here,through reconstitution of cells lacking all eight pro-apoptotic BH3-only proteins,we demonstrate that all BH3-only proteins primarily target the anti-apoptotic BCL-2 proteins BCL-xL/MCL-1,whose simultaneous suppression enables membrane-mediated spontaneous activation of BAX/BAK.BH3-only proteins*apoptotic activities correlate with affinities for BCL-xL/MCL1 instead of abilities to directly activate BAX/BAK.Further,BID and BIM do not distinguish BAX from BAK or accelerate BAX/BAK activation following inactivation of BCL-xL/MCL-1.Remarkably,death ligandinduced apoptosis in cells lacking BH3-only proteins and MCL-1 is fully restored by BID mutants capable of neutralizing BCL-xL,but not direct activation of BAX/BAK.Taken together,our findings provide a'Membrane-mediated Permissive'model,in which the BH3-only proteins only indirectly activate BAX/BAK by neutralizing the anti-apoptotic BCL-2 proteins,and thus allowing BAX/BAK to undergo unimpeded,spontaneous activation in the mitochondrial outer membrane milieu,leading to apoptosis initiation.Kai Huang Katelyn L.O'Neill Jian Li Wei Zhou Na Han Xiaming Pang Wei Wu Lucas Struble Gloria Borgstahl Zhaorui Liu Liqiana Zhang Xu Luo 2019Cell Research2019,29,11:16

18Total salvianolic acid improves ischemia-reperfusion-induced microcirculatory disturbance in rat mesentery显示文摘AIM:To investigate the effect of total salvianolic acid(TSA) on ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)-induced rat mesenteric microcirculatory dysfunctions.METHODS:Male Wistar rats were randomly distributed into 5 groups(n = 6 each):Sham group and I/R group(infused with saline),TSA group,TSA + I/R group and I/R + TSA group(infused with TSA,5 mg/kg per hour).Mesenteric I/R were conducted by a ligation of the mesenteric artery and vein(10 min) and subsequent release of the occlusion.TSA was continuously infused either starting from 10 min before the ischemia or 10 min after reperfusion.Changes in mesenteric microcirculatory variables,including diameter of venule,velocity of red blood cells in venule,leukocyte adhesion,free radicals released from venule,albumin leakage and mast cell degranulation,were observed through an inverted intravital microscope.Meanwhile,the expression of adhesion molecules CD11b/CD18 on neutrophils was evaluated by flow cytometry.Ultrastructural evidence of mesenteric venules damage was assessed after microcirculation observation.RESULTS:I/R led to multiple responses in mesenteric post-capillary venules,including a significant increase in the adhesion of leukocytes,production of oxygen radicals in the venular wall,albumin efflux and enhanced mast cell degranulation in vivo.All the I/R-induced manifestations were significantly reduced by pre-or post-treatment with TSA,with the exception that the I/R-induced increase in mast cell degranulation was inhibited only by pre-treatment with TSA.Moreover,preor post-treatment with TSA significantly attenuated the expression of CD11b/CD18 on neutrophils,reducing the increase in the number of caveolae in the endothelial cells of mesentery post-capillary venules induced by I/R.CONCLUSION:The results demonstrated that TSA protects from and ameliorates the microcirculation disturbance induced by I/R,which was associated with TSA inhibiting the production of oxygen-free radicals in the venular wall and the expression of CD11b/CD18 on neutrophils.Ming-Xia Wang Yu-Ying Liu Bai-He Hu Xiao-Hong Wei Xin Chang Kai Sun Jing-Yu Fan Fu-Long Liao ChuanShe Wang Jun Zheng Jing-Yan Han Ming-Xia Wang 2010World Journal of Gastroenterology2010,16,42:15
19Threat Assessment Method Based on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Similarity Measurement Reasoning with Orientation显示文摘The aim of this paper is to propose a threat assessment method based on intuitionistic fuzzy measurement reasoning with orientaion to deal with the shortcomings of the method proposed in [Ying-Jie Lei et al., Journal of Electronics and Information Technology 29(9)(2007)2077-2081] and [Dong-Feng Chen et al., Procedia Engineering 29(5)(2012)3302-3306] the ignorance of the influence of the intuitionistic index's orientation on the membership functions in the reasoning, which caused partial information loss in reasoning process. Therefore, we present a 3D expression of intuitionistic fuzzy similarity measurement, make an analysis of the constraints for intuitionistic fuzzy similarity measurement, and redefine the intuitionistic fuzzy similarity measurement. Moreover, in view of the threat assessment problem, we give the system variables of attribute function and assessment index, set up the reasoning system based on intuitionistic fuzzy similarity measurement with orientation, and design the reasoning rules, reasoning algorithms and fuzzy-resolving algorithms. 20Clinical profiles and outcomes of acute type A aortic dissection and intramural hematoma in the current era: lessons from the first registry of aortic dissection in China显示文摘Background::Acute type A aortic dissection(ATAAD)and acute type A intramural hematoma(ATAIMH)are life-threatening diseases with high mortality.To better understand their clinical features in the Chinese population,we analyzed the data from the first Registry of Aortic Dissection in China(Sino-RAD)to promote the understanding and management of the diseases.Methods::All patients with ATAAD and ATAIMH enrolled in Sino-RAD from January 1,2012 to December 31,2016 were involved.The data of patients’selection,history,symptoms,management,outcomes,and postoperation complications were analyzed in the study.The continuous variables were compared using the Student’s t test for normal distributions and the Mann-Whitney U test for non-normal distributions.Categorical variables were compared using the Chi-square test or Fisher exact test.Results::A total of 1582 patients with ATAAD and 130 patients with ATAIMH were included.The mean age of all patients was 48.4 years.Patients with ATAAD were significantly younger than patients with ATAIMH(48.9 years vs.55.6 years,P<0.001).For the total cohort,males were dominant,but the male ratio of patients with ATAAD was significantly higher compared to those with ATAIMH(P=0.01).The time range from the onset of symptom to hospitalization was 2.0 days.More patients of ATAIMH had hypertension than that of ATAAD(82.3%vs.67.6%,P<0.05).Chest and back pain were the most common clinical symptoms.Computerized tomography(CT)was the most common initial diagnostic imaging modality.84.7%received surgical treatment and in-hospital mortality was 5.3%.Patients with ATAAD mainly received surgical treatment(89.6%),while most patients with ATAIMH received medical treatment(39.2%)or endovascular repair(35.4%).Conclusions::Our study suggests that doctors should comprehensively use clinical examination and genetic background screening for patients with ATAAD and ATAIMH and further shorten the time range from symptoms onset to intervention,achieving early diagnosis and treatment,thereby reducing the mortality rate of patients with aortic dissection in China.We should standardize the procedures of aortic dissection treatment and improve people’s understanding.Meanwhile,the curing and transferring efficiency should also be improved.Wei-Xun Duan Wei-Guang Wang Lin Xia Chao Xue Bo Yu Kai Ren Wei Yi Hong-Liang Liang Xiao-Chao Dong Jian Zuo Jin-Cheng Liu Shi-Qiang Yu Ding-Hua Yi 2021Chinese Medical Journal2021,,8:15
