| 2 | Correction Method of Light Hydrocarbons Losing and Heavy Hydrocarbon Handling for Residual Hydrocarbon (S_1) from Shale显示文摘In China, hot researches on shale oil were raised by the important breakthrough of shale oil in America. Obviously, the first important issue is the actual shale oil resource potential of China, and the selection of the key appraisement parameter is vital to the shale oil resource amount. Among the appraisement parameters, the oil content parameter(S1) is the key one, but the evaluation result is generally lower because of light hydrocarbon losing and heavy hydrocarbon handling. And the more important thing is that the light hydrocarbon with small molecular weight is more recoverable, and therefore its amount is important to the total shale oil yields. Based on pyrolysis experiments and the kinetic model of hydrocarbon generation, correction factors and a model of light hydrocarbon losing and heavy hydrocarbon handling were established. | 3 | Adaptive Proportional-Derivative Sliding Mode Control Law With Improved Transient Performance for Underactuated Overhead Crane Systems显示文摘In this paper, an adaptive proportional-derivative sliding mode control(APD-SMC) law, is proposed for 2D underactuated overhead crane systems. The proposed controller has the advantages of simple structure, easy to implement of PD control, strong robustness of SMC with respect to external disturbances and uncertain system parameters, and adaptation for unknown system dynamics associated with the feedforward parts. In the proposed APD-SMC law, the PD control part is used to stabilize the controlled system, the SMC part is used to compensate the external disturbances and system uncertainties,and the adaptive control part is utilized to estimate the unknown system parameters. The coupling behavior between the trolley movement and the payload swing is enhanced and, therefore, the transient performance of the proposed controller is improved.The Lyapunov techniques and the La Salle's invariance theorem are employed in to support the theoretical derivations. | 4 | High detectivity photodetectors based on perovskite nanowires with suppressed surface defects显示文摘Solution-processable,single-crystalline perovskite nanowires are ideal candidates for developing low-cost photodetectors,but their detectivities are limited due to a high level of unintentional defects.Through the surfaceinitiated solution-growth method,we fabricated high-quality,single-crystalline,defects-suppressed MAPbI_(3) nanowires,which possess atomically smooth side surfaces with a surface roughness of 0.27 nm,corresponding to a carrier lifetime of 112.9 ns.By forming ohmic MAPbI_(3)∕Au contacts through the dry contact method,highperformance metal–semiconductor–metal photodetectors have been demonstrated with a record large linear dynamic range of 157 dB along with a record high detectivity of 1.2×10^(14) Jones at an illumination power density of 5.5 nW∕cm^(2).Such superior photodetector performance metrics are attributed to,first,the defects-suppressed property of the as-grown MAPbI_(3) nanowires,which leads to a quite low noise current in the dark,and second,the ohmic contact between MAPbI_(3) and Au interfaces,which gives rise to an improved responsivity compared with the Schottky contact counterpart.The realized high-performance MAPbI_(3) nanowire photodetector advances the development of low-cost photodetectors and has potential applications in weak-signal photodetection. | GUOHUI LI RUI GAO YUE HAN AIPING ZHAI YUCHENG LIU YUE TIAN BINING TIAN YUYING HAO SHENGZHONG LIU YUCHENG WU YANXIA CUI | 2020 | Photonics Research2020,8,12: | 4 |
