1Bioactive hydrogels for bone regeneration显示文摘Bone self-healing is limited and generally requires external intervention to augment bone repair and regeneration.While traditional methods for repairing bone defects such as autografts,allografts,and xenografts have been widely used,they all have corresponding disadvantages,thus limiting their clinical use.Despite the development of a variety of biomaterials,including metal implants,calcium phosphate cements(CPC),hydroxyapatite,etc.,the desired therapeutic effect is not fully achieved.Currently,polymeric scaffolds,particularly hydrogels,are of interest and their unique configurations and tunable physicochemical properties have been extensively studied.This review will focus on the applications of various cutting-edge bioactive hydrogels systems in bone regeneration,as well as their advantages and limitations.We will examine the composition and defects of the bone,discuss the current biomaterials for bone regeneration,and classify recently developed polymeric materials for hydrogel synthesis.We will also elaborate on the properties of desirable hydrogels as well as the fabrication techniques and different delivery strategies.Finally,the existing challenges,considerations,and the future prospective of hydrogels in bone regeneration will be outlined.Xin Bai Mingzhu Gao Sahla Syed Jerry Zhuang Xiaoyang Xu Xue-Qing Zhang 2018Bioactive Materials2018,3,4:15
2基于模型的构件软件修改影响分析显示文摘基于构件的软件构建方法目前被广泛使用在软件开发中,用于减少软件开发的工程成本和加快软件开发进度.面向构件的系统主要由第三方提供的可重用构件或者内建的可重用构件组成,因此,系统的质量好坏和维护的难易程度依赖于构件的品质.一个软件修改会给其他构件甚至整个系统带来影响,而修改影响分析是控制和消除这类影响的有效手段.然而,现有的研究很少涉及构件软件的修改影响分析,尤其缺少对系统层面的修改影响分析研究.提出了一种基于模型的系统化修改影响分析方法,该方法的基本思路是:首先提出构件及系统层面的修改影响分析模型,然后根据分析模型分别从构件和系统两个层面对构件软件修改前后的版本进行修改识别,并且利用'防火墙'方法进行影响分析.理论分析和实验结果表明,该方法是可行的,也是有效的.陶传奇 李必信 Jerry GAO 孙小兵 2013软件学报2013,24,5:10
3基于Landsat和MODIS数据融合的农牧区NPP模拟显示文摘天山北坡是中国重要的农牧业发展基地,利用遥感数据准确获取植被净初级生产力(Net primary productivity,NPP)的时空信息,对于合理分配农牧业草地资源具有重要意义。由于受到天气影响及卫星传感器受到时间分辨率和空间分辨率的限制,获取既具有中空间分辨率、又具有高时间分辨率的遥感数据比较困难。本文基于中空间分辨率Landsat 8 OLI数据与高时间分辨率MODIS数据,采用遥感数据时空融合STARFM算法,获取中空间分辨率和高时间分辨率序列的遥感数据,以天山北坡中段区域为实验区,结合CASA模型,对区域内植被NPP进行模拟。结果表明,2016年内8个时期,融合后的NDVI数据与对应时刻的Landsat 8 OLI NDVI数据的相关系数不小于0.759,偏差在0.0062~0.0094之间,均方根误差在0.074~0.135之间;利用融合数据与CASA模型协同模拟的NPP具有良好的空间细节信息,NPP模拟值与野外实测值决定系数R^2为0.8601,表明两者具有较好的相关性。本研究为多源遥感影像融合技术与光能利用率模型协同模拟NPP提供了新的思路。尹小君 祝宏辉 GAO Jerry 高军 郭丽洁 苟贞珍 2020农业机械学报2020,51,8:8
4基于分段Logistic映射的二维耦合映像格子模型的密码学相关特性分析显示文摘将分段Logistic映射作为局部混沌映射,引入到二维耦合映像格子模型中,构造了一种具有复杂动力学特性的混沌模型.从密码学应用出发,深入分析了该模型中参数设置对Lyapunov指数、分岔、遍历区间和概率密度分布等特性的影响.分析的结果为将该模型应用于保密通信的参数设置提供了理论依据.在此基础上,通过引入状态值偏移量,解决了该模型状态值概率密度分布不均的问题,研究结果表明本文模型具有良好的性能,为将其应用于混沌保密通信方案设计提供了基础与条件.王永 赵毅 Jerry Gao 陈燕 2019电子学报2019,47,3:7
5构件软件的回归测试复杂性度量显示文摘基于构件的软件构建方法目前被广泛使用在软件开发中,用于减少软件开发的工程成本和加快软件开发进度.在软件维护过程中,由于构件更新或者新版本的发布,基于构件的系统会受到影响,需要进行回归测试.对于指定的软件修改需求,维护者可以实施不同的修改手段.不同的修改手段会导致不同的回归测试复杂性,这种复杂性是软件维护成本和有效性的重要因素.目前的研究没有强调构件软件的回归测试复杂性问题.基于修改影响复杂性模型和度量,提出一种回归测试的复杂性度量框架.该度量框架包括两个部分:基于图的模型和形式化度量计算.该度量可以有效表示构件软件分别在构件和系统层面的回归测试复杂性因素,可视化地体现复杂性变化.然后根据模型,提出具体的度量计算方式.最后,通过实验研究,针对同一个构件软件的相同修改需求,利用若干个实验组进行独立修改实施,然后比较回归测试的复杂性.实验结果表明,所提出的度量方式是可行和有效的.陶传奇 李必信 Jerry Gao 2015软件学报2015,26,12:3
