2Preliminary Study on the Mechanism of Flower Color Variation in White Mutants of Anthurium andeaeanum显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to explore the physiological mechanism of flower color variation in the white mutants of Anthurium andeaeanum. [Methods] The seven white mutants of 'Alabama' and 'Turenza' were used as materials to analyze the pigment types, flavonoid types and content and anthocyanin content in the wild type and mutants. [Results] The white spathe mainly contained flavonoids, flavonols, dihydroflavonols and dihydroflavonols; the white mutants of 'Alabama' had a higher total flavonoid content than the wild type, while the white mutants of 'Turenza' showed an opposite trend; and the spathe of the wild type had the highest anthocyanin content, and the pink part of the two-color mutant or the spathe of the binary color mutant contained trace anthocyanins, while no anthocyanins were detected in the white part of the mutants. 31-DE/MS Analysis of the Proteins Related to Spathe Color Variation in Anthurium andraeanum 'Madural'显示文摘In order to understand the mechanism of spathe color variation in Anthurium andraeanum at the protein level, the leaves, inflorescences and spathes of the wild type and two mutants of A. andraeanum 'Madural' were used as research objects in which the differential expression of proteins related to flower color mutants was analyzed by one-dimensional electrophoresis and mass spectrometry(1-DE/MS). The 1-DE patterns showed that the protein components expressed highly in spathes were mainly concentrated in the molecular weight range of 20-42 kD, and differential bands were detected between the wild type and the mutant, while no significant differences were detected in the leaf and inflorescence proteins. According to the results of mass spectrometry analysis of the differential bands, 21 known functional proteins involved in life processes such as glucose metabolism, resistance, cytoskeleton, gene regulation and signal transduction were identified. 4Effects of Exogenous Ethylene and 1-Methylcyclopropene on of DpXTH Gene Expression in Dahlia(Dahlia pinnata Cav.) Flowers显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to investigate the regulatory mechanism of ethylene on Dp XTH gene expression in dahlia( Dahlia pinnata Cav.)flower petals. [Methods] Dahlia flower petals were treated with ethephon( ETH) and 1-methylcyclopropene( 1-MCP) at different flower development stages and for different durations in vivo. Then,the relative expression of Dp XTH1 and Dp XTH2 in flower samples in different treatments was quantified with real-time PCR,using β-actin as a reference gene. [Results] The expression of Dp XTH1 and Dp XTH2 in ETH-or 1-MCP-treated dahlia flower petals increased at first,and decreased subsequently with increasing duration of treatment. The relative expression of both Dp XTH1 and Dp XTH2 in ETH-treated samples reached the maximum level at 12 h. Moreover,the relative expression of both Dp XTH1 and Dp XTH2 in dahlia flower petals treated with ETH at early stage of flowering was higher than that of the samples treated at other flowering stages; in 1-MCP-treated samples,it was higher at full-flowering stage than at other stages. The maximum relative expression levels of Dp XTH1 and Dp XTH2 in ETH-and 1-MCP-treated samples were all higher than those of control. 5An interactive web-based solar energy prediction system using machine learning techniques显示文摘Solar energy being one of the most inexpensive renewable energy sources,has shown to be a viable alternative to traditional fossil-fuel and wood-based electricity generation.For the purpose of creating a more trustworthy and successful energy planning strategy,accurate projections of sun irradiation,solar energy generation,and revenues are crucial.Hence,in this work we have proposed webbased optimal prediction system that estimates solar radiation based on location and meteorological data using Machine Learning techniques.Furthermore,an interactive dashboard solar digital map has been developed that enables real-time investigation of solar energy consumption,production,solar radiation,and investment potential for a specific county in California.The model’s performance has been measured using Root Mean Square Error(RMSE),Mean Square Error(MSE),Mean Average Error(MAE),and Mean Absolute Percentage Error(MAPE)scores.Experimental results demonstrate that stacking model outperformed all the models with the lowest RMSE,MSE,and MAE.Priyanka Chawla Jerry Zeyu Gao Teng Gao Chengchen Luo Huimin Li Yiqin We 2023Journal of Management Analytics2023,10,2:0
