1First mass measurement of short-lived nuclides at HIRFL-CSR显示文摘Recent commissioning of the HIRFL-CSR has demonstrated its ability to perform direct mass measurement for short-lived nuclides. Projectile fragments produced by the 78Kr ions at 481.88 MeV/u were separated with the new radioactive beam line in Lanzhou (RIBLL2), and injected into and stored in the experimental storage ring (CSRe). By operating the CSRe as an isochronous mass spectrometry, a typical mass resolution around 2.0×10?5 has been achieved. The masses for 63Ge, 65As and 67Se were measured for the first time. The measured masses are compared with theoretical predictions and the location of the proton drip-line for As isotopes is discussed. 2Enhancing Capacitance Performance of Ti3C2Tx MXene as Electrode Materials of Supercapacitor: From Controlled Preparation to Composite Structure Construction显示文摘Ti3C2Tx,a novel two-dimensional layer material,is widely used as electrode materials of supercapacitor due to its good metal conductivity,redox reaction active surface,and so on.However,there are many challenges to be addressed which impede Ti3C2Tx obtaining the ideal specific capacitance,such as restacking,re-crushing,and oxidation of titanium.Recently,many advances have been proposed to enhance capacitance performance of Ti3C2Tx.In this review,recent strategies for improving specific capacitance are summarized and compared,for example,film formation,surface modification,and composite method.Furthermore,in order to comprehend the mechanism of those efforts,this review analyzes the energy storage performance in different electrolytes and influencing factors.This review is expected to predict redouble research direction of Ti3C2Tx materials in supercapacitors.Xiaobei Zang Jiali Wang Yijiang Qin Teng Wang Chengpeng He Qingguo Shao Hongwei Zhu Ning Cao 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,6:10

5Optoelectronic convolutional neural networks based on time-stretch method显示文摘In this paper, a new architecture of optoelectronic convolutional neural networks(CNNs) based on time-stretch method is proposed. In this loop-shaped structure mainly composed of fiber optical and electronic devices, computations of data from each layer of CNN which are carried by light pulses with high repetition rate can be accomplished in a serial way. Therefore, a 5-layer CNN with two convolution layers,two mean pooling layers and one fully-connected layer are implemented. Under the test of handwriting digit recognition, its accuracy can reach up to 95% under ideal circumstances. 6Tailoring Bi_(2)Te_(3) edge with semiconductor and metal properties under electron beam irradiation显示文摘In pursuit of miniaturization in the semiconductor industry,two-dimensional(2D)materials are used to fabricate new electronic devices.The topological insulator(TI)material bismuth telluride(Bi_(2)Te_(3)),as an emerging 2D material,has potential applications in electronic and spintronic devices due to its unique electrical properties.It is well known that the surface-to-volume ratio increases as the thickness of the material decreases,resulting in a more prominent edge effect.Therefore,for a single-layer Bi_(2)Te_(3),the atomic structure of the edge plays a crucial role in its electrical properties.Here,combining first-principles calculations and in situ transmission electron microscopy(TEM)experimental studies,we report that there are two types of edge structures in single-layer Bi2Te3:semiconducting flat edges and metallic zigzag edges.The dynamic evolution process of the edge structure with atomic resolution shows that the proportions of these two edges change with continuous electron beam irradiation.Our findings demonstrate the viability to use electron beam as an effective tool to precisely tailor the edge of Bi_(2)Te_(3) with desired properties,which paves the way for implementation of single-layer Bi2Te3 in electronics and spintronics.Ning Cao Peng Liu Jialiang Pan Liheng Liang Kunpeng Cai Qingguo Shao Hongwei Zhu Xiaobei Zang 2022Nano Research2022,15,5:2

9Robust and ultralow-energy-threshold ignition of a lean mixture by an ultrashort-pulsed laser in the filamentation regime显示文摘Laser ignition(LI)allows for precise manipulation of ignition tinning and location and is promising for green combustion of automobile and rocket engines and aero-turbines under lean-fuel conditions with improved emission efficiency;however,achieving completely effective and reliable ignition is still a challenge.Here,we report the realization of igniting a lean methane/air mixture with a 100%success rate by an ultrashort femtosecond laser,which has long been regarded as an unsuitable fuel ignition source.We demonstrate that the minimum ignition energy can decrease to the sub-mJ level depending on the laser filamentation formation,and reveal that the resultant early OH radical yield significantly increases as the laser energy reaches the ignition threshold,showing a clear boundary for misfire and fire cases.Potential mechanisms for robust ultrashort LI are the filamentation-induced heating effect followed by exothermal chemical reactions,in combination with the line ignition effect along the filament.Our results pave the way toward robust and efficient ignition of lean-fuel engines by ultrashort-pulsed lasers.Hongwei Zang Helong Li Wei Zhang Yao Fu Shanming Chen Huailiang Xu Ruxin Li 2021Light(Science & Applications)2021,10,3:1

11Enhancement of visible-light-driven oxidative amine coupling under aerobic and anaerobic conditions by photocatalyst with spatial separation of photoinduced charge carriers显示文摘Spatial separation of oxidation/reduction cocatalyst is an effective means to improve the efficiency of charge separation in photocatalytic reaction systems.Herein,a yolk-shell Pd@NH_(2)-UiO-66@Cu_(2)O heterojunction was designed and synthesized by integration of electron collector Pd and hole collector Cu_(2)O inside and outside of a photoactive metal-organic framework(MOF)NH_(2)-UiO-66,respectively.The obtained Pd@NH_(2)-UiO-66@Cu_(2)O heterojunction effectively inhibits the electron and hole recombination through the photo-induced electrons and holes flow inward and outward of the composite,and promotes the reduction and oxidation abilities for the oxidative coupling of benzylamine to imines.Compared with Pd/NH_(2)-UiO-66@Cu_(2)O,Pd@NH_(2)-UiO-66,and Pd/NH_(2)-UiO-66,Pd@NH_(2)-UiO-66@Cu_(2)O exhibits the highest photocatalytic activity.More importantly,Pd@NH_(2)-UiO-66@Cu_(2)O shows a conversion rate of benzylamine up to 99%either by oxidation under aerobic conditions or by strong adsorption of H atom(Hads)under anaerobic conditions.In addition,the catalyst shows good stability and can be recycled at least ten times.This work provides useful guidance on construction of MOFs-based composites with spatially separated photoinduced charge carriers to realize efficient oxidation coupling of benzylamine in both aerobic and anaerobic conditions.Shasha Wang Kuan Gao Yang Cui Shuwen Li Heyao Zhang Bin Zhang Jie Wu Hongwei Hou Shuangquan Zang 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:0

15Goldilocks focal zone in femtosecond laser ignition of lean fuels显示文摘Laser ignition of lean fuels offers a promising route for green combustion with high combustion efficiency and low exhaust emissions. The fundamental limitations which apply to femtosecond laser ignition(fs-LI) of lean fuels are the inferior energy deposition and low thermodynamic temperature. However, it was discovered recently that the fs laser filamentation can induce 100% success rate of fs-LI with ultralow sub-m J minimum ignition energy, exhibiting distinct contrast to the general understanding that it is hard to achieve fs-LI. The present contribution examines the extent to which the minimum ignition energies depend on filamentation formation, and explores the key factors for the success of fs-LI. We perform fs-LI of a lean-fuel CH;/air mixture using a femtosecond near-infrared(~40 fs, 800 nm) pulse at different external focal conditions, and find a Goldilocks focal zone to facilitate fs-LI. In this special zone, a crucial balance between the length of igniting “line” kernel and the plasma density of the fs laser filament is achieved, which determines not only the total amount of resultant OH radicals, but also their distribution along the plasma filament. 16Real-time monitoring system for quality monitoring of jujube slice during drying process显示文摘The real-time monitoring and prediction system for quality attributes of jujube slices during the drying process was designed to solve the problem of destructive and inconvenient of the traditional quality detection method and realize quality online monitoring.Firstly,machine vision and automatic weighing were employed to monitor the color and moisture content changes of jujube slices in real-time.Secondly,correlation models between color parameter(a^(*)value)and nutritional quality attributes(vitamin C,reducing sugar)were established to predict vitamin C and reducing sugar content of jujube slices during the drying process.Finally,the upper computer monitoring software was integrated and designed based on LABVIEW virtual instrument,and the real-time monitoring system was tested and validated.Results showed that:the changing trends of color(L^(*),a^(*),and b^(*)values)monitored by the system were basically the same as the results detected by color difference meter,and the average errors of L^(*),a^(*),and b^(*)values were 0.93,0.52,and 0.73,respectively.The average relative error of moisture content between the system monitoring and manual static detection was 0.18%.The average error of vitamin C and reducing sugar content between the system prediction and manual detection were 50 mg/100 g in dry basis and 0.71g/100 g in dry basis,respectively.The current work can provide a useful reference for real-time monitoring of quality attributes of fruits and vegetables during the drying process.Yuxue Cao Xuedong Yao Yongzhen Zang Yubao Niu Hongwei Xiao Huan Liu Rongguang Zhu Xia Zheng Qiang Wang Xiangnan Zhang Shiyu Wei 2022International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,3:0
