2Equivalent efficacy study of QL1101 and bevacizumab on untreated advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer patients: a phase 3 randomized, double-blind clinical trial显示文摘Objective:This phase 3 study aimed to test equivalence in efficacy and safety for QL1101,a bevacizumab analogue in Chinese patients with untreated locally advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Eligible patients were randomly assigned 1:1 to receive carboplatin and paclitaxel in combination with either QL1101 or bevacizumab,15 mg/kg every 3-week for 6 cycles.This was followed by maintenance treatment with single agent QL1101 every 3-week.The primary end-point was objective response rate(ORR),with secondary end-points being progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),disease control rate(DCR),and adverse events(AEs).Results:Of 675 patients,535 eligible patients were randomized to the QL1101 group(n=269)and bevacizumab group(n=266).ORRs were 52.8%and 56.8%,respectively,for the QL1101 and bevacizumab groups,with an ORR hazard ratio 0.93(95%confidence interval:0.8-0131.1).The PFS,OS,DCR,and AEs were comparable between the 2 groups,which remained the same after stratification according to epidermal growth factor receptor mutation or smoking history.Conclusions:QL1101 showed similar efficacy and safety profiles as compared to bevacizumab among Chinese patients with untreated locally advanced non-squamous NSCLC.Tianqing Chu Jun Lu Minghong Bi Helong Zhang Wu Zhuang Yan Yu Jianhua Shi Zhendong Chen Xiaochun Zhang Qisen Guo Quan Liu Huijuan Wu Jian Fang Yi Hu Xiuwen Wang Cuicui Han Kai Li Baohui Han 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,3:4

5Improved fluid search optimization-based real-time weed mapping显示文摘In the field of agriculture,variable-rate herbicide spraying(VRHS)technology has been used to solve the low efficiency of pesticides and crop chemical residues.The key of VRHS is the quick and precise identification of weeds from field images,which forms a weed map.Fluid search optimization(FSO)was able to simplify the threshold optimization process to create a weed map,which simulated the fluid flowing from high pressure to low pressure,but it is time consuming and often converges prematurely.So,an explosion mechanism and a twophase optimization were introduced to improve the FSO-based segmentation algorithm.Experiments of segmentation weeds from a corn field at seedling growth stage showed that the IFSO algorithm obtained the best accuracy of 93.3%and the least running time of 0.019 s,compared with the standard PSO,GA,and FSO algorithms.Chengcheng Chen Shengsheng Wang Xianchang Wang Helong Yu Ruyi Dong 2020Information Processing in Agriculture2020,7,3:1

11Disease Recognition of Apple Leaf Using Lightweight Multi-Scale Network with ECANet显示文摘To solve the problem of difficulty in identifying apple diseases in the natural environment and the low application rate of deep learning recognition networks,a lightweight ResNet(LW-ResNet)model for apple disease recognition is proposed.Based on the deep residual network(ResNet18),the multi-scale feature extraction layer is constructed by group convolution to realize the compression model and improve the extraction ability of different sizes of lesion features.By improving the identity mapping structure to reduce information loss.By introducing the efficient channel attention module(ECANet)to suppress noise from a complex background.The experimental results show that the average precision,recall and F1-score of the LW-ResNet on the test set are 97.80%,97.92%and 97.85%,respectively.The parameter memory is 2.32 MB,which is 94%less than that of ResNet18.Compared with the classic lightweight networks SqueezeNet and MobileNetV2,LW-ResNet has obvious advantages in recognition performance,speed,parameter memory requirement and time complexity.The proposed model has the advantages of low computational cost,low storage cost,strong real-time performance,high identification accuracy,and strong practicability,which can meet the needs of real-time identification task of apple leaf disease on resource-constrained devices.Helong Yu Xianhe Cheng Ziqing Li Qi Cai Chunguang Bi 2022Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,9:1

15Safety and activity of WX-0593(Iruplinalkib)in patients with ALK-or ROS1-rearranged advanced non-small cell lung cancer:a phase 1 dose-escalation and dose-expansion trial显示文摘WX-0593(Iruplinalkib)is a novel,highly selective oral ALK and ROS1 tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI).In this study,the safety,antitumor activity,and pharmacokinetics of WX-0593 were evaluated in advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients with ALK or ROS1 rearrangement.In the dose-escalation phase and dose-expansion phase,patients were treated with WX-0593 until disease progression,unacceptable toxicity,or subject withdrawal.In the dose-escalation phase,the primary endpoints were maximum tolerated dose(MTD),dose-limiting toxicity(DLT),and safety assessed by investigators.In the dose-expansion phase,the primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR)assessed by investigators.Between September 25,2017 and October 15,2018,a total of 153 patients received WX-0593 treatment.Two dose-limiting toxicities(DLTs)including one grade 3 QT interval prolonged and one grade 2 chronic heart failure were reported at the dose of 300 mg in one patient.MTD was not reached.Overall,140 of the 152(92%)patients experienced treatment-related adverse events(TRAEs)and 35 of the 152(23%)patients had TRAEs≥grade 3.The overall ORR was 59.3%(32 of 54)for the dose-escalation phase and 56.6%(56 of 99)for the dose-expansion phase.For patients who were ALK-rearranged and ALK TKI naive,the ORR were 81.0%(17 of 21)in the dose-escalation phase and 76.3%(29 of 38)in the dose-expansion phase,and for patients who previously received crizotinib as the only ALK TKI,the ORR were 38.1%(8 of 21)and 45.7%(21 of 46)for the two phases,respectively.For patients who were ROS1-rearranged,the ORR were 30.0%(3 of 10)in the dose-escalation phase and 44.4%(4 of 9)in the dose-expansion phase.WX-0593 showed favorable safety and promising antitumor activity in advanced NSCLC patients with ALK or ROS1 rearrangement.Yuankai Shi Jian Fang Xuezhi Hao Shucai Zhang Yunpeng Liu Lin Wang Jianhua Chen Yi Hu Xiaosheng Hang Juan Li Chunling Liu Yiping Zhang Zhehai Wang Yanping Hu Kangsheng Gu Jian’an Huang Liangming Zhang Jinlu Shan Weiwei Ouyang Yanqiu Zhao Wu Zhuang Yan Yu Jun Zhao Helong Zhang Pei Lu Weidong Li Meimei Si Mingjing Ge Huaize Geng 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,2:0
16An Automatic Classification Grading of Spinach Seedlings Water Stress Based on N-MobileNetXt显示文摘To solve inefficient water stress classification of spinach seedlings under complex background,this study proposed an automatic classification method for the water stress level of spinach seedlings based on the N-MobileNetXt(NCAM+MobileNetXt)network.Firstly,this study recon-structed the Sandglass Block to effectively increase the model accuracy;secondly,this study introduced the group convolution module and a two-dimensional adaptive average pool,which can significantly compress the model parameters and enhance the model robustness separately;finally,this study innovatively proposed the Normalization-based Channel Attention Module(NCAM)to enhance the image features obviously.The experimental results showed that the classification accuracy of N-MobileNetXt model for spinach seedlings under the natural environment reached 90.35%,and the number of parameters was decreased by 66%compared with the original MobileNetXt model.The N-MobileNetXt model was superior to other net-work models such as ShuffleNet and GhostNet in terms of parameters and accuracy of identification.It can provide a theoretical basis and technical support for automatic irrigation.Yanlei Xu Xue Cong Yuting Zhai Zhiyuan Gao Helong Yu 2023Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing2023,37,9:0
