4Retrieving chlorophyll content and equivalent water thickness of Moso bamboo(Phyllostachys pubescens) forests under Pantana phyllostachysae Chao-induced stress from Sentinel-2A/B images in a multiple LUTs-based PROSAIL framework显示文摘Biochemical components of Moso bamboo(Phyllostachys pubescens)are critical to physiological and ecological processes and play an important role in the material and energy cycles of the ecosystem.The coupled PROSPECT with SAIL(PROSAIL)radiative transfer model is widely used for vegetation biochemical component content inversion.However,the presence of leaf-eating pests,such as Pantana phyllostachysae Chao(PPC),weakens the performance of the model for estimating biochemical components of Moso bamboo and thus must be considered.Therefore,this study considered pest-induced stress signals associated with Sentinel-2A/B images and field data and established multiple sets of biochemical canopy reflectance look-up tables(LUTs)based on the PROSAIL framework by setting different parameter ranges according to infestation levels.Quantitative inversions of leaf area index(LAI),leaf chlorophyll content(LCC),and leaf equivalent water thickness(LEWT)were derived.The scale conversions from LCC to canopy chlorophyll content(CCC)and LEWT to canopy equivalent water thickness(CEWT)were calculated.The results showed that LAI,CCC,and CEWT were inversely related with PPC-induced stress.When applying multiple LUTs,the p-values were<0.01;the R2 values for LAI,CCC,and CEWT were 0.71,0.68,and 0.65 with root mean square error(RMSE)(normalized RMSE,NRMSE)values of 0.38(0.16),17.56μg cm-2(0.20),and 0.02 cm(0.51),respectively.Compared to the values obtained for the traditional PROSAIL model,for October,R2 values increased by 0.05 and 0.10 and NRMSE decreased by 0.09 and 0.02 for CCC and CEWT,respectively and RMSE decreased by 0.35μg cm-2 for CCC.The feasibility of the inverse strategy for integrating pest-induced stress factors into the PROSAIL model,while establishing multiple LUTs under different pest-induced damage levels,was successfully demonstrated and can potentially enhance future vegetation parameter inversion and monitoring of bamboo forest health and ecosystems.Zhanghua Xu Anqi He Yiwei Zhang Zhenbang Hao Yifan Li Songyang Xiang Bin Li Lingyan Chen Hui Yu Wanling Shen Xuying Huang Xiaoyu Guo Zenglu Li 2023Forest Ecosystems2023,10,2:0
5The study on systemic risk of rural finance based on macro-micro big data and machine learning显示文摘It’s the basic premise of promoting the healthy development of rural finance and strengthen-ing macro-prudential supervision to measure the systemic risk of rural finance accurately.We establish the dynamic factor CAPM and make an all-round and multi-angle quantitative study on the systemic risk of rural finance in China by constructing macro-micro index system and using machine learning to reduce the dimension of high-dimensional data.Our results show that the dynamic factor CAPM of using macro-micro big data can evaluate systemic risk of rural finance more comprehensively and systematically,and machine learning performs well in processing high-dimensional data.In addition,China’s rural financial systemic risk is stable compared with the Shanghai and Shenzhen main markets,but it is also susceptible to macro and micro influ-enced factors.Finally,it is pointed out that the early warning system of rural financial systemic risk could be constructed at macro and micro level,respectively.Wanling Zhou Sulin Pang Zhiliang He 2023Statistical Theory and Related Fields2023,7,4:0

7Aligned 3D porous polyurethane scaffolds for biological anisotropic tissue regeneration显示文摘A green fabrication process(organic solvent-free)of artificial scaffolds is required in tissue engineering field.In this work,a series of aligned three-dimensional(3D)scaffolds are made from biodegradable waterborne polyurethane(PU)emulsion via directional freeze–drying method to ensure no organic byproducts.After optimizing the concentration of polymer in the emulsion and investigating different freezing temperatures,an aligned PUs scaffold(PU14)generated from 14wt%polymer content and processed at196C was selected based on the desired oriented porous structure(pore size of 32.569.3 lm,porosity of 92%)and balanced mechanical properties both in the horizontal direction(strength of 41.3 kPa,modulus of 72.3 kPa)and in the vertical direction(strength of 45.5 kPa,modulus of 139.3 kPa).The response of L929 cells and the regeneration of muscle tissue demonstrated that such pure material-based aligned 3D scaffold can facilitate the development of orientated cells and anisotropic tissue regeneration both in vitro and in vivo.Thus,these pure material-based scaffolds with ordered architecture have great potentials in tissue engineering for biological anisotropic tissue regeneration,such as muscle,nerve,spinal cord and so on.Weiwei Lin Wanling Lan Yingke Wu Daiguo Zhao Yanchao Wang Xueling He Jiehua Li Zhen Li Feng Luo Hong Tan Qiang Fu 2020Regenerative Biomaterials2020,7,1:0

9A Patient-Specific Computational Fluid Dynamic Model of Middle Cerebral Artery Aneurysm Before and One Year After Surgery显示文摘Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)has been widely used for studying intracranial aneurysm hemodynamics,while its use for guiding clinical strategy is still in development.In this study,CFD simulations helped inform treatment decision for a middle cerebral artery(MCA)aneurysm case was investigated.A patient with a 10.4×9.8 mm aneurysm attached with a small aneurysm at the edge of the trifurcation in the left MCA was included in this study.For removing the MCA aneurysm,two scenarios were considered:Plan-A involved clipping the small aneurysm and Plan-B involved clipping the whole aneurysm.A suitable treatment plan was decided by comparing the clinical measurements and CFD analysis between these two plans.One-year after the surgery,the CFD analysis was conducted again on the post-operative aneurysm model to verify the selected surgical plan in terms of morphometric and hemodynamic properties changes in the aneurysm.Based on the CFD simulation and clinical experience,surgical Plan-A was adopted.One-year after the surgery,both the hemodynamic and morphological properties improved in the post-operative aneurysm model,indicating the recovery of the patient.The patient-specific aneurysm CFD analysis can help to determine a better surgical plan for patients with special cerebral aneurysms.This study showed how CFD analysis can be used to aid clinical diagnosis and treatment.Shicheng He Juhui Qiu Wanling Liu Tieying Yin Dechuan Zhang Donghua Liao Haijun Zhang Yuxia Yin Guixue Wang 2020Molecular & Cellular Biomechanics2020,17,2:0
