2Matrine attenuates oxidative stress and cardiomyocyte apoptosis in doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity via maintaining AMPKα/UCP2 pathway显示文摘Oxidative stress and cardiomyocyte apoptosis are involved in the pathogenesis of doxorubicin(DOX)-induced cardiotoxicity. Matrine is well-known for its powerful anti-oxidant and anti-apoptotic capacities. Our present study aimed to investigate the effect of matrine on DOX-induced cardiotoxicity and try to unearth the underlying mechanisms. Mice were exposed with DOX to generate DOX-induced cardiotoxicity or normal saline as control. H9 C2 cells were used to verify the effect of matrine in vitro.DOX injection triggered increased generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS) and excessive cardiomyocyte apoptosis, which were significantly mitigated by matrine. Mechanistically, we found that matrine ameliorated DOX-induced uncoupling protein 2(UCP2) downregulation, and UCP2 inhibition bygenipin could blunt the protective effect of matrine on DOX-induced oxidative stress and cardiomyocyte apoptosis. Besides, 50-AMP-activated protein kinase α2(Ampkα2) deficiency inhibited matrine-mediated UCP2 preservation and abolished the beneficial effect of matrine in mice. Besides, we observed that matrine incubation alleviated DOX-induced H9 C2 cells apoptosis and oxidative stress level via activating AMPKα/UCP2, which were blunted by either AMPKα or UCP2 inhibition with genetic or pharmacological methods. 6Responses of the East Asian Jet Stream to the North Pacific Subtropical Front in Spring显示文摘This study concerns atmospheric responses to the North Pacific subtropical front(NPSTF) in boreal spring over the period 1982–2014. Statistical results show that a strong NPSTF in spring can significantly enhance the East Asian jet stream(EAJS). Both transient eddy activity and the atmospheric heat source play important roles in this process. The enhanced atmospheric temperature gradient due to a strong NPSTF increases atmospheric baroclinicity, resulting in an intensification of transient eddy and convection activities. On the one hand, the enhanced transient eddy activities can excite an anomalous cyclonic circulation with a quasi-baraotropical structure in the troposphere to the north of the NPSTF. Accordingly, the related westerly wind anomalies around 30?N can intensify the component of the EAJS over the Northeast Pacific. On the other hand, an enhanced atmospheric heat source over the NPSTF, which is related to increased rainfall, acts to excite an anomalous cyclonic circulation system in the troposphere to the northwest of the NPSTF, which can explain the enhanced component of the EAJS over the Northwest Pacific. 7Chaos in coupled atom–molecular Bose–Einstein condensates显示文摘We investigate the chaotic dynamics of a coupled three-level atom–molecular Bose–Einstein condensate system composed by one molecular mode and two atomic modes.With the increase of atom–molecular coupling strength,we reveal the emergence of chaotic oscillations of the relative population difference between two atomic modes,which can be proven by the broad windows with a huge number of frequencies in spectral density and the chaotic trajectories in phase space diagrams.The different effects of initial states on atomic population oscillations are revealed,where for more particles in the initial state of the molecular model,chaos appears in the larger parameter region of system dynamics.Furthermore,we find that strong intermolecular interaction strength can suppress chaos resulting from strong atom–molecule coupling.This is due to the difficult transformation between atomic and molecular modes,as well as the relatively independent dynamic evolution of atoms and molecules.Haiming Deng Jianquan Huang Dajun Lei Chunzhi Jiang Chao Kong 2023Communications in Theoretical Physics2023,75,4:0
8Community Authenticity Experience of Shared Accommodation Consumers显示文摘By constructing a research framework of theoretical concepts such as leisure involvement, authenticity experience, place attachment, and willingness to revisit, the aim is to explore the authenticity experience and its influencing mechanisms in shared accommodation consumption. Research data are collected by using questionnaire survey method, and statistical analysis of data is conducted using SPSS 21.0. Research has found that leisure involvement has a significant positive impact on authenticity experience, place attachment, and willingness to revisit;authenticity experience has a significant positive impact on place attachment and willingness to revisit;place attachment has a significant positive impact on willingness to revisit. 9Anisotropic emission of orientation-controlled mixed-dimensional perovskites for light-emitting devices显示文摘Perovskite light-emitting diodes(PeLEDs)are attracting increasing attention owing to their impressive efficiencies and high luminance across the full visible light range.Further improvement of the external quantum efficiency(EQE)of planar PeLEDs is limited by the light out-coupling efficiency.Introducing perovskite emitters with directional emission in PeLEDs is an effective way to improve light extraction.Here,we report that it is possible to achieve directional emission in mixed-dimensional perovskites by controlling the orientation of the emissive center in the film.Multiple characterization methods suggest that our mixed-dimensional perovskite film shows highly orientated transition dipole moments(TDMs)with the horizontal ratio of over 88%,substantially higher than that of the isotropic emitters.The horizontally dominated TDMs lead to PeLEDs with exceptional high light out-coupling efficiency of over 32%,enabling a high EQE of 18.2%.Yuhui Qi Yang Liu Chen Lin Yunzhou Deng Peng Bai Yunan Gao Haiming Zhu Zhizhen Ye Yizheng Jin 2023Journal of Materiomics2023,9,4:0
