1Construction of Co_(2)NiO_(4)@MnCo_(2)O_(4.5)nanoparticles with multiple hetero-interfaces for enhanced electromagnetic wave absorption显示文摘Nanocomposites with heterogeneous structures and magneto-electric synergistic losses have broad prospects for improving electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorption performance.In this study,we synthesized Co_(2)NiO_(4)@MnCo_(2)O_(4.5)nanoparticles with abundant hetero-interfaces and multiple magnetoelectric loss mechanisms by a facile hydrothermal method.The excess 0.5 oxygen atoms in MnCo_(2)O_(4.5) produce more vacancies and contribute to the enhancement of electrical conductivity.Sequential nanoneedle clusters facilitate multiple reflections and absorption of EMW in the materials,which are accompanied by an abundance of heterogeneous interfaces to improve the dielectric loss.The Co_(2)NiO_(4)@MnCo_(2)O_(4.5)composites showed a minimum reflection loss(RLmin)of30.01 dB and a superior effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)of 6.12 GHz(11.88 GHze18 GHz)at a thickness of 2.00 mm.Computer Simulation Technology(CST)revealed that the obtained particles show very low radar crosssection(RCS)values and almost full coverage angles.The maximum reduction of RCS at vertical incidence reaches 19.98 dB m2.The Co_(2)NiO_(4)@MnCo_(2)O_(4.5)nanoparticles exhibit outstanding radar attenuation properties,which can effectively inhibit the reflection and scattering of EMW.Therefore,the prepared Co_(2)NiO_(4)@MnCo_(2)O_(4.5)absorbers have great application potential in the field of EMW absorption.Yi Zhang Shujuan Tan Zhuoting Zhou Xiaomeng Guan Yu Liao Chen Li Guangbin Ji 2023Particuology2023,,10:5
2Evolution of dielectric loss-dominated electromagnetic patterns in magnetic absorbers for enhanced microwave absorption performances显示文摘As the growing criterion of electromagnetic wave (EMW) absorption materials, micro/nano-scale magnetic materials are drawing more and more attention for their unique features compared to bulky absorbers. Generally, the complex permeability of micro/nano-scale magnetic absorbers varies in a relatively narrow range, whatever for the storage of magnetic energy or the dissipation of magnetic energy. If so, how the small variation of permeability affects the ultimate performances is still unclear. Here, a strategy of electromagnetic parameters regulation for the magnetic materials is applied to understand the loss contribution in micro/nanoscale magnetic absorbers. After analyzing the evolution of electromagnetic maps of ten ferrosoferric oxide samples, it can be found that the dissipation contribution of permeability for magnetic materials is weaker than that of permittivity, in spite of its significant role in determining the impedance matching characteristics. 3Impacts of building information modeling(BIM) implementation on design and construction performance: a resource dependence theory perspective显示文摘Drawing on resource dependence theory, this paper develops and empirically tests a model for understanding how the implementation of building information modeling(BIM) in construction projects impacts the performance of different project participating organizations through improving their interorganizational collaboration capabilities. Based on two sets of survey data collected from designers and general contractors in BIMbased construction projects in China, the results from partial least squares analysis and bootstrapping mediation test provide clear evidence that BIM-enabled capabilities of information sharing and collaborative decision-making as a whole play a significant role in determining BIMenabled efficiency and effectiveness benefits for both designers and general contractors. The results further reveal that designers and general contractors benefit from project BIM implementation activities significantly nonequivalently, and that this non-equivalence closely relates to the different roles played by designers and general contractors in BIM-enabled interorganizational resource exchange processes. 4Consensus of Second-Order Multi-Agent Systems with Time-Varying Delays and Antagonistic Interactions显示文摘This study investigates the consensus problem of second-order multi-agent systems subject to timevarying interval-like delays. The notion of consensus is extended to networks containing antagonistic interactions modeled by negative weights on the communication graph. A unified framework is established to address both the stationary and dynamic consensus issues in sampled-data settings. Using the reciprocally convex approach,a sufficient condition for consensus is derived in terms of matrix inequalities. 6Jiawei Wendan decoction affects mitogen-activated protein kinase signal pathway in the hippocampus of depression rats显示文摘A previous study from our group showed that Jiawei Wendan decoction inhibits protein expression of interleukin-1β, 2, and 6, as well as plasma neuropeptide Y, P substance and somatostatin in the hippocampus of depression rat models. The present study analyzed the influence of Jiawei Wendan decoction on the mitogen-activated protein kinase signal transduction pathway in the hippocampus. Results demonstrated that Jiawei Wendan decoction effectively upregulated expression of small molecular G proteins, extracellular regulated kinase 1/2, and activated ribosomal S6 kinase protein in the rat hippocampus. In addition, Jiawei Wendan decoction exhibits antidepressant effects similar to fluoxetine. 15A review of land use/land cover change mapping in the China-Central Asia-West Asia economic corridor countries显示文摘Large-scale projects,such as the construction of railways and highways,usually cause an extensive Land Use Land Cover Change(LULCC).The China-Central Asia-West Asia Economic Corridor(CCAWAEC),one key large-scale project of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI),covers a region that is home to more than 1.6 billion people.Although numerous studies have been conducted on strategies and the economic potential of the Economic Corridor,reviewing LULCC mapping studies in this area has not been studied.This study provides a comprehensive review of the recent research progress and discusses the challenges in LULCC monitoring and driving factors identifying in the study area.The review will be helpful for the decision-making of sustainable development and construction in the Economic Corridor.To this end,350 peer-reviewed journal and conference papers,as well as book chapters were analyzed based on 17 attributes,such as main driving factors of LULCC,data collection methods,classification algorithms,and accuracy assessment methods.It was observed that:(1)rapid urbanization,industrialization,population growth,and climate change have been recognized as major causes of LULCC in the study area;(2)LULCC has,directly and indirectly,caused several environmental issues,such as biodiversity loss,air pollution,water pollution,desertification,and land degradation;(3)there is a lack of well-annotated national land use data in the region;(4)there is a lack of reliable training and reference datasets to accurately study the long-term LULCC in most parts of the study area;and(5)several technical issues still require more attention from the scientific community.Finally,several recommendations were proposed to address the identified issues.Amin Naboureh Jinhu Bian Guangbin Lei Ainong Li 2021Big Earth Data2021,5,2:1
16Development of a new index for automated mapping of ratoon rice areas using time-series normalized difference vegetation index imagery显示文摘Over recent decades, the global demand for food has continued to grow, owing to population growth and the loss of arable land. Rice ratooning offers new opportunities for increasing rice production and has received renewed interest because of the minimal additional labor input required for its adoption. Regular, regional-scale monitoring of the spatial patterns of both traditional and ratoon rice cropping systems provides essential information for agricultural resource management and food security studies. However, the similar phenological characteristics of traditional double rice and ratoon rice cropping systems make it challenging to accurately classify these cropping practices based on satellite observations alone. In this study, we first proposed an improved phenology-based rice cropping area detection algorithm using moderate resolution imaging spectroradiometer (MODIS) normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) imagery. A new index, ratoon rice index, was then developed to automatically delineate ratoon rice cropping areas with the aid of a base map of rice in Hubei Province, China. The accuracy assessment using ground truth data showed that our approach could map both traditional and ratoon rice cropping areas with high user accuracy (91.25% and 91.43%, respectively). The MODIS-retrieved rice cropping areas were validated using annual agricultural census data, and coefficient of determination (R2) values of 0.60 and 0.41 were recorded for traditional and ratoon rice cropping systems, respectively. The total area of ratoon rice was estimated to be 1 283.6 km2, 5.0% of the total rice cropping area, in Hubei Province in 2016. These demonstrated the feasibility of extracting the spatial patterns of both traditional and ratoon rice cropping systems solely from time-series NDVI and field survey data and strides made in facilitating the timely and routine monitoring of traditional and ratoon rice distribution at subnational level. 17Heterointerface engineering in hierarchical assembly of the Co/Co(OH)_(2)@carbon nanosheets composites for wideband microwave absorption显示文摘Heterogeneous interface engineering strategy is an effective method to optimize electromagnetic functional materials.However,the mechanism of heterogeneous interfaces on microwave absorption is still unclear.In this study,abundant heterointerfaces were customized in hierarchical structures via a collaborative strategy of lyophilization and hard templates.The impressive electromagnetic heterostructures and strong interfacial polarization were realized on the zero-dimensional(0D)hexagonal close-packed(hcp)-face-centered cubic(fcc)Co/two-dimensional(2D)Co(OH)_(2)nanosheets@three-dimensional(3D)porous carbon nanosheets(Co/Co(OH)_(2)@PCN).By controlling the carbonization temperature,the electromagnetic parameters were further adjusted to broaden the effective absorption bandwidth(EAB).Accordingly,the EAB of these absorbers were almost greater than 6 GHz(covering the entire Ku-band)in the thickness range of 2.0–2.2 mm except the sample S-1.0-800.As far as to the S-0.8-700 achieved an EAB up to 7.1 GHz at 2.2 mm and the minimum reflection loss(RLmin)value was−25.8 dB.Moreover,in the far-field condition,the radar cross section(RCS)of S-0.8-700 can be reduced to 19.6 dB·m^(2).We believe that this work will stimulate interest in interface engineering and provide a direction for achieving efficient absorbing materials.Yuhan Wu Guodong Wang Xixi Yuan Gang Fang Peng Li Guangbin Ji 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:1
18Differences in left and right carotid plaque vulnerability in patients with bilateral carotid plaques:a CARE-II study显示文摘Background and purpose Atherosclerosis is a very complex process influenced by various systemic and local factors.Therefore,in patients with bilateral carotid plaques(BCPs),there may be differences in carotid plaque vulnerability between the sides.We aimed to investigate the differences in BCP characteristics in patients with BCPs using magnetic resonance vessel wall imaging(MR-VWI).Methods Participants with BCPs were selected for subanalysis from a multicentre study of Chinese Atherosclerosis Risk Evaluation II.We measured carotid plaque burden,identified each plaque component and measured their volume or area bilaterally on MR-VWI.Paired comparisons of the burden and components of BCPs were performed.Results In all,540 patients with BCPs were eligible for analysis.Compared with the right carotid artery(CA),larger mean lumen area(p<0.001),larger mean wall area(p=0.025),larger mean total vessel area(p<0.001)and smaller normalised wall index(p=0.006)were found in the left CA.Regarding plaque components,only the prevalence of lipid-rich necrotic core(LRNC)in the left CA was higher(p=0.026).For patients with a vulnerable plaque component coexisting on both sides,only the intraplaque haemorrhage(IPH)volume(p=0.011)was significantly greater in the left CA than in the right CA.Conclusions There were asymmetries in plaque growth and evolution between BCPs.The left carotid plaques were more likely to have larger plaque burden,higher prevalence of LRNC and greater IPH volume,which may contribute to the lateralisation of ischaemic stroke in the cerebral hemispheres.Sai Shao Honglu Shi Guangbin Wang Rui Li Qinjian Sun Bin Yao Hiroko Watase Daniel S Hippe Chun Yuan Xihai Zhao 2023Stroke & Vascular Neurology2023,8,4:1
19Carbon and nitrogen budget in fish-polychaete integrated aquaculture system显示文摘Integrated multi-tropic aquaculture(IMTA)systems have been used in China for many years and have achieved significant economic,social,and ecological benefits.However,there is still a lack of benthic bioremediation species that can effectively utilize the aquaculture particulate organic waste in the system.Polychaete Perinereis aibuhitensis Grube is used as an environmental remediation species for large-scale aquaculture to reduce particulate organic waste,which is of great significance to environmental protection.To improve bio-elements utilization efficiency,P.aibuhitensis was applied for IMTA indoor fish(Hexagrammos otakii)farming.Results showed that in the system,production of 1 kg of the fish discharged 2141-2338 mg of carbon and 529-532 mg of nitrogen,while in the monoculture of the fish,the figures were 3033-3390 mg and 764-794 mg,or 24.84%-35.26%and 30.35%-33.32%less,respectively.This approach promoted IMTA technology that could utilize the particulate organic waste from intensive aquaculture and reduce the adverse environmental effects.Fawen HU Ming SUN Jinghui FANG Guodong WANG Li LI Fengxiang GAO Yuxia JIAN Xue WANG Guangbin LIU Yan ZOU Wen GUO 2021Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,3:1
