1On PID control for synchronization of complex dynamical network with delayed nodes显示文摘Over the past two decades, synchronization, as an interesting collective behavior of complex dynamical networks, has been attracting much attention. To reveal and analyze the inherent mechanism of synchronization in complex dynamical networks with time delays in nodes, this paper attempts to use PD and PI control protocols to achieve synchronization. Based on a classical network model, we investigate the PD and PI control for synchronization of complex dynamical networks with delayed nodes and obtain some sufficient conditions. By using Lyapunov functions and appropriate state transformations, we prove that global synchronization can be achieved via the above control protocols. 2A Modified Ant Colony Optimization Algorithm for Tumor Marker Gene Selection显示文摘Microarray data are often extremely asymmetric in dimensionality,such as thousands or even tens of thousands of genes but only a few hundreds of samples or less.Such extreme asymmetry between the dimensionality of genes and samples can lead to inaccurate diagnosis of disease in clinic.Therefore,it has been shown that selecting a small set of marker genes can lead to improved classification accuracy.In this paper,a simple modified ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithm is proposed to select tumor-related marker genes,and support vector machine (SVM) is used as classifier to evaluate the performance of the extracted gene subset.Experimental results on several benchmark tumor microarray datasets showed that the proposed approach produces better recognition with fewer marker genes than many other methods.It has been demonstrated that the modified ACO is a useful tool for selecting marker genes and mining high dimension data.Hualong Yu Guochang Gu Haibo Liu Jing Shen Jing Zhao 2009Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2009,7,4:6
3Identifying topologies and system parameters of uncertaintime-varying delayed complex networks显示文摘Node dynamics and network topologies play vital roles in determining the network features and network dynamical behaviors.Thus it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to recover the topology structures and system parameters of uncertain complex networks with available information. This paper presents an adaptive anticipatory synchronization-based approach to identify the unknown system parameters and network topological structures of uncertain time-varying delayed complex networks in the presence of noise. Moreover, during the identification process, our proposed scheme guarantees anticipatory synchronization between the uncertain drive and constructed auxiliary response network simultaneously. Particularly, our method can be extended to several special cases. Furthermore, numerical simulations are provided to verify the effectiveness and applicability of our method for reconstructing network topologies and node parameters. 4An overview on the designs of distributed observers in LTI multi-agent systems显示文摘With the rapid development of information technologies and cloud computing, sensor networks play an increasingly important role in our society. Over the past few decades, distributed observer theory has attracted unprecedented attention due to its wide potential applications in different areas. Meanwhile, various approaches and algorithms have been proposed and investigated. The design of distributed observers is one of the frontier topics of system and control research, which has the significant theoretical values and broad application prospects. This paper attempts to review the representative models and the corresponding approaches for distributed observer design in linear time-invariant(LTI) systems. Firstly, the research backgrounds and main advances of distributed observer designs are briefly reviewed. Then, recent results of distributed observer designs for discrete-time and continuous-time LTI multi-agent systems(MASs) are introduced in detail, respectively. Finally, the prospects and the future work directions of the design of distributed observers are put forward. 5Development of an aero-thermal coupled through-flow method for cooled turbines显示文摘The influence of complicated interaction between the flow field and heat transfer in cooled turbines becomes more and more significant with the increasing turbine inlet temperature. However, classical through-flow methods did not take into account the influence of the interaction caused by air cooling. The aerodynamic design and cooling design of cooled turbines were carried out separately, and the iterations between the aerodynamic design and cooling design led to a long design period and raised the design cost. To shorten the design period and decrease the design cost, this paper proposes a concise aero-thermal coupled through-flow method for the design of cooled turbines, taking into account the influence of the complicated interaction between the flow field and heat transfer in cooled turbines. The governing equations, such as energy equation and continuity equation in classical through-flow method are re-derived theoretically by considering the historical influence of cooling with the same method that deals with viscous losses in this paper. A cooling model is developed in this method. The cooled blade is split into a number of heat transfer elements, and the heat transfer is studied element by element along both the span and the chord in detail. This paper applies the method in the design of a two-stage axial turbine, of which the first stator is cooled with convective cooling. With the prescribed blade temperature limitation and the knowledge of the flow variables of the mainstream at the turbine inlet, such as the total pressure, total temperature and mass flow rate, the convergence of the calculation is then obtained and the properties of the flow field, velocity triangles and coolant requirement are well predicted. 6Three-Dimensional Direct Laser Writing of PEGda Hydrogel Microstructures with Low Threshold Power using a Green Laser Beam显示文摘Three-dimensional(3D)direct laser writing(DLW)based on two-photon polymerisation(TPP)is an advanced technology for fabricating precise 3D hydrogel micro-and nanostructures for applications in biomedical engineering.Particularly,the use of visible lasers for the 3D DLW of hydrogels is advantageous because it enables high fabrication resolution and promotes wound healing.Polyethylene glycol diacrylate(PEGda)has been widely used in TPP fabrication owing to its high biocompatibility.However,the high laser power required in the 3D DLW of PEGda microstructures using a visible laser in a high-water-content environment limits its applications to only those below the biological laser power safety level.In this study,a formula for a TPP hydrogel based on 2-hydroxy-2-methylpropiophenone(HMPP)and PEGda was developed for the fabrication of 3D DLW microstructures at a low threshold power(0.1 nJ per laser pulse at a writing speed of 10μm·s^(−1))in a high-water-content environment(up to 79%)using a green laser beam(535 nm).This formula enables the fabrication of microstructures with micrometre fabrication resolution and high mechanical strength(megapascal level)and is suitable for the fabrication of waterresponsive,shape-changing microstructures.These results will promote the utilisation of low-power 3D DLW for fabricating hydrogel microstructures using visible lasers in high-water-content environments.Haoyi Yu Haibo Ding Qiming Zhang Zhongze Gu Min Gu 2021Light(Advanced Manufacturing)2021,2,1:3

9TZ-Container:protecting container from untrusted OS with ARM TrustZone显示文摘Containers are widely deployed on cloud platforms because of their low resource footprint, fast start-up time, and high performance, especially compared with their counterpart virtual machines. However,the Achilles’ heel of container technology is its weak isolation. For an attacker, jailbreaking into a host OS from a container is easier than attacking a hypervisor from a virtual machine, because of its notably larger attack surface and larger trusted computing base(TCB). Researchers have proposed various solutions to protect applications from untrusted OS;yet, few of them focus on protecting containers, especially those hosting multiple applications and shared by multiple users. In this paper, we first identify several new attacks that cannot be prevented using the existing solutions. Furthermore, we systematically analyze the security properties that should be maintained to defend against these attacks and protect a full-fledged container from a malicious host OS. We then present the TZ-Container, a TrustZone-based secure container mechanism that can keep all these security properties. The TZ-Container specifically leverages TrustZone to construct multiple isolated execution environments(IEEs). Each IEE has a memory space isolated from the underlying OS and any other processes. By interposing switching between the user and the kernel modes,IEEs enforce security checks on each system call according to its semantics. We have implemented TZContainer on the Hikey development board ensuring that it can support running unmodified Docker images downloaded from existing repositories such as http://gffzzb700e51cfd45483bspp9pqov5kqk66vn5.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/. 10Construction of nanofibrous scaffolds with interconnected perfusable microchannel networks for engineering of vascularized bone tissue显示文摘Vascularization and bone regeneration are two closely related processes during bone reconstruction.A three-dimensional(3D)scaffold with porous architecture provides a suitable microenvironment for vascular growth and bone formation.Here,we present a simple and general strategy to construct a nanofibrous poly(L-lactide)/poly(ε-caprolactone)(PLLA/PCL)scaffold with interconnected perfusable microchannel networks(IPMs)based on 3D printing technology by combining the phase separation and sacrificial template methods.The regular and customizable microchannel patterns within the scaffolds(spacings:0.4 mm,0.5 mm,and 0.6 mm;diameters:0.8 mm,1 mm,and 1.2 mm)were made to investigate the effect of microchannel structure on angiogenesis and osteogenesis.The results of subcutaneous embedding experiment showed that 0.5/0.8-IPMs(spacing/diameter=0.5/0.8)and 0.5/1-IPMs(spacing/diameter=0.5/1)scaffolds exhibited more vascular network formation as compared with other counterparts.After loading with vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),VEGF@IPMs-0.5/0.8 scaffold prompted better human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)migration and neo-blood vessel formation,as determined by Transwell migration,scratch wound healing,and chorioallantoic membrane(CAM)assays.Furthermore,the microangiography and rat cranial bone defects experiments demonstrated that VEGF@IPMs-0.5/0.8 scaffold exhibited better performance in vascular network formation and new bone formation compared to VEGF@IPMs-0.5/1 scaffold.In summary,our results suggested that the microchannel structure within the scaffolds could be tailored by an adjustable caramel-based template strategy,and the combination of interconnected perfusion microchannel networks and angiogenic factors could significantly enhance vascularization and bone regeneration.Jiani Gu Qianqian Zhang Mengru Geng Weizhong Wang Jin Yang Atta ur Rehman Khan Haibo Du Zhou Sha Xiaojun Zhou Chuanglong He 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,10:1

12The biogeographical distribution of tree species-abundance and its relation to climatic factors in mass islands显示文摘Tree species-abundance in forests is a function of geographical area and climate, although it is not clear whether such relationships apply to mass islands. We examined the spatial pattern of tree species in mass islands along the coast of Zhejiang, East China Sea using the Preston model, to identify the relationships between tree communities and climatic conditions. The results show that:(1) the biogeographical distribution of tree species-abundance conformes to Preston's log-normal pattern, and is in accordance with the findings in both tropical rainforests and estuarine forests;(2) the climatic factors related to tree communities in mass islands are similar to that of the subtropical zone, including the major species of evergreen needle-leaf, broad-leaf and deciduous broad-leaf forests. 14Broadband and sensitive two-dimensional halide perovskite photodetector for full-spectrum underwater optical communication显示文摘Full-spectrum underwater optical communication(UOC)is of great significance for major strategic needs including resource development,scientific exploration,and homeland security.As the core of the full-spectrum UOC system,photodetectors(PDs)are plagued by stringent requirements including a broadband response,intrinsic water resistance,and a high detectivity.In this work,two-dimensional(2D)halide perovskites(HPs)and corresponding PDs are constructed by stearamine(SA),representing the rarely explored long-chain aliphatic amine series,to own waterproofness,ultralow noise,and superior optoelectronic performance,which consequently enable a high suitability for UOC.By dimensionality and composition modulations to extend the absorption onset down to 1.5 eV,a broadband response covering the entire transmission window of water(>1.55 eV)for full-spectrum UOC can be obtained.Besides,featuring a high responsivity of 3.27 A·W^(-1),a peak external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 630%,fast rise/decay times of 0.35 ms/0.54 ms,a superior detectivity up to 1.35×10^(12)Jones and the capability to distinguish various waveforms and light intensities,the PDs present sensitive and persistent photoresponse underwater.As a result,proof-of-concept wireless transmission of ASCII codes in water is demonstrated.Dejian Yu Fei Cao Yu Gu Zeyao Han Jiaxin Liu Bo Huang Xiaobao Xu Haibo Zeng 2021Nano Research2021,14,4:1

20Effect of Aidi injection plus transarterial chemoembolization on primary hepatic carcinoma: a systematic review and Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy and safety of Aidi injection plus transarterial chemoembolization(TACE) in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma.METHODS: A comprehensive research of seven electronic databases was performed for comparative studies evaluating Aidi injection combined with TACE for primary hepatic carcinoma until September 2016. Two authors independently extracted data and assessed the methodological quality of the included trials using the Cochrane risk of bias tool from the Cochrane Handbook version 5.1.0. Data was synthesized by using Rev Man 5.3 software.RESULTS: Forty-nine studies involving 3435 patients met the inclusion criteria, most of which were low methodological quality. Compared with TACE alone, Aidi injection plus TACE can significantly improve the efficiency rate [RR = 1.33, 95% CI(1.24, 1.43), P < 0.000 01], clinical beneficial rate[RR = 1.25, 95% CI(1.17, 1.33), P < 0.000 01], survival rate [6 months, RR = 1.19, 95% CI(1.09, 1.29), P <0.0001], 12 months, [RR = 1.37, 95% CI(1.24, 1.52),P < 0.000 01], 18 months, [RR = 2.00, 95% CI(1.26,3.20), P < 0.004], 24 months, [RR = 1.44, 95% CI(1.22, 1.70), P < 0.0001], 36 months, [RR = 1.50, 95%CI(1.07, 2.11), P = 0.02 < 0.05], quality of life [RR =1.84, 95% CI(1.64, 2.05), P < 0.000 01] and immune function [CD3+, MD = 11.12, 95% CI(7.93, 14.30),P < 0.000 01], CD4 +, [MD = 10.37, 95% CI(7.29,13.45), P < 0.000 01], CD4+/CD8+, [MD = 0.30, 95%CI(0.07, 0.53), P = 0.01 < 0.05], NK, [MD = 7.49, 95%CI(6.64, 8.34), P < 0.000 01].
