1Deformation mechanism and microstructures on polycrystalline aluminum induced by high-current pulsed electron beam显示文摘In this paper, we present an experimental investigation of deformation twinning in polycrystalline aluminum exposed to high-current pulsed electron beam (HCPEB) irradiation. The residual tensile stress with about 10 2 MPa was introduced in the irradiated surface layer. The feature characteristic irradiated with various numbers of pulses was investigated. The formation of a large number of twin bands on the surface irradiated with multiple pulses was determined. The experimental observations indicated that the deformation twinning was indeed triggered during HCPEB irradiation. It is suggested that high value of stress and strain rate induced by rapid heating and cooling due to HCPEB irradiation may cause the shifting of whole atomic planes simultaneously. 2Numerical modeling of SiC by low-pressure chemical vapor deposition from methyltrichlorosilane显示文摘The development of functional relationships between the observed deposition rate and the experimental conditions is an important step toward understanding and optimizing low-pressure chemical vapor deposition(LPCVD)or low-pressure chemical vapor infiltration(LPCVI).In the field of ceramic matrix composites(CMCs),methyltrichlorosilane(CH3 SiCl3,MTS)is the most widely used source gas system for SiC,because stoichiometric SiC deposit can be facilitated at 900°C–1300°C.However,the reliability and accuracy of existing numerical models for these processing conditions are rarely reported.In this study,a comprehensive transport model was coupled with gas-phase and surface kinetics.The resulting gas-phase kinetics was confirmed via the measured concentration of gaseous species.The relationship between deposition rate and 24 gaseous species has been effectively evaluated by combining the special superiority of the novel extreme machine learning method and the conventional sticking coefficient method.Surface kinetics were then proposed and shown to reproduce the experimental results.The proposed simulation strategy can be used for different material systems.Kang Guan Yong Gao Qingfeng Zeng Xingang Luan Yi Zhang Laifei Cheng Jianqing Wu Zhenya Lu 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,6:3

4Preparation and characterization of dense lanthanum-doped bismuth titanate ceramics显示文摘In this work, we present an effective way to increase the density of lanthanum-doped bismuth titanate ceramics (Bi4?xLaxTi3O12; BLT). Dense BLT ceramics with formula Bi4?xLaxTi3O12 (when x = 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0) are prepared by using nanocrystalline powders fabricated by the sol-gel method and high-pressure technique. The thermal decomposition and phase transformation process of the gel precursors are studied by using DTA, infrared spectroscopy (IRS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The microstructures of BLT ceramics are investigated by using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experimental results indicate that the phase compositions of all samples with various La substitutes at 900°C possess the layer-structure of Bi4Ti3O12 (BTO). The green pellets are pressed under 2.5, 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 GPa, separately. It is found that the density of BLT ceramics is significantly increased due to the decreasing of porosity in the green compacts by the high-pressure process. The samples are sintered at temperatures between 900 and 1100°C and it is found that the optimum sintering temperature is 1100°C. 5Influence of background pressure on the microstructure and optical properties of Mo/Si multilayers fabricated by magnetron sputtering显示文摘Mo/Si multilayers were fabricated by using magnetron sputtering method at different background pressures:6×10-5 Torr,3×10-5 Torr,and 3×10-6 Torr.The reflectivity of the Mo/Si multilayers increased from 1.93% to 16.63%,and the center wavelength revealed a blue shift to 0.12 nm with the decrease of background pressure.Grazing incident X-ray diffraction(GIXRD) indicated that multilayers fabricated at high background pressure possessed better periodic structure and thinner Mo-on-Si interlayers.Low crystallization degree in(110) preferred the orientation of Mo layers and serious interdiffusion in the Mo/Si multilayers fabricated at low background pressure were observed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).According to quantitative analysis of microstructural parameters,the Mo layers thickness and thickness ratio of Mo/Si multilayers both decreased and approached the design value gradually by the decrease of background pressure.In addition,the thicknesses of Mo-on-Si and Si-on-Mo interlayers were 1.17 nm and 0.85 nm respectively.It is suggested that the influence of background pressures on the microstructure has a critical role in determining the optical properties of Mo/Si multilayers.LV Peng ZHANG ZaiQiang GUAN JinTong WANG XiaoDong HOU XiuLi ZHANG LingYan WANG JiJun CHEN Bo GUAN QingFeng 2013Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2013,56,9:2

13The study on psychological resilience of tinnitus and associated influencing factors显示文摘The association between tinnitus and psychological resilience is an underdeveloped area of research.This cross-sectional study investigated such associations and factors potentially affecting resilience in 61 patients.Demographic and psychometric data were collected by questionnaires.The ConnoreDavidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ),Satisfaction with Life Scale(SWLS),General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),Big Five Inventory(BFI)and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)were completed by participants.Data were analyzed using independent t-test and Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple linear regression modeling.The CD-RISC score was relatively low(66.97±15.71),negatively correlated with tinnitus(r=0.276,p<0.001)and associated with age(r=0.270,P<0.001).As protective factors,SWLS(r=0.486,p<0.001),GSES(r=0.555,p<0.001),PSSS(r=0.538,p<0.001)and extraversion were positively correlated with CD-RISC and BFI scores(r=0.287,p<0.001).We also detected a negative correlation with neuroticism(r=0.395,p<0.001),which is a known risk factor for worse CD-RISC scores.Identifying protective and risk factors for psychological resilience can be used to predict treatment outcomes in tinnitus patients,which will help devise personalized solutions and improve patients'quality of life.Feng Xin Qingfeng Li Fangling Guan Minli Suo Jie Yang Dan Li Changqing Zhao 2022Journal of Otology2022,17,1:1
14Environmental emigration stress of slope farmland in the Three Gorges area显示文摘The project of ’grain for green’, to restore woodland and grass by retreating from slope farmland, as a fundamental measure of eco-environmental rehabilitation, is being conducted in the reservoir area of the Three Gorges gradually. However, the de-farming of slope farmland will reduce the amount of farmland in de-farmed areas, especially in the areas with concentrated slope farmland, which would cause the problems of environmental emigration. The people who cannot regain enough farmland by relocating farmlands within village after de-farming and have to emigrate to other places are called environmental emigrants or ecological emigrants. In the research, a de-farming stress index model and an environmental emigration model are developed based on GRID data, and the potential amount of environmental emigration caused by de-farming of slope farmland in the reservoir area is simulated aided with GIS. The simulation indicates that the potential emigration amount caused by de-farming is quite large. When the de-farming stress index reaches 40%, the amount is as large as 890,000 people, which is equivalent to the emigrants caused by the submergence of the Three Gorges reservoir. So it should be considered as a big problem during the eco-environmental rehabilitation in this area. Some suggestions are raised to tackle the problem. Firstly, the emigration plan should be included in the de-farming plan. 16Estimating the Spatial Variation of Electricity Consumption Anomalies and the Influencing Factors显示文摘Effective detection of abnormal electricity users and analysis of the spatial distribution and influencing factors of abnormal electricity consumption in urban areas have positive effects on the quality of electricity consumption by customers,safe operation of power grids,and sustainable development of cities.However,current abnormal electricity consumption detection models do not consider the time dependence of time-series data and rely on a large number of training samples,and no study has analyzed the spatial distribution and influencing factors of abnormal electricity consumption in urban areas.In this study,we use the Seasonal-Trend decomposition procedure based on Loess(STL)based time series decomposition and outlier detection to detect abnormal electricity consumption in the central city of Pingxiang,and analyze the relationship between spatial variation and urban functions through Geodetector.The results show that the degree of abnormal electricity consumption in urban areas is related to geographic location and has spatial heterogeneity,and the abnormal electricity users are mainly located in areas with highly mixed residential,commercial and entertainment functions in the city.The results obtained from this study can provide a reference basis and a theoretical foundation for the detection of abnormal electricity consumption by users and the arming of electricity theft devices in the power grid.Yuyun LIANG Yao YAO Xiaoqin YAN Qingfeng GUAN 2022Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2022,5,2:1

18Microstructures of the interlayer in Mo/Si multilayers induced by proton irradiation显示文摘In this work,the microstructure and optical properties of the Mo/Si multilayers mirror for the space extreme-ultraviolet solar telescope before and after 100 keV proton irradiation have been investigated.EUV/soft X-ray reflectometer(EXRR) results showed that,after proton irradiation,the reflectivity of the Mo/Si multilayer decreased from 12.20% to 8.34% and the center wavelength revealed red shift of 0.38 nm,as compared with those before proton irradiation.High-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM) observations revealed the presence of MoSi 2,Mo 3 Si and Mo 5 Si 3 in Mo-on-Si interlayers before irradiation.The preferred orientation such as MoSi 2 with(101) texture and Mo 5 Si 3 with(310) texture was formed in Mo-on-Si interlayers after proton irradiation,which led to the increase of thickness in the interlayers.It is suggested that the changes of microstructures in Mo/Si multilayers under proton irradiation could cause optical properties degradation.LV Peng WANG XiaoDong LIU Hai ZHANG ZaiQiang GUAN JinTong CHEN Bo GUAN QingFeng 2012Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,11:0
19Semantic segmentation for remote sensing images based on an AD-HRNet model显示文摘Semantic segmentation for remote sensing images faces challenges of unbalanced category weight,rich context causing difficulties of recognition,blurred boundaries of multi-scale objects,and so on.To address these problems,we propose a new model by combining HRNet with attention mechanisms and dilated convolution,denoted as:AD-HRNet for the semantic segmentation of remote sensing images.In the framework of AD-HRNet,we obtained the weight value of each category based on an improved weighted cross-entropy function by introducing the median frequency balance method to solve the issue of class weight imbalance.The Shuffle-CBAM module with channel attention and spatial attention in AD-HRNet framework was applied to extract more global context information of images through slightly increasing the amount of computation.To address the problem of blurred boundaries caused by multi-scale object segmentation and edge segmentation,we developed an MDC-DUC module in AD-HRNet framework to capture the context information of multi-scale objects and the edge information of many irregular objects.Taking Postdam,Vaihingen,and SAMA-VTOL datasets as materials,we verified the performance of AD-HRNet by comparing with eight typical semantic segmentation models.Experimental results shown that AD-HRNet increases the mIoUs to 75.59%and 71.58%based on the Postdam and Vaihingen datasets,respectively.Xue Yang Xiang Fan Mingjun Peng Qingfeng Guan Luliang Tang 2022International Journal of Digital Earth2022,15,1:0
20Machine learning and a computational fluid dynamic approach to estimate phase composition of chemical vapor deposition boron carbide显示文摘Chemical vapor deposition is an important method for the preparation of boron carbide.Knowledge of the correlation between the phase composition of the deposit and the deposition conditions (temperature,inlet gas composition,total pressure,reactor configuration,and total flow rate) has not been completely determined.In this work,a novel approach to identify the kinetic mechanisms for the deposit composition is presented.Machine leaning (ML) and computational fluid dynamic (CFD) techniques are utilized to identify core factors that influence the deposit composition.It has been shown that ML,combined with CFD,can reduce the prediction error from about 25% to 7%,compared with the ML approach alone.The sensitivity coefficient study shows that BHCl_(2 )and BCl_(3) produce the most boron atoms,while C_(2)H_(4) and CH_(4) are the main sources of carbon atoms.The new approach can accurately predict the deposited boron-carbon ratio and provide a new design solution for other multi-element systems.Qingfeng ZENG Yong GAO Kang GUAN Jiantao LIU Zhiqiang FENG 2021Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,3:0
