2Emergence of superconductivity from fully incoherent normal state in an iron-based superconductor (Ba_(0.6)K_(0.4))Fe_2As_2显示文摘In unconventional superconductors, it is generally believed that understanding the physical properties of the normal state is a pre-requisite for understanding the superconductivity mechanism. In conventional superconductors like niobium or lead, the normal state is a Fermi liquid with a well-defined Fermi surface and well-defined quasipartcles along the Fermi surface. Superconductivity is realized in this case by the Fermi surface instability in the superconducting state and the formation and condensation of the electron pairs(Cooper pairing). The high temperature cuprate superconductors, on the other hand, represent another extreme case that superconductivity can be realized in the underdoped region where there is neither well-defined Fermi surface due to the pseudogap formation nor quasiparticles near the antinodal regions in the normal state. Here we report a novel scenario that superconductivity is realized in a system with well-defined Fermi surface but without quasiparticles along the Fermi surface in the normal state.High resolution laser-based angle-resolved photoemission measurements have been performed on an optimally-doped iron-based superconductor(Ba_(0.6)K_(0.4))Fe_2As_2. We find that, while sharp superconducting coherence peaks emerge in the superconducting state on the hole-like Fermi surface sheets, no quasiparticle peak is present in the normal state. Its electronic behaviours deviate strongly from a Fermi liquid system. The superconducting gap of such a system exhibits an unusual temperature dependence that it is nearly a constant in the superconducting state and abruptly closes at Tc. 5Volatile fingerprints and biomarkers of Chinese fragrant and non-fragrant japonica rice before and after cooking obtained by untargeted GC/MS-based metabolomics显示文摘China has a rich resource of fragrant japonica rice that is gaining increasing consumers’ interests.In the present study,an untargeted gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-based metabolomics was employed to investigate the volatile profile of Chinese fragrant and non-fragrant japonica varieties.Partial least square discriminative analysis (PLS-DA) along with univariate analysis was taken to seek specific markers in raw and cooked Chinese japonica rice distinguishing fragrant and non-fragrant varieties.Volatile profile of raw Chinese japonica rice dominated by alkanes was completely different from that of cooked rice predominated by aldehydes.Thirteen and eleven volatile compounds were selected as the potential discriminative markers in raw and cooked Chinese japonica rice,respectively.Only 2-acetylpyrrole and decanal served as the specific marker in both raw and cooked Chinese japonica rice.Fragrant Chinese japonica rice varieties contained more 2-acetylpyrrole,(E )-2-octenal,nonanal,1-tetradecene,decanal and (E )-2-decenal in raw rice.While fragrant Chinese japonica rice varieties contained more 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline,2-acetylpyrrole,1-hexanol,decanal and indole in cooked rice.The results provided an in-depth understanding of volatile variation in raw and cooked form of aromatic and non-aromatic cultivars and will benefit rice adulteration identification and marker-assisted flavor breeding in the future.Qiyan Zhao Jinzhong Xi Xueming Xu Yun Yin Dan Xu Yamei Jin Qunyi Tong Li Dong Fengfeng Wu 2022Food Bioscience2022,47,3:1

10Mode splitting revealed by Fano interference显示文摘An optical whispering gallery mode(WGM) resonator supports degenerate counter-propagating modes and the degeneracy is lifted as mode splitting due to Rayleigh scattering. However, quantitative analysis becomes difficult if the resonance experiences weak scattering. Here we develop a spectroscopical method to identify an arbitrary small scatterer using the Fano interference-induced spectral response modification. Scattering information can be revealed by fitting the responses as a function of the field’s phase and intensity. In addition, we show that this modified response helps achieve an ultra-low detection limit for the mode-splitting-based nanoparticle detection method. 13Determination of Copper and Lead Contents in Soil of the Yellow River Wetland in Shaanxi Province by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry显示文摘[Objectives] The contents of copper and lead in the soil of the Yellow River Wetland were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry, which provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of soil pollution. [Methods] The soil was digested with a concentrated nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-perchloric acid system, and the contents of heavy metals such as copper and lead in the Yellow River Wetland of Shaanxi Province were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. [Results] The correlation coefficients reached 0.999 5 in the range of 0.00-1.00 mg/L, indicating good linearity. 14A telomere-to-telomere reference genome provides genetic insight into the pentacyclic triterpenoid biosynthesis in Chaenomeles speciosa显示文摘Chaenomeles speciosa(2n=34),a medicinal and edible plant in the Rosaceae,is commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine.To date,the lack of genomic sequence and genetic studies has impeded efforts to improve its medicinal value.Herein,we report the use of an integrative approach involving PacBio HiFi(third-generation)sequencing and Hi-C scaffolding to assemble a high-quality telomere-to-telomere genome of C.speciosa.The genome comprised 650.4 Mb with a contig N50 of 35.5 Mb.Of these,632.3 Mb were anchored to 17 pseudo-chromosomes,in which 12,4,and 1 pseudo-chromosomes were represented by a single contig,two contigs,and four contigs,respectively.Eleven pseudo-chromosomes had telomere repeats at both ends,and four had telomere repeats at a single end.Repetitive sequences accounted for 49.5%of the genome,while a total of 45515 protein-coding genes have been annotated.The genome size of C.speciosa was relatively similar to that of Malus domestica.Expanded or contracted gene families were identified and investigated for their association with different plant metabolisms or biological processes.In particular,functional annotation characterized gene families that were associated with the biosynthetic pathway of oleanolic and ursolic acids,two abundant pentacyclic triterpenoids in the fruits of C.speciosa.Taken together,this telomere-to-telomere and chromosome-level genome of C.speciosa not only provides a valuable resource to enhance understanding of the biosynthesis of medicinal compounds in tissues,but also promotes understanding of the evolution of the Rosaceae.Shaofang He Duanyang Weng Yipeng Zhang Qiusheng Kong Keyue Wang Naliang Jing Fengfeng Li Yuebin Ge Hui Xiong Lei Wu De-Yu Xie Shengqiu Feng Xiaqing Yu Xuekui Wang Shaohua Shu Zhinan Mei 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,10:0
15VSe_(2)/V_(2)C heterocatalyst with built-in electric field for efficient lithium-sulfur batteries:Remedies polysulfide shuttle and conversion kinetics显示文摘Lithium sulfur(Li-S)battery is a kind of burgeoning energy storage system with high energy density.However,the electrolyte-soluble intermediate lithium polysulfides(Li PSs)undergo notorious shuttle effect,which seriously hinders the commercialization of Li-S batteries.Herein,a unique VSe_(2)/V_(2)C heterostructure with local built-in electric field was rationally engineered from V_(2)C parent via a facile thermal selenization process.It exquisitely synergizes the strong affinity of V_(2)C with the effective electrocatalytic activity of VSe_(2).More importantly,the local built-in electric field at the heterointerface can sufficiently promote the electron/ion transport ability and eventually boost the conversion kinetics of sulfur species.The Li-S battery equipped with VSe_(2)/V_(2)C-CNTs-PP separator achieved an outstanding initial specific capacity of 1439.1 m A h g^(-1)with a high capacity retention of 73%after 100 cycles at0.1 C.More impressively,a wonderful capacity of 571.6 mA h g^(-1)was effectively maintained after 600cycles at 2 C with a capacity decay rate of 0.07%.Even under a sulfur loading of 4.8 mg cm^(-2),areal capacity still can be up to 5.6 m A h cm^(-2).In-situ Raman tests explicitly illustrate the effectiveness of VSe_(2)/V_(2)C-CNTs modifier in restricting Li PSs shuttle.Combined with density functional theory calculations,the underlying mechanism of VSe_(2)/V_(2)C heterostructure for remedying Li PSs shuttling and conversion kinetics was deciphered.The strategy of constructing VSe_(2)/V_(2)C heterocatalyst in this work proposes a universal protocol to design metal selenide-based separator modifier for Li-S battery.Besides,it opens an efficient avenue for the separator engineering of Li-S batteries.Yanwei Lv Lina Bai Qi Jin Siyu Deng Xinzhi Ma Fengfeng Han Juan Wang Lirong Zhang Lili Wu Xitian Zhang 2024Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,89,2:0

17Storage Stability of Imidacloprid Residues in Different Matrixes of Lycium barbarum显示文摘The storage stability and degradation trends of imidacloprid residues in different matrix of Lycium barbarum were investigated by directly adding0. 1 mg/kg imidacloprid,frozen storage and phase detection. The results showed that under frozen condition,the storage stability of imidacloprid residues remained good for half a year in dry fruit,and a year in fresh fruit of L. barbarum. There was no significant change of imidacloprid residues between different processing of dry fruit and fresh fruit,and sample processing methods( crushing or homogenizing) had no significant effect on the degradation trends of imidacloprid. 18Expression,localization,and a regulated target gene(ccnd1)of miR-202-5p in the Japanese flounder gonads显示文摘MiR-202-5p is identified as the maker microRNA(miRNA)of germplasm in fish.However,the role of miR-202-5p in gonadal development is still unclear.Here we investigated the expression patterns of miR-202-5p in Japanese flounder(Paralichthys olivaceus).Real-time PCR displayed that miR-202-5p was specifically expressed in bisexual gonads,and its transcription in the testis was relatively abundant than that in the ovary.Moreover,it was gradually increased in testis from stage II to stage IV.Fluorescent in situ hybridization(FISH)illustrated that miR-202-5p was co-localized with vasa(a marker gene of germ cells)in testis,and it was predominately expressed in spermatogonia and spermatocytes,implying that miR-202-5p might participate in spermatogenesis.Considering the important role of retinoic acid(RA)on regulating meiosis during spermatogenesis,we treated Japanese flounders by injecting all-trans retinoic acid(ATRA).MiR-202-5p in testis was shown to be up-regulated,and ccnd1,a key cell cycle regulator,was found to be down-regulated after ATRA treatment.Furthermore,ccnd1 was demonstrated to be a direct regulatory target of miR-202-5p using Dual-luciferase assay.In the primary testis cell from Japanese flounder,we further confirmed that ccnd1 was down-regulated by miR-202-5p.The results suggest that miR-202-5p exerts a crucial role in gonadal development by inhibiting ccnd1 in Japanese flounder.Fengfeng Shen Qinghe Chao Zhenxi Cai Haoran Zhang Jikui Wu Junling Zhang 2023Aquaculture and Fisheries2023,8,3:0
19Vegetation C–N–P accumulation and allocation patterns at the community level in early restored plantations in the loess hilly-gully region显示文摘Accumulation of vegetation biomass is a crucial process for carbon fixation in the early stage of afforestation and a primary driving force for subsequent ecological functions.Accurately assessing the storage and allocation of elements in plantations is essential for their management and estimating carbon sink capacity.However,current knowledge of the storage and allocation patterns of elements within plant organs at the community level is limited.To clarify the distribution patterns of elements in plant organs at the community level,we measured the biomass within plant organs of five typical plantations in the early stage of afforestation in the loess hilly-gully region.We assessed the main drivers of element accumulation and distribution by employing redundancy analysis and random forest.Results revealed significant differences in biomass storages among plantations and a significant effect of plantation type on the storages of elements within plant organs.Furthermore,the dominant factors influencing C–N–P storage and allocation at the community level were found to be inconsistent.While the storage of elements was mainly influenced by stand openness,total soil nitrogen,and plant diversity,the allocation of elements in organs was mainly influenced by stand openness and soil water content.Overall,the spatial structure of the community had an important influence on both element storage and allocation,but soil conditions played a more important role in element allocation than in storage.Random forest results showed that at the community level,factors influencing element storage and allocation within plant organs often differed.The regulation of elemental storage could be regulated by the major growth demand resources,while the allocation was regulated by other limiting class factors,which often differed from those that had a significant effect on element storage.The differences in plant organ elemental storage and allocation drivers at the community level reflect community adaptation strategies and the regulation of resources by ecosystems in combination with plants.Our study provides valuable insights for enhancing plantation C sink estimates and serves as a reference for regulating element storage and allocation at the local scale.Huifeng Wu Baoan Hu Ying Ma Wenkai Shi Xiaoqin Cheng Fengfeng Kang Hairong Han 2023Forest Ecosystems2023,10,4:0
20Low swing drivers based on charge redistribution显示文摘Low power on-chip interconnect technique is important for deep submicron SOC design. In this paper, a novel low swing drivers scheme based on charge redistribution is proposed. Significant reduction in power dissipation is achieved by dividing the full signal swing into several lower ones. The proposed circuits are especially suitable for driving multi-branch transmission wires by utilizing higher efficiency of charges. Compared with the reference design, the new scheme can reduce power dissipation by more than 66% as shown by HSPICE simulation while driving three branches.
