| 1 | Modified chitosan hydrogels as drug delivery and tissue engineering systems:present status and applications显示文摘Chitosan,a natural cationic polysaccharide,is prepared industrially by the hydrolysis of the aminoacetyl groups of chitin,a naturally available marine polymer.Chitosan is a non-toxic,biocompatible and biodegradable polymer and has attracted considerable interest in a wide range of biomedical and pharmaceutical applications including drug delivery,cosmetics,and tissue engineering.The primary hydroxyl and amine groups located on the backbone of chitosan are responsible for the reactivity of the polymer and also act as sites for chemical modification.However,chitosan has certain limitations for use in controlled drug delivery and tissue engineering.These limitations can be overcome by chemical modification.Thus,modified chitosan hydrogels have gained importance in current research on drug delivery and tissue engineering systems.This paper reviews the general properties of chitosan,various methods of modification,and applications of modified chitosan hydrogels. | Tapan Kumar Giri Amrita Thakur Amit Alexander Ajazuddin Hemant Badwaik Dulal Krishna Tripathi | 2012 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2012,2,5: | 7 |
| 2 | 废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能的全生命周期成本研究显示文摘废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能不仅有利于废弃煤炭井巷资源的再利用,而且有利于促进可再生能源电力的消纳,能够推动煤炭资源型地区能源供给系统的转型发展。废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能的全生命周期成本核算是该项技术推广的前提,具有必要性和现实意义。本文参照大柳塔煤矿地下水库的相关数据,建立了废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能的技术参数体系;通过与传统抽水储能电站进行对比,分析废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能的全生命周期经济成本和环境成本;利用敏感性分析,得出各影响因素对平准化发电成本的影响程度。结果显示:①在不考虑施工难度的情况下,同等装机规模的废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能的平准化储能成本低于传统抽水储能电站的平准化储能成本;在考虑施工难度的情况下,若废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能的施工难度系数小于传统抽水储能的1.26倍,则废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能的成本要小于传统抽水储能;②废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能的装机规模小于传统抽水储能时,其平准化储能成本虽然高于传统抽水储能,但低于当地峰谷差价,具有经济可行性;③施工难度是影响废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能成本的关键因素,环境成本对废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能平准化发电成本影响程度最小;④废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能的环境成本较低,在全生命周期发电成本中所占比重较小,废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能具有良好的环境效益。 | 姚西龙 葛帅帅 郭枝 栗继祖 韩云菲 刘昕 AHMED Dulal TACHEGA Mark Awe | 2020 | 中国矿业2020,29,10: | 6 |

| 5 | Current status and trends in forest genomics显示文摘Forests are not only the most predominant of the Earth's terrestrial ecosystems,but are also the core supply for essential products for human use.However,global climate change and ongoing population explosion severely threatens the health of the forest ecosystem and aggravtes the deforestation and forest degradation.Forest genomics has great potential of increasing forest productivity and adaptation to the changing climate.In the last two decades,the field of forest genomics has advanced quickly owing to the advent of multiple high-throughput sequencing technologies,single cell RNA-seq,clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)-mediated genome editing,and spatial transcriptomes,as well as bioinformatics analysis technologies,which have led to the generation of multidimensional,multilayered,and spatiotemporal gene expression data.These technologies,together with basic technologies routinely used in plant biotechnology,enable us to tackle many important or unique issues in forest biology,and provide a panoramic view and an integrative elucidation of molecular regulatory mechanisms underlying phenotypic changes and variations.In this review,we recapitulated the advancement and current status of 12 research branches of forest genomics,and then provided future research directions and focuses for each area.Evidently,a shift from simple biotechnology-based research to advanced and integrative genomics research,and a setup for investigation and interpretation of many spatiotemporal development and differentiation issues in forest genomics have just begun to emerge. | Dulal Borthakur Victor Busov Xuan Hieu Cao Qingzhang Du Oliver Gailing Fikret Isik Jae-Heung Ko Chenghao Li Quanzi Li Shihui Niu Guanzheng Qu Thi Ha Giang Vu Xiao-Ru Wang Zhigang Wei Lin Zhang Hairong Wei | 2022 | Forestry Research2022,2,1: | 2 |

| 12 | Load-dependent indentation behavior ofβ-SiAlON andα-silicon carbide显示文摘A comparative study was carried out on the load-dependent indentation behavior with respect to hardness and induced cracks ofβ-SiAlON andα-silicon carbide ceramics.It is observed that silicon carbide(SiC)exhibits lower transition load,early cracking and severely crushed indentation sites,whereasβ-SiAlON shows higher transition load and damage-free indentation zone even at the maximum applied load(294.19 N).Crack density is higher forα-SiC with comparison toβ-SiAlON at each load.SiC exhibits both main and secondary radial types of cracking from low indentation load(0.98 N).Cracks are often associated with branching at higher load(>9.80 N)forα-SiC.β-SiAlON exhibits cracks which are mainly radial types initiated at 4.90 N load.These opposing behaviors ofβ-SiAlON andα-SiC are attributed to their difference in hardness,toughness,and brittleness index.Higher brittleness ofα-SiC results in early and severe cracking around its indentations.β-SiAlON shows less cracking due to its lower brittleness and higher toughness.The increased size of indentation-induced cracks ofα-SiC is higher than that ofβ-SiAlON due to the rapid crack propagation inα-SiC with transgranular fracture behavior. | Prasenjit BARICK Dulal Chandra JANA Bhaskar Prasad SAHA | 2013 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2013,2,2: | 1 |
