2Synthesis, structure and luminescent properties of yellow phosphor La3Si6N11 :Ce^3+ for high power white-LEDs显示文摘A series of high phase purity blue light excitable yellow-emitting La_(3-x)Si_6 N_(11):xCe^(3+) phosphors were synthesized by the high temperature solid state reactions method. The structure and luminescent properties were investigated. The phase structure was studied by means of X-ray diffraction, structures refinements and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The phosphors effectively excited by the light of450 nm and show intense yellow emission at 535 nm with FWHM of 115 nm corresponding to the5 d →~2 F_(5/2) and 5 d →~2 F_(7/2) transitions of Ce^(3+). In addition,the optimized La_(2.86)Si_6 N_(11):0.14 Ce^(3+) exhibits a weak thermal quenching, which remains 98.2% of the initial emission intensity when heated to 200 ℃,the thermal quenching properties exhibit a modest decline when the temperature returned to room temperature. 6Rapid growth of industrial nitrogen fluxes in China: Driving forces and consequences显示文摘Human activities are strongly modifying the global nitrogen (N) cycle through increasing input, N species diversity, and pool size of industrial reactive N (Nr). However, the fluxes, fates and environmental consequences of industrial Nr (excluding synthesized N fertilizer) remain poorly understood and quantified. We report here that industrial Nr flux has increased 13.4-fold over the past 30 years in China, reaching 3.7Tg N (1 Tg=10 12g) in 2008, accounting for over 50% of China's food Nr flux. Socioeconomic development (per capita GDP, urbanization and household size) significantly drives the growth of industrial Nr fluxes. This leads to 'hotspots' of industrial Nr, mainly in relatively developed Eastern China. Industrial Nr loss rate during production is only 5%, much lower than that of cropland (50%) and livestock (80%). However, industrial Nr loss is point source pollution, and Nr release in concentrated doses produces serious risk in small regions. The contribution of structural N to total industrial Nr with a lifespan longer than one year (e.g., synthetic fiber, plastic) increased from 20% in 1980 to 70% in 2008. There was about 2.6 Tg N structural industrial Nr accumulated in human settlements in 2008, which could be one ex- planation of an unknown Nr sink of anthropogenic Nr input (mainly Haber-Bosch N fixation). Legacy effects caused by structural N accumulation have long-term consequences for environmental and human health, although structural N delays Nr release and reduces short-term Nr pollution. Industrial Nr use generates new features of modern global N biogeochemistry, such as increasing Nr species diversity, reducing Nr turnover rate. Future dynamics simulation of the earth system should involve industrial Nr. 7Enhancement of fine particle filtration with efficient humidification显示文摘Filtration is one of the most effective methods to remove suspended fine particles from air. In filtration processes,pressure drop of compact dust cake causes problems in efficiency and economy, which has received increasing attention and still remains challenging. In this study, we developed a novel technique to intensify the filtration of fine particles with efficient humidification. Two strategies for humidification, including ultrasonic atomization and steam humidification(controlling of ambient humidity), were employed and proved to be both effective. The regeneration frequency of the filter could be reduced by 55% with ultrasonic atomization, while steam humidification could lead to a 78% reduction in regeneration frequency. The effect of operating conditions on pressure drop and the mass loading during filtration were investigated. The dust cake showed a loose and porous structure with an optimized droplet-to-particle ratio. With the ratio of 1.53 and 0.0282, the maximum mass loading was 552 g·m-2upon the ultrasonic atomization and 720 g·m-2upon the steam humidification. 11HIGH RESOLUTION RANGE PROFILE FORMATION BASED ON LFM SIGNAL FUSION OF MULTIPLE RADARS显示文摘This paper presents a new method of High Resolution Range (HRR) profile formation based on Linear Frequency Modulation (LFM) signal fusion of multiple radars with multiple frequency bands. The principle of the multiple radars signal fusion improving the range resolution is analyzed. With the analysis of return signals received by two radars,it is derived that the phase difference between the echoes varies almost linearly with respect to the frequency if the distance between two radars is neg-ligible compared with the radar observation distance. To compensate the phase difference,an en-tropy-minimization principle based compensation algorithm is proposed. During the fusion process,the B-splines interpolation method is applied to resample the signals for Fourier transform imaging. 12Re-Os isotopic composition of the Dongling ⅢCD iron meteorite显示文摘Re, Os concentrations and Os isotopic compositions of the Dongling ⅢCD iron meteorite were determined by N-TIMS technique. The result was compared with that of the other irons and chondrites. The Re and Os concentrations of the Dongling iron meteorite were plotted on the trends of the group ⅢA and ⅣA irons. The Pt-Os relation of the Dongling iron meteorite is similar to that of the group ⅡA irons. 13Phase decomposition behavior and its effects on mechanical properties of TiNbTa0.5ZrAl0.5 refractory high entropy alloy显示文摘The mechanical properties of refractory high entropy alloys(RHEAs) strongly depend on their phase structures. In this work, the phase stability of a BCC TiNbTa0.5ZrAl0.5 refractory high entropy alloy subjected to thermomechanical processing was evaluated, and the effects of phase decomposition on room/high temperature mechanical properties were quantitatively studied. It was found that, the thermomechanical processing at 800℃and 1200℃ leads to phase decomposition in the TiNbTa0.5ZrAl0.5 alloy. The phase decomposition is caused by the rapid rising of free energy of the primary BCC phase. The effect of the precipitates on room temperature strength is determined by the competition between the increasing in precipitation strengthening and the decreasing in solid solution strengthening. 16Printed Surface Defect Detection Model Based on Positive Samples显示文摘For a long time, the detection and extraction of printed surfacedefects has been a hot issue in the print industry. Nowadays, defect detectionof a large number of products still relies on traditional image processingalgorithms such as scale invariant feature transform (SIFT) and orientedfast and rotated brief (ORB), and researchers need to design algorithms forspecific products. At present, a large number of defect detection algorithmsbased on object detection have been applied but need lots of labeling sampleswith defects. Besides, there are many kinds of defects in printed surface,so it is difficult to enumerate all defects. Most defect detection based onunsupervised learning of positive samples use generative adversarial networks(GAN) and variational auto-encoders (VAE) algorithms, but these methodsare not effective for complex printed surface. Aiming at these problems, Inthis paper, an unsupervised defect detection and extraction algorithm forprinted surface based on positive samples in the complex printed surface isproposed innovatively. We propose a kind of defect detection and extractionnetwork based on image matching network. This network is divided into thefull convolution network of feature points extraction, and the graph attentionnetwork using self attention and cross attention. Though the key pointsextraction network, we can get robustness key points in the complex printedimages, and the graph network can solve the problem of the deviation becauseof different camera positions and the influence of defect in the differentproduction lines. Just one positive sample image is needed as the benchmarkto detect the defects. The algorithm in this paper has been proved in “TheFirst ZhengTu Cup on Campus Machine Vision AI Competition” and gotexcellent results in the finals. 19Calcium isotopic signatures of depleted mid-ocean ridge basalts from the northeastern Pacific显示文摘A number of high-temperature processes(e.g.,melt-rock reactions,metasomatism,partial melting)can produce signifi cant Ca isotopic fractionation and heterogeneity in the mantle,but the mechanism for such fractionation remains obscure.To investigate the eff ect of mantle partial melting on Ca isotopic fractionation,we reported high-precision Ca isotopic compositions of depleted mid-ocean ridge basalts(MORBs)from the East Pacifi c Rise and Ecuador Rift in the northeastern Pacifi c.Theδ44/40 Ca of these MORB samples exhibit a narrow variation from 0.84‰to 0.88‰with an average of 0.85‰±0.03‰,which are similar to those of reported MORBs(0.83‰±0.11‰)and back-arc basin basalts(BABBs,0.80‰±0.08‰)in literature,but are lower than the estimate value for the bulk silicate Earth(BSE,0.94‰±0.05‰).The lowδ44/40 Ca signatures of MORB samples in this study cannot be caused by fractional crystallization,since intermediate-mafi c diff erentiation has been demonstrated having only limited eff ects on Ca isotopic fractionation.Instead,the off set ofδ44/40 Ca between MORBs and the BSE is most likely produced by mantle partial melting.During this process,the light Ca isotopes are preferentially transferred to the melt,while the heavy ones tend to stay in the residue,which is consistent with the fact thatδ44/40 Ca of melt-depleted peridotites increases with partial melting in literature.The behavior of Ca isotopes during mantle partial melting is closely related to the inter-mineral(Cpx and Opx)Ca isotopic fractionation and melting mineral modes.Mantle partial melting is one of the common processes that can induce lowerδ44/40 Ca values in basalts and Ca isotopic heterogeneity in Earth’s mantle.ZHU Hongli DU Long ZHANG Zhaofeng SUN Weidong 2020Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2020,38,5:1
