| 1 | A high-energy-density sodium-ion full battery based on tin anode显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs) have been considered as promising candidates for large-scale energy storage, owing to the high abundance and low cost of sodium(Na) resources. However, the development of full SIB has been hindered by low energy density because of the sluggish kinetics of large Na^+. Here, we report a full SIB with commercial tin(Sn) anode, cross-linked Na_3V_2(PO_4)_3/carbon nanotubes composites(NVP-CNT) cathode, and ether-based electrolyte. Sn is capable of delivering high reversible capacity via formation of Na15 Sn4 and stable solid-electrolyte interface(SEI) in initial cycles. Meanwhile, the NASICON-type NVP enables ultrafast and stable Na^+intercalation/extraction, and the incorporation of CNT can improve its electrical conductivity. The assembled full SIB delivers high output voltage of ~3.2 V, high energy density of 253.4 W h kg^(-1) at1600 W kg^(-1) based on total mass of both cathode and anode, and remarkable capacity retention of 96.1% after 180 cycles. | 5 | Analysis and Improvement on a Mobile Payment Protocol with Outsourced Verification in Cloud Service显示文摘Mobile wallet is a very convenient means of mobile payment to allow the clients to conduct the payment via their mobile devices. To reduce the computation burden of resources-constraint mobile devices, a few mobile wallet protocols with outsourced verification in cloud computing were proposed. But in some of the protocols, there exist the risk of a colluding attack of the customer and the untrusted cloud server. In this paper, we propose an improved protocol, in which the payment information is protected by Hash function and random number. The malicious customer and cloud server cannot change the payment information to conduct a collusion forgery attack to defraud the merchant. | 6 | Assembly of highly efficient aqueous light-harvesting system from sequence-defined peptoids for cytosolic microRNA detection显示文摘Precisely controlled spatial distributions of artificial light-harvesting systems in aqueous media are of significant importance for mimicking natural light-harvesting systems;however,they are often restrained by the solubility and the aggregation-caused quenching effect of the hydrophobic chromophores.Herein,we report one highly efficient artificial light-harvesting system based on peptoid nanotubes that mimic the hierarchical cylindrical structure of natural systems.The high crystallinity of these nanotubes enabled the organization of arrays of donor chromophores with precisely controlled spatial distributions,favoring an efficient Förster resonance energy transfer(FRET)process in aqueous media.This FRET system exhibits an extremely high efficiency of 98.6%with a fluorescence quantum yield of 40%and an antenna effect of 29.9.We further demonstrated the use of this artificial light-harvesting system for quantifying miR-210 within cancer cells.The fluorescence intensity ratio of donor to acceptor is linearly related to the concentration of intercellular miR-210 in the range of 3.3–156 copies/cell.Such high sensitivity in intracellular detection of miR-210 using this artificial light-harvesting system offers a great opportunity and pathways for biological imaging and detection,and for the further creation of microRNA(miRNA)toolbox for quantitative epigenetics and personalized medicine. | Yang Song Xiaoli Cai Mingming Wang Dan Du Yuehe Lin Chun-Long Chen | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,2: | 1 |

| 14 | TMEM16A inhibits angiotensin Ⅱ-induced basilar artery smooth muscle cell migration in a WNK1-dependent manner显示文摘Vascular smooth muscle cell(VSMC) migration plays a critical role in the pathogenesis of many cardiovascular diseases.We recently showed that TMEM16 A is involved in hypertensioninduced cerebrovascular remodeling.However,it is unclear whether this effect is related to the regulation of VSMC migration.Here,we investigated whether and how TMEM16 A contributes to migration in basilar artery smooth muscle cells(BASMCs).We observed that AngⅡ increased the migration of cultured BASMCs,which was markedly inhibited by overexpression of TMEM16 A.TMEM16 A overexpression inhibited AngⅡ-induced RhoA/ROCK2 activation,and myosin light chain phosphatase(MLCP)and myosin light chain(MLC20) phosphorylation.But AnsⅡ-induced myosin light chain kinase(MLCK)activation was not affected by TMEM16 A.Furthermore,a suppressed activation of integrinβ3/FAK pathway,determined by reduced integrinβ3 expression,FAK phosphorylation and F-actin rearrangement,was observed in TMEM16 A-overexpressing BASMCs upon AngⅡ stimulation.Contrary to the results of TMEM16 A overexpression,silencing of TMEM16 A showed the opposite effects.These in vitro results were further demonstrated in vivo in basilar arteries from VSMC-specific TMEM10 A transgenic mice during AngⅡ-induced hypertension.Moreover,we observed that the inhibitory effect of TMEM16 A on BASMC migration was mediated by decreasing the activation of WNK1,a Cl^(-)-sensitive serine/threonine kinase.In conclusion,this study demonstrated that TMEM16 A suppressed AnsⅡ-induced BASMC migration,thus contributing to the protection against cerebrovascular remodeling during AngⅡ-infused hypertension.TMEM16 A may exert this effect by suppressing the RhoA/ROCK2/MLCP/MLC20 and integrinβ3/FAK signaling pathways via inhibiting WNK1.Our results suggest that TMEM16 A may serve as a novel therapeutic target for VSMC migration-related diseases,such as vascular remodeling. | Huaqing Zheng Xiaolong Li Xin Zeng Chengcui Huang Mingming Ma Xiaofei Lv Yajuan Zhang Lu Sun Guanlei Wang Yanhua Du Yongyuan Guan | 2021 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,12: | 1 |
| 15 | Effect of Tire Repeated Root Modal on Tire Modelling with Experimental Modal显示文摘The effect of tire repeated root modal(RRM)on tire modeling with an experimental modal is studied.Firstly,a radial tire with radial and tangential RRMs is tested and analyzed.By multi-point exciting of the radial tire,a multiple reference frequency domain method based on a least squares(LMS PolyMAX)algorithm is used to identify modal parameters.Then,modal stability diagram(MSD),modal indication function(MIF)and modal assurance criteria(Auto-MAC)matrix are utilized to induce multiple inputs multiple outputs(MIMO)frequency response function(FRF)matrixes.The tests reveal that notable repeated roots exist in both radial and tangential response modes.Their modal frequencies and damping factors are approximately the same,the amplitudes of modal vectors are in the same order of magnitude,and the mode shapes are orthogonal.Based on the works mentioned,the method of trigonometric series modal shapes fitting is adopted,the effects of RRM model on tire modeling with a vertical experimental modal are discussed.The final results show that the effects of considering the RRM shapes are equivalent to the tire mode shapes depended on rotating the tire's different exciting points during tire modeling,and since considering the RRM,the tire mode shapes can be unified and fixed during tire modeling. | Zhenfeng Wang Yongchang Du Mingming Dong Liang Gu | 2017 | Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2017,26,1: | 0 |

| 20 | Characterization of a new hexaploid triticale 6D(6A) substitution line with increased grain weight and decreased spikelet number显示文摘Hexaploid triticale(×Triticosecale,AABBRR)is an important forage crop and a promising energy plant.Transferring D-genome chromosomes or segments from common wheat(Triticum aestivum)into hexaploid triticale is attractive in improving its economically important traits.Here,a hexaploid triticale 6D(6A)substitution line Lin 456 derived from the cross between the octoploid triticale line H400 and the hexaploid wheat Lin 56 was identified and analyzed by genomic in situ hybridization(GISH),fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH),and molecular markers.The GISH analysis showed that Lin 456 is a hexaploid triticalewith 14 rye(Secale cereale)chromosomes and 28 wheat chromosomes,whereas non-denaturing fluorescence in situ hybridization(ND-FISH)and molecular marker analysis revealed that it is a 6D(6A)substitution line.In contrast to previous studies,the signal of Oligo-pSc119.2 was observed at the distal end of 6DL in Lin 456.The wheat chromosome 6D was associatedwith increased grain weight and decreased spikelet number using the genotypic data combined with the phenotypes of the F2 population in the three environments.The thousand-grain weight and grain width in the substitution individuals were significantly higher than those in the non-substitution individuals in the F2 population across the three environments.We propose that the hexaploid triticale 6D(6A)substitution line Lin 456 can be a valuable and promising donor stock for genetic improvement during triticale breeding. | Zhiyu Feng Zhongqi Qi Dejie Du Mingyi Zhang Aiju Zhao Zhaorong Hu Mingming Xin Yingyin Yao Huiru Peng Qixin Sun Zhongfu Ni | 2019 | The Crop Journal2019,7,5: | 0 |
