A comparative study of hydrothermal aging effect on cerium and lanthanum doped Cu/SSZ-13 catalysts for NH_(3)-SCR显示文摘Ce-or La-doped Cu/SSZ-13 catalysts were prepared by a hydrothermal method and Cu,Ce or La ions were incorporated through stepwise ion exchange,The catalyst activity was measured for the ammonia selective catalytic reduction reaction. The structure and composition of catalyst were characterized by using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry solid-state NMR,NH_(3)-TPD techniques, and the active components were examined by XPS and XANES.The results indicate that the Ce and La doping can both completely preserve the SCR activity of Cu/SSZ-13 above 300℃,but there is also a decrease of activity below 200℃.On the other hand,Ce doping is beneficial to the formation of framework aluminum, stabilizes molecular sieve framework and Cu active sites of Cu/SSZ-13,thereby improves the catalyst hydrothermal stability. But La doping will decrease the amount of framework aluminum and Cu active sites of Cu/SSZ-13 after hydrothermally aging, even destroy zeolite CHA structure. This is quite harmful to the catalyst hydrothermal stability.Di Deng Shujun Deng Dandan He Zhiheng Wang Zhipeng Chen Yi Ji Guoping Yan Guangjin Hou Licheng Liu Hong He 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,8:5
Efficacy and safety of chemotherapy combined with bevacizumab in Chinese patients with metastatic colorectal cancer:A prospective,multicenter,observational,non-interventional phaseⅣtrial显示文摘Objective:Bevacizumab has an important and evolving role in improving outcomes in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC)worldwide and was approved in China in 2010.However,there are limited real-world data on the efficacy and safety of chemotherapy regimens combined with bevacizumab in Chinese patients with mCRC.This observational, phase IV trial study aimed to obtain more experience on the efficacy and safety of bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy in Chinese mCRC patients. Methods:Between September 2013 and November 2016,patients with histologically confirmed mCRC were enrolled in a prospective,multicenter,observational,non-interventional phase IV trial at 26 centers across China.Eligible patients received different chemotherapeutic regimens combined with bevacizumab. The efficacy and safety data in the intention-to-treat study population were analyzed. Results:A total of 611 patients were included in the efficacy analysis. The median overall survival and median progression-free survival was 18.00 and 10.05 months, respectively. The objective response rate was 21.00%and disease control rate was 89.40%.In subgroup analyses, the survival differences were observed according to metastatic status, duration of treatment and elevation in blood pressure.A total of 613 patients were evaluable for safety assessments. And 569(92.82%)patients reported at least one adverse event(AE),and 151(24.63%)experienced grade 3 or higher AEs.The incidence of bevacizumab-associated AEs of special interest was reported in 31(5.06%)patients with hypertension(n=12),abscesses and fistulae(n=7),bleeding(n=6),proteinuria(n=3),gastrointestinal perforation(n=2)and venous thrombotic events(n=1).Conclusions:This observational phase IV trial broadens our experience and knowledge of bevacizumab in the Chinese population and provides a good indication of its overall efficacy and safety.Bevacizumab in combination with chemotherapy offers clinical benefits to Chinese patients with mCRC and has an acceptable and manageable safety profile.Fenghua Wang Guanghai Dai Yanhong Deng Yong Tang Wei Wang Zuoxing Niu Feng Bi Liangjun Zhu Zengqing Guo Jin Yan Bing Hu Min Tao Shujun Yang Suzhan Zhang Lu Wen Ruihua Xu 2021Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021,33,4:2
Crucial control measures to contain China's first Delta variant outbreak显示文摘The SARS-C oV-2 B.1.617.2(Delta) variant flared up in late May in Guangzhou,China.Transmission characteristics of Delta variant were analysed for 153 confirmed cases and two complete transmission chains with seven generations were fully presented.A rapid transmission occurred in five generations within10 days. The basic reproduction number(R_0) was 3.60(95% confidence interval:2.50-5.30).After redefining the concept of close contact, the proportion of confirmed cases discovered from close contacts increased from 43% to 100%.With the usage of a yellow health code, the potential exposed individuals were self-motivated to take a nucleic acid test and regained public access with a negative testing result.Facing the massive requirement of screening, novel facilities like makeshift inflatable laboratories were promptly set up as a vital supplement and 17 cases were found, with 1 pre-symptomatic.The dynamic adjustment of these three interventions resulted in the decline of Rt from 5.00 to 1.00 within 9 days.By breaking the transmission chain and eliminating the transmission source through extending the scope of the close-contact tracing,health-code usage and mass testing, the Guangzhou D elta epidemic was effectively contained.Lei Luo Zifeng Yang Jingyi Liang Yu Ma Hui Wang Chitin Hon Mei Jiang Zhengshi Lin Wenda Guan Zhitong Mai Yongming Li Kailin Mai Zhiqi Zeng Chuanmeizi Tu Jian Song Bin Liu Yong Liu Jianfeng He Huiyuan Li Bosheng Li Hang Dong Yutian Miao Shujun Fan Lirui Fan Xingyi Liang Ke Li Chun Chen Huihong Deng Zhicong Yang Nanshan Zhong 2022National Science Review2022,9,4:2

Enhanced protective immunity against SARS-CoV-2 elicited by a VSV vector expressing a chimeric spike protein显示文摘SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV are genetically related coronavirus and share the same cellular receptor ACE2.By replacing the VSV glycoprotein with the spikes(S)of SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV,we generated two replication-competent recombinant viruses,rVSVSARS-CoV-2 and rVSV-SARS-CoV.Using wild-type and human ACE2(hACE2)knock-in mouse models,we found a single dose of rVSV-SARS-CoV could elicit strong humoral immune response via both intranasal(i.n.)and intramuscular(i.m.)routes.Despite the high genetic similarity between SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV,no obvious cross-neutralizing activity was observed in the immunized mice sera.In macaques, neutralizing antibody(NAb)titers induced by one i.n.dose of rVSV-SARS-CoV-2 were eight-fold higher than those by a single i.m.dose.Thus,our data indicates that rVSV-SARS-CoV-2 might be suitable for i.n.administration instead of the traditional i.m.immunization in human.Because rVSV-SARS-CoV elicited significantly stronger NAb responses than rVSV-SARS-CoV2 in a route-independent manner,we generated a chimeric antigen by replacing the receptor binding domain(RBD)of SARS-CoV S with that from the SARS-CoV-2.rVSV expressing the chimera(rVSV-SARS-CoV/2-RBD)induced significantly increased NAbs against SARS-CoV-2 in mice and macaques than rVSV-SARS-CoV-2,with a safe Th1-biased response.Serum immunized with rVSV-SARS-CoV/2-RBD showed no cross-reactivity with SARS-CoV.hACE2 mice receiving a single i.m.dose of either rVSV-SARS-CoV-2 or rVSV-SARSCoV/2-RBD were fully protected against SARS-CoV-2 challenge without obvious lesions in the lungs. Our results suggest that transplantation of SARS-CoV-2 RBD into the S protein of SARS-CoV might be a promising antigen design for COVID-19 vaccines.Hongyue Li Yuhang Zhang Dong Li Yong-Qiang Deng Hongde Xu Chaoyue Zhao Jiandong Liu Dan Wen Jianguo Zhao Yongchun Li Yong Wu Shujun Liu Jiankai Liu Junfeng Hao Fei Yuan Shuguang Duo Cheng-Feng Qin Aihua Zheng 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,12:1
Numerical simulation of effects of cusp magnetic field on oxygen concentration of 300 mm CZ-Si显示文摘In magnetic Czochralski (MCZ) silicon growth, the distance and diameter of the electrified coils may affect the magnetic field intensity and melt flow. By changing the above parameters, the optimum geometric configuration of the coils was attempted. Through analyses of the oxygen concentration distribution of the crystal/melt interface, axial and radial velocity distribution of melt and the magnetic field intensity in the melt, it is found that smaller diameter of coils contributes to reducing the needed current intensity and production costs. For a given current intensity, there is a best distance of coils when the oxygen concentration at crystal/melt interface reaches the lowest.WANG Yongtao XU Wenting DAI Xiaolin XIAO Qinghua DENG Shujun YAN Zhirui ZHOU Qigang 2012Rare Metals2012,31,5:1
Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid assessment facilitates precision medicine for lung cancer显示文摘Lung cancer is the most common and fatal malignant disease worldwide and has the highest mortality rate among tumor-related causes of death.Early diagnosis and precision medicine can significantly improve the survival rate and prognosis of lung cancer patients. At present, the clinical diagnosis of lung cancer is challenging due to a lack of effective non-invasive detection methods and biomarkers, and treatment is primarily hindered by drug resistance and high tumor heterogeneity.Liquid biopsy is a method for detecting circulating biomarkers in the blood and other body fluids containing genetic information from primary tumor tissues.Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)is a potential liquid biopsy medium that is rich in a variety of bioactive substances and cell components.BALF contains information on the key characteristics of tumors, including the tumor subtype, gene mutation type, and tumor environment, thus BALF may be used as a diagnostic supplement to lung biopsy. In this review, the current research on BALF in the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of lung cancer is summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of different components of BALF,including cells,cell-free DNA,extracellular vesicles, and micro RNA are introduced. In particular, the great potential of extracellular vesicles in precision diagnosis and detection of drug-resistant for lung cancer is highlighted. In addition, the performance of liquid biopsies with different body fluid sources in lung cancer detection are compared to facilitate more selective studies involving BALF,thereby promoting the application of BALF for precision medicine in lung cancer patients in the future.Hantao Zhang Dan Deng Shujun Li Jing Ren Wei Huang Dan Liu Weiya Wang 2024Cancer Biology & Medicine2024,21,3:0
Study on hydrodynamic diffusion law of the swelling particle slurry in karst pipeline显示文摘The swelling particle grouting material has demonstrated remarkable plugging effectiveness in high-pressure and large-flow burst water within karst pipelines.Currently, current research on the rheolog-ical model, flow computation theory, and plugging mechanism of this material is lacking. The conven-tional grouting slurry diffusion process, using the liquid-liquid two-phase flow method, fails to accurately simulate high solubility slurry and particle swelling. To address these limitations, this study established a precise constitutive model to describe the swelling particle slurry diffusion process in dynamic water.Additionally,a coupling calculation method was proposed to analyze the spatiotemporal heterogeneity of viscosity during slurry diffusion by considering the migration of slurry and the changes in viscosity. To investigate the interaction between particle swelling and flow field changes,a Compu-tational Fluid Dynamics-Discrete Element Method(CFD-DEM)coupling model was developed for the diffusion of swelling particle slurry. It is demonstrated that slurry viscosity increases exponentially within the diffusion front as the particle swelling rate rises, and the drag force exhibits an intriguing behavior of initially increasing and then decreasing as the slurry flows through the pipeline.Further-more,the CFD-DEM coupling model proved to be more accurate in describing viscosity distribution and diffusion distance compared to the finite element solution. The primary objective of this paper is to reveal the plugging mechanism and provide theoretical support for the engineering application of the swelling particle grouting material.Bingchuan Cheng Haibo Li Guangming Pan Runhuai Deng Yu'an Gong Shujun Xu Kun Zhou Zhuo Zheng 2024Particuology2024,87,4:0
Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector. Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements, such as its low-energy threshold, high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors, and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors. In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable, assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition, approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected. This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter, which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle. Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better, depending on the central value, and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND experiment.Angel Abusleme Thomas Adam Shakeel Ahmad Sebastiano Aiello Muhammad Akram Nawab Ali Fengpeng An Guangpeng An Qi An Giuseppe Andronico Nikolay Anfimov Vito Antonelli Tatiana Antoshkina Burin 12Organic single-crystal light-emitting transistors with external quantum efficiency over 20%显示文摘Organic light-emitting transistors(OLETs)have attracted increasing attention because of their potential applications in next-generation displays and high-energy operating devices. However, the simultaneous achievement of high luminescent efficiency and carrier mobility in organic semiconductors remains challenging because the localized excitons are advantageous for light emission, whereas the delocalized carriers are beneficial for efficient charge migration.Herein,we report an organic single crystal of a cyano-substituted styrene derivative with balanced mobility yielding a record-high external quantum efficiency of 20.5%in OLETs.Temperature-dependent I–V curves and electronic structure analyses based on firstprinciples calculations were performed to disclose the underlying mechanism as a band transport, which provides an efficient way to achieve high quantum efficiency in OLETs.Jian Deng Zejian Zhang Pengpeng Sang Shujun Yin Shitong Zhang Yuan Li Bing Yang Cheng Gu Yuguang Ma 2023Aggregate2023,4,4:0
