1Progress in synthesis and application of zwitterionic Gemini surfactants显示文摘Zwitterionic Gemini surfactants have the Gemini molecular structure in which there are both multiple lipophilic groups and multiple hydrophilic groups.However,their hydrophilic groups have different charges.Due to the special molecular structure,this kind of surfactants possesses excellent properties,including high surface activities,isoelectric point(IP),low critical micelle concentration(CMC),less toxicity,low irritating,biodegradability,bioactive,interface modification,and so on.In this review,synthetic strategies of three kinds of zwitterionic Gemini surfactants,i.e.,an ioniccationic,cationic-nonionic and anionic-nonionic Gemini surfactants,are discussed,and their potential applications in life sciences,chemical industry and enhanced oil recovery(EOR)are illustrated.Their future development is also prospected.Yuqiao CHENG Yang YANG Chunrong NIU Zhe FENG Wenhui ZHAO Shuang LU 2019Frontiers of Materials Science2019,13,3:5
2Supramolecular vesicles of cationic gemini surfactants modulated by p-sulfonatocalix[4]arene显示文摘Supramolecular binary vesicles were constructed by host-guest complex formation between p-sulfonatocalix[4]arene and three cationic gemini surfactants, which were identified by UV-vis, dynamic laser scattering, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, and surface tension experiments. 5Simultaneous determination of 3-chlorotyrosine and 3-nitrotyrosine in human plasma by direct analysis in real time–tandem mass spectrometry显示文摘A novel method for the simultaneous determination of 3-nitrotyrosine(NT) and 3-chlorotyrosine(CT) in human plasma has been developed based on direct analysis in real time–tandem mass spectrometry(DART–MS/MS). Analysis was performed in the positive ionization mode using multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) of the ion transitions at m/z 216.2/170.1 for CT, m/z 227.2/181.1 for NT and m/z 230.2/184.2 for the internal standard, d^3-NT. The assay was linear in the ranges 0.5–100 μg/m L for CT and 4–100 μg/m L for NT with corresponding limits of detection of 0.2 and 2 μg/m L. Intra- and inter-day precisions and accuracies were respectively <15% and ±15%. Matrix effects were also evaluated. 10Hierarchical palladium catalyst for highly active and stable water oxidation in acidic media显示文摘Acidic water electrolysis is of great importance for boosting the development of renewable energy.However,it severely suffers from the trade-off between high activity and long lifespan for oxygen evolution catalysts on the anode side.This is because the sluggish kinetics of oxygen evolution reaction necessitates the application of a high overpotential to achieve considerable current,which inevitably drives the catalysts far away from their thermodynamic equilibrium states.Here we demonstrate a new oxygen evolution model catalyst-hierarchical palladium(Pd)whose performance even surpasses the benchmark Ir-and Ru-based materials.The Pd catalyst displays an ultralow overpotential(196 mV),excellent durability and mitigated degradation(66μV h^(-1))at 10 mA cm^(-2)in 1 M HClO_(4).Tensile strain on Pd(111)facets weakens the binding of oxygen species on electrochemical etching-derived hierarchical Pd and thereby leads to two orders of magnitudes of enhancement of mass activity in comparison to the parent Pd bulk materials.Furthermore,the Pd catalyst displays the bifunctional catalytic properties for both oxygen and hydrogen evolutions and can deliver a current density of 2 A cm^(-2)at a low cell voltage of 1.771 V when fabricated into polymer ele ctrolyte membrane ele ctrolyser.Jing Peng Haofeng Sun Kun Ni Jiajing Wu Xinyu Sun Yueqi Su Han Cheng Yuhua Liu Yuqiao Guo Wentuan Bi Yanwu Zhu Changzheng Wu Yi Xie 2023National Science Review2023,10,2:0
11Jellyfish bio-inspired Fe@CNT@CuNC derived from ZIF-8 for cathodic oxygen reduction显示文摘Biomimetics provides guidance to design and synthesize advanced catalysts for oxygen reduction reaction in microbial fuel cells(MFCs).Herein,jellyfish-inspired Fe clusters on carbon nanotubes connected with CuNC(Fe@CNT@CuNC)were designed and prepared by using zeolitic imidazolate framework(ZIF)-8 precursors to imitate the organic texture and function of jellyfish.The antibacterial effect of Cu^(+)ions depressed the growth of cathode biofilm to ensure rapid mass transport.Fe clusters and CuNC connected by CNTs accelerated the electron transfer from Fe to CuNC.The optimization of oxygen adsorption was caused by electron redistribution between sites of Fe and Cu.Jellyfish-like catalysts achieved a half-wave potential of 0.86 V and onset potential of 0.95 V vs.reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE).MFCs gained the maximum power density of 1600 mW·m^(-2) after 500 h measurement.This work provides insights into the special design of advanced catalysts based on bio-inspiration and biomimetics.Kai Cheng Zequan Liu Demin Jiang Min Song Yuqiao Wang 2024Nano Research2024,17,4:0
12The benign mimickers of prostatic acinar adenocarcinoma显示文摘As the most frequent malignant histological subtype in prostatic cancer, prostatic acinar adenocarcinoma(PAA) has a series of benign mimickers including prostatic or non-prostatic lesions and normal structures, which may lead to an erroneous diagnosis and inappropriate treatment. It is very important to be aware of the existence of these mimickers and to recognize their histological features.
