| 1 | Factors Associated with Thrombolysis Outcome in Ischemic Stroke Patients with Atrial Fibrillation显示文摘The outcome of early intravenous thrombolysis for ischemic stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF)is worse than that without thrombosis. How to increase the efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis for AF-related ischemic stroke remains largely unknown. In this study, we investigated factors that influence the effect of intravenous thrombolysis in these patients. Our results showed that thrombolysis was independently associated with a favorable outcome(P \ 0.001) and did not influence the mortality of AF-related ischemic stroke, although it increased the risk of hemorrhage within 24 h after treatment. Risk factors for a poor outcome at admission were:heart failure(P = 0.045); high systolic pressure(P = 0.039); high blood glucose(P = 0.030); and a high National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) score(P \ 0.001). Moreover, high systolic pressure at admission(P = 0.007), high blood glucose(P = 0.027), and a high NIHSS score(P \ 0.001) were independent risk factors for mortality at 3 months. Besides thrombolysis, a high NIHSS score(P = 0.006) and warfarin taken within 48 h before stroke onset(P = 0.032) were also independent risk factors for symptomatic hemorrhage within 24 h after treatment. | 2 | Molecular Cytogenetic Characterization of a Wheat-Leymus mollis 3D(3Ns) Substitution Line with Resistance to Leaf Rust显示文摘Leymus mollis(Trin.)Pilger(NsNsXmXm,2n?28),a wild relative of common wheat,possesses many potentially valuable traits that could be transferred to common wheat during breeding programs.In this study,the karyotypic constitution of a wheat e L.mollis 3D(3Ns#1)disomic substitution line isolated from the F5progeny of octoploid Tritileymus M842-16 Triticum durum cv.D4286,which was designated as 10DM57,was determined using genomic in situ hybridization(GISH),fluorescent in situ hybridization(FISH),SSR markers,and ESTSTS markers.Screening of mitosis and meiosis showed that 10DM57 had a chromosome karyotype of 2n?42?21II.GISH indicated that10DM57 was a line with 40 chromosomes from wheat and two of the Ns chromosomes from L.mollis,which formed a ring bivalent in pollen mother cells at metaphase I.FISH analysis showed that the chromosome 3D may be replaced by 3Ns#1 in 10DM57.DNA markers,including SSR and EST-STS primers,showed that the pair of wheat chromosome 3D in 10DM57 was substituted by the pair of chromosome 3Ns#1from L.mollis.Evaluation of the agronomic traits showed that,compared with its common wheat relative 7182,10DM57 was resistant to leaf rust while the spike length and number of spikes per plant were improved significantly,which correlated with a higher wheat yield.The new germplasm,10DM57,could be exploited as an intermediate material in wheat genetic and breeding programs. | Yuhui Pang Xinhong Chen Jixin Zhao Wanli Du Xueni Cheng Jun Wu Yanli Li Liangming Wang Jing Wang Qunhui Yang | 2014 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2014,41,4: | 6 |

| 4 | A Generative Adversarial Networks for Log Anomaly Detection显示文摘Detecting anomaly logs is a great significance step for guarding system faults.Due to the uncertainty of abnormal log types,lack of real anomaly logs and accurately labeled log datasets.Existing technologies cannot be enough for detecting complex and various log point anomalies by using human-defined rules.We propose a log anomaly detection method based on Generative Adversarial Networks(GAN).This method uses the Encoder-Decoder framework based on Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)network as the generator,takes the log keywords as the input of the encoder,and the decoder outputs the generated log template.The discriminator uses the Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN)to identify the difference between the generated log template and the real log template.The model parameters are optimized automatically by iteration.In the stage of anomaly detection,the probability of anomaly is calculated by the Euclidean distance.Experiments on real data show that this method can detect log point anomalies with an average precision of 95%.Besides,it outperforms other existing log-based anomaly detection methods. | Xiaoyu Duan Shi Ying Wanli Yuan Hailong Cheng Xiang Yin | 2021 | Computer Systems Science & Engineering2021,37,4: | 1 |

| 6 | Electrospun PVA Nanofibrous Membranes Reinforced with Silver Nanoparticles Impregnated Cellulosic Fibers:Morphology and Antibacterial Property显示文摘To enhance the mechanical and antibacterial properties of silver nanoparticle impregnated cellulosic fibers,carboxy-cellulose nanocrystals(CCNs)were grafted with chitooligosaccharide(COS),which was used as a stabilizer for silver nanoparticles(AgNPs).Nanofibrous membranes reinforced with silver nanoparticle impregnated cellulosic fibers(CCN-COS-AgNP)were prepared via electrospinning using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as a matrix.The effects of CCN-COS-AgNP contents on the morphology,surface composition,mechanical properties,and antibacterial performances of the prepared CCN-COS-AgNP/PVA membranes were examined.The addition of CCN-COS-AgNP certainly improved the mechanical properties and antibacterial performances of the PVA nanofibers.The tensile strength was significantly increased from 4.40 MPa to 8.60 MPa when 8%CCN-COS-AgNP(mass ratio)was introduced.When 10%(mass ratio)CCN-COS-AgNP was added,the nanofibers showed an excellent antibacterial activity for S.aureus(Staphylococcus aureus)and E.coli(Escherichia coli),with the maximum inhibition zones of 2.30 and 1.60 cm,respectively.Moreover,the 2%(mass ratio)CCN-COS-AgNP/PVA fibrous membrane showed 126%cell viability for mg63 human osteoblasts.The electrospun PVA membrane has great potential application in biomedical field. | YAN Jie WANG Dong BAI Tian CHENG Wanli HAN Guangping NI Xiaohui SHI Q.Sheldon | 2021 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2021,37,3: | 1 |

| 16 | Stability validation on the VLF waveform data of the China-Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite显示文摘The China-Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite(CSES),which was launched in February 2018,carries the search coil magnetometer(SCM)and the electric field detector(EFD)to realize the high-resolution electromagnetic field and wave detection in the upper ionosphere.Due to the complexity and variability of the ionospheric environment,the stability of such a high sampling rate and high-precision electromagnetic field detection systems is always an essential link in data processing and the scientific application of CSES.This work evaluates the stability of the very-low-frequency(VLF)band detection by validating the systemic sampling-time differences between SCM and EFD in the VLF burst-mode observations.The optimal waveform data preprocessing method is put forward according to the noise levels of the VLF burst-mode observation and the inherent design characteristics of EFD.The VLF waveform data of EFD is rebuilt by filling the data gaps among the sampling sub-periods,making it with a similar sample length to SCM.Then by precisely intercepting the maximum and minimum values of the burst-mode waveforms,the variation of the sampling-time difference between EFD and SCM is statistically evaluated.Results show that during the three years'operation,the sampling-time difference between EFD and SCM predominately keeps below 0.5 s,indicating good stability of EFD and SCM on orbit.Then we developed an automatic synchronization tool based on the similarity function and STA/LTA(short time average over long time average)characteristic function.This tool can effectively realize the precise synchronization between SCM and EFD in the VLF burst-mode observation.This work is helpful to upgrade the data quality of CSES and provides technical support for electromagnetic wave propagation studies. | YANG DeHe ZHIMA ZeRen WANG Qiao HUANG JianPing WANG XiuYing ZHANG ZhenXia ZHAO ShuFan GUO Feng CHENG WanLi LU HengXin SHEN XuHui | 2022 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2022,65,12: | 1 |

| 18 | Formation of secondary inorganic aerosol in a frigid urban atmosphere显示文摘Formation of secondary inorganic aerosol(SIA)was investigated during a six-month long heating season in Harbin,China.Enhanced sulfate formation was observed at high relative humidity(RH),with the same threshold RH(80%)for both colder and warmer measurement periods.Compared to wintertime results from Beijing,the threshold RH was considerably higher in Harbin,whereas the RH-dependent enhancement of sulfur oxidation ratio(SOR)was less significant.In addition,the high RH events were rarely encountered,and for other periods,the SOR were typically as low as~0.1.Therefore,the sulfate formation was considered inefficient in this study.After excluding the several cases with high RH,both SOR and the nitrogen oxidation ratio(NOR)exhibited increasing trends as the temperature increased,with the increase of NOR being sharper.The nitrate to sulfate ratio tended to increase with increasing temperature as well.Based on a semi-quantitative approach,this trend was attributed primarily to the temperature-dependent variations of precursors including SO_(2) and NO_(2).The influence of biomass burning emissions on SIA formation was also evident.With stronger impact of biomass burning,an enhancement in NOR was observed whereas SOR was largely unchanged.The different patterns were identified as the dominant driver of the larger nitrate to sulfate ratios measured at higher concentrations of fine particulate matter. | Yuan Cheng Qinqin Yu Jiumeng Liu Youwen Sun Linlin Liang Zhenyu Du Guannan Geng Wanli Ma Hong Qi Qiang Zhang Kebin He | 2022 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2022,16,2: | 0 |
| 19 | Interlayer and intralayer co-modified flexible V_(2)CT_(X) MXene@SWCNT films for high-power Li-ion capacitors显示文摘As an emerging member of the two-dimensional(2D)material family,V_(2)CT_(X)MXene shows great potential in the application of lithium-ion capacitors(LICs)due to its unique structure and excellent electrical conductivity.However,severe nanosheets stacking and intra-layer transport barriers have limited the further development of V_(2)CT_(X)MXene-based materials.Herein,we prepared Kions and–O functional group co-modified V_(2)CT_(X)MXene(VCT-K)and further incorporated it with single-walled carbon nanotube(SWCNT),obtaining freestanding V_(2)CT_(X)composite films(VCT-K@C)with the 3D conductive network.Significantly,K+ions were introduced into V_(2)CT_(X)MXene to stabilize the interlayer structure and prevent the aggregation of nanosheets,the terminal group of–O was controllably modified on the surface of MXene to improve the Li+ions storage reversible capacities and the SWCNT acted as the bridge between MXene nanosheets to opens up the channels for ion/electron transportation in the longitudinal direction.Benefited from the synergistic effect of VCT-K and SWCNT,the VCT-K@C exhibits superior reversible specific capacities of 671.8 mA h g^(-1)at 0.1 A g^(-1)and 318 mA h g^(-1)at 1.0 A g^(-1).Furthermore,the assembled LICs with VCT-K@C anode coupling activated carbon(AC)cathode deliver an outstanding power density of 19.0 kW kg^(-1)at 67.4 Wh kg^(-1),a high energy density of 140.5 Wh kg^(-1)at 94.8 W kg^(-1)and a stable capacitance retention of 86%after 6000 cycles at 10 A g^(-1).Such unique structures and excellent electrochemical properties are expected to pave the way for the large-scale application in LICs of MXene-based materials. | Wanli Wang Min Feng Enze Hu Zhaowei Hu Cheng Fan Huifang Li Peng Wang Xiaojun Wang Zhiming Liu | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,4: | 0 |
