1激光剥蚀信号在线平滑和去汞装置:原位微区铅同位素准确分析利器显示文摘激光原位微区分析可在微观尺度上完成样品的元素定量分析或同位素组成测定,为研究成岩、成矿物质来源和追踪地壳与地幔演化历史提供了独特的观察视野。但是,激光剥蚀等离子体质谱的一些缺陷阻碍了地质样品的高精度、高空间分辨率分析,比如:剥蚀池的位置效应、低剥蚀速率下信号波动影响、激光剥蚀脉动式信号导致的光谱螺纹效应、高频激光剥蚀造成的元素分馏效应等。为此,一些学者设计了不同规格和样式的激光剥蚀信号平滑装置来克服这些问题。但是,这些信号平滑装置普遍还存在气体吹扫时间过长和降低激光剥蚀信号灵敏度等问题。因此,研制新型的信号平滑装置对改善LA—ICP—MS的数据质量具有重要的意义。Hu Z Zhang W Liu Y Gao S Li M Zong K Chen H Hu S 刘勇胜 2015矿物岩石地球化学通报2015,34,4:114

13Status monitoring and health assessment of Luhuitou fringing reef of Sanya, Hainan, China显示文摘The monitoring survey and health assessment for benthic community were carried out in Luhuitou fringing reef of Sanya, Hainan, China in 2002. Monitoring survey included manta tow, line intercept transect, video transect and digital photograph. The mean live coral cover was 23.40%. Comparison of used monitoring methods showed that video transect can replace line intercept transect, and 50 m transect is better than 20 m transect in uneven coral region. Survey data and comparison with previous research work showed that Luhuitou fringing reef has been damaged severely and has a general declining trend with live coral cover from about 85% in the 1960s down to 20% in 2004, but it still has quite high biodiversity and therefore has special protection value. Main factors of Luhuitou fringing reef declining were human activities including reef rock digging and curios collecting, destructive fishing, sediment and pollutant from coastal land, and recent marine aquaculture. 15The crucial roles of Th17-related cytokines/signal pathways in M. tuberculosis infection显示文摘Interleukin-17(IL-17),IL-21,IL-22 and IL-23 can be grouped as T helper 17(Th17)-related cytokines because they are either produced by Th17/Th22 cells or involved in their development.Here,we review Th17-related cytokines/Th17-like cells,networks/signals and their roles in immune responses or immunity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis(Mtb)infection.Published studies suggest that Th17-related cytokine pathways may be manipulated by Mtb microorganisms for their survival benefits in primary tuberculosis(TB).In addition,there is evidence that immune responses of the signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)signal pathway and Th17-like T-cell subsets are dysregulated or destroyed in patients with TB.Furthermore,Mtb infection can impact upstream cytokines in the STAT3 pathway of Th17-like responses.Based on these findings,we discuss the need for future studies and the rationale for targeting Th17-related cytokines/signals as a potential adjunctive treatment.Hongbo Shen Zheng W Chen 2018Cellular & Molecular Immunology2018,15,3:13

19Inhibition of Mcl-1 enhances cell death induced by the Bcl-2-selective inhibitor ABT-199 in acute myeloid leukemia cells显示文摘Acute myeloid leukemia(AML)is a serious disease.The 5-year survival rates remain frustratingly low(65%for children and 26%for adults).Resistance to frontline chemotherapy(usually cytarabine)often develops;therefore a new treatment modality is needed.Bcl-2 family proteins play an important role in balancing cell survival and apoptosis.The antiapoptotic Bcl-2 family proteins have been found to be dysregulated in AML.ABT-199,a BH3 mimetic,was developed to target antiapoptotic protein Bcl-2.Although ABT-199 has demonstrated promising results,resistance occurs.Previous studies in AML show that ABT-199 alone decreases the association of proapoptotic protein Bim with Bcl-2,but this is compensated by increased association of Bim with prosurvival protein Mcl-1,stabilizing Mcl-1,resulting in resistance to ABT-199.In this study,we investigated the antileukemic activity of the Mcl-1-selective inhibitor A-1210477 in combination with ABT-199 in AML cells.We found that A-1210477 synergistically induced apoptosis with ABT-199 in AML cell lines and primary patient samples.The synergistic induction of apoptosis was decreased upon Bak,Bax and Bim knockdown.While A-1210477 treatment alone also increased Mcl-1 protein levels,combination with ABT-199 reduced binding of Bim to Mcl-1.Our results demonstrate that sequestration of Bim by Mcl-1,a mechanism of ABT-199 resistance,can be abrogated by combined treatment with the Mcl-1 inhibitor A-1201477.Daniel A Luedtke Xiaojia Niu Yihang Pan Jianyun Zhao Shuang Liu Holly Edwards Kang Chen Hai Lin Jeffrey W Taub Yubin Ge 2017Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2017,2,1:11
