| 2 | 微型无人机低空变量喷药系统设计与雾滴沉积规律研究显示文摘针对我国施药机械和农药使用技术严重落后带来的农药用量大、资源有效利用率低、农作物产量和品质下降等问题,设计了微型无人机脉宽调制型变量喷药系统,并利用风洞的可控多风速环境,通过荧光粉测试方法对悬停无人机变量喷药的雾滴沉积规律进行了试验研究。变量喷药系统由地面测控单元和机载喷施系统两部分组成,基于Lab Windows/CVI的地面测控软件,采用频率为10 Hz、占空比可调的脉冲信号经无线数传模块远程控制机载喷施系统;机载喷施系统以ARM Cortex-M3系列的STM32F103VC微处理器为核心,接收地面控制信号实时调节电动隔膜泵电动机转速,以改变系统喷雾压力和喷药量,实现变量喷雾调节。悬停风洞试验中,选择了PWM占空比、喷孔直径、电动离心喷头转速等变量,对不同距离和风速条件下雾滴沉积效果进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,风速是影响雾滴沉积效果的最显著因素,雾滴沉积以抛物线形式分布在采集区域,沉积高峰区随风速增加不仅远离喷头,且飘移沉积量逐渐减少;雾滴粒径在风速小于3 m/s时对沉积效果影响不显著,当风速大于3 m/s时,不同粒径的雾滴均发生飘移,飘移沉积量明显减少且沉积范围向远离喷头运动;粒径101.74μm的雾滴更易发生飘移,沉积高峰区集中在距离喷头4 m以外,且飘移沉积量明显低于粒径164.00μm与228.16μm的雾滴。 | 王玲 兰玉彬 WClint Hoffmann Bradley KFritz 陈度 王书茂 | 2016 | 农业机械学报2016,47,1: | 74 |

| 8 | Ferroptosis is essential for diabetic cardiomyopathy and is prevented by sulforaphane via AMPK/NRF2 pathways显示文摘Herein,we define the role of ferroptosis in the pathogenesis of diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM)by examining the expression of key regulators of ferroptosis in mice with DCM and a new ex vivo DCM model.Advanced glycation end-products(AGEs),an important pathogenic factor of DCM,were found to induce ferroptosis in engineered cardiac tissues(ECTs),as reflected through increased levels of Ptgs2 and lipid peroxides and decreased ferritin and SLC7 A11 levels.Typical morphological changes of ferroptosis in cardiomyocytes were observed using transmission electron microscopy.Inhibition of ferroptosis with ferrostatin-1 and deferoxamine prevented AGE-induced ECT remodeling and dysfunction.Ferroptosis was also evidenced in the heart of type 2 diabetic mice with DCM.Inhibition of ferroptosis by liproxstatin-1 prevented the development of diastolic dysfunction at 3 months after the onset of diabetes.Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(NRF2)activated by sulforaphane inhibited cardiac cell ferroptosis in both AGE-treated ECTs and hearts of DCM mice by upregulating ferritin and SLC7 A11 levels.The protective effect of sulforaphane on ferroptosis was AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)-dependent.These findings suggest that ferroptosis plays an essential role in the pathogenesis of DCM;sulforaphane prevents ferroptosis and associated pathogenesis via AMPK-mediated NRF2 activation.This suggests a feasible therapeutic approach with sulforaphane to clinically prevent ferroptosis and DCM. | Xiang Wang Xinxin Chen Wenqian Zhou Hongbo Men Terigen Bao Yike Sun Quanwei Wang Yi Tan Bradley B.Keller Qian Tong Yang Zheng Lu Cai | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,2: | 20 |
| 9 | Endoscopy and polyps-diagnostic and therapeutic advances in management显示文摘Despite multiple efforts aimed at early detection through screening, colon cancer remains the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the United States, with an estimated 51000 deaths during 2013 alone. The goal remains to identify and remove benign neoplastic polyps prior to becoming invasive cancers. Polypoid lesions of the colon vary widely from hyperplastic, hamartomatous and inflammatory to neoplastic adenomatous growths. Although these lesions are all benign, they are common, with up to one-quarter of patients over 60 years old will develop pre-malignant adenomatous polyps. Colonoscopy is the most effective screening tool to detect polyps and colon cancer, although several studies have demonstrated missed polyp rates from 6%-29%, largely due to variations in polyp size. This number can be as high as 40%, even with advanced (> 1 cm) adenomas. Other factors including sub-optimal bowel preparation, experience of the endoscopist, and patient anatomical variations all affect the detection rate. Additional challenges in decision-making exist when dealing with more advanced, and typically larger, polyps that have traditionally required formal resection. | 13 | Disaster preparedness, pediatric considerations in primary blast injury, chemical, and biological terrorism显示文摘Both domestic and foreign terror incidents are an unfortunate outgrowth of our modern times from the Oklahoma City bombings, Sarin gas attacks in Japan, the Madrid train bombing, anthrax spores in the mail, to the World Trade Center on September 11 th, 2001. The modalities used to perpetrate these terrorist acts range from conventional weapons to high explosives, chemical weapons, and biological weapons all of which have been used in the recent past. While these weapons platforms can cause significant injury requiring critical care the mechanism of injury, pathophysiology and treatment of these injuries are unfamiliar to many critical care providers. Additionally the pediatric population is particularly vulnerable to these types of attacks. In the event of a mass casualty incident both adult and pediatric critical care practitioners will likely be called upon to care for children and adults alike. We will review the presentation, pathophysiology, and treatment of victims of blast injury, chemical weapons, and biological weapons. | 14 | The adult human testis transcriptional cell atlas显示文摘Human adult spermatogenesis balances spermatogonial stem cell (SSC) self-renewal and differentiation,alongside complex germ cell-niche interactions,to ensure long-term fertility and faithful genome propagation. Here,we performed single-cell RNA sequencing of -6500 testicular cells from young adults. We found five niche/somatic cell types (Leydig,myoid,Sertoli,endothelial,macrophage),and observed germline-niche interactions and key human-mouse differences. Spermatogenesis,including meiosis,was reconstructed computationally,revealing sequential coding,non-coding,and repeat-element transcriptional signatures. Interestingly,we identified five discrete transcriptional/developmental spermatogonial states,including a novel early SSC state,termed State 0. Epigenetic features and nascent transcription analyses suggested developmental plasticity within spermatogonial States. To understand the or丨gin of State 0,we profiled testicular cells from infants,and identified distinct similarities between adult State 0 and infant SSCs. | 15 | Folic acid supplementation inhibits recurrence of colorectal adenomas:A randomized chemoprevention trial显示文摘AIM: To determine whether folic acid supplementation will reduce the recurrence of colorectal adenomas, the precursors of colorectal cancer, we performed a double-blind placebo-controlled trial in patients with adenomatous polyps. METHODS: In the current double-blind, placebo-controlled trial at this VA Medical Center, patients with colorectal adenomas were randomly assigned to receive either a daily 5 mg dose of folic acid or a matched identical placebo for 3 years. All polyps were removed at baseline colonoscopy and each patient had a follow up colonoscopy at 3 years. The primary endpoint was a reduction in the number of recurrent adenomas at 3 years. RESULTS: Of 137 subjects, who were eligible after confirmation of polyp histology and run-in period to conform compliance, 94 completed the study; 49 in folic acid group and 45 in placebo group. Recurrence of adenomas at 3-year was compared between the two groups. The mean number of recurrent polyps at 3-year was 0.36 (SD, 0.69) for folic acid treated patients compared to 0.82 (SD, 1.17) for placebo treated subjects, resulting in a 3-fold increase in polyp recurrence in the placebo group. Patients below 70 years of age and those with left-sided colonicadenomas or advanced adenomas responded better to folic acid supplementation. Heat input decreased greatly with increased welding speed and it decreased slightly with decreased rotation speed. The orientation relationship between the prior grains was measured based on the reconstructed electron backscattered diffraction(EBSD) data. Weak Variant selection has occurred in all the welds because most of the prior grains did not share {110} poles.
