| 1 | Biomass-derived porous carbon highly efficient for removal of Pb(Ⅱ) and Cd(Ⅱ)显示文摘The utilization of abundant and renewable biomass to fabricate advanced functional materials is considered a promising route for environmental applications.Herein,Lignin-based porous carbon with layered graphene-like structure(LPC)is successfully synthesized and applied to efficiently remove Pb(Ⅱ)and Cd(Ⅱ).The as-synthesized LPC materials are systematically characterized and these results show that LPC has a porous graphene-like structure,facilitating the diffusion and immobilization of heavy metal ions.The influence of different reaction parameters(solution pH,initial concentration of metal ions,contact time and adsorbent amount)on the adsorption performance is investigated in details.The results demonstrate that LPC can achieve superior adsorption capacities of 250.5 mg·g^-1 for Pb(Ⅱ)and 126.4 mg·g^-1 for Cd(Ⅱ),which are far superior to the previously reported adsorbents.Pseudo-second order kinetics model and Freundlich isotherm model describe the adsorption process well.Furthermore,the exhausted LPC can be regenerated easily and exhibits the removal efficiency of 96%and 92%for Pb(Ⅱ)and Cd(Ⅱ)after five continuous runs,respectively.This study shows a sustainable strategy for the design of porous carbon material from na?ve biomass and highlights the great potential in wastewater treatment. | Anqi Wang Zhikeng Zheng Ruiqi Li Di Hu Yiran Lu Huixia Luo Kai Yan | 2019 | Green Energy & Environment2019,4,4: | 10 |

| 3 | Macrophage-derived small extracellular vesicles promote biomimetic mineralized collagen-mediated endogenous bone regeneration显示文摘Macrophages play an important role in material-related immune responses and bone formation,but the functionality of macrophage-derived extracellular vesicles(EVs)in material-mediated bone regeneration is still unclear.Here,we evaluated intracellular communication through small extracellular vesicles(sEVs)and its effects on endogenous bone regeneration mediated by biomimetic intrafibrillarly mineralized collagen(IMC).After implantation in the bone defect area,IMC generated more neobone and recruited more mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)than did extrafibrillarly mineralized collagen(EMC).More CD63+CD90+and CD63+CD163+cells were detected in the defect area in the IMC group than in the EMC group.To determine the functional roles of sEVs,extracellular vesicles from macrophages cultured on different mineralized collagen were isolated,and they showed no morphological differences.However,macrophage-derived sEVs in the IMC group showed an enhanced Young’s modulus and exerted beneficial effects on the osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow MSCs by increasing the expression of the osteoblastic differentiation markers BMP2,BGLAP,COL1,and OSX and calcium nodule formation.Mechanistically,sEVs from IMC-treated macrophages facilitated MSC osteogenesis through the BMP2/Smad5 pathway,and blocking sEV secretion with GW4869 significantly impaired MSC proliferative,immunomodulative and osteogenic potential.Taken together,these findings show that macrophage-derived sEVs may serve as an emerging functional tool in biomaterial-mediated endogenous bone regeneration. | Anqi Liu Shanshan Jin Cuicui Fu Shengji Cui Ting Zhang Lisha Zhu Yu Wang Steve G.F.Shen Nan Jiang Yan Liu | 2020 | International Journal of Oral Science2020,12,4: | 5 |
| 4 | Impact of damping on high speed 850 nm VCSEL performance显示文摘High speed VCSELs are important optical devices in short-reach optical communication links and interconnects because of their low cost and high modulation speeds. In this paper, the impact of damping on the their static and dynamic characteristics is analyzed and demonstrated. Through the shallow corrosion of the top layer DBR, the VCSELs with different damping is designed and fabricated. With the increase of the surface etch depth from 0 to ~55 nm for 9 μm oxide-aperture VCSEL, the K factor related with the damping is reduced from0.31 to 0.23 ns^(-1). When the etch depth of the VCSEL with 9 μm oxide-aperture is decreased to ~25 nm,output power is increased from 4.03 to 4.70 mW and small signal modulation bandwidth is also increased from15.46 to 16.37 GHz. | 9 | Highly Flexible and Broad‑Range Mechanically Tunable All‑Wood Hydrogels with Nanoscale Channels via the Hofmeister Effect for Human Motion Monitoring显示文摘Wood-based hydrogel with a unique anisotropic structure is an attractive soft material,but the presence of rigid crystalline cellulose in natural wood makes the hydrogel less flexible.In this study,an all-wood hydrogel was constructed by cross-linking cellulose fibers,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)chains,and lignin molecules through the Hofmeister effect.The all-wood hydrogel shows a high tensile strength of 36.5 MPa and a strain up to~438%in the longitudinal direction,which is much higher than its tensile strength(~2.6 MPa)and strain(~198%)in the radial direction,respectively.The high mechanical strength of all-wood hydrogels is mainly attributed to the strong hydrogen bonding,physical entanglement,and van der Waals forces between lignin molecules,cellulose nanofibers,and PVA chains.Thanks to its excellent flexibility,good conductivity,and sensitivity,the all-wood hydrogel can accurately distinguish diverse macroscale or subtle human movements,including finger flexion,pulse,and swallowing behavior.In particular,when“An Qi”was called four times within 15 s,two variations of the pronunciation could be identified.With recyclable,biodegradable,and adjustable mechanical properties,the all-wood hydrogel is a multifunctional soft material with promising applications,such as human motion monitoring,tissue engineering,and robotics materials. | Guihua Yan Shuaiming He Gaofeng Chen Sen Ma Anqi Zeng Binglin Chen Shuliang Yang Xing Tang Yong Sun Feng Xu Lu Lin Xianhai Zeng | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,5: | 0 |

| 11 | Self-templating synthesis of biomass-based porous carbon nanotubes for energy storage and catalytic degradation applications显示文摘Dwindling energy sources and a worsening environment are huge global problems,and biomass wastes are an under-exploited source of material for both energy and material generation.Herein,self-template decoction dregs of Ganoderma lucidum-derived porous carbon nanotubes(ST-DDLGCs)were synthesized via a facile and scalable strategy in response to these challenges.ST-DDLGCs exhibited a large surface area(1731.51 m^(2)g^(-1))and high pore volume(0.76 cm^(3)g^(-1)),due to the interlacing tubular structures of precursors and extra-hierarchical porous structures on tube walls.In the ST-DDLGC/PMS system,the degradation efficiency of capecitabine(CAP)reached~97.3%within 120 min.Moreover,ST-DDLGCs displayed high catalytic activity over a wide pH range of 3–9,and strong anti-interference to these typical and ubiquitous anions in wastewater and natural water bodies(i.e.,H_(2)PO_(4)^(-),NO_(3)^(-),Cl^(-) and HCO_(3)^(-)),in which a ^(1)O_(2)-dominated oxidation was identified and non-radical mechanisms were deduced.Additionally,ST-DDLGC-based coin-type symmetrical supercapacitors exhibited outstanding electrochemical performance,with specific capacitances of up to 328.1 F g^(-1)at 0.5 A g^(-1),and cycling stability of up to 98.6%after 10,000 cycles at a current density of 2 A g^(-1).The superior properties of ST-DDLGCs could be attributed to the unique porous tubular structure,which facilitated mass transfer and presented numerous active sites.The results highlight ST-DDLGCs as a potential candidate for constructing inexpensive and advanced environmentally functional materials and energy storage devices. | Manman Xu Shiqi Fu Yukai Wen Wei Li Qiongfang Zhuo Haida Zhu Zhikeng Zheng Yuwen Chen Anqi Wang Kai Yan | 2024 | Green Energy & Environment2024,9,3: | 0 |

| 13 | Wet nitrogen oxidation technology and its anisotropy influence on VCSELs显示文摘Vertical cavity surface emitting lasers(VCSELs) are widely used in optical communications and optical interconnects due to their advantages of low threshold, low power consumption and so on. Wet nitrogen oxidation technology, which utilizes H20 molecules to oxidize the Al_(0.98)Ga_(0.02)As, is used for electrical and optical mode confinement. In this paper, the effects of oxidation time, oxidation temperature and oxidation anisotropy on the oxidation rate are explored and demonstrated. The ratio of oxidation rate on [0-11] to [011] crystal orientation is defined as oxidation anisotropy coefficient, which decreases with the increase of oxidation temperature and oxidation time. In order to analyze the effect of the oxidation anisotropy on the VCSEL performance, an oxide-aperture of the VCSELs with two difference shapes is designed and then fabricated. The static performance of these fabricated VCSELs has been measured,whose threshold current ratio ~0.714 is a good agreement with that of the theoretical calculation value ~0.785. | 14 | Petrogenesis of early Paleozoic granitoids in the North Qinling Orogen,Central China:Implications for crustal evolution in an accretionary orogen显示文摘Accretionary orogens are sites of extensive continental crustal growth and modification.The mechanism by which mafic crust is transformed into silicic melts(i.e.,maturation of continental crust)is important for understanding the formation of the continental crust.The North Qinling Orogen(NQO)is a composite orogenic belt and contains an early Paleozoic accretion-dominated orogenic system,which is ideal for investigating continental crustal maturation.We obtained zircon and monazite U–Pb age and O isotope data,zircon Lu–Hf isotope data,and whole-rock major-and trace-element and Sr–Nd isotope data for early Paleozoic granitoids of the NQO.The granitoids are divided into three groups.Group 1 includes the Taiping tonalite(445±3 Ma),the Manziying syenogranite(445±2 Ma),and the Huoshenmiao granodiorite(436±2 Ma).The Taiping and Huoshenmiao plutons have relatively high SiO_(2)contents(68.64–71.67 wt.%)and Na_(2)O/K_(2)O ratios(1.15–4.19),with enrichments in Rb,Ba,Th,and U and depletions in Nb,Ta,P,and Ti,and they are geochemically similar to sodic arc magmas.The Manziying syenogranite is a peraluminous potassic granite with high K_(2)O contents(4.59–5.27 wt.%).Grantioids from Group 1 have similarly depleted Sr–Nd–Hf–O isotopic features(eHf[t]=+5.9 to+8.8;δ^(18)O=3.98‰–5.41‰),indicative of derivation via partial melting of oceanic arc crust,which suggests that partial melting of oceanic arc crust in a subduction system contributes to the generation of continental crust and causes its maturation.Group 2 consists of the Wuduoshan monzogranite(418±2 Ma)and the Sikeshu granodiorite(423±3 Ma).These plutons have relatively high SiO_(2)(65.59–72.06 wt.%),K_(2)O(3.26–4.79 wt.%),and Al2O3(14.65–16.12 wt.%)contents and Sr/Y(33–87)and(La/Yb)N(23–48)ratios.The Wuduoshan monzogranite has positive zircon eHf(t)(+0.4 to+3.1)and uniformδ^(18)O(6.38‰–8.07‰)values,but the Sikeshu granodiorite has more variable isotopic compositions(eHf[t]=-1.9 to+5.0;δ^(18)O=6.37‰–10.60‰).The Wuduoshan monzogranite and Sikeshu granodiorite have similar whole-rock Sr–Nd isotopic compositions to basement rocks of the NQO.These features indicate that the two plutons formed by partial melting of basement rocks(i.e.,subducted into the lower crust)of the North Qinling unit,along with juvenile crustal material.Group 3 is represented by the Xiaguan monzogranite,which formed at 434–430 Ma,and can be subdivided into heavy rare earth element(REE)-depleted and-enriched units.The former has high Sr/Y(56–98)and(La/Yb)_(N)(34–73)ratios and low MgO(0.13–0.24 wt.%),Cr(0.37–1.69 ppm),and Ni(0.32–1.09 ppm)contents,similar to adakites derived from metabasaltic sources.The heavy REE-enriched nature of the Xiaguan monzogranite may reflect modification of its source by melt or fluid.Our results show that partial melting of enriched oceanic arc crust contributed to crustal maturation in an accretionary orogen.The addition of evolved crustal material also facilitated this process;therefore,the basement rocks and crustal thickness should be considered when assessing crustal dynamics in an accretionary orogen. | Leran Hao Debin Yang Anqi Wang Yikang Quan Xiangyu Yan Shuo Wang | 2024 | Geoscience Frontiers2024,15,2: | 0 |

| 16 | Effect of High-temperature Annealing on Mechanical Performance and Microstructures of Different Oxygen SiC Fibers显示文摘In order to explore the effect of high-temperature annealing on the mechanical performances and microstructures of different oxygen SiC fibers, two types of silicon carbide(SiC)-based fibers, specified as XD-SiC fibers(low oxygen) and Nicalon-201 fibers(high oxygen), were annealed in Ar for 1 h at 800 ℃, 1 000 and 1 200 ℃, respectively. Mechanical properties of these fibers were characterized via a monofilament tensile method, with observation of the damaged monofilament by SEM. Also, the effects of annealing on the microstructure and chemical compositions of the fibers were studied. The experimental results indicated that the tensile strength decreased with the increase of annealing temperatures,after annealing-treatment at 1200℃, XD-SiC fibers remained 84% of its original strength, while Nicalon-201 fibers remained only 58% of its original strength. Crystallization and chemical composition of the fibers are the dominating factors for their mechanical performance at high temperatures.
