A data-driven health indicator extraction method for aircraft air conditioning system health monitoring显示文摘Prognostics and Health Management(PHM) has become a very important tool in modern commercial aircraft. Considering limited built-in sensing devices on the legacy aircraft model, one of the challenges for airborne system health monitoring is to find an appropriate health indicator that is highly related to the actual degradation state of the system. This paper proposed a novel health indicator extraction method based on the available sensor parameters for the health monitoring of Air Conditioning System(ACS) of a legacy commercial aircraft model. Firstly, a specific Airplane Condition Monitoring System(ACMS) report for ACS health monitoring is defined. Then a non-parametric modeling technique is adopted to calculate the health indicator based on the raw ACMS report data. The proposed method is validated on a single-aisle commercial aircraft widely used for short and medium-haul routes, using more than 6000 ACMS reports collected from a fleet of aircraft during one year. The case study result shows that the proposed health indicator can effectively characterize the degradation state of the ACS, which can provide valuable information for proactive maintenance plan in advance.Jianzhong SUN Chaoyi LI Cui LIU Ziwei GONG Ronghui WANG 2019Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2019,32,2:14
Post-marketing safety surveillance and reevaluation of Motherwort injection:A clinical study of 10094 cases显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the safety profiles of Motherwort injection(MI).METHODS:A multi-center,prospective and drugderived hospital intensive monitoring method was conducted to assess the safety of MI in real world applications. This study was based on a very large population after the injection was approved and marketed in China. All patients using the injection in participating hospitals were monitored to determine the incidence, pattern, severity and outcome of associated adverse events.RESULTS:The post-marketing surveillance was performed in 10 094 female patients from April to December,2015.The incidence of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) was 0.79‰(8/10 094).Among the 8 patients, the reported adverse events mainly included systemic abnormalities, such as fever, chills and eyelid edema;skin and appendages disorders, such as pruritus and rash;gastrointestinal disorders, such as nausea, abdominal distension and pain;heart rate and rhythm disorders, such as palpitation and increased heart rate. All of these ADRs were mild in severity.CONCLUSION:In this study the ADRs incidence rate of MI is very low, which supports that it is generally safe for use in obstetric and gynecological diseases. However, the total number of 8 ADRs recorded over a relatively short time span seems limited, and the low number of reports could not represent an absolute guarantee of safety.Cao Shan Zhang Wenhao Zhao Ziwei Heng Mingli Bu Huaien Wang Hongwu Liu Xinghui Wang Zhong Cai Yan Ma Yuyan Cui Shihong Deng Jihong Ding Guifeng Ding Yajuan Dong Linhong Duan Zhentao Fan Ling Fan Yang Fu Fen He Jing Ji Shuying Jin Lin Li Hong Li Hongying Liao Tao Lu Wei Luo Xiucui Lü Zhihui Ma Fengchun Ma Dafeng Shi Tianyun Sun Juying Sun Xiaotong Teng Hong Wang Jinhua Wang Ruihua Wang Ying Wang Zhengling Xi Jie Xu Minjuan Xu Zhihong Yan Qian Yang Cuirong Yang Yimei Yin Jie Yu Jinhua Yuan Wenjun Zhang Guanli Zhang Meihua Zhao Renfeng Zhong Yonghong Zhou Jian 2018Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2018,38,4:4
Restored intestinal integrity, nutrients transporters, energy metabolism, antioxidative capacity and decreased harmful microbiota were associated with IUGR piglet's catch-up growth before weanling显示文摘Background:Intrauterine growth restriction(IUGR)is a major inducer of higher morbidity and mortality in the pig industry and catch-up growth(CUG)before weanling could significantly restore this negative influence. But there was limited knowledge about the underlying mechanism of CUG occurrence. Methods:Eighty litters of newborn piglets were divided into normal birth weight(NBW)and IUGR groups according to birth weight. At 26 d,those piglets with IUGR but over average body weight of eighty litters of weaned piglets were considered as CUG,and the piglets with IUGR still below average body weight were considered as NCUG.This study was conducted to systemically compare the intestinal difference among NBW,CUG and NCUG weaned piglets considering the crucial role of the intestine for piglet growth. Results:The results indicated that the m RNA expression of nutrients(amino acids, glucose, and fatty acids)transporters, and mitochondrial electron transport chain(ETC)I were upregulated in CUG piglets'gut with improved morphology compared with those NCUG,as well as the ratio of P-AMPK/AMPK protein expression which is the indicator of energy metabolism.Meanwhile,CUG piglet's gut showed higher antioxidative capacity with increased SOD and GSHPx activity, decreased MDA levels,as well as higher m RNA expressions of Nrf2,Keap1,SOD,and GSH-Px.Furthermore,inflammatory parameters including TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6,and IL-12 factors, and the activation of MAPK and NF-κB signaling pathways were significantly elevated in the NCUG intestine, while the protein expression of ZO-1,Occludin and Claudin-1 was reduced. The alpha diversity of fecal microbiota was higher in CUG piglets in contrast with NCUG piglets, and the increased beneficial bacteria and decreased pathogenic bacteria was also observed in CUG piglets. Conclusions:CUG piglet's intestine showed comprehensive restoration including higher nutrients transport, energy metabolism, antioxidant capacity, and intestinal physical barrier, while lower oxidative stress, inflammatory response, and pathogenic microbiota.Chang Cui Caichi Wu Jun Wang Ziwei Ma Xiaoyu Zheng Pengwei Zhu Nuan Wang Yuhua Zhu Wutai Guan Fang Chen 2023Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,1:1
Exosomes in cancer immunoediting and immunotherapy显示文摘As an important means of communication among cells, exosomes are being studied more and more widely, especially in the context of cancer immunotherapy. In the phase of tumor immunoediting, exosomes derived from tumor cells and different immune cells have complex and changeable physiological functions, because they carry different proteins and nucleic acid from the source cells.Based on the role of exosomes in the communication between different cells, cancer treatment methods are also under continuous research. This review briefly introduces the molecular composition of exosomes, which is closely related to their secretion mechanism.Subsequently, the role of exosomes encapsulating different information molecules is summarized. The role of exosomes in the three phases of tumor immunoediting is introduced in detail, and the relevant literature of exosomes in the tumor immunemicroenvironment is summarized by using a novel framework for extracting relevant documents. Finally,it summarizes the various exosome-based immunotherapies currently proposed,as well as the challenges and future prospects of exosomes in tumor immunotherapy.Yarong Zhao Luotong Liu Rongze Sun Guilin Cui Shuyu Guo Songren Han Ziwei Li Tian Bai Lesheng Teng 2022Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2022,17,2:1
Shipborne oceanic high-spectral-resolution lidar for accurate estimation of seawater depth-resolved optical properties显示文摘Lidar techniques present a distinctive ability to resolve vertical structure of optical properties within the upper water column at both day-and night-time.However,accuracy challenges remain for existing lidar instruments due to the ill-posed nature of elastic backscatter lidar retrievals and multiple scattering. Here we demonstrate the high performance of,to the best of our knowledge, the first shipborne oceanic high-spectral-resolution lidar(HSRL)and illustrate a multiple scattering correction algorithm to rigorously address the above challenges in estimating the depth-resolved diffuse attenuation coefficient Kd and the particulate backscattering coefficient bbp at 532 nm.HSRL data were collected during day-and night-time within the coastal areas of East China Sea and South China Sea,which are connected by the Taiwan Strait. Results include vertical profiles from open ocean waters to moderate turbid waters and first lidar continuous observation of diel vertical distribution of thin layers at a fixed station. The root-mean-square relative differences between the HSRL and coincident in situ measurements are 5.6%and 9.1%for Kd and bbp, respectively, corresponding to an improvement of 2.7-13.5 and 4.9-44.1 times, respectively, with respect to elastic backscatter lidar methods.Shipborne oceanic HSRLs with high performance are expected to be of paramount importance for the construction of 3D map of ocean ecosystem.Yudi Zhou Yang Chen Hongkai Zhao Cedric Jamet Davide Dionisi Malik Chami Paolo Di Grolamo James H.Churnside Aleksey Malinka Huade Zhao Dajun Qiu Tingwei Cui Qun Liu Yatong Chen Sornsiri Phongphattarawat Nanchao Wang Sijie Chen Peng Chen Ziwei Yao Chengfeng Le Yuting Tao Peituo Xu Xiaobin Wang Binyu Wang Feitong Chen Chuang Ye Kai Zhang Chong Liu Dong Liu 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,10:0
Flexible, durable, and anti-fouling nanocellulose-based membrane functionalized by block copolymer with ultra-high flux and efficiency for oil-in-water emulsions separation显示文摘The clearwater obtained from stabilized oily wastewater has become a worldwide challenge.Nowdays, the area of oil/water emulsion separation materials have accomplished great progress, but still faces the enormous problems of low flux, poor stability, and pollution resistance.Nanocelluloses(cellulose nanocrystals(CNC))with the advantages of hydrophilicity, ecofriendliness, and regeneration are ideal materials for the construction of separation membranes. In this paper,a flexible, antifouling, and durable nanocellulose-based membrane functionalized by block copolymer(poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)-b-poly(N,Ndimethylaminoethyl methacrylate))is prepared via chemical modification and self-assembly,showing high separation efficiency(above 99.6%)for stabilized oil-in-water emulsions, excellent anti-fouling and cycling stability,high-temperature resistance, and acid and alkali resistance.More importantly, the composite membrane has ultra-high flux in separating oil-in-water emulsions(29,003 L·m^(−2)·h^(−1)·bar^(−1))and oil/water mixture(51,444 L·m^(−2)·h^(−1)·bar^(−1)),which ensures high separation efficiency. With its durability, easy scale-up,and green regeneration,we envision this biomass-derived membrane will be an alternative to the existing commercial filter membrane in environmental remediation.Jianfei Wu Yuxuan Su Ziwei Cui Yang Yu Jiafu Qu Jundie Hu Yahui Cai Jianzhang Li Dan Tian Qichun Zhang 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:0
Adsorption Site Regulations of[W–O]‑Doped CoP Boosting the Hydrazine Oxidation‑Coupled Hydrogen Evolution at Elevated Current Density显示文摘Hydrazine oxidation reaction(HzOR)assisted hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)offers a feasible path for low power consumption to hydrogen production.Unfortunately however, the total electrooxidation of hydrazine in anode and the dissociation kinetics of water in cathode are critically depend on the interaction between the reaction intermediates and surface of catalysts, which are still challenging due to the totally different catalytic mechanisms.Herein, the[W–O]group with strong adsorption capacity is introduced into CoP nanoflakes to fabricate bifunctional catalyst, which possesses excellent catalytic performances towards both HER(185.60 mV at 1000 mA cm^(−2))and HzOR(78.99 mV at 10,00 mA cm^(−2))with the overall electrolyzer potential of 1.634 V lower than that of the water splitting system at 100 mA cm^(−2).The introduction of[W–O]groups, working as the adsorption sites for H2O dissociation and N2H4 dehydrogenation, leads to the formation of porous structure on CoP nanoflakes and regulates the electronic structure of Co through the linked O in[W–O]group as well, resultantly boosting the hydrogen production and HzOR.Moreover,a proof-of-concept direct hydrazine fuel cell-powered H_(2) production system has been assembled, realizing H_(2)evolution at a rate of 3.53 mmol cm^(−2)h^(−1)at room temperature without external electricity supply.Ge Meng Ziwei Chang Libo Zhu Chang Chen Yafeng Chen Han Tian Wenshu Luo Wenping Sun Xiangzhi Cui Jianlin Shi 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,11:0
Dietary supplementation of benzoic acid and essential oils combination enhances intestinal resilience against LPS stimulation in weaned piglets显示文摘Background The benefits of combining benzoic acid and essential oils(BAO)to mitigate intestinal impairment during the weaning process have been well established, while the detailed underlying mechanism has not been fully elucidated.Previous research has primarily focused on the reparative effects of BAO on intestinal injury, while neglecting its potential in enhancing intestinal stress resistance. Methods In this study,we investigated the pre-protective effect of BAO against LPS-induced stress using a modified experimental procedure.Piglets were pre-supplemented with BAO for 14 d,followed by a challenge with LPS or saline to collect blood and intestinal samples. Results Our findings demonstrated that BAO supplementation led to significant improvements in piglets’final weight, average daily gain, and feed intake/body gain ratio.Additionally,BAO supplementation positively influenced the composition of intestinal microbiota, increasing beneficial Actinobacteriota and Alloprevotella while reducing harmful Desulfobacterota,Prevotella and Oscillospira.Furthermore,BAO supplementation effectively mitigated oxidative disturbances and inflammatory responses induced by acute LPS challenge. This was evidenced by elevated levels of T-AOC,SOD,and GSH,as well as decreased levels of MDA,TNF-α,and IL-6 in the plasma. Moreover, piglets subjected to LPS challenge and pre-supplemented with BAO exhibited significant improvements in intestinal morphological structure and enhanced integrity,as indicated by restored expression levels of Occludin and Claudin-1 compared to the non-supplemented counterparts.Further analysis revealed that BAO supplementation enhanced the jejunal antioxidative capacity by increasing GSH-Px levels and decreasing MDA levels under the LPS challenge and stimulated the activation of the Nrf2 signaling pathway.Additionally, the reduction of TLR4/NF-κB/MAPK signaling pathways activation and proinflammatory factor were also observed in the jejunal of those piglets fed with BAO.Conclusions In summary, our study demonstrates that pre-supplementation of BAO enhances the anti-stress capacity of weaned piglets by improving intestinal microbiota composition, reinforcing the intestinal barrier, and enhancing antioxidative and anti-inflammatory capabilities. These effects are closely associated with the activation of Nrf2 and TLR4/NF-κB/MAPK signaling pathways.Chang Cui Yulong Wei Yibo Wang Wen Ma Xiaoyu Zheng Jun Wang Ziwei Ma Caichi Wu Licui Chu Shihai Zhang Wutai Guan Fang Chen 2024Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2024,15,2:0
