| 1 | Novel wavelet neural network algorithm for continuous and noninvasive dynamic estimation of blood pressure from photoplethysmography显示文摘This paper proposes a novel wavelet neural network algorithm for the continuous and noninvasive dynamic estimation of blood pressure(BP). Unlike prior algorithms, the proposed algorithm capitalizes on the correlation between photoplethysmography(PPG) and BP. Complete BP waveforms are reconstructed based on PPG signals to extract systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP). To improve the robustness, Daubechies wavelet is implemented as the hidden layer node function for the neural network. An optimized neural network structure is proposed to reduce the computational complexity. Further, this paper investigates an inhomogeneous resilient backpropagation(IRBP) algorithm to calculate the weight of hidden layer nodes. The IRBP improves the convergence speed and reconstruction accuracy. Multiparameter intelligent monitoring in Intensive Care(MIMIC) databases, which contain a variety of physiological parameters captured from patient monitors, are used to validate this algorithm. The standard deviation σ between reconstructed and actual BP signals is 4.4797 mm Hg, which satisfies the American National Standards of the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation. | 3 | Screening,identification and antagonistic effect of antagonistic bacteria JTFM1001 against aflatoxin contamination in corn显示文摘Aflatoxin is a strong carcinogenic and toxic fungal toxin produced by Aspergillus flavus and other Aspergillus species,and can seriously threaten the health of consumers,thus becoming a global concern.Corn,as an important oil and economic crop,is highly susceptible contaminated by aflatoxin.In this study,antagonistic bacteria with strong inhibitory effect on aflatoxin were screened to provide support for the treatment aflatoxin contamination control in corn.Ten strains which have strong antagonistic effects against A.flavus were isolated from healthy corn from different corn producing areas in China.Among them,the antagonistic bacteria JTFM1001 through corn kernels in vivo and field experiment,the inhibition effect of aflatoxin contamination reached above 70%and 55%,respectively.And the strain was identified as Bacillus subtilis based on its morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rDNA.In addition,our data showed that it can colonize in the rhizosphere and survive for a long time,forming the dominant flora,with broad application prospect.Finally,we were surprised to find that the antibacterial metabolites secreted by the antagonistic bacteria was one of the mechanisms of its inhibition of A.flavus and aflatoxin.This will provide us with new ideas and perspectives on the effective prevention and control of aflatoxin contamination in corn and corn oil. | Jing Zhang Yu Wang Zhaolin Du Dasong Lin Lili Huo Li Qin Wei Wang Liwen Qiang Yanpo Yao Yi An | 2021 | Oil Crop Science2021,6,1: | 2 |
| 4 | General Growth of Carbon Nanotubes for Cerium Redox Reactions in High-Efficiency Redox Flow Batteries显示文摘Carbon nanotubes(CNTs)possess remarkable mechanical,electrical,thermal,and optical properties that predestine them for numerous potential applications.The conventional chemical vapor deposition(CVD)route for the production of CNTs,however,suffers from costly and complex issues.Herein,we demonstrate a general and high-yield strategy to grow nitrogendoped CNTs(NCNTs)on three-dimensional(3D)graphite felt(GF)substrates,through a direct thermal pyrolysis process simply using a common tube furnace,instead of the costly and complex CVD method.Specifically,the NCNTs-decorated GF(NCNT-GF)electrode possesses enhanced electrocatalytic performance towards cerium redox reactions,mainly due to the catalytic effect of N atoms doped into NCNTs,and ingenious and hierarchical 3D architecture of the NCNT-GF.As a result,the cell with the NCNT-GF serving as a positive electrode shows the improved energy efficiency with increases of about 53.4%and 43.8%over the pristine GF and the acidly treated GF at a high charge/discharge rate of 30 mA cm^(-2),respectively.Moreover,the as-prepared NCNT catalyst-enhanced electrode is found to be highly robust and should enable a long-term cycle without detectable efficiency loss after 500 cycles.The viable synthetic strategy reported in this study will contribute to the further development of more active heteroatom-doped CNTs for redox flow batteries. | Zhaolin Na Ruifang Yao Qing Yan Xudong Sun Gang Huang | 2019 | Research2019,,1: | 1 |

| 10 | High precision intelligent flexible grasping front-end with CMOS interface for robots application显示文摘This paper presents a high-precision intelligent flexible robot grasping front-end with an integrated capacitive tactile sensor array and a conditioning chip. The capacitive tactile sensor is the primary part of the front-end, it determines the overall performance. The micro-needle array sandwich structure in the tactile sensor increases the repeatability and stability, and ensures the sensitivity. The assembled sensor exhibits a saturation at 10.53 N(421 k Pa) with a sensitivity of 1.9%/k Pa. Furthermore, a conditioning chip is utilized in a custom readout interface to achieve better performance by reducing signal attenuation, and to increase the compatibility of the front-end. The chip is optimized for the parasitic shunt capacitance in the capacitor array. A dual bidirectional charge-discharge conversion method and a two-port detection method are matched to achieve the goal of reducing the shunting influence, and attenuating the offset voltage or the noise input effects. A prototype of the interface has been fabricated using 180-nm CMOS technology.
