| 4 | Geological Characteristics and Ore-forming Time of the Dexing Porphyry Copper Ore Mine in Jiangxi Province显示文摘The Dexing porphyry copper ore mine is located in the Qin-Hang metallogenic belt between the Yangtze block and the Cathaysia block. It is a giant porphyry copper mine in China, including 3 ore districts: Tongchang, Fujiawu and Zhushahong. Our analyses of Re in molybdenite indicate that the ore-forming material of the copper ore deposits in Dexing should be mainly mantle-derived. Our study fills in a gap in the study of formation time of the Dexing copper mine, and further proves that the copper ore deposits in the three ore districts should be formed simultaneously, about 170 Ma, belonging to the early Yanshan period, and that the formation time of the copper ore deposits should be consistent with the formation time of granodiorite porphyry in which the copper ore deposits are hosted. Immunogold particles in large numbers were detected in various parts of the viruliferous females: the ovum, surface of chorion, the mid-gut lumen, and the columnar cells. Whereas there was noneof these particles in the non-viruliferous females and males, and testis of viruliferous males. Endosymbionts (mycetocytes) were abundant, harboring ovaries of both viruliferous and non-viruliferous females, but none in the testis of males. The results provided us with the direct proof that RSV is a ciruculative and propagative plant virus and it was transovarially transmitted alongside with endosymbionts of its vector. | 9 | Computer navigation-assisted minimally invasive percutaneous screw placement for pelvic fractures显示文摘Pelvic fractures are often caused by high-energy injuries and accompanied by hemodynamic instability.Traditional open surgery has a large amount of bleeding,which is not suitable for patients with acute pelvic fracture.Navigationguided,percutaneous puncture-screw implantation has gradually become a preferred procedure due to its advantages,which include less trauma,faster recovery times,and less bleeding.However,due to the complexity of pelvic anatomy,doctors often encounter some problems when using navigation to treat pelvic fractures.This article reviews the indications,contraindications,surgical procedures,and related complications of this procedure for the treatment of sacral fractures,sacroiliac joint injuries,pelvic ring injuries,and acetabular fractures.We also analyze the causes of inaccurate screw placement.Percutaneous screw placement under navigational guidance has the advantages of high accuracy,low incidence of complications and small soft-tissue damage,minimal blood loss,short hospital stays,and quick recovery.There is no difference in the incidence of complications between surgeries performed by new doctors and experienced ones.However,computer navigation technology requires extensive training,and attention should be given to avoid complications such as screw misplacement,intestinal injury,and serious blood vessel and nerve injuries caused by navigational drift. | Tong Yu Xue-Liang Cheng Yang Qu Rong-Peng Dong Ming-Yang Kang Jian-Wu Zhao | 2020 | World Journal of Clinical Cases2020，8，12： | 18 |

| 12 | Discovery and preliminary study of the high tungsten and lithium contents in the Dazhuyuan bauxite deposit, Guizhou, China显示文摘Bauxite in China remains an urgently needed resource largely dependent on imports. Based on the study of the newly-discovered Dazhuyuan bauxite deposit in northeastern Guizhou, we have found new enrichment of tungsten and lithium in bauxite, with the highest WO 3 content up to 0.33% and the highest Li 2 O content up to 0.58%. The present paper reports the initial result, and the spatial distribution feature of W and Li in the ore body (with Li enriched mostly in the north part of the west limb of the Liyuan syncline, whereas W enriched mostly in the central part of the east limb). | 14 | Prognostic significance of preoperative fibrinogen in patients with colon cancer显示文摘AIM:To investigate the prognostic significance of preoperative fibrinogen levels in colon cancer patients.METHODS:A total of 255 colon cancer patients treated at the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June 1st 2005 to June 1st 2008 were enrolled in the study.All patients received radical surgery as their primary treatment method.Preoperative fibrinogen was detected by the Clauss method,and all patients were followed up after surgery.Preoperative fibrinogen measurements were correlated with a number of clinicopathological parameters using the Student t test and analysis of variance.Survival analyses were performed by the Kaplan-Meier method and Cox regression modeling to measure 5-year disease-free survival(DFS)and overall survival(OS).RESULTS:The mean preoperative fibrinogen concentration of all colon cancer patients was 3.17±0.88 g/L.Statistically significant differences were found between preoperative fibrinogen levels and the clinicopathological parameters of age,smoking status,tumor size,tumor location,tumor-node-metastasis(TNM)stage,modified Glasgow prognostic scores(mGPS),white blood cell(WBC)count,neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet-lymphocyte ratio(PLR),and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)levels.Univariate survival analysis showed that TNM stage,tumor cell differentiation grade,vascular invasion,mGPS score,preoperative fibrinogen,WBC,NLR,PLR and CEA all correlated with both OS and DFS.Alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)and body mass index correlated only with OS.Kaplan-Meier analysis revealed that both OS and DFS of the total cohort,as well as of the stageⅡandⅢpatients,were higher in the hypofibrinogen group compared to the hyperfibrinogen group(all P<0.05).In contrast,there was no significant difference between OS and DFS in stageⅠpatients with low or high fibrinogen levels.Cox regression analysis indicated preoperative fibrinogen levels,TNM stage,mGPS score,CEA,and AFP levels correlated with both OS and DFS.CONCLUSION:Preoperative fibrinogen levels can serve as an independent prognostic marker to evaluate patient response to colon cancer treatment. | Zhen-Qiang Sun Xiao-Na Han Hai-Jiang Wang Yong Tang Ze-Liang Zhao Yan-Li Qu Rui-Wei Xu Yan-Yan Liu Xian-Bo Yu | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014，20，26： | 16 |
| 15 | Influence of microwave treatment under a hydrogen or methane atmosphere on the flotability of the macerals in Shenfu coals显示文摘The modification of Shenfu coals by a microwave treatment carried out under a hydrogen or a methane atmosphere, and the subsequent maceral separation by flotation, are described in this paper. The surface contact angle and the Zeta potential of the coal macerals were measured both with and without the treat- ment. The results show that the surface wettability of SFF (Shenfu Fusain) and SFV (Shenfu Vitrain) can be changed by the microwave treatment. An increase in the difference in surface wettability of SFF and SFV causes in a subsequent increase in the enrichment of inertinite and vitrinite. | 16 | Highly Stretchable,Elastic,and Sensitive MXene-Based Hydrogel for Flexible Strain and Pressure Sensors显示文摘Electronic skin is driving the next generation of cutting-edge wearable electronic products due to its good wearability and high accuracy of information acquisition.However,it remains a challenge to fulfill the requirements on detecting full-range human activities with existing flexible strain sensors.Herein,highly stretchable,sensitive,and multifunctional flexible strain sensors based on MXene-(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-)composited poly(vinyl alcohol)/polyvinyl pyrrolidone double-network hydrogels were prepared.The uniformly distributed hydrophilic MXene nanosheets formed a three-dimensional conductive network throughout the hydrogel,endowing the flexible sensor with high sensitivity.The strong interaction between the double-network hydrogel matrix and MXene greatly improved the mechanical properties of the hydrogels.The resulting nanocomposited hydrogels featured great tensile performance(2400%),toughness,and resilience.Particularly,the as-prepared flexible pressure sensor revealed ultrahigh sensitivity(10.75 kPa^(-1))with a wide response range(0-61.5 kPa),fast response(33.5 ms),and low limit of detection(0.87 Pa).Moreover,the hydrogel-based flexible sensors,with high sensitivity and durability,could be employed to monitor fullrange human motions and assembled into some aligned devices for subtle pressure detection,providing enormous potential in facial expression and phonation recognition,handwriting verification,healthy diagnosis,and wearable electronics. | Yao Lu Xinyu Qu Wen Zhao Yanfang Ren Weili Si Wenjun Wang Qian Wang Wei Huang Xiaochen Dong | 2020 | Research2020，，1： | 14 |

| 20 | Genetic and biological characteristics of the globally circulating H5N8 avian influenza viruses and the protective efficacy offered by the poultry vaccine currently used in China显示文摘The H5N8 avian influenza viruses have been widely circulating in wild birds and are responsible for the loss of over 33 million domestic poultry in Europe, Russia, Middle East, and Asia since January 2020. To monitor the invasion and spread of the H5N8 virus in China, we performed active surveillance by analyzing 317 wild bird samples and swab samples collected from 41,172 poultry all over the country. We isolated 22 H5N8 viruses from wild birds and 14 H5N8 viruses from waterfowls. Genetic analysis indicated that the 36 viruses formed two different genotypes: one genotype viruses were widely detected from different wild birds and domestic waterfowls;the other genotype was isolated from a whopper swan. We further revealed the origin and spatiotemporal spread of these two distinct H5N8 virus genotypes in 2020 and 2021. Animal studies indicated that the H5N8 isolates are highly pathogenic to chickens, mildly pathogenic in ducks, but have distinct pathotypes in mice. Moreover, we found that vaccinated poultry in China could be completely protected against H5N8 virus challenge.
