1Chinese Stroke Association guidelines for clinical management of cerebrovascular disorders: executive summary and 2019 update of clinical management of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases显示文摘Aim Stroke is the leading cause of disability and death in China.Ischaemic stroke accounts for about 60%-80%of all strokes.It is of considerable significance to carry out multidimensional management of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases.This evidence-based guideline aims to provide the latest detailed and comprehensive recommendations on the diagnosis,treatment and secondary prevention of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods We had performed comprehensive searches of MEDLINE(via PubMed)(before 30 June 2019),and integrated the relevant information into charts and distributed to the writing group.Writing group members discussed and determined the recommendations through teleconference.We used the level of evidence grading algorithm of Chinese Stroke Association to grade each recommendation.The draft was reviewed by the Guideline Writing Committee of Chinese Stroke Association Stroke and finalised.This guideline is fully updated every 3 years.results This evidence-based guideline is based on the treatment,care and prevention of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases,which emphasises on pathogenesis evaluation,intravenous thrombolysis,endovascular therapy,antiplatelet therapy,prevention and treatment of complications,and risk factor management.Conclusions This updated guideline presents a framework for the management of ischaemic cerebrovascular diseases.Timely first-aid measures,professional care in the acute stage,and proactive secondary prevention will be helpful to patients.Liping Liu Weiqi Chen Hongyu Zhou Wanying Duan Shujuan Li Xiaochuan Huo Weihai Xu Li'an Huang Huaguang Zheng Jingyi Liu Hui Liu Yufei Wei Jie Xu Yongjun Wang 2020Stroke & Vascular Neurology2020,5,2:42
2Clinical characteristics and response to tyrosine kinase inhibitors of patients with non-small cell lung cancer harboring uncommon epidermal growth factor receptor mutations显示文摘Objective: To investigate the clinical features of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) harboring uncommon epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) mutations, and the treatment outcomes of EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs) in these patients.Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the data of 128 NSCLC patients pathologically diagnosed with uncommon EGFR mutation in the Department of Pathology, National Cancer Center/Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College and Beijing Hospital from January 2010 to December 2015, including 40 advanced patients who received EGFR-TKI.Results: Among the total 128 patients, 11 patients were non-adenocarcinoma, including squamous carcinoma(3.9%), adenosquamous carcinoma(2.3%), large cell carcinoma(0.8%), and composite neuroendocrine carcinoma(1.6%). Single mutations accounted for 75.0%(96/128), including G719X(29.7%), S768I(18.0%), 20 exon insertion(13.3%), L861Q(12.5%), De novo T790M(0.8%), and T725(0.8%). Thirty-two patients harbored complex mutations. Forty advanced patients received EGFR-TKI, the objective response rate(ORR) was 20.0%,the disease control rate(DCR) was 85.0%, and the progression-free survival(PFS) was 6.4 [95% confidence interval(95% CI), 4.8–7.9] months. The exploratory analysis of tumor response and PFS in 33 patients with G719X/S768I/L861 Q subtypes showed that ORR was 21.2%(7/33), the DCR was 93.9%(31/33), and PFS was 7.6(95% CI, 5.8–9.4) months. 3Dual Extended Kalman Filter for Combined Estimation of Vehicle State and Road Friction显示文摘Vehicle state and tire-road adhesion are of great use and importance to vehicle active safety control systems. However, it is always not easy to obtain the information with high accuracy and low expense. Recently, many estimation methods have been put forward to solve such problems, in which Kalman filter becomes one of the most popular techniques. Nevertheless, the use of complicated model always leads to poor real-time estimation while the role of road friction coefficient is often ignored. For the purpose of enhancing the real time performance of the algorithm and pursuing precise estimation of vehicle states, a model-based estimator is proposed to conduct combined estimation of vehicle states and road friction coefficients. The estimator is designed based on a three-DOF vehicle model coupled with the Highway Safety Research Institute(HSRI) tire model; the dual extended Kalman filter (DEKF) technique is employed, which can be regarded as two extended Kalman filters operating and communicating simultaneously. Effectiveness of the estimation is firstly examined by comparing the outputs of the estimator with the responses of the vehicle model in CarSim under three typical road adhesion conditions(high-friction, low-friction, and joint-friction). On this basis, driving simulator experiments are carried out to further investigate the practical application of the estimator. Numerical results from CarSim and driving simulator both demonstrate that the estimator designed is capable of estimating the vehicle states and road friction coefficient with reasonable accuracy. 4Low-mature gases and typical low-mature gas fields in China显示文摘No natural gas pool of industrial importance could be formed at the low-evolution stage of organic matter. In the 1980s, on the basis of the development in exploration practice, the hypotheses of bio-thermo-catalytic transitional zone gases and early thermogenic gases were proposed. The lower-limit Ro values for the formation and accumulation of natural gases of industrial importance have been expanded to 0.3%―0.4%. In the light of the two-stage model established on the basis of carbon isotope fractionation in coal-type natural gases, the upper-limit Ro values have been set at 0.8%―1.0%. In terms of the geological practice in the low-mature gas zones and China's main coal-type gas fields, it is feasible and proper to set the upper-limit Ro value of low-mature gases at 0.8%. Supper-large gas fields such as the Urengoy gas field in western Siberian Basin should belong to low-mature gas fields, of which the natural gas reserves account for more than 20% of the global proven reserves, providing strong evidence for the significance of such a type of resources. The proven natural gas reserves in the Turpan-Hami Basin of China have almost reached 1000 × 108 m3. The main source rocks in this area are the Jurassic Xishanyao Formation, which occurs as a suite of coal series strata. The corresponding thermal evolution indices (Ro ) are mainly within the range of about 0.4%―0.8%, the δ 13C1 values of methane vary between-44‰ and-39‰ (correspondingly Ro =0.6%―0.8%), and those of ethane are within the range of-29‰―-26‰, indicating that natural gases in the Turpan-Hami Basin should be designated to coal-type low-mature gases. The light hydrocarbon evolution indices of natural gases also fall within the area of low evolution while the precursor type of light hydrocarbons also shows the characteristics of the coal-type. The geological background, carbon isotopic composition and light hydrocarbon index all provide strong evidence suggesting that the proven natural gases in the Turpan-Hami Basin are low-mature gases. In China a gas field with the gas reserves reaching 300 ×108 m3 can be defined as a large gas field, and thus the proven low-mature gases in the Turpan-Hami Basin are equivalent to the reserves of three large gas fields. 7Picosecond Laser Surface Texturing of a Stavax Steel Substrate for Wettability Control显示文摘In this investigation,a picosecond laser was employed to fabricate surface textures on a Stavax steel substrate,which is a key material for mold fabrication in the manufacturing of various polymer products.Three main types of surface textures were fabricated on a Stavax steel substrate:periodic ripples,a two-scale hierarchical two-dimensional array of micro-bumps,and a micro-pits array with nanoripples.The wettability of the laser-textured Stavax steel surface was converted from its original hydrophilicity into hydrophobicity and even super-hydrophobicity after exposure to air.The results clearly show that this super-hydrophobicity is mainly due to the surface textures.The ultrafast laserinduced catalytic effect may play a secondary role in modifying the surface chemistry so as to lower the surface energy.The laser-induced surface textures on the metal mold substrates were then replicated onto polypropylene substrates via the polymer injection molding process.The surface wettability of the molded polypropylene was found to be changed from the original hydrophilicity to superhydrophobicity.This developed process holds the potential to improve the performance of fabricated plastic products in terms of wettability control and easy cleaning.Xincai Wang Hongyu Zheng Yinchi Wan Wenhe Feng Yee Cheong Lam 2018Engineering2018,4,6:4
8Identifying Scientific Project-generated Data Citation from Full-text Articles: An Investigation of TCGA Data Citation显示文摘Purpose: In the open science era, it is typical to share project-generated scientific data by depositing it in an open and accessible database. Moreover, scientific publications are preserved in a digital library archive. It is challenging to identify the data usage that is mentioned in literature and associate it with its source. Here, we investigated the data usage of a government-funded cancer genomics project, The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA), via a full-text literature analysis.Design/methodology/approach: We focused on identifying articles using the TCGA dataset and constructing linkages between the articles and the specific TCGA dataset. First, we collected 5,372 TCGA-related articles from Pub Med Central(PMC). Second, we constructed a benchmark set with 25 full-text articles that truly used the TCGA data in their studies, and we summarized the key features of the benchmark set. Third, the key features were applied to the remaining PMC full-text articles that were collected from PMC.Findings: The amount of publications that use TCGA data has increased significantly since 2011, although the TCGA project was launched in 2005. Additionally, we found that the critical areas of focus in the studies that use the TCGA data were glioblastoma multiforme, lung cancer, and breast cancer; meanwhile, data from the RNA-sequencing(RNA-seq) platform is the most preferable for use.Research limitations: The current workflow to identify articles that truly used TCGA data is labor-intensive. An automatic method is expected to improve the performance.Practical implications: This study will help cancer genomics researchers determine the latest advancements in cancer molecular therapy, and it will promote data sharing and data-intensive scientific discovery.Originality/value: Few studies have been conducted to investigate data usage by governmentfunded projects/programs since their launch. 12Generation and imaging of a tunable ultrafast intensity-rotating optical field with a cycle down to femtosecond region显示文摘A tunable ultrafast intensity-rotating optical field is generated by overlapping a pair of 20Hz,800 nm chirped pulses with a Michelson interferometer(MI).Its rotating rate can be up to 10 trillion radians per second(Trad/s),which can be flexibly tuned with a mirror in the MI.Besides,its fold rotational symmetry structure is also changeable by controlling the difference from the topological charges of the pulse pair.Experimentally,we have successfully developed a twopetal lattice with a tunable rotating speed from 3.9 Trad/s up to 11.9 Trad/s,which is confirmed by our single-shot ultrafast frame imager based on noncollinear optical-parametric amplification with its highest frame rate of 15 trillion frames per second(Tfps).This work is carried out at a low repetition rate.Therefore,it can be applied at relativistic,even ultrarelativistic,intensities,which usually operate in low repetition rate ultrashort and ultraintense laser systems.We believe that it may have application in laser-plasma-based accelerators,strong terahertz radiations and celestial phenomena.Xuanke Zeng Shuiqin Zheng Yi Cai Hongyu Wang Xiaowei Lu Honggeng Wang Jingzhen Li Weixin Xie Shixiang Xu 2020High Power Laser Science and Engineering2020,8,1:2
13Interfacial engineering of printable bottom back metal electrodes for full-solution processed flexible organic solar cells显示文摘Printing of metal bottom back electrodes of flexible organic solar cells(FOSCs) at low temperature is of great significance to realize the full-solution fabrication technology. However, this has been difficult to achieve because often the interfacial properties of those printed electrodes, including conductivity, roughness, work function,optical and mechanical flexibility, cannot meet the device requirement at the same time. In this work, we fabricate printed Ag and Cu bottom back cathodes by a low-temperature solution technique named polymer-assisted metal deposition(PAMD) on flexible PET substrates. Branched polyethylenimine(PEI) and ZnO thin films are used as the interface modification layers(IMLs) of these cathodes. Detailed experimental studies on the electrical, mechanical, and morphological properties, and simulation study on the optical properties of these IMLs are carried out to understand and optimize the interface of printed cathodes. We demonstrate that the highest power conversion efficiency over 3.0% can be achieved from a full-solution processed OFSC with the device structure being PAMDAg/PEI/P3 HT:PC_(61)BM/PH1000. 15Code Attention: translating source code to comments by exploiting the code constructs显示文摘Appropriate comments of code snippets provide insight for code functionality, which are helpful for program comprehension. However, due to the great cost of authoring with the comments, many code projects do not contain adequate comments. Automatic comment generation techniques have been proposed to generate comments from pieces of code in order to alleviate the human efforts in annotating the code. Most existing approaches attempt to exploit certain correlations (usually manually given) between code and generated comments, which could be easily violated if coding patterns change and hence the performance of comment generation declines. In addition, recent approaches ignore exploiting the code constructs and leveraging the code snippets like plain text. Furthermore, previous datasets are also too small to validate the methods and show their advantage. In this paper, we propose a new attention mechanism called CodeAttention to translate code to comments, which is able to utilize the code constructs, such as critical statements, symbols and keywords. By focusing on these specific points, CodeAttention could understand the semantic meanings of code better than previous methods. To verify our approach in wider coding patterns, we build a large dataset from open projects in GitHub. Experimental results in this large dataset demonstrate that the proposed method has better performance over existing approaches in both objective and subjective evaluation. 17Heterojunction architecture of Nb_(2)O_(5)/g-C_(3)N_(4)for enhancing photocatalytic activity to degrade organic pollutants and deactivate bacteria in water显示文摘Water pollution has become a serious problem owing to the development of society.Photocatalysis is a promising approach to remove various pollutants in water,such as organic pollutants and antibiotic resistance bacteria.Meanwhile,the design of heterojunction between two semiconductors is an effective path to improve photocatalytic properties due to its potential in improving separation and transfer of photoinduced carriers.In this study,Nb_(2)O_(5)/g-C_(3)N_(4)(NO/CN)composite materials were prepared through a one-step heating method.Characterizations confirmed successful preparation of NO/CN heterojunction structure and better optical properties than pure g-C_(3)N_(4) and Nb_(2)O_(5).NO/CN composite materials showed excellent photocatalytic efficiency for Escherichia coli(E.coli)inactivation(95%)compared with the pure Nb_(2)O_(5)(10%) and g-C_(3)N_(4)(77%).Meanwhile,NO/CN exhibited better organic pollutants removal(Rh B for94%,methyl orange(MO)for 15%and methylene blue(MB)for 87%)under visible light,which is likely owing to the heterojunction structure between g-C_(3)N_(4) and Nb_(2)O_(5) that leads to the good separation of photogenerated electron-hole pair.Free radical scavenging and electron spin resonance(ESR)experiments demonstrated that superoxide radicals(·O_(2)^(-)) and holes(h^(+)) were the dominant radicals.Therefore,the NO/CN was proposed to be a promising material for effective disinfection and removal of organic contaminants in water treatment.Xudong Yang Jun Duan Xian Zhang Hongyu Zhang Xinlei Liu Yueqi Feng Maosheng Zheng 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,8:1

19Early embryonic transcriptomes of Zeugodacus tau provide insight into sex determination and differentiation genes显示文摘Zeugodacus tau(Walker)is an invasive pest.The sterile insect technique is an environment-friendly method for pest control.Understanding the mechanism of sex determination will contribute to improving efficiency of this technique.In this study,we identified the transformer(tra)gene in Z.tau.One female-specific and two male-specific isoforms of tra were found in Z.tau,and the male-specific splicing pattern of tra was found to occur 5 h after egg laying.We performed transcriptome sequencing at 1 h(E1),5 h(E5),and 9 h(E9)after egg laying and obtained high-quality transcriptome libraries of early embryo development.We identified 13297 and 11713 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)from E5 versus E1 and E9 versus E1 comparisons,respectively.To explore the potential functions of the DEGs during embryonic development,Gene Ontology,Clusters of Orthologous Groups of proteins,and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analyses were performed.Twenty-six genes potentially involved in sex determination or differentiation,including Maleness-on-the-Y(MoY),were identified in Z.tau.To verify the transcriptome results,15 genes were selected for quantitative real-time PCR validation.The results were consistent with the transcriptome sequencing results.Moreover,U2 small nuclear riboprotein auxiliary factor(U2AF-50),female lethal d(fl(2)d),and virilizer(vir)were highly expressed at E5,indicating that they may be related to the sex-specific splicing of tra.Further functional analysis is needed to confirm this speculation.Our data provide an insight into the mechanism underlying sex determination and differentiation in tephritid species.Peipei Liu Wenping Zheng Jiao Qiao Ziniu Li Zhurong Deng Yimin Yuan Hongyu Zhang 2022Insect Science2022,29,3:1
