1Link prediction in social networks: the state-of-the-art显示文摘In social networks, link prediction predicts missing links in current networks and new or dissolution links in future networks, is important for mining and analyzing the evolution of social networks. In the past decade, many works have been done about the link prediction in social networks. The goal of this paper is to comprehensively review, analyze and discuss the state-of-the-art of the link prediction in social networks. A systematical category for link prediction techniques and problems is presented. Then link prediction techniques and problems are analyzed and discussed. Typical applications of link prediction are also addressed. Achievements and roadmaps of some active research groups are introduced. 2Effect of Dark Septate Endophytic Fungus Gaeumannomyces cylindrosporus on Plant Growth, Photosynthesis and Pb Tolerance of Maize (Zea mays L.)显示文摘Dark septate endophytic(DSE) fungi are ubiquitous and cosmopolitan, and occur widely in association with plants in heavy metal stress environment. However, little is known about the effect of inoculation with DSE fungi on the host plant under heavy metal stress.In this study, Gaeumannomyces cylindrosporus, which was isolated from Pb-Zn mine tailings in China and had been proven to have high Pb tolerance, was inoculated onto the roots of maize(Zea mays L.) seedlings to study the effect of DSE on plant growth, photosynthesis,and the translocation and accumulation of Pb in plant under stress of different Pb concentrations. The growth indicators(height, basal diameter, root length, and biomass) of maize were detected. Chlorophyll content, photosynthetic characteristics(net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, and intercellular CO_2 concentration), and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in leaves of the inoculated and non-inoculated maize were also determined. Inoculation with G. cylindrosporus significantly increased height,basal diameter, root length, and biomass of maize seedlings under Pb stress. Colonization of G. cylindrosporus improved the efficiency of photosynthesis and altered the translocation and accumulation of Pb in the plants. Although inoculation with G. cylindrosporus increased Pb accumulation in host plants in comparison to non-inoculated plants, the translocation factor of Pb in plant body was significantly decreased. The results indicated that Pb was accumulated mainly in the root system of maize and the phytotoxicity of Pb to the aerial part of the plant was alleviated. 3Clinical analysis of intracranial germinoma's craniospinal irradiation using helical tomotherapy显示文摘Objective: To evaluate the short-term clinical outcomes of intracranial germinoma patients treated with craniospinal irradiation(CSI) using helical tomotherapy(HT) system in our center. Methods: Twenty-three patients who were treated with CSI in our center from January 2008 to July 2012 were collected, with an average age of 20. All of the patients' CSI used the HT system. The total doses were 27-36 Gy/15-20 F(1.5-2 Gy per fraction), and total local doses were 46-60 Gy/30-50 F(5 fractions per week). All female patients for CSI were treated with left-right parallel-opposed field irradiation to protect their ovarian functions. Median follow-up time was 30.9 months(range, 5-67 months). The SPSS19.0 software was used, and the overall survival(OS) was calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method.Results: Among 17 patients with assessable tumors, 9 cases(52.9%) were CR, 7 cases(41.2%) were PR, and 1 case(5.9%) was SD. Hematological toxicity was the severest side-effect occurred in the procedure of CSI. The level 1-4 acute leukopenia were 8.7%, 30.4%, 34.8% and 21.7% and the level 1-4 acute thrombopenia were 8.7%, 30.4%, 21.7% and 8.7%, respectively.Conclusions: For primary intracranial germinomas, HT can be used to implement CSI for simplifying radiotherapy procedures, improving radiotherapy accuracy, enhancing protection of peripheral organs at risk(ORA) and guaranteeing therapeutic effects. 5Effects of Brown Fish Meal Replacement with Fermented Soybean Meal on Growth Performance, Feed Efficiency and Enzyme Activities of Chinese Soft-shelled Turtle, Pelodiscus sinensis显示文摘A 120-day feeding experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of partial replacement of brown fish meal (BFM) by fermented soybean meal (FSBM) in diets of Chinese soft-shelled turtle (Pelodiscus sinensis). The turtles (initial mean body weight, (115.52 ± 1.05) g) were fed with three experimental diets, in which 0%, 4.72% and 9.44% BFM protein was replaced by 0%, 3% and 6% FSBM, respectively. Results showed that the feeding rate (FR), specific growth rate (SGR) and feed efficiency ratio (FER) of turtles fed with the diet containing 3% FSBM were not significantly different from the control group (0% FSBM) (P > 0.05). However, FR, SGR and FER of turtles fed with the diet containing 6% FSBM were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). No significant differences were observed in the activities of serum glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase and glutamicpyruvic transaminase among dietary treatments (P > 0.05). However, the uric acid concentration in turtles fed with the diet containing 3% or 6% FSBM was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in the activities of lysozyme, alkaline phosphatase and total superoxide dismutase among dietary treatments (P > 0.05). 6Preparation of Starch Succinate WITH INTERMEDIATE DS BY AQUEOUS SLURRY REACTION显示文摘The succinylation of cornstarch by slurry reaction has been studied using sodium hydroxide as catalyst. Several reaction parameters afJecting the succinylation were investigated including the concentration of starch in water, the ratio of succinic anhydride to starch, the reaction time and the reaction temperature. The favorable conditions for an intermediate degree of substitution (DS) and reasonably high reaction efficiency (RE) are pH 8.5~9.0, 50% starch by weight to water, succinic anhydride to starch I/I (w/w), reaction time 4h, reaction temperature 30 ℃Under these conditions, the DS of 0.45 and RE of 28% were achieved. 7Micromorphological Features of Diagnostic Horizons in Several soils in Southwest China: Implication for Soil Taxonomic Classification显示文摘The comparative studies on micromorphological features in diagnostic horizons of Stagnic Anthrosols, Ustic Ferrosols and Ustic Vertosols in southwestern China were conducted to underpin the rationale for Chinese Soil Taxonomy. The following findings were explored: (1) Stagnic Anthrosols had the specific micromorphological features, e.g., the humic formation in anthrostagnic epipedon, the platy structures in plow subhorizon, the secondary formation of ferromanganese and the weakly optical-orientation clay domains in hydragric horizon, etc.: (2) The groundmasses of ferric horizon in Ustic Ferrosols appeared in hue of 2.5YR or redder, and had pellicular grain structure; (3) Ustic Vertosols had a crust horizon (Acr), and crack structure dominated in Acr and angular blocky structure in disturbed horizon; (4) Because of the distinct differences in micromorphological features among these three soils, the specific micromorphological features might be employed as diagnostic horizons to differentiate soils while the quantifiable micromorphological features might potentially be selected as diagnostic indices for Chinese soil taxonomic classification.XU Xiangming HE Yurong HUANG Chengmin XIONG Donghong 2010Journal of Mountain Science2010,7,1:5
8Fabrication and characterization of novel meso-porous carbon/n-octadecane as form-stable phase change materials for enhancement of phase-change behavior显示文摘In this study, series of novel composite phase change materials(PCMs) were prepared through vacuum impregnation by using meso-porous carbon as a supporting matrix and n-octadcane as PCMs.The meso-porous carbon material was prepared through one-pot co-assembly method, using resorcinol and formaldehyde as carbon precursor, tetraethoxysilane as silica sources and triblock copolymer F127 as a template. And the phase behaviors of n-octadcane confined in the nano-porous structure of the meso-porous carbon were further investigated. Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy spectra show that n-octadecane was effectively encapsulated in the porous structure of mesoporous carbon and the composite PCMs were successfully prepared. Differential scanning calorimetry results confirm that the composite PCMs possess a good phase change behavior, fast thermal-response rate and excellent thermal cycling stability. In addition, the composite PCMs possess expected heat storage and heat release properties. 9Correlation of chloride diffusion coefficient and microstructure parameters in concrete: A comparative analysis using NMR,MIP, and X-CT显示文摘Permeability is a major indicator of concrete durability,and depends primarily on the microstructure characteristics of concrete,including its porosity and pore size distribution.In this study,a variety of concrete samples were prepared to investigate their microstructure characteristics via nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP),and X-ray computed tomography(X-CT).Furthermore,the chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete was measured to explore its correlation with the microstructure of the concrete samples.Results show that the proportion of pores with diameters<1000 nm obtained by NMR exceeds that obtained by MIP,although the difference in the total porosity determined by both methods is minimal.X-CT measurements obtained a relatively small porosity;however,this likely reflcts the distribution of large pores more accurately.A strong correlation is observed between the chloride diffusion coefficient and the porosity or contributive porosity of pores with sizes<1000 nm.Moreover,microstructure parameters measured via NMR reveal a lower correlation coefficient R2 versus the chloride diffusion coefficient relative to the parameters determined via MIP,as NMR can measure non-connected as well as connected pores.In addition,when analyzing pores with sizes>50 um,X-CT obtains the maximal contributive porosity,followed by MIP and NMR.Yurong ZHANG Shengxuan XU Yanhong GAO Jie GUO Yinghui CAO Junzhi ZHANG 2020Frontiers of Structural and Civil Engineering2020,14,6:2
10Micromorphological Features of Paleo-Stagnic-Anthrosols at Archaeological Site of Sanxingdui,China显示文摘The archaeological site of the Sanxingdui may date back as far as 5,000 years ago.The typical profiles of Palaeo-Stagnic-Anthrosols near the ancient site were selected,which aimed to identify diagnostic horizons employing methodology of soil taxonomic classification and to reveal the micromorphological properties of the paleosols.Under long-term anthropogenic mellowing,the discernible differentiation between anthrostagnic epipedon and its subhorizons as well as hydragric horizon and its subhorizons occurred in Paleo-Stagnic-Anthrosols at the archaeological site of the Sanxingdui.The micromorphological properties diversified among each specific diagnostic subhorizon,e.g.,the developed microstructure in cultivated subhorizon within anthrostagnic epipedon,closely arranged particles and considerable micropores beneficial to both of water conservation and filtration in plow subhorizon within anthrostagnic epipedon,and automorphic optical-orientation clays and calcareous corrosion in hydragric horizons.The findings above of micromorphological features related with diagnostic horizons are significant for soil taxonomic classification.HE Yurong HUANG Chengmin XU Xiangming WANG Yanqiang HE Xiubin 2008Journal of Mountain Science2008,5,4:2
11Dynamic Study on Water Stability of Soil Structure and Soil Characteristics of Several Types of Soils in Southwest China显示文摘Three suborder soils in southwest China were adopted,namely Ustic Vertisol,Stagnic Anthrosol and Ustic Ferrosol, so as to carry out the basic physical and chemical analysis respectively, to design a dynamic measuring method for water stability of soil structure and conduct the comparative study on the quality of the soil structure. 14Large,low-field and reversible magnetostrictive effect in MnCoSi-based metamagnet at room temperature显示文摘TiNiSi-type MnCoSi-based alloys show large magnetostriction during the magnetic-field-induced metamagnetic transition.However,the high critical field required to drive the transition directly hinders their potential applications.In this work,we systematically investigate the tricritical behavior and magnetostrictive effect in substituted MnCoSi alloys.Replacing Si with Sb or In,Co with Fe or Cu,and Mn with Co,which can simultaneously reduce the critical field and the temperature of tricritical point,are explored.Among the substituted MnCoSi alloys,Mn_(0.983)Co_(1.017)Si displays a temperature of a tricritical point of 250 K and a room-temperature critical field of 0.60 T,which is the lowest up to now.Profited from these optimizations,a large reversible magnetostrictive effect under low field is successfully realized at room temperature.In a field of 1 T,the magnetostriction of Mn_(0.983)Co_(1.017)Si alloy is close to 1000 ppm.Besides,a strong relation between critical field and valence electron concentration is revealed in the transition-metal-substituted MnCoSi alloys.Our work greatly enhances the low-field magnetostrictive performance of MnCoSi-based alloys and make them be of interest in potential applications.Jun Liu Yuanyuan Gong Fengqi Zhang Yurong You Guizhou Xu Xuefei Miao Feng Xu 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,17:1

16Enhanced reversibility of the magnetoelastic transition in(Mn,Fe)2(P,Si)alloys via minimizing the transition-induced elastic strain energy显示文摘Magnetocaloric materials undergoing reversible phase transitions are highly desirable for magnetic refrigeration applications.(Mn,Fe)_(2)(P,Si)alloys exhibit a giant magnetocaloric effect accompanied by a magnetoelastic transition,while the noticeable irreversibility causes drastic degradation of the magnetocaloric properties during consecutive cooling cycles.In the present work,we performed a comprehensive study on the magnetoelastic transition of the(Mn,Fe)_(2)(P,Si)alloys by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy,in situ field-and temperature-dependent neutron powder diffraction as well as density functional theory calculations(DFT).We found a generalized relationship between the thermal hysteresis and the transition-induced elastic strain energy for the(Mn,Fe)_(2)(P,Si)family.The thermal hysteresis was greatly reduced from 11 to 1 K by a mere 4 at.%substitution of Fe by Mo in the Mn_(1.15)Fe_(0.80)P_(0.45)Si_(0.55)alloy.This reduction is found to be due to a strong reduction in the transition-induced elastic strain energy.The significantly enhanced reversibility of the magnetoelastic transition leads to a remarkable improvement of the reversible magnetocaloric properties,compared to the parent alloy.Based on the DFT calculations and the neutron diffraction experiments,we also elucidated the underlying mechanism of the tunable transition temperature for the(Mn,Fe)_(2)(P,Si)family,which can essentially be attributed to the strong competition between the covalent bonding and the ferromagnetic exchange coupling.The present work provides not only a new strategy to improve the reversibility of a first-order magnetic transition but also essential insight into the electron-spin-lattice coupling in giant magnetocaloric materials.Xuefei Miao Yong Gong Fengqi Zhang Yurong You Luana Caron Fengjiao Qian Wenhui Guo Yujing Zhang Yuanyuan Gong Feng Xu Niels van Dijk Ekkes Brück 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,8:1
