| 1 | Link prediction in social networks: the state-of-the-art显示文摘In social networks, link prediction predicts missing links in current networks and new or dissolution links in future networks, is important for mining and analyzing the evolution of social networks. In the past decade, many works have been done about the link prediction in social networks. The goal of this paper is to comprehensively review, analyze and discuss the state-of-the-art of the link prediction in social networks. A systematical category for link prediction techniques and problems is presented. Then link prediction techniques and problems are analyzed and discussed. Typical applications of link prediction are also addressed. Achievements and roadmaps of some active research groups are introduced. | 2 | Experimental demonstrations of high-Q superconducting coplanar waveguide resonators显示文摘We successfully designed and fabricated an absorption-type of superconducting coplanar waveguide (CPW) resonators. The resonators are made from a niobium film (about 160 nm thick) on a high-resistance Si substrate, and each resonator is fabricated as a meandered quarter-wavelength transmission line (one end is short to the ground and another end is capacitively coupled to a through feedline). With a vector network analyzer we measured the transmissions of the applied microwave through the resonators at ultra-low temperature. The obtained loaded quality factors are significantly high, i.e. up to ~10 6 . When the temperature increases slowly from the base temperature (20 mK), the resonance frequencies of the resonators are blue shifted and the quality factors are lowered slightly. | 3 | Hypoxia response element-directed expression of bFGF in dental pulp stem cells improve the hypoxic environment by targeting pericytes in SCI rats显示文摘Cell-based transplantation strategies possess great potential for spinal cord injury(SCI)repair.Basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)has been reported to have multiple neuro-promoting effects on developing and adult nervous system of mammals and considered a promising therapy for nerve injury following SCI.Human dental pulp stem cells(DPSCs)are abundant stem cells with low immune rejection,which can be considered for cell replacement therapy.The purpose of this study was to investigate the roles of DPSCs which express bFGF under the regulation of five hypoxia-responsive elements(5HRE)using an adeno-associated virus(AAV-5HRE-bFGF-DPSCs)in SCI repairing model.In this study,DPSCs were revealed to differentiate into CD13^(+)pericytes and up-regulate N-cadherin expression to promote the re-attachment of CD13^(+)pericytes to vascular endothelial cells.The re-attachment of CD13^(+)pericytes to vascular endothelial cells subsequently increased the flow rate of blood in microvessels via the contraction of protuberance.As a result,increased numbers of red blood cells carried more oxygen to the damaged area and the local hypoxia microenvironment in SCI was improved.Thus,this study represents a step forward towards the potential use of AAV-5HRE-bFGF-DPSCs in SCI treatment in clinic. | Sipin Zhu Yibo Ying Yan He Xingxing Zhong Jiahui Ye Zhiyang Huang Min Chen Qiuji Wu Yifan Zhang Ziyue Xiang Yurong Tu Weiyang Ying Jian Xiao Xiaokun Li Qingsong Ye Zhouguang Wang | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,8: | 2 |

| 5 | Immunotoxicity and hepatotoxicity of PFOS and PFOA in tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus)显示文摘Perfluorinated organic compounds(PFOCs) are emerging persistent organic pollutants(POPs) widely distributed in the environment,wildlife and human.We studied the toxicology of perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS) and perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA) on immunotoxicity and hepatotoxicity in primarily cultured hepatocytes of freshwater tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus).Cultured hepatocytes were exposed to PFOS or PFOA(0,10,20 and 30 mg/L) for 24,48,72,96,120 and 144 hours,respectively.Oral doses of these compounds that induce significantly detectable immunotoxicity and hepatotoxicity were employed in the study.In response to PFOS,the leukocytes,B cells,granulocytes,and macrophages among the isolation of intrahepatic immune cells(IHIC) from PFOS-treated tilapia produced significant levels of immune cells compared with that of the control group.The numbers of leukocytes,B cells,granulocytes,and macrophages for PFOS-treated tilapia increased with the incremental exposure concentration.Moreover,similar to the findings in PFOA toxicity effects,the erythropoietin levels in tilapia increased with the increase of the PFOS and PFOA concentrations.The lowest doses(10 mg/L) of PFOS exposure led to a marked inhibition in the hepatocyte viability in tilapia.Similarly,tilapia exposed to PFOA demonstrated a similar pattern,and a dose-dependent decrease in the hepatocyte viability was observed in the following treatment of PFOA.In the 72 h exposures,ethoxy-resorufin-O-deethylase(EROD) activity was significantly induced with the increase concentrations in tilapia liver(p<0.05).Tilapia showed a strong EROD induction in livers,and significantly difference in EROD activity was observed between control,PFOS and PFOA-exposed tilapias.The liver glycogen content showed that PFOS and PFOA exposure caused significant changes in the liver glycogen content,which depended on the duration of exposure.And it appeared that the decrease in blood glucose level during the acclimation was followed by significant increase in liver glycogen content in tilapia. | HAN Zhaoxiang LIU Yurong WU Dandan ZHU Zhen Lu Chunxia | 2012 | Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2012,31,4: | 2 |
