1Outline of Uranium Resources Characteristics and Metallogenetic Regularity in China显示文摘Uranium,as one of twenty-six kinds of important minerals in China,is strategic resource and energy mineral,which has been thoroughly investigated in the project of National Potential Evaluation of Uranium Resource.During the implementation of this project,the authors summarized the metallogenic regularity of uranium resource in China systematically,through the researches of geological characteristics of uranium resource,uranium deposits type(genetic and prediction type),temporal and spatial distribution,and metallogenic series.Based on the investigation of present situation and progress in uranium exploration,this paper proposes the uranium deposits in China should be divided into 4 classes,9 types,21 subtypes in genetic,and 50 types in prediction;suggests to divide China into 29 uranium metallogenic belts and 20 uranium prospective area,and constructs 20uranium-polymetallic metallogenic series,through summarizing temporal and spatial distribution characteristics and metallogenic regularity of uranium deposits in China.The above research is beneficial to the comprehensive understanding of regional uranium metallogenic regularity,and will direct the uranium exploration in the future.CAI Yuqi ZHANG Jindai LI Ziying GUO Qingyin SONG Jiye FAN Honghai LIU Wusheng QI Fucheng ZHANG Minglin 2015Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,3:11

3Impact of type 2 diabetes mellitus on short-term and long-term outcomes of patients with esophageal squamous cell cancer undergoing resection: a propensity score analysis显示文摘Background:The association between type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and the risk of esophageal cancer remains unclear.The present study aimed to evaluate the impact of T2DM on short-term outcomes and long-term survival in patients with esophageal squamous cell cancer(ESCC).Methods:The present retrospective study included 862 patients diagnosed with ESCC between January 2001 and December 2010.Among them,280 patients had T2DM.A 1:1 propensity score-matched cohort consisting of 280 patients with and 280 without T2DM was selected from the 862 patients.The associations between T2DM and clinico-pathologic characteristics were assessed using theχ2 or Fisher’s exact test.Survival of ESCC patients with and without T2DM was calculated by using the Kaplan-Meier method and compared by using the Cox regression model between the two groups.Results:The occurrence rate of anastomotic leakage was significantly higher in patients with T2DM than in those without T2DM(P<0.001).In the subgroup with weight loss rate≤5.05%,ESCC patients with T2DM had a signifi-cant longer overall survival than did those without T2DM(P=0.003),whereas in the subgroup with weight loss rate>5.05%,the patients without T2DM showed a longer survival(P=0.001).Univariate and multivariate analysis results showed that T2DM was not an independent prognostic factor for patient survival.Conclusions:Type 2 diabetes mellitus is not an independent prognostic factor in patients with ESCC.However,the combination of T2DM with severe weight loss would be a predictor of poor prognosis.Wang Yao Yuqi Meng Mingjian Lu Wenzhe Fan Jinhua Huang Jiaping Li Zhihua Zhu 2018Cancer Communications2018,38,1:2
4Characteristics of Uranium Mineralization in Red Clastic Formations in the Southwestern Margin of the Ordos Basin显示文摘In the southwestern margin of the Ordos Basin,uranium mineralization is primarily hosted by predominantly oxidative red clastic formations in the Lower Cretaceous.The main target layers for uranium exploration are the Madongshan and Liwaxia formations of the Liupanshan Group,followed by the Jingchuan Formation of the Zhidan Group.The host rocks(medium-fine feldspar quartz sandstone),which are bleached to a light grayish white color,contain a minor organic matter component and pyrite.Uranium mineralization changes from surficial infiltration or phreatic oxidation in the upper part to interlayer oxidation in the lower part.Uranium ore bodies are mostly lenticular or tabular in shape,locally shaped like crescent rolls.Individual ore bodies are typically small and shallow.Uranium predominantly manifests as pitchblende and coffinite.Coffinite is usually short and columnar or granular in habit,whereas pitchblende occurs as an irregular colloidal covering on the surface or in fissures of ferric oxide,silicate,clay or carbonate.Secondary uranium minerals are torbernite,uranophane,and uranopilite.Minerals associated with uranium are mainly pyrite,chalcopyrite and,to a minor extent,arsenopyrite and fluorite.The associated elements are Mo,V,Se,Co,Ni,and Mn,the host sandstone being high in Cu and Ba.Overall,the red clastic formations in the southwestern margin of the Ordos Basin are characterized by’five multiples but one low’which means multiple target layers,multiple stages of mineralization,multiple ore body shapes,multiple kinds of uranium minerals,multiple associated elements,but low organic matter.This implies an overall complex uranium metallogenic environment and mineralization process.It is recommended that future uranium exploration should take into consideration regional metallogenic conditions and mineralization features,with target layers in the wide-smooth synclinal slope being focused on.Most uranium deposits are small to medium in size,and the main type of uranium mineralization can vary by target layer.ZHANG Zilong HE Feng YI Longsheng FAN Honghai CAI Yuqi LIU Hongxu LIU Xinyang CHEN Hongbin JIA Cui YANG Mengjia 2020Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2020,94,5:1
5Efficient Self-Assembled DNA Nanoparticles through Rolling Circle Amplification for siRNA Delivery in vitro显示文摘Effective and low toxicity delivery of siRNA is of great importance for clinical gene therapy. Herein, self-assembled DNA nanoparticles (NPs) based on rolling circle amplification (RCA) with a small interfering RNA (siRNA) payload were successfully developed as a facile and efficient siRNA delivery strategy. This intracellular gene silencing strategy exhibits various advantages including low toxicity, high efficiency, and good stability. The synthesized DNA NPs serve as siRNA carriers, protecting the siRNA against nuclease degradation. 9The transcription factor KLF14 regulates macrophage glycolysis and immune function by inhibiting HK2 in sepsis显示文摘Sepsis is a heterogeneous syndrome induced by a dysregulated host response to infection.Glycolysis plays a role in maintaining the immune function of macrophages,which is crucial for severely septic patients.However,how the pathways that link glycolysis and macrophages are regulated is still largely unknown.Here,we provide evidence to support the function of KLF14,a novel Krüppel-like transcription factor,in the regulation of glycolysis and the immune function of macrophages during sepsis.KLF14 deletion led to significantly increased mortality in lethal models of murine endotoxemia and sepsis.Mechanistically,KLF14 decreased glycolysis and the secretion of inflammatory cytokines by macrophages by inhibiting the transcription of HK2.In addition,we confirmed that the expression of KLF14 was upregulated in septic patients.Furthermore,pharmacological activation of KLF14 conferred protection against sepsis in mice.These findings uncover a key role of KLF14 in modulating the inflammatory signaling pathway and shed light on the development of KLF14-targeted therapeutics for sepsis.Yuan Yuan Guangjian Fan Yuqi Liu Lu Liu Tong Zhang Pengfei Liu Qing Tu Xinyi Zhang Shiyuan Luo Liangfang Yao Feng Chen Jingbao Li 2022Cellular & Molecular Immunology2022,19,4:1
10Aqueous-phase formation of N-containing secondary organic compounds affected by the ionic strength显示文摘The reaction of carbonyl-to-imine/hemiaminal conversion in the atmospheric aqueous phase is a critical pathway to produce the light-absorbing N-containing secondary organic compounds(SOC).The formation mechanism of these compounds has been wildly investigated in bulk solutions with a low ionic strength.However,the ionic strength in the aqueous phase of the polluted atmosphere may be higher.It is still unclear whether and to what extent the inorganic ions can affect the SOC formation.Here we prepared the bulk solution with certain ionic strength,in which glyoxal and ammonium were mixed to mimic the aqueous-phase reaction.Molecular characterization by High-resolution Mass Spectrometry was performed to identify the N-containing products,and the light absorption of the mixtures was measured by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy.Thirty-nine N-containing compounds were identified and divided into four categories(N-heterocyclic chromophores,high-molecular-weight compounds with N-heterocycle,aliphatic imines/hemiaminals,and the unclassified).It was observed that the longer reaction time and higher ionic strength led to the formation of more N-heterocyclic chromophores and the increasing of the lightabsorbance of the mixture.The added inorganic ions were proposed to make the aqueous phase somewhat viscous so that the molecules were prone to undergo consecutive and intramolecular reactions to form the heterocycles.In general,this study revealed that the enhanced ionic strength and prolonged reaction time had the promotion effect on the lightabsorbing SOC formation.It implies that the aldehyde-derived aqueous-phase SOC would contribute more light-absorbing particulate matter in the industrial or populated area where inorganic ions are abundant.Yuqi Gan Xiaohui Lu Shaodong Chen Xinghua Jiang Shanye Yang Xiewen Ma Mei Li Fan Yang Yewen Shi Xiaofei Wang 2024Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,4:0
11Detecting Domain Generation Algorithms with Bi-LSTM显示文摘Botnets often use domain generation algorithms(DGA)to connect to a command and control(C2)server,which enables the compromised hosts connect to the C2 server for accessing many domains.The detection of DGA domains is critical for blocking the C2 server,and for identifying the compromised hosts as well.However,the detection is difficult,because some DGA domain names look normal.Much of the previous work based on statistical analysis of machine learning relies on manual features and contextual information,which causes long response time and cannot be used for real-time detection.In addition,when a new family of DGA appears,the classifier has to be re-trained from the very beginning.This paper presents a deep learning approach based on bidirectional long short-term memory(Bi-LSTM)model for DGA domain detection.The classifier can extract features without the need for manual feature extraction,and the trainable model can effectively deal with new unknown DGA family members.In addition,the proposed model only needs the domain name without any additional context information.All domain names are preprocessed by bigram and the length of each processed domain name is set as a value longer than the most samples.Bidirectional LSTM model receives the encoded data and returns labels to check whether domain names are normal or not.Experiments show that our model outperforms state-of-the-art approaches and is able to detect new DGA families reliably.Liang Ding Lunjie Li Jianghong Han Yuqi Fan Donghui Hu 2019Computers, Materials & Continua2019,,9:0

16A Flight Trajectory Prediction Method Based on Internal Relationships between Attributes显示文摘The rapid development of the aviation industry urgently requires airspace traffic management,and flight trajectory prediction is a core component of airspace traffic management.Flight trajectory is a multidimensional time series with rich spatio-temporal characteristics,and existing flight trajectory prediction methods only target the trajectory point temporal relationships,but not the implicit interrelationships among the trajectory point attributes.In this paper,a graph convolutional network(AR-GCN)based on the intra-attribute relationships is proposed for solving the flight track prediction problem.First,the network extracts the temporal features of each attribute and fuses them with the original features of the attribute to obtain the enhanced attribute features,then extracts the implicit relationships between attributes as inter-attribute relationship features.Secondly,the enhanced attribute features are used as nodes and the inter-attribute relationship features are used as edges to construct the inter-attribute relationship graph.Finally,the graph convolutional network is used to aggregate the attribute features.Based on the full fusion of the above features,we achieved high accuracy prediction of the trajectory.In this paper,experiments are conducted on ADS-B historical track data.We compare our method with the classical method and the proposed method.Experimental results show that our method achieves significant improvement in prediction accuracy.Liwei Wu Yuqi Fan 2023计算机科学与技术汇刊(中英文版)2023,10,1:0
17Development of the peanut precision fertilization control system based on threshold velocity algorithm显示文摘In view of the fact that the current ground wheel velocimetry of the peanut precision fertilizer control system cannot solve the phenomenon of ground wheel slippage,and signal interference and delay loss cannot be excluded by BeiDou positioning velocimetry,a set of peanut precision fertilizer control system was designed based on the threshold speed algorithm.The system used STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller as the main controller,and touch screen for setting the operating parameters such as operating width,fertilizer type,and fertilizer application amount.The threshold speed algorithm combined with BeiDou and ground wheel velocimetry was adopted to obtain the forward speed of the tractor and adjust the speed of the DC drive motor of the fertilizer applicator in real time to achieve precise fertilizer application.First,through the threshold speed algorithm test,the optimal value of the length N of the ground wheel speed measurement queue was determined as 3,and the threshold of the speed variation coefficient was set to 4.6%.Then,the response performance of the threshold speed algorithm was verified by comparative test with different fertilization amounts(40 kg/hm^(2),50 kg/hm^(2),60 kg/hm^(2),70 kg/hm^(2))under two speed acquisition methods of ground wheel speed measurement and threshold speed algorithm(combination of Beidou single-point speed and ground wheel speed measurement)in different operation speeds(3 km/h,4 km/h,5 km/h).The response performance test results showed that the average value of the velocimetry delay distance of the BeiDou single-point positioning velocimetry method was 0.58 m,while the average value of that with the threshold velocity algorithm was 0.27 m,which decreased by 0.31 m and indicated more accurate with the threshold velocity algorithm.The field comparison test for fertilizer application performance turned out an over 96.08%accuracy rate of fertilizer discharge by applied with the threshold speed algorithm,which effectively avoided the inaccurate fertilizer application caused by wheel slippage and raised the accuracy of fertilizer discharge by at least 1.2%compared with that of using the ground wheel velocimetry alone.The results showed that the threshold speed algorithm can meet the requirements of precise fertilizer application.Yuqi Fan Yan Yu Shuqi Shang Tianying Gu Yanrui Hu Linsong Diao Ruchao Ge Xing Zhang 2022International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,5:0
