| 1 | Effect of seed sludge on characteristics and microbial community of aerobic granular sludge显示文摘Aerobic granular sludge was cultivated by using different kinds of seed sludge in sequencing batch airlift reactor.The influence of seed sludge on physical and chemical properties of granular sludge was studied;the microbial community structure was probed by using scanning electron microscope and polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(PCR-DGGE).The results showed that seed sludge played an important role on the formation of aerobic granules.Seed sludge taken from beer wastewater treatment plant(inoculum A) was more suitable for cultivating aerobic granules than that of sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant(inoculum B).Cultivated with inoculum A, large amount of mature granules formed after 35 days operation, its SVI reached 32.75 mL/g, and SOUR of granular sludge was beyond 1.10 mg/(g·min).By contrast, it needed 56 days obtaining mature granules using inoculum B.DGGE profiles indicated that the dominant microbial species in mature granules were 18 and 11 OTU when inoculum A and B were respectively employed as seed sludge.The sequencing results suggested that dominant species in mature granules cultivated by inoculum A were Paracoccus sp., Devosia hwasunensi, Pseudoxanthomonas sp., while the dominant species were Lactococcus raffinolactis and Pseudomonas sp.in granules developed from inoculum B. | Zhiwei Song Yuejun Pan Kun Zhang Nanqi Ren Aijie Wang | 2010 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,9: | 18 |
| 2 | Prospect of the QTL-qSB-9^(Tq) utilized in molecular breeding program of japonica rice against sheath blight显示文摘The major QTL-qSB-9Tq conferring partial resistance to rice (Oryza sativa L.) sheath blight (Rhizoctonia solani Kühn) has been verified on chromosome 9 of the indica rice cultivar, Teqing. In this study, the prospect of this QTL utilized in molecular breeding program of japonica rice for sheath blight resistance was investigated. Most of the japonica rice cultivars showed lower level of sheath blight resistance than the indica rice cultivars. At the corresponding site of qSB-9Tq, nine typical japonica rice cultivars from different ecological regions or countries proved to possess the susceptible allele(s). Introgression of qSB-9Tq into these cultivars enhanced their resistance level by decreasing sheath blight score of 1.0 (0.5–1.3), which indicated that qSB-9Tq had a large potential in strengthening the resistance of japonica rice to sheath blight. | 4 | Micropatterns and peptide gradient on the inner surface of a guidance conduit synergistically promotes nerve regeneration in vivo显示文摘Both of the surface topographical features and distribution of biochemical cues can influence the cell-substrate interactions and thereby tissue regeneration in vivo.However,they have not been combined simultaneously onto a biodegradable scaffold to demonstrate the synergistic role so far.In this study,a proof-of-concept study is performed to prepare micropatterns and peptide gradient on the inner wall of a poly(D,L-lactide-co-caprolactone)(PLCL)guidance conduit and its advantages in regeneration of peripheral nerve in vivo.After linear ridges/grooves of 20/40μm in width are created on the PLCL film,its surface is aminolyzed in a kinetically controlled manner to obtain the continuous gradient of amino groups,which are then transferred to CQAASIKVAV peptide density gradient via covalent coupling of glutaraldehyde.The Schwann cells are better aligned along with the stripes,and show a faster migration rate toward the region of higher peptide density.Implantation of the nerve guidance conduit made of the PLCL film having both the micropatterns and peptide gradient can significantly accelerate the regeneration of sciatic nerve in terms of rate,function recovery and microstructures,and reduction of fibrosis in muscle tissues.Moreover,this nerve conduit can also benefit the M2 polarization of macrophages and promote vascularization in vivo. | Deteng Zhang Ziming Li Haifei Shi Yuejun Yao Wang Du Pan Lu Kejiong Liang Liangjie Hong Changyou Gao | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,3: | 1 |
| 5 | Comparison of Design Response Spectrum for Long Period Structures Based on Scenario Earthquakes显示文摘Two kinds of determining methods for scenario earthquakes are presented in this paper,namely the weighted average method and maximum probability method. This paper briefly introduces the two methods,then taking a high-rise building in the Yantai area as a case study,we use the weighted average method and maximum probability method to realize seismic hazard analysis, determine earthquake magnitude, the epicenter and specific space position,and then give two response spectrums of the two methods. By comparing the differences of response spectrums between the two methods,we find that the weighted average method is more suitable for long period structures,while considering long period safety. The maximum probability method is more suitable for short period structures. | 6 | AM真菌和枯落物互作下两种喀斯特植物种间竞争较种内竞争更能促进植物养分利用显示文摘枯落物是植物养分获取和土壤养分转化的关键载体。丛枝菌根(Arbuscular mycorrhizae,AM)对植物养分摄取的影响已被广泛认知。然而,在养分亏缺的喀斯特生境中,不同竞争方式的植物如何通过AM真菌和枯落物利用养分尚不清楚。本研究对两种喀斯特适生植物构树(Broussonetia papyrifera)和云贵鹅耳枥(Carpinus pubescens)进行种内竞争和种间竞争种植处理,并通过幼套球囊霉(Glomus etunicatum)接种或不接种处理,以及土壤中添加或不添加两物种叶片混合枯落物处理,测定了植物生物量以及氮、磷、钾浓度等指标,研究植物的生长和养分利用。研究结果表明,AM真菌对两种植物养分摄取影响不同,AM真菌显著提高了种内和种间竞争下构树的养分摄取量,但降低了云贵鹅耳枥的养分摄取量。种间竞争下接种AM真菌,枯落物添加促进了云贵鹅耳枥对氮的摄取,抑制了构树对氮的摄取。接种AM真菌和添加枯落物条件下,种间竞争的构树对氮、磷和钾的摄取量及云贵鹅耳枥对氮的摄取量均高于种内竞争;种间竞争下两物种养分竞争力呈现明显差异,即构树对磷和钾养分竞争力显著提高,对氮则不显著;云贵鹅耳枥仅对钾的养分竞争力显著降低,对氮和磷则无显著影响。这些结果说明,在AM真菌与枯落物相互作用下,两种喀斯特植物种间竞争较种内竞争更能促进植物养分利用。 | Yun Guo Yuejun He Pan Wu Bangli Wu Yan Lin Minhong He Xu Han Tingting Xia Kaiping Shen Liling Kang Qiyu Tan Wenda Ren Yan Sun Qing Li | 2022 | Journal of Plant Ecology2022,15,2: | 0 |
