Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis of reinitiation into methamphetamine abusers: qualitative findings from an exploration of methamphetamine abusers in Shanghai, China显示文摘Background Despite high relapse rate among methamphetamine (MA) abusers, there still have been little empirical data to date detecting the risk factors related to craving and relapse from the perspective of MA abusers. Therefore, the aim of this study was to use qualitative research methods exploring the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threat factors that could facilitate or impede individuals' abstinence in a real-life context from the perspectives of MA abusers. Aim To use qualitative research methods exploring the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threat factors relating to individuals' abstinence in a real-life context. Method Semistructured interviews were conducted with 32 MA abusers recruited in Shanghai guided by open-ended questions on narrating the real-life catalysts and inhibitors related to craving, initiation, relapse and abstinence. All data were transcribed verbatim and analysed using a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis. Results The results of the SWOT analysis revealed that contextual factors including peer influence, prevalence and availability of MA, familiar venue of MA use, discrimination, sexual behaviours, alcohol, emotional states and their attitudes towards smoking MA were important factors that contribute to reinitiation and relapse. Surveillance systems, antidrug social workers, vocational skills trainings, moving to another city and family responsibility might serve as counter measures targeti叩 those mentioned weaknesses and threats above. Conclusion This SWOT analysis highlights the complex nature of relapse. Comprehensive interventions strengtheni叩 coping skills such as virtual reality techniques are desperately needed to facilitate individuals1 sustained abstinence. | Youwei Zhu Na Zhong Hang Su Xiaolu Ruan Jiayi Bao Lei Zhang Jiang Du Ding Xu Rongjie Ding Ke Xiao Min Zhao | 2019 | General Psychiatry2019,32,3: | 9
Genome-wide Analysis of MYB Gene Family in Potato Provides Insights into Tissue-specific Regulation of Anthocyanin Biosynthesis显示文摘The MYB transcription factor is one of the largest gene families in plants, playing an important role in regulating plant growth, development, response to stress, senescence, and especially the anthocyanin biosynthesis. In this study,A total of 217 MYB genes, including 901R-MYBs,124 R2R3-MYBs,and 3 R1R2R3-MYBs have been identified from the potato genome. The 1R-MYB and R2R3-MYB family members could be divided into 20 and 35 subgroups respectively.Analysis of gene structure and protein motifs revealed that members within the same subgroup presented similar exon/intron and motif organization, further supporting the results of phylogenetic analysis.Potato is an ideal plant to reveal the tissue-specific anthocyanins biosynthesis regulated by MYB,as the anthocyanins could be accumulated in different tissues, showing colorful phenotypes.Five pairs of colored and colorless tissues, stigma, petal, stem, leaf, and tuber flesh, were applied to the transcriptomic analysis.A total of 70 MYB genes were found to be differentially expressed between colored and colorless tissues, and these differentially expressed genes were suspected to regulate the biosynthesis of anthocyanin of different tissues.Co-expression analysis identified numerous potential interactive regulators of anthocyanins biosynthesis, involving 39 MYBs,24 bHLHs,2 WD-repeats,and 29 biosynthesis genes.Genome-wide association study(GWAS)of tuber flesh color revealed amajor signal at the end of Chromosome 10,which was co-localized with reported I gene(StMYB88),controlling tuber peel color.Analyses of DEGs(Differentially Expression Genes)revealed that both StMYB88 and StMYB89 were closely related to regulating anthocyanin biosynthesis of tuber flesh. This work offers a comprehensive overview of the MYB family in potato and will lay a foundation for the functional validation of these genes in the tissue-specific regulation of anthocyanin biosynthesis. | Yumei Li Jun Liang Xiangzhi Zeng Han Guo Youwei Luo Philip Kear Shouming Zhang Guangtao Zhu | 2021 | Horticultural Plant Journal2021,7,2: | 8
Aberrant expression of BDNF might serve as a candidate target for cocaine- induced psychosis: insights from bioinformatics analysis and microarray validation显示文摘Background Cocaine use disorder(CUD)and associated psychosis are major public health issues worldwide, along with high relapse outcome and limited treatment options.Exploring the molecular mechanisms underlying cocaine-induced psychosis(CIP)could supply integrated insights for understanding the pathogenic mechanism and potential novel therapeutic targets.Aims The aim of the study was to explore common alterations of CUD-schizophrenia target genes and identify core risk genes contributing to CIP through data mining and network pharmacology approach. Methods Target genes of CUD were obtained from GeneCards,Comparative Toxicogenomics Database,Swiss Target Prediction platform and PubChem.Schizophrenia-related target genes were derived from DisGeNET,GeneCards,MalaCards and Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man databases. Then, the overlap genes of these two sets were regarded as risk genes contributing to CIP.Based on these CUD-schizophrenia target genes, functional annotation and pathway analysis were performed using the clusterProfiler package in R.Protein-protein interaction network construction and module detection were performed based on the Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes(STRING)database and Cytoscape software.Gene expression datasets GSE54839 and GSE93577 were applied for data validation and diagnostic capacity evaluation of interested hub genes. Results A total of 165 CUD-schizophrenia target genes were obtained. These genes were mainly contributing to chemical synaptic transmission, neuropeptide hormone activity, postsynaptic membrane and neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathway.Network analysis and validation analysis indicated that BDNF might serve as an important risk gene in mediating CIP.Conclusions This study generates a holistic view of CIP and provides a basis for the identification of potential CUD-schizophrenia target genes involved in the development of CIP.The abnormal expression of BDNF would be a candidate therapeutic target underlying the pathogenesis of CUD and associated CIP. | Youwei Zhu Yan Zhao Xiaomin Xu Hang Su Xiaotong Li Na Zhong Haifeng Jiang Jiang Du Min Zhao | 2021 | General Psychiatry2021,34,5: | 2
Generation of selectable marker-free soft transgenic rice with transparent kernels by downregulation of SSSⅡ-2显示文摘The amylose content(AC)of rice endosperm starch varies from 0 to 35%,and is associated with rice cooking and eating quality.Soft rice has low AC,generally between 6%and 15%,and its eating quality is high whether it is consumed hot or cold. However, the appearance quality of current soft rice cultivars needs to be improved, especially opaque endosperm.Conventional genetic engineering has improved some agronomic traits of soft rice varieties, but not endosperm appearance. In the present study,a RNAi construct of the soluble starch synthase II-2(SSSII-2)and the hygromycin phosphotransferase(HPT)gene were introduced into an elite japonica rice variety,Kangtiaowuyunjing(KWY8)by co-transformation.Several selectable marker-free(SMF)transgenic lines were obtained, and SSSII-2 expression was significantly downregulated in selected transgenic lines, resulting in lower AC of the endosperm. The physicochemical properties of the transgenic rice kernels, including gel consistency(GC)and rapid visco analyzer(RVA)profile, differed significantly from those of wild-type rice and were similar to those of a soft rice variety,Nanjing 46(NJ46).These findings indicate that the cooking, eating, and processing qualities of transgenic rice are comparable to those of NJ46.However,the transgenic rice endosperm retained a transparent appearance under low-moisture conditions. Thus,SMF SSSII-2 RNAi rice provides a resource for breeding soft rice with transparent endosperm. | Zhihao Xu Meimei Yu Youwei Yin Cenwen Zhu Wen Ji Changquan Zhang Qianfeng Li Honggen Zhang Shuzu Tang Hengxiu Yu Qiaoquan Liu | 2020 | The Crop Journal2020,8,1: | 2

Experimental exploration of five-qubit quantum error-correcting code with superconducting qubits显示文摘Quantum error correction is an essential ingredient for universal quantum computing.D espite tremendous experimental efforts in the study of quantum error correction,to date, there has been no demonstration in the realis ation of universal quantum error-correcting code, with the subsequent verification of all key features including the identification of an arbitrary physical error, the capability for transversal manipulation of the logical state and state decoding. To address this challenge,we experimentally realise the [5,1,3]code,the so-called smallest perfect code that permits corrections of generic single-qubit errors. In the experiment, having optimised the encoding circuit,we employ an array of superconducting qubits to realise the [5,1,3] code for several typical logical states including the magic state,an indispensable resource for realising non-Clifford gates. The encoded states are prepared with an average fidelity of 57.1(3)% while with a high fidelity of 98.6(1)% in the code space. Then, the arbitrary single-qubit errors introduced manually are identified by measuring the stabilisers. We further implement logical Pauli operations with a fidelity of 97.2(2)% within the code space. Finally,we realise the decoding circuit and recover the input state with an overall fidelity of 74.5(6)%,in total with 92 gates. Our work demonstrates each key aspect of the [5,1,3] code and verifies the viability of experimental realisation of quantum error-correcting codes with superconducting qubits. | Ming Gong Xiao Yuan Shiyu Wang Yulin Wu Youwei Zhao Chen Zha Shaowei Li Zhen Zhang Qi Zhao Yunchao Liu Futian Liang Jin Lin Yu Xu Hui Deng Hao Rong He Lu Simon C.Benjamin Cheng-Zhi Peng Xiongfeng Ma Yu-Ao Chen Xiaobo Zhu Jian-Wei Pan | 2022 | National Science Review2022,9,1: | 1
Change of phase state during multi-cycle injection and production process of condensate gas reservoir based underground gas storage显示文摘Based on the differences in production mode and operation process between gas storage and gas reservoir,we established a phase balance test procedure and a theoretical simulation model of phase balance during multi-cycles of injection and production of underground gas storage(UGS)rebuilt from condensate gas reservoir to study the phase characteristics of produced and remaining fluids during multi-cycles of injection and production.Take condensate reservoir gas storage as example, the composition of produced fluid and remaining fluid, phase state of remaining fluid, retrograde condensate saturation and condensate recovery degree in the process of multi-cycles of injection-production were studied through multi-cycle injection-production experiment and phase equilibrium theory simulation. The injected gas could greatly improve the recovery of condensate oil in the gas reservoir, and the condensate oil recovery increased by 42% after 5 cycles of injection and production;the injected gas had significant evaporative and extraction effects on the condensate, especially during the first two cycles;the condensate oil saturation of the formation decreased with the increase of injection-production cycles, and the condensate oil saturation after multi-cycles of injection-production was almost 0;the storage capacity increased by about 7.5% after multi-cycles of injection and production, and the cumulative gas injection volume in the 5 th cycle increased by about 25%compared with that in the 1 st cycle. | TANG Yong LONG Keji WANG Jieming XU Hongcheng WANG Yong HE Youwei SHI Lei ZHU Huayin | 2021 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,2: | 1
A Novel Federated Learning with Bidirectional Adaptive Differential Privacy显示文摘With the explosive growth of personal data in the era of big data, federated learning has broader application prospects,in order to solve the problem of data island and preserve user data privacy,a federated learning model based on differential privacy(DP)is proposed.Participants share the parameters after adding noise to the central server for parameter aggregation by training local data. However, there are two problems in this model:on the one hand, the data information in the process of broadcasting parameters by the central server is still compromised, with the risk of user privacy leakage;on the other hand, adding too much noise to parameters will reduce the quality of parameter aggregation and affect the model accuracy of federated learning finally. Therefore,a novel federated learning approach with bidirectional adaptive differential privacy(FedBADP)is proposed,it can adaptively add noise to the gradients transmitted by participants and central server, and protects data security without affecting model accuracy. In addition, considering the performance limitations of the participants’hardware devices, this model samples their gradients to reduce communication overhead, and uses RMSprop to accelerate the convergence of the model on the participants and central server to improve the ac-curacy of the model.Experiments show that our novel model can not only obtain better results in accuracy, but also enhance user privacy preserving while reducing communication overhead. | Yang Li Jin Xu Jianming Zhu Youwei Wang | 2023 | 国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2023,,1: | 0

Screening Rice Germplasm with Different Genetic Backgrounds for Cadmium Accumulation in Brown Rice in Cadmium-Polluted Soils显示文摘To screen rice germplasm with different genetic backgrounds for cadmium(Cd)accumulation in brown rice from common cultivated rice,we monitored grain Cd concentrations and characterized their patterns of 54 main varieties planted at two sites[Fuyang(FY)and Changshan(CS)in Zhejiang Province,China]with both low and high Cd-polluted levels. We found most varieties got higher Cd levels than 0.2 mg/kg in the Cd-polluted soil with the normal agronomic management, which suggested high risk of Cd exposure from the two sites.High Cd accumulation pattern was found in hybrid rice, but it differed between subspecies. Moreover, varieties with the same female or male parent may have different Cd accumulation capacities, meaning that the environment factors should be considered to screen low-Cd-accumulation varieties. | ZHANG Weixing GUAN Meiyan WANG Jie WANG Yulei ZHANG Weigui LU Xinzhe XU Ping CHEN Mingxue ZHU Youwei | 2023 | Rice science2023,30,4: | 0
运载火箭连接强度有限元分析研究显示文摘The strength of the connection structure has always been a key issue in the structural design of a launch vehicle. In this paper, the finite element analysis method is used for the strength of typical connection structures of a new launch vehicle. The research scope includes the inter-stage connection structure and the bundle connection structure.Aiming at establishing the strength of these two connection structures under flight conditions,we built a refined finite element model, simulated the bolt tensile test and obtained a calculation criteria, and carried out finite element analysis of the connection structures under flight conditions. As a result,we not only established the analysis and evaluation method of the connection structures based on the refined finite element modeling analysis, but also provided a fast numerical simulation design method for the development of the launch vehicle’s connection structures, which greatly improved the design efficiency and reduced the design risk. | WU Hao WANG Jingchao RUI Xing ZHANG Ling ZHU Zhentao YANG Fan WANG Bin CHEN Youwei ZHANG Dengyu WANG Shuai YANG Ruisheng YU Long WANG Zhuoqun | 2021 | Aerospace China2021,22,2: | 0
Chemical characterization and source apportionment of atmospheric submicron particles on the western coast of Taiwan Strait, China显示文摘Taiwan Strait is a special channel for subtropical East Asian Monsoon and its western coast is an important economic zone in China. In this study, a suburban site in the city of Xiamen on the western coast of Taiwan Strait was selected for fine aerosol study to improve the understanding of air pollution sources in this region. An Aerodyne high-resolution time-of-flight aerosol mass spectrometer(HR-To F-AMS) and an Aethalometer were deployed to measure fine aerosol composition with a time resolution of 5 min from May 1to 18, 2015. The average mass concentration of PM1 was 46.2 ± 26.3 μg/m^3 for the entire campaign. Organics(28.3%), sulfate(24.9%), and nitrate(20.6%) were the major components in the fine particles, followed by ammonium, black carbon(BC), and chloride. Evolution of nitrate concentration and size distribution indicated that local NOx emissions played a key role in high fine particle pollution in Xiamen. In addition, organic nitrate was found to account for 9.0%–13.8% of the total measured nitrate. Positive Matrix Factorization(PMF)conducted with high-resolution organic mass spectra dataset differentiated the organic aerosol into three components, including a hydrocarbon-like organic aerosol(HOA) and two oxygenated organic aerosols(SV-OOA and LV-OOA), which on average accounted for 27.6%,28.8%, and 43.6% of the total organic mass, respectively. The relationship between the mass concentration of submicron particle species and wind further confirmed that all major fine particle species were influenced by both strong local emissions in the southeastern area of Xiamen and regional transport through the Taiwan Strait. | Liming Cao Qiao Zhu Xiaofeng Huang Junjun Deng Jinsheng Chen Youwei Hong Lingling Xu Lingyan He | 2017 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2017,29,2: | 0

Single source precursor derived SiBCNHf ceramic with enhanced high-temperature microwave absorption and antioxidation显示文摘Electromagnetic(EM)wave-absorbing materials with high-temperature-resistance are urgently desirable to eliminate EM interference in extreme conditions.Precursor derived ceramics(PDC)route is being evolved as an effective strategy to solve the puzzle.Herein,a single source hyperbranched polyborosi-lazane precursor containing hafnium(hb-PBSZ-Hf)is introduced and the SiBCNHf ceramic is obtained by further pyrolysis. The micro-sized tissues including HfC,SiC,HfB 2 nanocrystals and segregated carbons are in situ generated during annealing which not only increase EM wave absorption ability(minimum re-flection coefficient(RC_(min))is-56.71 dB with a thickness of 2.5 mm,effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)is 3.4 GHz),but also improve antioxidation property(less than 2 wt.%mass fluctuation at 1400℃in air).Theoretical simulation of complex permittivity suggests that SiBCNHf ceramic has an RC_(min)of less than-5 dB for the whole X-band even at 1100℃.Such SiBCNHf ceramic with superior high-temperature-resistance and antioxidation performance derived from single source precursors possesses great potential for EM wave absorbing coatings in high-temperature and harsh environments. | Yan Song Ziyu Liu Xicheng Zhang Runqiu Zhu Youwei Zhang Pinggui Liu Lihua He Jie Kong | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,31: | 0
