1Mg-Zn-Zr-Ce合金高温变形行为与热加工性能研究显示文摘采用Gleeble 3800热模拟机对Mg-6Zn-0.5Zr-0.5Ce镁合金进行了高温压缩变形实验,分析了该合金在变形温度为523—673 K,应变速率为0.001—1.0 s^(-1)条件下的流变应力变化规律.结果表明,变形温度和应变速率对流变应力具有显著影响,流变应力随变形温度的升高和应变速率的降低而减小;在较高变形温度和较小变形速率下,流变应力随真应变的增加至峰值后即呈稳态流变特征.采用双曲正弦函数拟合曲线.确定了该合金的变形表观激活能为145.76 kJ/mol;建立了可用于描述该镁合金的流变应力的单隐层前馈误差反向传播人工神经网络模型.利用动态材料模型构建了热加工图,结合组织观察认为,该合金在648—673 K,应变速率为0.1 1.0 s^(-1)条件下发生动态再结晶;而同样应变速率下,温度低于573 K时材料在变形过程中由于机械孪生导致开裂.由交滑移所产生的机械回复位错控制着界面的形成,且动态再结晶模型表明该合金再结晶主要受界面迁移所控制.余晖 KIM Youngmin 于化顺 YOU Bongsun 闵光辉 2012金属学报2012,48,9:12
2A Facile Synthesis of Monodisperse Au Nanoparticles and Their Catalysis of CO Oxidation显示文摘Monodisperse Au nanoparticles(NPs)have been synthesized at room temperature via a burst nucleation of Au upon injection of the reducing agent t-butylamine-borane complex into a 1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene solution of HAuCl4·3H2O in the presence of oleylamine.The as-synthesized Au NPs show size-dependent surface plasmonic properties between 520 and 530 nm.They adopt an icosahedral shape and are polycrystalline with multiple-twinned structures.When deposited on a graphitized porous carbon support,the NPs are highly active for CO oxidation,showing 100%CO conversion at-45°C.Sheng Peng Youngmin Lee Chao Wang Hongfeng Yin Sheng Dai Shouheng Sun 2008Nano Research2008,1,3:11
3地铁颗粒物特征分析及磁性过滤控制显示文摘通过SEM-EDX和XRD对采集来的地铁颗粒物(PM_(10)和PM_(2.5))进行形貌和成分分析,研究结果表明:地铁颗粒物具有粒径大(可达10μm)、形状不规则、表面具有明显的刮擦痕迹等特征,主要成分为Si、C、O和Fe;其中Fe主要以Fe_3O_4、Fe_2O_3等氧化物的形式存在。针对地铁颗粒物含铁磁的特性,采用磁性过滤控制方法对地铁颗粒物开展研究,构建的磁性过滤装置对该地铁颗粒物的捕获效果可达90%以上,在一定磁性强度范围内(0~0.300T),滤网对颗粒物的捕获效果随着对其施加的磁性强度增加而提升,当施加的磁场强度为0.300 T时,装置对地铁颗粒物的捕获效率接近100%,比相同条件下对飞灰的捕获效率高出10%~15%,建议把磁过滤作为一种前处理装置用在含磁颗粒物处理上。史俊祥 毛意中 黄珊 胡勤 黄庭 吴代赦 JO Youngmin 罗星 2018环境工程学报2018,12,9:5
4Therapeutic Effects of Traditional Herbal Medicine on Cerebral Ischemia:A Perspective of Vascular Protection显示文摘Although many agents for acute ischemic stroke treatment have been developed from extensive preclinical studies,most have failed in clinical trials.As a result,researchers are seeking other methods or agents based on previous studies.Among the various prospective approaches,vascular protection might be the key for development of therapeutic agents for stroke and for improvements in the efficacy and safety of conventional therapies.Traditional medicines in Asian countries are based on clinical experiences and literature accumulated over thousands of years.To date,many studies have used traditional herbal medicines to prove or develop new agents based on stroke treatments mentioned in traditional medicinal theory or other clinical data.In the current review,we describe the vascular factors related to ischemic brain damage and the herbal medicines that impact these factors,including Prof.Youngmm Bu Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix,Notoginseng Radix,and Curcumae Rhizoma,based on scientific reports and traditional medical theory.Further,we point out the problems associated with herbal medicines in stroke research and propose better methodologies to address these problems.Youngmin Bu Kyungjin Lee Hyuk-Sang Jung Sang-Kwan Moon 2013Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2013,19,11:5
5在韩中国朝鲜族社会网络地理特征对其中国认同的影响显示文摘许多研究表明,人们在流动到其他国家后,其族群认同、国家认同会因为迁入地的社会条件的影响而发生变化。这个结论已经毋庸论证,人们需要知道的是影响这些认同的因素和机制为何。在当今世界中,要破解复杂的国家认同问题,需要将影响国家认同的机制做细致分解。研究组设计了一般性分析框架,将社会网络之地理特性作为影响因素,旅居海外公民的母国认同作为影响结果,再以之分析在韩国的朝鲜族对中国认同的变化趋势,并对这种认同变化做一个基本的评价。分析结论是:在韩朝鲜族社会网络的三个地理特征对他们的中国认同有正向促进作用,其一是近年在韩朝鲜族的业缘网络对中国的覆盖度不断增加;其二是家庭长者作为亲缘网络中的核心人物位于中国;其三是中国的国际地位逐渐提高。地理学视角有助于更清晰地分析国家认同。未来需要分析在韩朝鲜族对哪个国家的认同更强,这对移入国和移出国双方或许更为重要。周尚意 李银河 Youngmin Lee 2016世界地理研究2016,25,3:4

7Interleukin-24 is correlated with differentiation and lymph node numbers in rectal cancer显示文摘AIM:To assess the significance of interleukin(IL)-24 and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)expression in lymph-node-positive rectal cancer. METHODS:Between 1998 and 2005,90 rectal adenocarcinoma patients with lymph node involvement were enrolled.All patients received radical surgery and postoperative pelvic chemoradiotherapy of 50.4-54.0 Gy.Chemotherapy of 5-fluorouracil and leucovorin or levamisole was given intravenously during the first and last week of radiotherapy,and then monthly for about 6 mo.Expression of IL-24 and VEGF was evaluated by immunohistochemical staining of surgical specimens, and their relations with patient characteristics and survival were analyzed.The median follow-up of surviving patients was 73 mo(range:52-122 mo). RESULTS:IL-24 expression was found in 81 out of 90 patients;31 showed weak intensity and 50 showedstrong intensity.VEGF expression was found in 64 out of 90 patients.Negative and weak intensities of IL-24 expression were classified as negative expression for analysis.IL-24 expression was significantly reduced in poorly differentiated tumors in comparison with well or moderately differentiated tumors(P=0.004),N2b to earlier N stages(P=0.016),and stageⅢc to stageⅢ a orⅢb(P=0.028).The number of involved lymph nodes was also significantly reduced in IL-24-positive patients in comparison with IL-24-negative ones. There was no correlation between VEGF expression and patient characteristics.Expression of IL-24 and VEGF was not correlated with survival,but N stage and stages were significantly correlated with survival. 8Signal processing for real-time identification of similar metals by laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy显示文摘Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) is regarded as a promising technique for realtime sorting of scrap metals due to its capability of fast multi-elemental and in-air analysis. This work reports a method for signal processing which ensures high accuracy and high speed during similar metal sorting by LIBS. Similar metals such as aluminum alloys or stainless steel are characterized by nearly the same constituent elements with slight variations in elemental concentration depending on metal type. In the proposed method, the original data matrix is substantially reduced for fast processing by selecting new input variables(spectral lines) using the information for the constituent elements of similar metals. Specifically, principal component analysis(PCA) of full-spectra LIBS data was performed and then, based on the loading plots, the input variables of greater significance were selected in the order of higher weights for each constituent element. The results for the classification test with aluminum alloy, copper alloy,stainless steel and cast steel showed that the classification accuracy of the proposed method was nearly the same as that of full-spectra PCA, but the computation time was reduced by a factor of 20 or more. 11Review on the characteristics of liver-pacifying medicinal in relation to the treatment of stroke: from scientific evidence to traditional medical theory显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To analyze the characteristics of liver pacifying medicinal in the treatment of brain disease to provide scientific evidence in clinical usage on stroke.METHODS: MEDLINE/Pub Med, Google Scholar,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database were used as the literature sources. The Scientific name, Latin pharmaceutical name,Chinese name of 7 kinds of liver pacifying medicinal including Gouteng(Ramulus Uncariae Rhynchophyllae cum Uncis), Tianma(Rhizoma Gastrodiae), Juemingzi(Semen Cassiae Obtusifoliae),Quanxie(Scorpio), Wugong(Scolopendra), Jiangcan(Bombyx Batryticatus), and Dilong(Pheretima Aspergillum) were used as the keywords to search the databases for relevant publications up to July2016. Their major compounds were also used as the keywords. The papers were selected based on the pharmacological activities and mechanisms of action related to brain diseases and subsequently,were analyzed and reviewed. We first described the origin, efficacy, and clinical indications of selected medicines, then brain disease specific activities focusing on stroke after the description of the general pharmacological activities.RESULTS: On the basis of the literature of scientific studies and clinical use in traditional medicine, we found and discussed the characteristics of liver pacifying medicinal in stroke treatment. First, liver-pacifying medicinal,or their components, might pass through the blood-brain barrier and act directly on neurons or on the neural network to provide protective effects against brain disease.
