| 1 | 吸烟,血清抗氧化维生素水平和老年性黄斑变性之间的关系(英文)显示文摘目的:研究老年性黄斑变性(AMD)等级、血清抗氧化维生素水平(维生素A、C和E)和吸烟的关系。方法:对84例患者行黄斑彩色眼底成像,根据AMD损伤率和损伤程度将其分为五组(等级I^V)。应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测量血清抗氧化维生素水平。根据吸烟状况分不吸烟者、已戒烟者和吸烟者三组,并统计吸烟者每年的吸烟总量。结果:对照组中,维生素A、E、C水平分别为0.874±0.326mg/L,10.739±4.874mg/L和1.737±0.447mg/L,AMD组中分别为0.880±0.305mg/L,9.487±6.060mg/L和1.870±2.191mg/L,无显著差异(P>0.05)。AMD不同等级分组间维生素A(P=0.881)和E(P=0.293)水平差异无统计学意义,维生素C水平(P=0.044)随AMD程度的加深而增加。根据吸烟状况,AMD组与对照组之间无显著差异。根据每年的吸烟总量,两组之间有显著差异(P=0.02)。AMD越严重,年吸烟总量越高(P=0.007)。结论:研究结果显示AMD与维生素A、E血清水平无关,但和维生素C的血清水平相关,并与吸烟量有关。 | Sezen Akkaya Cakir Ozlem Sahin Haluk Kazokoglu Feyza Tekeli Goncagul Haklar Yelda Ozkurt | 2014 | 国际眼科杂志2014，14，5： | 5 |
| 2 | Analyses of oligodontia phenotypes and genetic etiologies显示文摘Oligodontia is the congenital absence of six or more teeth and comprises the more severe forms of tooth agenesis.Many genes have been implicated in the etiology of tooth agenesis,which is highly variable in its clinical presentation.The purpose of this study was to identify associations between genetic mutations and clinical features of oligodontia patients.An online systematic search of papers published from January 1992 to June 2021 identified 381 oligodontia cases meeting the eligibility criteria of causative gene mutation,phenotype description,and radiographic records.Additionally,ten families with oligodontia were recruited and their genetic etiologies were determined by whole-exome sequence analyses.We identified a novel mutation in WNT10A(c.99_105dup)and eight previously reported mutations in WNT10A(c.433 G>A;c.682 T>A;c.318 C>G;c.511.C>T;c.321 C>A),EDAR(c.581 C>T),and LRP6(c.1003 C>T,c.2747 G>T).Collectively,20 different causative genes were implicated among those 393 cases with oligodontia.For each causative gene,the mean number of missing teeth per case and the frequency of teeth missing at each position were calculated.Genotype–phenotype correlation analysis indicated that molars agenesis is more likely linked to PAX9 mutations,mandibular first premolar agenesis is least associated with PAX9 mutations. | Mengqi Zhou Hong Zhang Heather Camhi Figen Seymen Mine Koruyucu Yelda Kasimoglu Jung-Wook Kim Hera Kim-Berman Ninna M.R.Yuson Paul J.Benke Yiqun Wu Feng Wang Yaqin Zhu James P.Simmer Jan C-C.Hu | 2021 | International Journal of Oral Science2021，13，3： | 5 |

| 8 | Intraocular pressure measurement over soft contact lens by rebound tonometer: a comparative study显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the intraocular pressure(IOP)measurements by Icare rebound tonometer over a contact lens in comparison with Goldmann applanation tonometry(GAT). METHODS: Fifty patients using contact lens were included in this study. One of the eyes of the patients was selected randomly and their IOP were measured by rebound tonometer with and without contact lens(RTCL,RT respectively) and by GAT, as well as their central corneal thickness(CCT) by optical pachymeter. The results of both methods were compared by correlation analysis, general linear method repeated measure and Bland-Altman analysis.RESULTS: Mean IOP values measured by RTCL, RT and GAT were 15.68 ±3.7, 14.50 ±3.4 and 14.16 ±2.8(P <0.001), respectively. Mean IOP by RTCL was significantly higher than the measurements implemented by RT and GAT(P <0.001), while there was no difference between the measurements by GAT and RT(P =0.629). There was a good level of positive correlation between GAT and RTCL as well as RT(r =0.786 P <0.001, r =0.833 P <0.001, respectively). We have observed that CCT increase did not show any correlation with the differences of the measurements between RTCL and RT(P =0.329), RTCL and GAT(P =0.07) as well as RT and GAT(P =0.189) in linear regression model.CONCLUSION: The average of the measurements over contact lens by rebound tonometer was found to be higher than what was measured by GAT.
