1Generation of VP5 deficient mutant of infectious bursal disease virus strain HZ2显示文摘Infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) is a bi-segmented, dsRNA virus of the Birnaviridae family. The nonstructural protein VP5 has been re- ported to be associated with virus-induced cell apoptosis and pathogenicity, but its role in viral rep- lication has not been unequivocally identified. Based on a PCR introduced mutagenesis strategy, the 33 bp of 96―129 bp located between ORF A1and ORF A2 of genomic segment A of IBDV strain HZ2 were de- leted, and an Nhe I (GcTaGc) site was inserted at 96―102 bp simultaneously. The mutated segment A was ligated into pCI, resulting in pCI-ANhe3. A chi- meric and deficient IBDV strain, named strain ANhe3, was recovered from chicken embryo fibroblast (CEF) cells by co-transfection with pCI-ANhe3 and pCI-mB, derived from the genomic segment B strain HZ2. The indirect fluorescent assay identified that strain ANhe3 could replicate on CEF cells without expression of VP5. Further examination showed that the patho- genesis of strain ANhe3 replicating on SPF chicken embryos was attenuated compared to strain HZ2. This paper provides a new rapid rescue strategy for gene-deleted virus. 4Ball-milled bismuth oxychloride/biochar nanocomposites with rich oxygen vacancies for reactive red-120 adsorption in aqueous solution显示文摘Fabricating surface oxygen vacancies is considered to be an efficient method to improve the adsorption performance of sorbents.In this work,a bismuth oxychloride/biochar(BiOCl/BC)nanocomposite with abundant oxygen vacancies was successfully prepared by a facile ball milling method.BiOCl/BC nanocomposite was found to have excellent adsorption performance for removing reactive red-120(RR120)from aqueous solution.The effects of key adsorption parameters,such as RR120 dye concentration,solution pH(2-10),and contact time were studied by batch adsorption test.The adsorption data were well described by the Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms and pseudo-second-order kinetic models.The 50%-BiOCl/BC(50 wt%of BiOCl in composite)exhibited the best adsorptive performance(60%),much better than the pristine BM-BC(20%).The high adsorption capacity of 50%-BiOCl/BC(Langmuir maximum capacity of 116.382 mg g^(−1))can be attributed to the electrostatic effect,π-πinteractions,and hydrogen bond.This work provided a facile method to prepare semiconductor assisted biochar-based adsorbents,which would also contribute to the advance of environmental remediation.Yidan Luo Yonghu Wang Yaowei Zhu Mingshan Xue Aofeng Zheng Yu Han Zuozhu Yin Zhen Hong Chan Xie Xibao Li Sheng Lei Bin Gao 2022Biochar2022,4,1:0
5Investigation on the granulation behavior of iron ore fine in a horizontal high-shear granulator显示文摘High-shear granulation is widely used in many particulate industries for its good capability to improve the size,strength and composition uniformity of powder substances.This work conducted an experimental study to investigate the granulation behavior of iron ore fine in a horizontal high-shear granulator,such as granules size distribution,granules growth rate,and permeability of the granules bed.The results show that the granule size and permeability of packed granules bed increase gradually with increasing the granulation time,and the growth of granules can be divided into three stages:the rapid growth stage,the slow growth stage and the relatively stable stage.Both the higher rotational speed and larger number of impellers increase the kinetic energy and collision frequency of the particles,which causes the increase of average granule size,growth rate and permeability of granules packed bed.On the other hand,the shear damage effect of the impellers on the granules is also enhanced with the increase of rotational speed and impeller number,resulting in significant granule size segregation.Yang You Jiabao Guo Gang Li Zhuang Zheng Yong Li Yaowei Yu Xuewei Lv 2022Particuology2022,20,9:0
6Enrichment of anchoring sites by introducing supramolecular halogen bonds for the efficient perovskite nanocrystal LEDs显示文摘Considering the multi-functionalization of ligands,it is crucial for ligand molecular design to reveal the landscape of anchoring sites.Here,a typical triphenylphosphine(TPP)ligand was employed to explore its effect on the surface of CsPbI_(3)perovskite nanocrystals(PNCs).Except for the conventionally considered P-Pb coordination,an P-I supramolecular halogen bonding was also found on the NC surface.The coexistence of the above two types of bonding significantly increased the formation energy of iodine vacancy defects and improved the photoluminescence quantum yield of PNCs up to 93%.Meanwhile,the direct interaction of P and I enhanced the stability of the Pb-I octahedra and dramatically inhibited the migration of I ions.Furthermore,the introduction of additional benzene rings(2-(Diphenylphosphino)-biphenyl(DPB))increased the delocalized properties of the PNC surface and significantly improved the charge transport of the PNCs.As a result,the DPB passivated CsPbI_(3)NCs based top-emitting LEDs exhibite a peak external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 22.8%,a maximum luminance of 15,204 cd m^(−2),and an extremely low-efficiency roll-off of 2.6%at the current density of 500 mA cm^(−2).Po Lu Ting Li Min Lu Cheng Ruan Siqi Sun Zhennan Wu Yuan Zhong Fujun Zhang Yanbo Gao Yaowei Huang Yang Wang Junhua Hu Fengping Yan Yu Zhang 2023Light(Science & Applications)2023,12,10:0
