| 1 | Highly selective adsorption of CO over N2 on CuCl-loaded SAPO-34 adsorbent显示文摘Carbon monoxide(CO)/N2 separation is of importance for current chemical industry.However, CO/N2 separation remains a challenge due to the similar molecular size and the small variance of volatility of CO and N2.In this work, molecular sieve SAPO-34 was loaded with CuCl by monolayer dispersion method for the preparation of Cu(I) containing adsorbents.The resulted adsorbents were characterized via nitrogen adsorption/desorption at 77 K, X-ray fluorescence(XRF) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results indicated that CuCl was successful loaded into the molecular sieve and well-dispersed.CO and N2 single component adsorption isotherms were recorded under 298 K, 308 K and 318 K by using volumetric method.One of the CuCl-loaded SAPO-34 adsorbent exhibited a very high CO adsorption capacity of 1.84 mmol/g at 100 kPa,298 K and high CO/N2 selectivity. | Yaqi Wu Zhaoan Chen Bing Li Jiacheng Xing Hanbang Liu Yansi Tong Peng Tian Yunpeng Xu Zhongmin Liu | 2019 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,9: | 3 |
| 2 | Selective exchange of alkali metal ions on EAB zeolite显示文摘EAB zeolite was successfully prepared and applied to selective adsorption of Li^(+),Na^(+)and K^(+)ions.The physical and chemical properties of the adsorbent were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray fluorescence(XRF),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and thermogravimetry(TG)methods.The ion exchange behaviours for Li^(+),Na^(+)and K^(+)ions in monomcomponent and multicomponent solutions were studied.In independent ion exchange,the ion exchange capacities ratiosα(/Na/Li)andα(K/Li)were 3.8 and 6.2,respectively.In competitive ion exchange,the selectivitiesβ(Na/Li)andβ(K/Li)increased with the initial concentrations and reached 409 and 992 when the initial concentrations was 100 mmol/L.The thermodynamic study results showed that Gibbs free energy change(ΔGΘ)of ion exchange reaction between Li-EAB and K^(+)was-34.96 kJ/mol,indicating that ion exchange of K^(+)ions was more energetically favourable than Li^(+)ions.The calculation results showed that the energy barriers of ion exchange increased in the order K^(+)Na^(+) | Yansi Tong Danhua Yuan Wenna Zhang Yingxu Wei Zhongmin Liu Yunpeng Xu | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,7: | 2 |

| 6 | Anti-inflammatory effects of amarogentin on 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene-induced atopic dermatitis-like mice and in HaCat cells显示文摘Background:Amarogentin(AMA)is a secoiridoid glycoside extracted from Swertia and Gentiana roots and exhibits many biological effects such as antioxidative,antiinflammatory,and antitumor activities.Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a chronic inflammatory skin disease caused by disorders in the regulation of multiple inflammatory cytokines.No effective cure has been found for AD now.Methods:We constructed the HaCat and splenocyte model and tested the inhibitory effect of AMA on IL-4,IL-6,and IL-13 secretions using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The AD mouse model was constructed and treated with AMA,the severity of skin lesions was observed,epidermal tissue was collected,and epidermal thickness and mast cell infiltration were observed using hematoxylin and eosin and toluidine blue staining,respectively.The expression of kallikrein-related peptidase 7(KLK7)and filaggrin(FLG)was detected using immunostaining and Western blot analysis.The mRNA expression of KLK7 and FLG was detected using quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR).Blood immunoglobulin E(IgE)secretion was detected.Results:AMA inhibited IL-6 secreted by tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α-induced HaCaT cells and reduced IL-4 and IL-13 secreted by phytohemagglutinin(PHA)-induced primary cells in the mice spleen.It was found that the treatment of AMA with 2,4-din itrochlorobenzene-induced AD-like mice could promote the recovery of dermatitis,reduce the score of dermatitis severity and the scratching frequency,treat the skin lesions,reduce the epidermal thickness,decrease the infiltration of mast cells,reduce the IgE level in serum,decrease the expression levels of AD-related cytokines,increase protein and mRNA expression of FLG,and reduce the protein and mRNA expression of KLK7 in the skin tissues of AD-like mice.Conclusion:In conclusion,AMA inhibits inflammatory response at the cellular level,and AMA reduces the validation response of specific dermatitis mice,relieves pruritus,and repairs the damaged skin barrier. | Qian Zhang Hanlin Wang Cheng Ran Yansi Lyu Fei Li Yihang Yao Shaojun Xing Li Wang Si Chen | 2023 | Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2023,6,3: | 0 |
| 7 | Successful management of seven cases of critical COVID-19 with early noninvasive-invasive sequential ventilation algorithm and bundle pharmacotherapy显示文摘We report the clinical and laboratory findings and successful management of seven patients with critical coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)requiring mechanical ventilation(MV).The patients were diagnosed based on epidemiological history,clinical manifestations,and nucleic acid testing.Upon diagnosis with COVID-19 of critical severity,the patients were admitted to the intensive care unit,where they received early noninvasive-invasive sequential ventilation,early prone positioning,and bundle pharmacotherapy regimen,which consists of antiviral,anti-inflammation,immune-enhancing,and complication-prophylaxis medicines.The patients presented fever(n=7,100%),dry cough(n=3,42.9%),weakness(n=2,28.6%),chest tightness(n=1,14.3%),and/or muscle pain(n=1,14.3%).All patients had normal or lower than normal white blood cell count/lymphocyte count,and chest computed tomography scans showed bilateral patchy shadows or ground glass opacity in the lungs.Nucleic acid testing confirmed COVID-19 in all seven patients.The median MV duration and intensive care unit stay were 9.9 days(interquartile range,6.5-14.6 days;range,5-17 days)and 12.9 days(interquartile range,9.7-17.6 days;range,7-19 days),respectively.All seven patients were extubated,weaned off MV,transferred to the common ward,and discharged as of the writing of this report.Thus,we concluded that good outcomes for patients with critical COVID-19 can be achieved with early noninvasive-invasive sequential ventilation and bundle pharmacotherapy. | Mian Peng Xueyan Liu Jinxiu Li Di Ren Yongfeng Liu Xi Meng Yansi Lyu Ronglin Chen Baojun Yu Weixiong Zhong | 2020 | Frontiers of Medicine2020,14,5: | 0 |
| 8 | Liposomalα-cyperone targeting bone resorption surfaces suppresses osteoclast differentiation and osteoporosis progression via the PI3K/Akt axis显示文摘Osteoporosis is a metabolic dysregulation of bone that occurs mainly in postmenopausal women,and the hyperfunction of osteoclasts is the primary contributor to postmenopausal osteoporosis.However,the development of effective therapeutic drugs and precise delivery systems remains a challenge in the field of anti-absorption therapy.Here,we reported theα-cyperone(α-CYP)for anti-osteoporosis and developed a liposome-based nano-drug delivery system ofα-CYP,that specifically targets the bone resorption interface.Firstly,we found that theα-CYP,one of the major sesquiterpenes of Cyperus rotundus L.,attenuated the progression of osteoporosis in ovariectomized(OVX)mice and down-regulated the expression of phosphorylated proteins of phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K)and protein kinase B(Akt),causing down-regulation of osteoclast-related genes/proteins and curbing osteoclast differentiation.Furthermore,α-CYP reversed the activation of osteoclastic differentiation and enhanced osteoporosis-related proteins expression caused by PI3K/Akt agonist(YS-49).More importantly,we adopted the osteoclastic resorption surface targeting peptide Asp8 and constructed the liposome(lipαC@Asp8)to deliverα-CYP to osteoclasts and confirmed its anti-osteoporosis effect and enhanced osteoclast inhibition by blocking PI3K/Akt axis.In conclusion,this study demonstrated thatα-CYP inhibits osteoclast differentiation and osteoporosis development by silencing PI3K/Akt pathway,and the liposome targeting delivery systems loaded withα-CYP might provide a novel and effective strategy to treat osteoporosis. | Lin Yang Xueying An Wang Gong Wenshu Wu Bin Liu Xiaoyan Shao Yansi Xian Rui Peng Baosheng Guo Qing Jiang | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,4: | 0 |
| 9 | Clinical analysis of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of nephrolithiasis显示文摘The objective of the study is to evaluate the clinical value of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of nephrolithiasis. Clinical data of 44 patients treated for renal stones with polyscope modular flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy from May 2014 to April 2015 were retrospectively analysed. Following the operation, F4.7 D-J stents were routinely indwelled for 4 weeks and catheterization for 1-3 days. A plain kidney, ureter, and bladder (KUB) X-ray was performed on postoperative days two. A total of four success cases were determined following the first treatment. The remaining 40 cases were first placed with double-J stent and the surgery was performed one week later. A stone size between 0.8-4.0 cm in diameter was defined, the operation time for the treatment was 80-180 minutes, patients were discharged within 3-5 days, and the double-J stent was removed within 1-3 months. Thirty-nine patients were found to be completely stone-free at approximately three months postoperatively. However, five patients were shown to have 11.1% of residual stones after treatment. No blood transfusion, septic shock, ureteral injury, and other complications were reported. Flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy is safe and effective for the treatment of nephrolithiasis.
