| 1 | The Reference Genome of Tea Plant and Resequencing of 81 Diverse Accessions Provide Insights into Its Genome Evolution and Adaptation显示文摘Tea plant is an important economic crop,which is used to produce the world's oldest and most widely consumed tea beverages.Here,we present a high-quality reference genome assembly of the tea plant(Camellia sinensis var.sinensis)consisting of 15 pseudo-chromosomes.LTR retrotransposons(LTR-RTs)account for 70.38%of the genome,and we present evidence that LTR-RTS play critical roles in genome size expansion and the transcriptional diversification of tea plant genes through preferential insertion in promoter regions and introns.Genes,particularly those coding for terpene biosynthesis pro-teins,associated with tea aroma and stress resistance were significantly amplified through recent tandem duplications and exist as gene clusters in tea plant genome.Phylogenetic analysis of the sequences of 81 tea plant accessions with diverse origins revealed three well-differentiated tea plant populations,support-ing the proposition for the southwest origin of the Chinese cultivated tea plant and its later spread to western Asia through introduction.Domestication and modern breeding left significant signatures on hundreds of genes in the tea plant genome,particularly those associated with tea quality and stress resis-tance.The genomic sequences of the reported reference and resequenced tea plant accessions provide valuable resources for future functional genomics study and molecular breeding of improved cul-tivars of tea plants. | Enhua Xia Wei Tong Yan Hou Yanlin An Linbo Chen Qiong Wu Yunlong Liu Jie Yu Fangdong Li Ruopei Li Penghui Li Huijuan Zhao Ruoheng Ge Jin Huang Ali Inayat Mallano Yanrui Zhang Shengrui Liu Weiwei Deng Chuankui Song Zhaoliang Zhang Jian Zhao Shu Wei Zhengzhu Zhang Tao Xia Chaoling Wei Xiaochun Wan | 2020 | Molecular Plant2020,13,7: | 51 |

| 6 | Anti‐noise diesel engine misfire diagnosis using a multi‐scale CNN‐LSTM neural network with denoising module显示文摘Currently,accuracy of existing diesel engine fault diagnosis methods under strong noise and generalisation performance between different noise levels are still limited.A novel multi‐scale CNN‐LSTM neural network(MSCNN‐LSTMNet)is proposed with a residual‐CNN denoising module for anti‐noise diesel engine misfire diagnosis.First,a residual‐CNN module is designed for denoising the original vibration signal measured from the diesel engine cylinder and residual loss for constructing a new loss function is utilised.Considering the essential characteristics of measured vibration signals at different scales,a multi‐scale convolutional NN(CNN)block is designed to realize multi‐scale feature extraction.Specifically,multiple convolution layers with different branches and different convolution kernel sizes are utilised to extract different time scales features,enhancing the robustness of the model.On this basis,the LSTM is utilised to further extract sequential features for improving anti‐noise and generalisa-tion performances.The effectiveness of MSCNN‐LSTMNet is validated by experi-mental results of both one‐and hybrid‐cylinder diesel engine misfires diagnosis under various noise levels and working conditions.The results demonstrate that MSCNN‐LSTMNet achieved much better anti‐noise and generalisation performances than the existing methods.Under strong noise conditions(−10 dB signal‐to‐noise ratio)for four datasets,MSCNN‐LSTMNet obtained 97.561%average accuracy,while average accuracy for random forest,deep neural network,CNN and MSCNNNet were 73.828%,79.544%,82.247%,and 89.741%,respectively.Moreover,for 11 noise generalisation tasks between different noise levels,MSCNN‐LSTMNet obtained at least 96.679%,97.849%,98.892%,and 94.010%accuracy on the four datasets,which are much higher than those of the existing methods. | Chengjin Qin Yanrui Jin Zhinan Zhang Honggan Yu Jianfeng Tao Hao Sun Chengliang Liu | 2023 | CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology2023,8,3: | 1 |
| 7 | A multi-scale convolutional neural network for bearing compound fault diagnosis under various noise conditions显示文摘Recently,with the urgent demand for data-driven approaches in practical industrial scenarios,the deep learning diagnosis model in noise environments has attracted increasing attention.However,the existing research has two limitations:(1)the complex and changeable environmental noise,which cannot ensure the high-performance diagnosis of the model in different noise domains and(2)the possibility of multiple faults occurring simultaneously,which brings challenges to the model diagnosis.This paper presents a novel anti-noise multi-scale convolutional neural network(AM-CNN)for solving the issue of compound fault diagnosis under different intensity noises.First,we propose a residual pre-processing block according to the principle of noise superposition to process the input information and present the residual loss to construct a new loss function.Additionally,considering the strong coupling of input information,we design a multi-scale convolution block to realize multi-scale feature extraction for enhancing the proposed model’s robustness and effectiveness.Finally,a multi-label classifier is utilized to simultaneously distinguish multiple bearing faults.The proposed AM-CNN is verified under our collected compound fault dataset.On average,AM-CNN improves 39.93%accuracy and 25.84%F1-macro under the no-noise working condition and 45.67%accuracy and 27.72%F1-macro under different intensity noise working conditions compared with the existing methods.Furthermore,the experimental results show that AM-CNN can achieve good cross-domain performance with 100%accuracy and 100%F1-macro.Thus,AM-CNN has the potential to be an accurate and stable fault diagnosis tool. | JIN YanRui QIN ChengJin ZHANG ZhiNan TAO JianFeng LIU ChengLiang | 2022 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2022,65,11: | 1 |

| 9 | Development of the peanut precision fertilization control system based on threshold velocity algorithm显示文摘In view of the fact that the current ground wheel velocimetry of the peanut precision fertilizer control system cannot solve the phenomenon of ground wheel slippage,and signal interference and delay loss cannot be excluded by BeiDou positioning velocimetry,a set of peanut precision fertilizer control system was designed based on the threshold speed algorithm.The system used STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller as the main controller,and touch screen for setting the operating parameters such as operating width,fertilizer type,and fertilizer application amount.The threshold speed algorithm combined with BeiDou and ground wheel velocimetry was adopted to obtain the forward speed of the tractor and adjust the speed of the DC drive motor of the fertilizer applicator in real time to achieve precise fertilizer application.First,through the threshold speed algorithm test,the optimal value of the length N of the ground wheel speed measurement queue was determined as 3,and the threshold of the speed variation coefficient was set to 4.6%.Then,the response performance of the threshold speed algorithm was verified by comparative test with different fertilization amounts(40 kg/hm^(2),50 kg/hm^(2),60 kg/hm^(2),70 kg/hm^(2))under two speed acquisition methods of ground wheel speed measurement and threshold speed algorithm(combination of Beidou single-point speed and ground wheel speed measurement)in different operation speeds(3 km/h,4 km/h,5 km/h).The response performance test results showed that the average value of the velocimetry delay distance of the BeiDou single-point positioning velocimetry method was 0.58 m,while the average value of that with the threshold velocity algorithm was 0.27 m,which decreased by 0.31 m and indicated more accurate with the threshold velocity algorithm.The field comparison test for fertilizer application performance turned out an over 96.08%accuracy rate of fertilizer discharge by applied with the threshold speed algorithm,which effectively avoided the inaccurate fertilizer application caused by wheel slippage and raised the accuracy of fertilizer discharge by at least 1.2%compared with that of using the ground wheel velocimetry alone.The results showed that the threshold speed algorithm can meet the requirements of precise fertilizer application. | Yuqi Fan Yan Yu Shuqi Shang Tianying Gu Yanrui Hu Linsong Diao Ruchao Ge Xing Zhang | 2022 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,5: | 0 |

The fermentation parameters of pear wine were controlled by studying the effects of fermentation parameters on the product, in order to optimize the fermentation parameters. [Methods]The fermentation conditions of pear wine were optimized by single factor experiments and an orthogonal experiment. [Results] The optimum fermentation conditions of pear wine were nitrogen source 1.0 g/L, fermentation temperature 20 ℃, and pH of fermentation liquid 4.3. The pear wine brewed was full, mellow and harmonious, and had a unique style. The ethanol content of the pear wine was 12.33 through physical and chemical analysis. | 12 | Molecular Detection of FGFR2 Rearrangements in Resected Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinomas:FISH Could Be An Ideal Method in Patients with Histological Small Duct Subtype显示文摘Background and Aims:Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)is a subtype of primary liver cancer for which effective therapeutic agents are lacking.Fibroblast growth factor receptor 2(FGFR2)has become a promising therapeutic target in ICC;however,its incidence and optimum testing method have not been fully assessed.This study investigated the rearrangement of FGFR2 in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma using multiple molecular detection methods.Methods:The samples and clinical data of 167 patients who underwent surgical resection of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma in Zhongshan hospital,Fudan university were collected.The presence of FGFR2 gene rearrangement was confirmed using fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)and targeted next-generation sequencing(NGS).FGFR2 protein expression was determined using immunohistochemistry(IHC).The concordance between the methods was statistically compared.PD-L1 expression was also assessed in this cohort.The clinicopathological characteristics and genomic profile related to FGFR2 rearrangements were also analyzed to assist candidatescreening for targeted therapies.Results:FGFR2 rearrangement was detected in 21 of the 167 ICC cases(12.5%)using FISH.NGS analysis revealed that FGFR2 rearrangement was present in 16 of the 20 FISH-positive cases,which was consistent with the FISH results(kappa value=0.696,p<0.01).IHC showed that 80 of the 167 cases(48%)were positive for FGFR2 expression,which was discordant with both FISH and NGS results.By comparison,FGFR2-positivity tended to correlate with unique clinicopathological subgroups,featuring early clinical stage,histologically small duct subtype,and reduced mucus production(P<0.05),with improved overall survival(p<0.05).FGFR2-positivity was not associated with PD-L1 expression in ICCs.In genome research,we identified eight partner genes fused with FGFR2,among which FGFR2-BICC1 was the most common fusion type.BAP1,CDKN2A,and CDKN2B were the most common concomitant genetic alterations of FGFR2,whereas KRAS and IDH1 mutations were mutually exclusive to FGFR2 rearrangements.Conclusions:FISH achieved satisfactory concordance with NGS,has potential value for FGFR2 screening for targeted therapies.FGFR2 detection should be prioritized for unique clinical subgroups in ICC,which features a histological small duct subtype,early clinical stage,and reduced mucus production. | Yining Zou Kun Zhu Yanrui Pang Jing Han Xin Zhang Zhengzeng Jiang Yufeng Huang Wenyi Gu Yuan Ji | 2023 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2023,11,6: | 0 |
| 13 | Impact of Grouting and Loading of Building Construction on the Water Level of Tangshan Mine Well显示文摘The water level rising rate of Tangshan mine well significantly accelerated in 2010,and the ascensional range was obviously higher than that of the same period in previous years.From the view of groundwater dynamics and loading effects,and based on the water pumping( pouring) water test model and semi-infinite elastic space theory model under uniform load,the effects of grouting and loading of nearby building construction on the well water level were analyzed. Results show that grouting at a distance of 200 ~ 700 m to the well,with amount of 2500m3 per day and duration of 270 d,can cause an 8 ~ 11 m rise of well water level; and loading of large-area building construction can cause about a 4m rise of well water level. Through the analysis of these factors,we find that the water level anomalous rising of Tangshan mine well was relevant to grouting and loading of the nearby building construction. | 17 | Design of motor-driven precision seed-metering device with improved fuzzy PID controller for small peanut planters显示文摘Traditional passive ground wheel drive of peanut planters has displayed poor high-speed seeding performance and the slippage caused in case of sticky and wet soil.Given this,an integrated electric-driven precision seed metering device and controller were designed,which features the application of improved fuzzy PID algorithm.Based on a small peanut planter with one ridge width and duplicate rows,the servo motor drive is used to replace the traditional passive ground wheel.In addition,the satellite speed measurement is employed to complete the electric driving and controlling modification of the seed meter and precise seeding control.A working process mathematical model for the peanut metering device was established to conduct motor speed and field tests which aim at comparing performances between the conventional and the improved fuzzy PID controls.The motor speed trial shows that the average error of the actual speed of the improved fuzzy PID motor was±1 rad/min,and the coefficient of variation was less than 1%.Against the conventional one,it can better suppress overshoot and improve the response speed.The stable output speed can still be obtained even in case of step changes.Field tests show that when working at medium and low speeds,the qualified rate of plant spacing was greater than 98%,and the rate of missed sowing is<2%;while working at high speed,the qualified rate was greater than 94%,and the rate of missed sowing was less than 4%.The average plant spacing qualification rate of the seed device increased by 6.72%;compared with other electric-driven peanut seed meters,the plant spacing qualification rate increased by 4%during high-speed sowing.In summary,this study has provided an effective technical reference for high-speed precision planting of peanuts. | Yan Yu Yanrui Hu Shuqi Shang Linsong Diao Ruchao Ge Xing Zhang | 2023 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,1: | 0 |

| 20 | New Understanding of Variation Characteristics of Well Water Level in Majiagou Mine,Tangshan City,Hebei,China显示文摘Based on the well water level data in Majiagou Mine in Tangshan City since 2000,it is suggested that the water level rise from 2008-2014 is possibly associated with reduced infiltration caused by less precipitation,together with the effect of less groundwater exploitation. However,the water level rise from 1992-1998 cannot be interpreted properly if we extend the data source back to 1991. After comparing the data with long-term water level data of five wells with different hydro-geological units in Tangshan and Qinhuangdao, the study indicates that the long-term water level variation cannot be only attributed to the effect of less precipitation and the control of groundwater exploitation,but also with the influence of regional stress field change.With the support of regional geological and tectonic information,combined with the comprehensive analysis of CBM data obtained from the coal field,new understandings of the dynamic characteristics of annual variation are obtained. | ZHANG Suxin SHENG Yanrui DING Zhihua ZHANG Ziguang | 2020 | Earthquake Research in China2020,34,2: | 0 |
