1The Reference Genome of Tea Plant and Resequencing of 81 Diverse Accessions Provide Insights into Its Genome Evolution and Adaptation显示文摘Tea plant is an important economic crop,which is used to produce the world's oldest and most widely consumed tea beverages.Here,we present a high-quality reference genome assembly of the tea plant(Camellia sinensis var.sinensis)consisting of 15 pseudo-chromosomes.LTR retrotransposons(LTR-RTs)account for 70.38%of the genome,and we present evidence that LTR-RTS play critical roles in genome size expansion and the transcriptional diversification of tea plant genes through preferential insertion in promoter regions and introns.Genes,particularly those coding for terpene biosynthesis pro-teins,associated with tea aroma and stress resistance were significantly amplified through recent tandem duplications and exist as gene clusters in tea plant genome.Phylogenetic analysis of the sequences of 81 tea plant accessions with diverse origins revealed three well-differentiated tea plant populations,support-ing the proposition for the southwest origin of the Chinese cultivated tea plant and its later spread to western Asia through introduction.Domestication and modern breeding left significant signatures on hundreds of genes in the tea plant genome,particularly those associated with tea quality and stress resis-tance.The genomic sequences of the reported reference and resequenced tea plant accessions provide valuable resources for future functional genomics study and molecular breeding of improved cul-tivars of tea plants.Enhua Xia Wei Tong Yan Hou Yanlin An Linbo Chen Qiong Wu Yunlong Liu Jie Yu Fangdong Li Ruopei Li Penghui Li Huijuan Zhao Ruoheng Ge Jin Huang Ali Inayat Mallano Yanrui Zhang Shengrui Liu Weiwei Deng Chuankui Song Zhaoliang Zhang Jian Zhao Shu Wei Zhengzhu Zhang Tao Xia Chaoling Wei Xiaochun Wan 2020Molecular Plant2020,13,7:51

4Bioinspired multichannel colorful encryption through kirigami activating grating显示文摘Optical encryption,exploiting degrees of freedom of light as parameters to encode and decode information,plays an indispensable role in our daily life.Responsive structural color materials can give real-time visible feedback to external stimuli and provide ideal candidates for optical encryption.However,the development of existing responsive structural color materials is hindered by poor repeatability and long feedback time.Meanwhile,there are only few strategies to exploit structural colors in multichannel information encryption.Herein,bioinspired by the structural color variation due to a change in angle arising from the movement of animal’s scales or feathers,we developed a general multichannel information encryption strategy using a two-dimensional deformable kirigami arranging orientations of the grating arrays by design.The kirigami grating sheet shows rapid,repeatable,and programmable color change.This strategy utilizes the topological space deformation to guide the change of optical property,which suggests new possibilities for spatial and spectral encryption as well as mechano-sensing and camouflage.Xiaoyu Hou Florian Vogelbacher Xintao Lai Kaixuan Li Yanlin Song Mingzhu Li 2023Science Bulletin2023,,3:2

6Properties and precipitates of the high strength and electrical conductivity Cu-Ni-Co-Si-Cr alloy显示文摘In this paper,a novel Cu-1.5 Ni-1.1 Co-0.6 Si-0.1 Cr(wt.%)alloy with high strength and electrical conductivity was designed.After aging,excellent properties of 857±12 MPa yield strength,300±8 HV microhardness,42.8±2.5%IACS conductivity,and 7±0.5%elongation were obtained.According to the atomic structure,part of Ni atoms in Ni_(2)Si can be replaced by Co atoms to form nano-precipitates(Ni,Co)_(2)Si.The alloy’s high strength and conductivity are mainly attributed to the fine and uniformly distributed(Ni,Co)_(2)Si and Cr nano precipitates.The alloy strength was also enhanced by twins,dislocations,and grain refining strengthening.Based on the investigations of deformation microstructure and the orientation relationship between the(Ni,Co)_(2)Si precipitates and the Cu matrix,the main reason for elongation increase is attributed to the formation of deformation twins and the small lattice mismatch strain at the coherent interfaces of precipitates and the Cu matrix.Yijie Ban Yongfeng Geng Jinrui Hou Yi Zhang Meng Zhou Yanlin Jia Baohong Tiana Yong Liua Xu Li Alex A.Volinsky 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,34:1
7Citric and Oxalic Acids Effect on Pb and Zn Uptake by Maize and Winter Wheat显示文摘A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the influence of citric and oxalic acids effect on Pb and Zn uptake by corn and winter wheat. The experiment was employed with citric acid (CA) applied at 3 rates (0, 1.5 and 3.0 mmol kg-1 soil), oxalic acid (OA) at 3 rates (0, 1.5 and 3.0mmol kg-1 soil) and citric acid combined with oxalic acid (1.5 mmol citric acid combined with 1.5 mmol oxalic acid kg-1). Two types of soil were chose in the experiment. One was collected from the agricultural soil near a battery-recycling factory in Anhui province, China (site A) and the other was collected from a Pb-Zn mine residues in Hunan province, China (site B). The results showed that soil pH varied with the different treatment of citric and oxalic acids. However, there were no differences in all the treatments. 3.0mmol CA kg-1 soil addition significantly increased the concentrations of the CaCI2-extractable Pb and Zn and other treatments have no significantly increased. 18Comparison of the Index System of Ecological Balanced Fertilization for Three Crops显示文摘This paper conducted comparative study of the index system of ecological balanced fertilization for rice,wheat and maize by data mining method based on data of'3414 fertilizer field trials'of rice,wheat and maize by published papers from national soil testing and recommendation since 2005.The main conclusions of this paper were as follow:①since the three crops all belonged to Gramineae,they were consistent in variation trends of fertilizer utilization ratio,nutrient conversion rate,relative abundance-deficiency value of soil nutrient,optimum fertilization amount in most cases.②Due to the influence of the economic production,biological production,different water conditions in paddy field and dry farmland,length of growing season,cropping system(one year before and after the rotation)and so on,sometimes the laws of four aspects above mentioned for the three crops had opposite and gradient variations.Xianda HOU Hongyan ZHENG Shuojin WANG Shutian LIU Zhiping HUANG Jian DING Changhong MI Ling LU Yanlin HOU 2020Meteorological and Environmental Research2020,11,5:0
19Theoretical Analysis on Index System of Ecological Balanced Fertilization for Three Crops显示文摘This paper analyzed theoretical basis of ecological balanced fertilization by data mining method based on the relationships among relative abundance-deficiency values of soil nutrients,optimum fertilization amounts and nutrient conversion rates of N,P and K for rice,wheat and maize in column papers.The results and conclusions were as follows:①the scientific basis of guiding fertilization by the relative abundance-deficiency value of soil nutrient was insufficient.②The scientific basis for predicting fertilizer amount according to nutrient conversion rate was sufficient.③There was consistency among the relative abundance-deficiency values of soil nutrients,indicating that the soil nutrient balance was important to the production.④There was some consistency among the optimum fertilizer amounts,indicating that N,P and K fertilizer should be balanced.⑤There was some consistency among nutrient conversion rates,indicating that nutrient uptake was consistent,which required the consistency among relative abundance-deficiency values of soil nutrients.When there was inconsistency,it needed to be supplemented by means of fertilization.⑥The relative abundance-deficiency value of soil nutrient and optimum fertilizer amounts of other nutrients were negatively correlated mostly,indicating that if the relative abundance-deficiency value of soil nutrient was high,the others also should be high,resulting in optimum fertilizer amounts of other nutrients decreased.⑦The nutrient conversion rate was negatively correlated mostly with the optimal fertilizer amounts of other nutrients,indicating that more fertilizer amount of one nutrient lowered its own conversion rate,mean while also reduced the conversion rates of other nutrients.It embodied the unity and balance of nutrient absorption by the crops.Shuojin WANG Changhong MI Zhiping HUANG Shutian LIU Xianda HOU Hongyan ZHENG Jian DING Ling LU Yanlin HOU 2020Meteorological and Environmental Research2020,11,5:0
20Research and Application of Prediction Model for Ecological Balanced Optimal Fertilization Amount for Three Crops显示文摘This paper analyzed the modeling principle,process and application process of the new ecological balanced fertilization model by data mining method based on the relationships among soil abundance-deficiency index,optimum fertilization amount and nutrient conversion rate of N,P,K for rice,wheat and maize in column papers.The results and conclusions were as follows:①on the basis of two ecological balanced fertilization models(available and total nutrients),a prediction model system of optimum fertilization amount based on nutrient conversion rate was established,including 3 models.The first model predicted the optimum fertilization amount based on nutrient conversion rate,and the second model determined prediction difference value of optimum fertilization amount in the first amendment based on optimum yield,and the third model determined prediction difference value of optimum fertilization amount in the second amendment based on nutrient conversion rate.②Nutrient conversion rate and optimum yield were the common parameters of two models based on contents of available and total nutrients,and they were the core parameters of ecological balanced fertilization model.In the specific application,the nutrient conversion rate and optimum yield were determined mainly based on the comprehensive comparison between the regional or similar plot or one plot and the experimental plot.③The two error amendments were due to the use of the fixed nutrient removal of 100 kg seeds,and underestimated the nutrient conversion rate when higher optimum production and overestimated the nutrient conversion rate when lower optimum production.④It was proposed that the nutrient conversion rate was regarded as a comprehensive nutrient index(abundance-deficiency)of ecological balanced fertilization.It was not only a parameter to measure fertilizer efficiency,but also a parameter to measure the abundance-deficiency of nutrients,and a parameter to guide fertilization.Zhiping HUANG Shutian LIU Xianda HOU Shuojin WANG Hongyan ZHENG Jian DING Changhong MI Ling LU Yanlin HOU 2020Meteorological and Environmental Research2020,11,5:0
