1Synthesis and performance characterization of Hafnium-based multilayer coating applied over carbon/carbon composites with sharp leading edge显示文摘Carbon/carbon(C/C)composites have been acknowledged as potential candidates in aerospace vehicles,but their oxygen sensitivity still remains an enormous challenge.In this work,a novel multilayer coating consisted of HfC-2.5 mol.%Hf_(6)Ta_(2)O_(17),HfC-40 mol.%SiC,HfC-2.5 mol.%Hf_(6)Ta_(2)O_(17) and HfC-60 mol.%SiC sublayers from surface to inside was designed and fabricated on the surface of C/C composites with sharp leading edge by plasma spraying.Its ablation resistance was assessed using oxyacetylene torch with a maximum temperature over 2300℃ and compared with monolayered coatings.The multilayer coating revealed preferable ablation retardation capacity evidenced by its integrated profile and less flaw quantity.Such benefits were primarily stemmed from the effective structural design and rational material selection.The former was able to reduce the thermal stress within the ablated scale,the latter contributed to rising the high-temperature resistance and oxygen barrier ability of the coating.Guanghui Feng Xiyuan Yao Yulan Yu Hejun Li 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,22:2

3Engineering of dendritic dopant-free hole transport molecules:enabling ultrahigh fill factor in perovskite solar cells with optimized dendron construction显示文摘Developing dopant-free hole-transporting materials(HTMs)for high-performance perovskite solar cells(PVSCs)has been a very active research topic in recent years since HTMs play a critical role in optimizing interfacial charge carrier kinetics and in turn determining device performance.Here,a novel dendritic engineering strategy is first utilized to design HTMs with a D-A type molecular framework,and diphenylamine and/or carbazole is selected as the building block for constructing dendrons.All HTMs show good thermal stability and excellent film morphology,and the key optoelectronic properties could be fine-tuned by varying the dendron structure.Among them,MPA-Cz-BTI and MCz-Cz-BTI exhibit an improved interfacial contact with the perovskite active layer,and non-radiative recombination loss and charge transport loss can be effectively suppressed.Consequently,high power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)of 20.8%and 21.35%are achieved for MPA-Cz-BTI and MCz-Cz-BTI based devices,respectively,accompanied by excellent long-term storage stability.More encouragingly,ultrahigh fill factors of 85.2%and 83.5%are recorded for both devices,which are among the highest values reported to date.This work demonstrates the great potential of dendritic materials as a new type of dopant-free HTMs for high-performance PVSCs with excellent FF.Wei Chen Yang Wang Bin Liu Yajun Gao Ziang Wu Yongqiang Shi Yumin Tang Kun Yang Yujie Zhang Weipeng Sun Xiyuan Feng Frédéric Laquai Han Young Woo Aleksandra B.Djurisic Xugang Guo Zhubing He 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,1:2
4Innovative preparation of Co@Cu Fe_(2)O_(4) composite via ball-milling assisted chemical precipitation and annealing for glorious electromagnetic wave absorption显示文摘To deal with the growing electromagnetic hazards,herein a Co@CuFe_(2)O_(4)absorbing agent with excellent impedance matching at thin thickness was obtained via an innovative route of ball-milling assisted chemical precipitation and annealing.The as-prepared composite possesses excellent interface polarization ability due to sufficient contact between CuFe_(2)O_(4)NPs and flat Co,and this compressed Co lamella can also provide sufficient eddy current loss.Moreover,the dipole polarization,electron hopping/conduction,and structural scattering also contribute to the broadband microwave absorption of the composite.Thus,the minimum microwave reflection loss achieves-35.56 d B at12.93 GHz for 1.8 mm thickness,and the broadest efficient absorption bandwidth can reach 6.74 GHz for a thinner thickness of 1.72 mm.The preparation method reported here can be referenced as a new-type route to manufacture electromagnetic absorbers with outstanding performance.Xing Feng Pengfei Yin Limin Zhang Xiyuan Sun Jian Wang Liang Zhao Changfang Lu Zhihua Gao Yongxin Zhan 2023International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,3:1
5S-RRT path planning based on slime mould biological model显示文摘To improve the security and effectiveness of mobile robot path planning, a slime mould rapid-expansion random tree(S-RRT) algorithm is proposed. This path planning algorithm is designed based on a biological optimization model and a rapid-expansion random tree(RRT) algorithm. S-RRT algorithm can use the function of optimal direction to constrain the generation of a new node. By controlling the generation direction of the new node, an optimized path can be achieved. Thus, the path oscillation is reduced and the planning time is shortened. It is proved that S-RRT algorithm overcomes the limitation of paths zigzag of RRT algorithm through theoretical analysis. 6Substance use and self-medication during pregnancy and associations with sociodemographic data:A cross-sectional survey显示文摘Objective:To identify women vulnerable to substance use and self-medication during pregnancy based on associations with socio-demographic data.Methods:Data were collected in person,with self-developed questionnaires,from pregnant women(n=422)in Chengdu,China,from July to November 2012.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to reveal associations with socio-demographic parameters.Results:Higher educational background,being employed,and higher educational background of the mother were associated with a 37%[odds ratio(OR):0.63,95%CI:0.45-0.89],65%(OR:0.35,95%CI:0.13-0.94),and 29%(OR:0.71,95%CI:0.53-0.96)less likelihood of alcohol use,respectively.Adverse pregnancy outcome was associated with a 2.13-fold(OR:2.13,95%CI:1.07-4.25)greater likelihood of alcohol use.Young age and higher educational background were associated with an 11%(OR:0.89,95%CI:0.81-0.98)and 31%(OR:0.69,95%CI:0.49-0.98)less likelihood of cigarette smoking,respectively.Conclusion:Socio-demographic parameters were associated with substance use during pregnancy and warrants targeted health education provided by nurses to pregnant women.Shujuan Liao Biru Luo Xiyuan Feng Yanan Yin Yi Yang Wenjuan Jing 2015International Journal of Nursing Sciences2015,2,1:0
7Response mechanism study of alternate ZrC-10vol.%SiC/ZrC-70vol.%SiC coatings with various sublayer thicknesses for cyclic and long-term thermal exposure显示文摘To explore the influence of sublayer numbers on the structure evolution and thermal stress level,an alternate coating consisting of ZrC-10 vol.%SiC and ZrC-70 vol.%SiC sublayers was designed in this work.With a basically consistent general thickness,three coatings constituted by 2,4 and 6 sublayers were prepared by plasma spraying,which then were assessed using an oxyacetylene torch under cyclic and long-term exposure.The coating with 6 sublayers was supposed to be the one with the best ablation property,finite element analysis also evidenced its least thermal stress among all these samples.After being ablated for 240 s,the linear and mass ablation rates of the coating with 6 sublayers decreased by 51.27%and 14.41%as compared to that with 4 sublayers.Post-test analysis proved the existence of Si-based products,which help the outmost surface to develop a dense profile.Additionally,the yielded alternate dense/porous scale had a preferable toughness,allowing it to maintain a good integrity.Guanghui Feng Xiyuan Yao Yulan Yu Hejun Li 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,9:0
8High fidelity numerical simulations on the unsteady flow field of low-pressure turbine cascades with and without upstream disturbance at moderate Reynolds number显示文摘This paper numerically investigates the aerodynamic performance of the T106A low-pressure turbine based with different inflow conditions at moderate Reynolds number by using high performance computing based on high order unstructured methods.Two different inflow conditions respectively of uniform and disturbed are considered,while for the latter a small circular cylinder is placed upstream of the cascade to generate wake turbulence as a long-standing disturbance.A high order Fourier-spectral/hp element method is employed to solve the flow dynamics in the cascade of high complex geometries.Flow transition characteristics are quantified in terms of the distribution of cascade wall surface pressure and friction coefficient,the distribution of wake profile pressure loss and the evolution characteristics of boundary layer flow structures as well.The numerical results show that the current numerical simulations accurately predict the flow transition performance of low-pressure turbine cascades and capture the effects of wake-generated disturbance on the cascade,which is shown to effectively modify the flow transition performance as compared with the uniform inflow case.Hongbo Zhu Xiyuan Pang Feng Wu Chunxiao Zhang Yan Bao Hui Xu 2022Advances in Aerodynamics2022,4,1:0
