| 1 | 新疆望峰金矿成矿流体研究及其成因意义显示文摘新疆望峰金矿,产于中天山结晶基底中的韧性剪切带内。围岩蚀变和流体包裹体研究表明,成矿过程包括了3个阶段,从早到晚有石英黄铁矿阶段、多金属硫化物阶段和石英碳酸盐阶段,温度分别集中在360~520℃、240~360℃和120~240℃;矿化以第Ⅱ阶段为主。成矿流体的δ18O值变化于1.15‰~2.70‰之间,属于变质热液与大气降水热液的混合流体。包裹体成分表明成矿流体来源较浅,但有利于金矿化;CO2/H2O比值多大于0.026,也有利于成矿。而包裹体捕获压力表明成矿作用发生在5.6~1.2km深度范围,主要发生在1.9km左右;矿化过程与地壳抬升伸展的过程一致,自然亦与碰撞造山体制的矿化规律一致。因此,古生代末期的碰撞造山作用导致了望峰金矿的形成,冰达坂断裂两侧是寻找望峰式金矿的有利地带。石英红外光谱分析表明,CO2光密度(D2)及其与H2O光密度(D1)的比值(D2/D1)普遍较高,指示矿化较强;D2>0.55和D2/D10.26是该区富金样品的标志。 | Chen Yanjing 1) Li Xin 1) Jing Jun 2) Gao Xiuli 1) Chen Huayong 1) Wu Xidan 2) Wu Dehua 2) ( 1) Department of Geology, Peking University 2)Team 15 of Gold Headquarters, MMIC, Urumqi ) | 1998 | 地球学报(中国地质科学院院报)1998,19,2: | 18 |
| 2 | Programmed Death Ligand-1 on Microglia Regulates Th1 Differentiation via Nitric Oxide in Experimental Autoimmune Encephalomyelitis显示文摘Microglia are considered to be potential antigen-presenting cells and have the ability to present antigen under pathological conditions. Nevertheless, whether and how microglia are involved in immune regulation are largely unknown. Here, we investigated the suppressive activity of microglia during experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE) induced by myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein, with the goal of understanding their role in regulating the T cell reaction. Using flow cytometric analysis, we found that microglia were characterized by increased cell number and up-regulated programmed death ligand-1(PD-L1) at the peak phase of EAE. Meanwhile,both the CD^(4+)T cells and microglia that infiltrated the central nervous system expressed higher levels of PD1, the receptor for PD-L1, accompanied by a decline of Th1 cells.In an ex vivo co-culture system, microglia from EAE mice inhibited the proliferation of antigen-specific CD^(4+)T cells and the differentiation of Th1 cells, and this was significantly inhibited by PD-L1 blockade. Further,microglia suppressed Th1 cells via nitric oxide(NO), the production of which was dependent on PD-L1. | 3 | Recent developments in intelligent biomedical polymers显示文摘Intelligent polymers or stimuli-responsive polymers may exhibit distinct transitions in physical-chemical properties, including conformation, polarity, phase structure and chemical composition in response to changes in environmental stimuli. Due to their unique 'intelligent' characteristics, stimuli-sensitive polymers have found a wide variety of applications in biomedical and nanotechnological fields. This review focuses on the recent developments in biomedical application of intelligent polymer systems, such as intelligent hydrogel systems, intelligent drug delivery systems and intelligent molecular recognition systems. | 4 | Prussian blue nanoparticle-loaded microbubbles for photothermally enhanced gene delivery through ultrasound-targeted microbubble destruction显示文摘By adsorbing chitosan(CS)-functionalized Prussian blue(PB) nanoparticles(CS/PB NPs) complexing DNA onto the surface of gas encapsulated microbubbles(MBs), a multifunctional gene delivery system of MBs@CS/PB/DNA was fabricated for photothermally enhanced gene transfection through ultrasound-targeted microbubble destruction. CS/PB NPs of(2.69 ± 0.49) nm could complex DNA effectively when the mass ratio was2:1. It was found that MBs@CS/PB/DNA could enhance ultrasound imaging greatly both in vitro and in vivo. In addition, MBs@CS/PB/DNA could be disrupted by applying a higher-intensity ultrasound irradiation to release CS/PB/DNA, which could effectively transform the nearinfrared(NIR) light into heat to assist the uptake of CS/PB/DNA by cells. With the aid of ultrasound irradiation and NIR light irradiation, the gene transfection efficiency was significantly enhanced to(43.08 ± 1.13) %, much higher than polyethylenimine. | 20 | Macro-phenomenological high-strain-rate elastic fracture model for ice-impact simulations显示文摘The ice impact can cause a severe damage to an aircraft’s exposed structure,thus,requiring its prevention.The numerical simulation represents an effective method to overcome this challenge.The establishment of the ice material model is critical.However,ice is not a common structural material and exhibits an extremely complex material behavior.The material models of ice reported so far are not able to accurately simulate the ice behavior at high strain rates.This study proposes a novel high-precision macro-phenomenological elastic fracture model based on the brittle behavior of ice at high strain rates.The developed model has been compared with five reported models by using the smoothed particle hydrodynamics method so as to simulate the ice-impact process with respect to the impact speeds and ice shapes.The important metrics and phenomena(impact force history,deformation and fragmentation of the ice projectile and deflection of the target)were compared with the experimental data reported in the literature.The findings obtained from the developed model are observed to be most consistent with the experimental data,which demonstrates that the model represents the basic physics and phenomena governing the ice impact at high strain rates.The developed model includes a relatively fewer number of material parameters.Further,the used parameters have a clear physical meaning and can be directly obtained through experiments.Moreover,no adjustment of any material parameter is needed,and the consumption duration is also acceptable.These advantages indicate that the developed model is suitable for simulating the iceimpact process and can be applied for the anti-ice impact design in aviation. | Jiang FAN Qinghao YUAN Fulei JING Guangchen BAI Xiuli SHEN | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,3: | 0 |
