Doublely-doped Mg-Al-Ce-V_(2)O_(7)^(4-)LDH composite film on magnesium alloy AZ31 for anticorrosion显示文摘A doublely-doped layered double hydroxide(LDH)film was produced on an anodized magnesium alloy AZ31.The Ce-doped Mg-Al LDH film was prepared by in-situ hydrothermal treatment method, and the intercalation of vanadate was realized by ion-exchange reaction. The structure, morphology and composition of as-prepared LDH film were investigated by X-ray diffractometer,field-emission scanning electronic microscope and energy dispersive spectrometry. Results indicated that a uniform and compact LDH film was formed and the intercalation of Ce^(3+)and vanadate would change the crystal structure of LDHs.The results of the potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectra, hydrogen evolution and corrosion weight loss tests showed the Ce^(3+)and vanadate anions significantly improve the impedance of LDH film, and the active double-doped LDH film could effectively protect the magnesium substrate from corrosion. | Liang Wu Xingxing Ding Zhicheng Zheng Aitao Tang Gen Zhang Andrej Atrens Fusheng Pan | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,5: | 7

Microstructure evolution and oxidation states of Co in perovskite-type oxide Ba_(1.0)Co_(0.7)Fe_(0.2)Nb_(0.1)O_(3-δ) annealed in CO_2 atmosphere显示文摘Ba1.0Co0.7Fe0.2Nb0.1O3-δ(BCFN) oxide with perovskite cubic structure was synthesized by solid state reaction method. CO2 corrosion of BCFN membrane was investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), diffuse reflectance infrared Fouriertransformed spectroscopy(DRIFT) and X-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy(XAFS). Cobalt(Co) K-edge absorption spectra of BCFN annealed in CO2 reveal that the oxidation states of Co in all the samples were larger than +3 and they decreased with the increase of calcination time. At 800℃, 1% CO2 introduced into He could speed up the reduction of Co cations in comparison with pure He. In addition, sulfate ions in the bulk of BCFN membrane preferred to migrate to the surface under CO2 calcination and form monoclinic Ba(CO3)0.9(SO4)0.1besides orthorhombic witherite. Moreover, SEM results indicate that the nucleation and growth of carbonates grains started at the grain boundary of the membrane. | Chengzhang Wu He Wang Xingxing Zhang Yuwen Zhang Weizhong Ding Chenghua Sun | 2014 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2014,23,5: | 1
The inflammatory microenvironment and the urinary microbiome in the initiation and progression of bladder cancer显示文摘Accumulating evidence suggests that chronic inflammation may play a critical role in various malignancies, including bladder cancer. This hypothesis stems in part from inflammatory cells observed in the urethral microenvironment.Chronic inflammation may drive neoplastic transformation and the progression of bladder cancer by activating a series of in-flammatory molecules and signals.Recently,it has been shown that the microbiome also plays an important role in the development and progression of bladder cancer, which can be mediated through the stimulation of chronic inflammation. In effect, the urinary microbiome can play a role in establishing the inflammatory urethral microenvironment that may facilitate the development and progression of bladder cancer. In other words, chronic inflammation caused by the urinary microbiome may promote the initiation and progression of bladder cancer. Here,we provide a detailed and comprehensive account of the link between chronic inflammation, the microbiome and bladder cancer. Finally,we highlight that targeting the urinary microbiome might enable the development of strategies for bladder cancer prevention and personalized treatment. | Xingxing Huang Ting Pan Lili Yan Ting Jin Ruonan Zhang Bi Chen Jiao Feng Ting Duan Yu Xiang Mingming Zhang Xiaying Chen Zuyi Yang Wenzheng Zhang Xia Ding Tian Xie Xinbing Sui | 2021 | Genes & Diseases2021,8,6: | 1
Dissipative Particle Dynamics Study on Platycodin's Solubilization Enhancing Effect Towards Five Drug Components显示文摘In this study,a dissipative particle dynamics mehtod was used to study the solubilization enhancing effect of platycodin towards 5 different drug components. Two factors were mainly considered, including the ,XlogP value of drug components and the sugar chain length of platycodin. As a result,it was found that there was an optimal drug XlogP value for the solubilization enhancing effect of platycodin, and it was different between the drug's own XlogP value and the optimal drug XlogP value of platycodin that determines the solubilization enhancing effect. | WU Zhimin DING Haiou YANG Chang GUO Shujuan DAI Xingxing SHI Xinyuan | 2019 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2019,35,1: | 0
Influences of pulse frequency on formation and properties of composite anodic oxide films on Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloy显示文摘A thick composite anodic oxide film was fabricated in an environmentally friendly malic acid electrolyte containing Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene(PTFE)nanoparticles on Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloys. The influence of pulse frequency on the morphology, microstructure and composition of composite anodic oxide films containing PTFE nanoparticles was investigated using Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy(FE-SEM)equipped with Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy(EDS),Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM)and Raman spectroscopy. The tribological properties in terms of the friction coefficient, wear loss and morphology of worn surfaces were measured by ball-ondisc tests. The electrochemical property was evaluated by potentiodynamic polarization. The results indicated that the titanium dioxide of composite anodic oxide films transformed from anatase to rutile with the change of pulse frequency, which could result from the electrochemical dynamic equilibrium. The combination of PTFE nanoparticles and malic acid electrolyte molecules can influence the energy fluctuation of electrochemical equilibrium and formation of composite anodic oxide films. Moreover, composite anodic oxide films fabricated under the condition of 1.0–2.0 Hz exhibited the best wear resistance and corrosion property. The schematic diagram of the film formation and PTFE nanoparticles spreading process under different frequencies was elucidated. | Xu DAI Chen WEN Liang WU Lei LIU Yulong WU Xingxing DING Jiahao WU Wenjun CI Aitao TANG Fusheng PAN | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,11: | 0
Controls on the Gas Hydrate Occurrence in Lower Slope to Basin-Floor,Northeastern Bay of Bengal显示文摘High resolution seismic data and newly acquired logging data reveal the presence of gas hydrates in the deep-water area in the northeastern Bay of Bengal.Bottom Simulating Reflectors(BSRs)appear at 430 ms beneath the seafloor, with the features of typical gas hydrates reported elsewhere except for some discontinuity. The BSR distribution is closely related to the position of anticline structures and turbidite channels.Anticlines provide conduits for the upward migration of gases from deeper intervals, while the turbidite sands within channels act as reservoirs for gas hydrate accumulation.High sedimentation rates in the Bengal Fan were ge-nerally favorable to produce a great amount of methane gas, providing favorable preconditions for the formation of gas hydrates. The discovery of gases in adjacent area indicates the contribution of the biogenic gas to the formation of gas hydrates.Meanwhile, seismic sections provide the evidence for the potential thermogenic gas kitchen in deep intervals. The anticline structures and the associated vertical fractures may constitute vertical fluid flowing conduits, which hydraulically connect the two deeper thermogenic petroleum systems(i.e.,rifting and Eocene-Oligocene source rocks)with the turbidite reservoirs and thus facilitate the fluid migration from the sources to the reservoirs, generating favorable conditions for gas-hydrate accumulation in such foreland setting. | LU Yintao LUAN Xiwu SHI Boqing FAN Guozhang RAN Weimin XU Ning WANG Haiqiang SHAO Dali DING Liangbo WANG Xingxing | 2022 | Journal of Ocean University of China2022,21,4: | 0
Free form deformation and symmetry constraint‐based multimodal brain image registration using generative adversarial nets显示文摘Multi‐modal brain image registration has been widely applied to functional localisation, neurosurgery and computational anatomy. The existing registration methods based on the dense deformation fields involve too many parameters, which is not conducive to the exploration of correct spatial correspondence between the float and reference images.Meanwhile, the unidirectional registration may involve the deformation folding, which will result in the change of topology during registration. To address these issues, this work has presented an unsupervised image registration method using the free form deformation(FFD)and the symmetry constraint‐based generative adversarial networks(FSGAN).The FSGAN utilises the principle component analysis network‐based structural representations of the reference and float images as the inputs and uses the generator to learn the FFD model parameters, thereby producing two deformation fields.Meanwhile, the FSGAN uses two discriminators to decide whether the bilateral registration have been realised simultaneously.Besides, the symmetry constraint is utilised to construct the loss function, thereby avoiding the deformation folding.Experiments on BrainWeb,high grade gliomas,IXI and LPBA40 show that compared with state‐of‐the‐art methods, the FSGAN provides superior performance in terms of visual comparisons and such quantitative indexes as dice value, target registration error and computational efficiency. | Xingxing Zhu Mingyue Ding Xuming Zhang | 2023 | CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology2023,8,4: | 0
Screening for bacterial enzymes synthesizing GPR119 agonist in cAMP-responsive cells显示文摘G protein-coupled receptor 119(GPR119),encoded by human GPR119 gene,is considered as a novel member of cannabinoid receptors.GPR119 is expressed predominantly in the pancreas and gastrointestinal tract of rodents and humans,as well as in the brain of rodents.GPR119 has also been shown to regulate incretin and insulin hormone secretion.Activation of GPR119 causes a reduction in food intake and lowers gain of body weight in rats[1].Targeting GPR119 with specific agonists has thus been attempted as a novel strategy to treat obesity and diabetes[2–4].In addition,GPR119 also plays an important role in bone metabolism, thus making GPR119 a potential target for bone resorption-associated diseases[5]. | Junfang Jia Yun Chen Lin Xu Yun Yang Xingxing Xu Hongyu Ding Caiwei Jia Hong Gao Pengxiang Guo Ronggui Hu | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,1: | 0
